This is my second VIP cinema. I found this one not as good as yonge and Eglinton. The seats aren't separate in pairs, the lounge is a bit disappointing. Service was ok. Screen was good and sound was perfect. Just wanted to sit in a pair of seats with sufficient distance from other patrons. Yonge does this perfectly. Will I return? Probably not. Parking at the shops at Don Mills is a nightmare.

The VIP theaters are pretty cookie cutter these days and this is a reflection of it. Service was great. They had a musician in the lobby of the restaurant section. I am not sure if his volume was off but it was extremely loud. So loud that having a conversation was very difficult. I would recommend they tone it down just a bit as it kinds of detracts from the whole environment. Theater was clean and service quick. All in all a consistent product.

Everything is off the chart amazing! No doubt about that and, it's absolutely worth the money. However, the size of the screen and quality of sound does not compare at all to what we have become accustomed to (i.e., AVX, Dolby Atmos). For good seats like reclinable seating, ensure your book a week in advance and look carefully for the reclining option when purchasing the tickets. So, for hard-core movie enthusiasts, this does not really offer the full emersive experience. The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the VIP treatment, comfortable seating, ample legroom, amazing gourmet food choices, and the amazing leg room. It was like watching your favorite movie from home. So why then did I give it only 3 starts? It is because Cineplex should be offering this type of seating in all of their theatres like our counterparts in the US. It is simply a cash grab for them disguised as a test pilot. For the money, they should standardize these seatings nationwide. The movies experience was worth it and I recommend it!

Amazing service 10 out of 10. I came here with a group of 10 people on Saturday evening to watch a screening of Downton Abbey. Prior to the starting I went upstairs to talk to someone to get a reservation last minute. I was greeted by an amazing server whose name was Thulux said he could accommodate us and ensured that everything would be ready for when we arrived! Food and service was tremendous. Everything went smooth and will highly recommend again. Terrific job again :).

Had never been to VIP before. Loved it! Great theater. Very comfortable chairs. Love the fact that you can pre-pick your seat so you know exactly where your sitting. They come your seat to take your food order. You can order more than just popcorn. They have a full menu including alcohol. Only down side is the seats are paired in twos so if you have three people one person has to sit by themself. So it's more of a date night or two person thing.

The seating and cinemas are excellent. Food is okay. I am removing one star due to a lack of washrooms. The ratio of washrooms to the average number of customers on any given night was not well thought out. I've removed two more stars because of the inconsiderate path servers take while delivering food to late movie goers. The food service ends before the film starts, but often food is still being delivered well through previews and into the first few minutes of the film. This would be okay if servers would be coached to take the path that least disrupts other (dare I say more considerate) customers. I have been seated close to one side of the aisle only to have servers walk to and from customers seated on the opposite end of my row to deliver food instead of going around. This has occurred on so many occasions that I have taken up the policy of extending my leg once previews begin. There is no reason for servers to be disturbing an entire row to deliver food when they can simply walk up the appropriate stairs serving that side of the aisle. I have even taken to purchasing tickets in the middle of the row to avoid this and yet still I find servers blocking my view during previews/first few mins of the film to deliver food. Either cut off food delivery well before previews or train the serving staff. I will point out that this is not an issue at Dundas Square's VIP.

My favourite location for VIP shows. Close to restaurants, nice central sitting area and shopping, although stores are more geared towards women. There may be one men's store.

I was very impressed with my first visit. Very easy access if you have a mobility issue - the elevator is right by the ticket sales area and stops in front of the very comfortable lounge area. Really great service from Omar. A good menu with a nice assortment of apps and bigger dishes. Very nice drinks - I highly recommend the Perfect Storm - nothing like rum and ginger beer to make the movie feel like a mini vacation!

The food was great. Drinks was great. Parking available. Service was great staff are friendly. The theatre itself wasn’t as new as other vip ones. The chairs didn’t have that button that makes it move forward and backward. Maybe just the hall we were in? Not sure...but I have definitely been to better VIP locations with more leg room better chairs and more luxurious options.

I don't think VIP here is a good value. Seats and food overpriced for their level of quality. Went to imagine at promenade and although no food is served, seats were more comfortable and experience was great value for $12/seat on a Tuesday.

Good location. Fancy set up with super awsome chairs BUT!!! When it comes to service, no good. Ordered chees platter for 2 and some red wine. Girl comes back to inform no cheese left (movie is about to start and money paid), asked for some vegy instead, and got mega dip fried platter of something I would newer eat. Total disrespect and big time not VIP customer service. I highly recommend show up 30 min ahead of time so you can deal with VIP service.

