The mall is clean. Parking is always easy to find. Visited the source located at this location. Bradley is always very helpful and knowledgeable regarding products I'm buying. As great as Bradley was, all it takes is one rude and dismissive representative to tarnish a persons opinion of a store. So congrats to Maryann at The Source, located at the Pen Centre, you are that person. Just a little advice, customers keep the company you work for in business and you employed. Perhaps you should keep that in mind when dealing with customers going forward.

Extremely accommodating to me and my group of friends having a service dog meetup. Wheelchairs were provided for those of us who needed them. None of us were harrased. Starbucks even took a picture of us all giving our pups a pupaccino as a reward for hard work.

A complete shopping place for people living around Glenridge and Glendale. You will be able to find all kinds of store here. Waiting for walmart to come here so that it makes it better than what it is actually like. The people working here are quite courteous and helpful. The bus connectivity is a bit confusing at times.

It’s a decent mall. My wife and I were able to use the Bay for our wedding registry and exchange some stuff for a really decent patio set. We still have some cash so we might buy some luggage or some attachments for our kitchen aid mixer. It was crazy when HMV closed, but Sunrise is dope so that was cool. The god court has some Decent options. I always like a little Charlie’s Steak. The H&M is pretty big and there is a Spencer’s gifts which always makes me laugh. Stay a while and play some giant chess it’s dope. It’s also pretty close to the st. Kitts frisbee golf. The course is pretty decent.

The CER at Coles, Chelsea, was friendly, efficient and very helpful. I didn't need much convincing that the 3 for 2 book deal was great, and the baby book we bought is just what we wanted!

We had a great visit at The Pen Centre one day after Stage 3 reopening! It was a heavy rain weather day and therefore alot of people happy to be inside! There were a few stores with lineups outside to get in and some lineups inside busy stores but everyone seemed in a great mood and I saw nothing negative. My only wish was that all the exterior doors were open for entering as well - not just as exit doors- as there were alot of people trying to enter and then had to find another door- and was just more frustrating in the pelting rain!

I really love this mall, I love being with my friends there and finding new things. I really wish the pandemic could be over. However sometimes some of the stores have problems with some gift cards. For example when I went and brought a gift card with me it didn't work and I never used it and the card I just got the week before I tried using it

I love shopping at the Pen Center. My favorite stores are Bath& Body Works, American Eagle, Winners, Ricki's, Cleo, Arlies, Bootlegger, Le Chateaux, Garage Clothing, Claires and Sephora. I wish there was a GUESS store in the Pen, I'd have all my favorite stores in 1 place. In the food court I love the place called Teriyaki Experience, I get the Chicken Teriyaki, so delicious! They also have DQ & Orange Julius(Yumm), New York Fries, a Greek place, an Italian place, Chinese food, A&W and CoCo Juice. This mall is pretty good, it's also INDOORS. Like thats why malls were made, to bring you inside & out of the elements (extreme cold/extreme heat). For the life of me I can't figure out why they keep making these outdoor malls(ie. The Outlet Collection, Niagara Nike Outlet & now the old Niagara Square will be made a Outlet mall). Smh.

The mall itself is nice. Things to note: parking is terrible, getting in and out of the mall during rush hour is almost impossible, and it's really easy to get turned around in the mall. Lots of great shops and stores. Easy to lose oneself in an afternoon of shopping.

Share details of my experience at the Pen Centre... starting when, the early 80's? Lol. Just struck me and got me pondering: I've been prowling and poking around the Pen's long, spacious thoroughfares for literally, gulp- decades. Since there was a long strip-style arcade there outside the Bay, across from Arlies in the 80's. It's been whitened and totally transformed since then. A nice big Walmart would be good there, if I may say, or rather an equivalent Canadian-style box-store giant, if there was one. Finally, a Starbucks is nice, oh, and the Booster Juicer, which my kids are particularly fond of. The movie theatre always draws us there- has done so for me since I was a kid. Oh, glad they finally have a Dollar Store too. The food court is wide and multi-levelled, always nice for a food court. Nice selection of food options. Of special note: the giant (FREE!!) chess board! Bravo Pen, for promoting culture, intelligence, community and fun. I've seen that chess board bring a lot of people together, especially my own family. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, The Pen Centre is Niagara's pre-eminent mall destination of choice. It's big, bright, cheery and engaging. Not just for rainy days, always a possible choice on our weekend list of "what do-ya wanna do today?"

The PEN CENTER. Well I can tell you what it was like back in the late 70's. The kids wouldn't even believe how happy kids were when the Atari 2600 came to light. Now it's a place where you can go and get lost in all the wonderful stores and boutiques and whatever else you need. Went to see Santa, with a fast pass booking. Was the best! The Santa was excellent, so was the staff. Got in and out in less than 15 mins, with all smiles. Will be doing it again here next year, even though it's a longer drive than to Hamilton's mall

The Pen Center is what it is... Not too many mens clothing stores. More for woman than anything. Although there is Winners and Sportcheck which are my two favourite stores in the mall. The food court is alright, but nothing special. Something for everyone. Jewelry stores are nice to browse if thats what you are looking for. All in all, the mall is alright. Nothing compared to Burlington or Toronto tho.

Went to get a bus pass at 2:30 in the afternoon - lady sitting at customer service completely ignored me and didn’t even acknowledge me when I tried to ask if they were open (which they should be at 2:30 on Friday). Buy your bus passes elsewhere.

I'm not for or against the vaccine passport. But when I go somewhere I expect the same for everyone. I watched as some where asked for ID and some where not. If the Pen wants to enforce the passport make sure they are constant anyone can use someone else's pass and get in. Also they wipe off the chairs and tables but not the booths. If they don't want people questioning or being upset then make sure your constant.

This place is accessible for all mall ,just wish there were more plus size stores as,I couldn't even find 1.Although Rickis goes to 22,and Winners you have to really look for stuff. Otherwise they have a nice selection of stores even walmart is attached to the mall. On the outside there is a TD bank and lots of places to check out,this area is definitely a social fishbowl. Public transit is also fast here as well.

Great mall, ive been going here most of my life. Construction on the parking lot has caused some issues for people when I was last here. I hope they finish it before the next time I need to go back. Best shopping mall in the Niagara region IMO. Too bad the theatre is not a Cineplex, it would be nice to use scene points there. VR wonderland is awesome, and the feed court is layed out really well and has lots of seating. A little something for everyone

Great mid-sized mall with diverse stores. Not crowded and all one floor (except the department stores - two and three floors). About ten to twelve different fast food type restaurants in the food court and a booster juice and Tim Horton's too.

I showed my vaccine passport and sat in the food court to eat and watched as multiple people just walked in under the rope and didn't have to show theirs. Not safe and after I made a complaint they just said they couldn't do anything about it. It's not safe at all

Great place, has everything you need. Lots of stores to shop, food court and more stores and restaurants around the mall to shop and eat. It also has a movie theater ( Landmark) so you can shop, eat and see a movie all in one.

Food court has a decent range to choose from. Great deals sometimes, boxing day especially but stuff does get picked over fast. City bus stops right out front

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!! I honestly can't believe this place is still open, after learning how contagious this virus is and how everything else is closing to protect people INCLUDING employees this mall clearly has blatant disregard for their employees and the people who shop. All it takes is one person touching a hand rail and then someone right after, they claim they can clean it fast enough as to not let it spread but how is that possible.

THEY NEED BETTER HOURS!!! how can you expect working families to shop here when you open after people go to work and close just after people get home? Stores are already struggling during these times - staying open until 9 pm would benefit everyone.

Pen Centre is the largest shopping mall in Niagara region where you can find many clothing brands, beauty stores, shoppers drug mart, walmart, zehr's, cibc, Hudson's Bay etc. There is sufficient parking space even for the busiest times. Food courts is pretty small for a mall like this; it'd be better to have more options but still people can find what they need.

Very nice mall. Not too many options but still have all the necessary shop and they do have Christmas time pop up stores within the mall during that time. Overall satisfactory! After shopping you can do groceries at Zehra too.

The Mall is fine...but right now the parking lot is a bit chaotic with construction. Pack your patience and be prepared to drive around.