I have been here a couple times, and will return in the future. The VIP experience was good the recliner seats were nice, and the staff was helpfully. The food was pretty good as far as theater food is concerned and being able to drink is definitely a bonus. I would recommend this place for a night out to the movies.

While I enjoy the VIP experience, the lack of reclining seats in all theatres leads to a somewhat uneven experience. While the regular VIP seats are okay, they really aren't as comfortable as the original VIP theatre seats that are installed at the Varsity VIP cinema. Also, I would recommend that Cineplex start the in-seat ordering begin earlier as there isn't enough time to order and eat before the lights go out.

After the movie starts it just feels like regular 3d movie experience and no DBOX just heads up! But over all it was OK time there. Thers always room for improvement.

LOVE this theater and I am always telling everyone how chill and easy it is- small so less crowds, lots of parking, recliner seating in most of the theaters and lots of shops to duck into before the show. I almost don't want to tell people about it though because I fear it will become overcrowded! The food is mediocre of course (it's a movie theater after all) but decent enough to find something to munch on other than popcorn with your glass of wine or pint of beer.

Great place to see movies undisturbed by the distractions in modern movie theatres: kids talking, feet kicking the back of your seat, etc. The seats are larger, more comfortable and have enough room in the aisle to get by others without disturbing them or requiring them to stand up to allow you to pass. And a large side table holds your food and beverages which waiters bring to you. There is something special in having a glass of wine or beer with your movie these days. The washrooms are well-appointed and individual rooms which I enjoyed. The Lounge is nice when you are there a bit early or want to catch up with your date before going into the theatre. Where I would lower the stars to 3 is in the dining. The food is decent. We enjoyed the calamari our last visit. On a recent visit we tried the Tandoori Chicken Flatbread (way too much sauce - overpowering; just the right amount of goat's cheese) and the Buffalo Chicken Tenders (he loved the salad but found the chicken too spicy - it's about medium hot - and I wasn't a fan of the breading). If I had time I'd pick one of the other restaurants pre- or post-show. For drinks we've enjoyed wine, beer and the Peach Mimosa (they serve the champagne split separately so you can add it as wanted to the slushy peach).

Don Mills is my go to theatre because I have a fantastic experience each time I go. After trying out VIP, I can't go back to regular seating. It's luxurious drinking hard liquor in a leather recliner! Employees are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. The washrooms are modern and clean.

Just a wonderful experience from the moment you drive in. From the valet parking ($4) to the in-seat food service. It was a wonderful experience, especially if you are doing this all on points. The seats are comfy, unfortunately not the recliner kind but still comfy. The screen is AVX size and the sound is awesome. The burger on the menu are so so, the milkshakes are worth the try. Overall a fun experience, definitely a will do on Scene Points.

Went to see “Old” the pst weekend, went in with a reservation about 1 hour before our movie to the restaurant inside. Was somewhat confused being our first time at a VIP theatre, we figured someone would explain how everything would be working when we came although it was under the assumption we did. Ended up asking the waiter a handful of questions but still had to wait a while to be seated, was confused on when and where to be paying, how we could be paying, if the menu between the restaurant and the theatre is different etc. By the time we got in the theatre we were nicely situated and ordered a few drinks and popcorn and had a nice time. One thing I will stress though which we also weren’t aware of was the seating situation, on many of the Cineplex VIP sites and social media the chairs are shown to be leaning back and legs support to feel like you are fully laying down, whereas at this location they basically had thicker movie seats that lean back around 20-30 degrees at most, was just a little surprised by this, still comfortable just not what we were expecting. Overall, great experience and good food as well, just wish we were introduced to the experience a little better.

I love the VIP experience! Yes, there are fewer seats ... but if you reserve full recliner, wow, they're really something. Yes, the tickets cost more. But with fewer people, decent-sized screens (depending on your options), and food or drink brought to your seat ... plenty worth it. Just caught the latest Bond film there.

It was a good experience to watch Jumanji here.Ordered Pulled Pork Poutine and Pulled pork burger with thick fries which was pretty decent food.Comfortable Reclining seats with neat 3D .However the Lounge was smaller than Yonge -Eglinton VIP but it had a nice decorum with a superb view as well.The customer service wad quite pleasant .

Couldn't really enjoy much the movie as there was KIDS behind me whispering, crying and screaming scared of the movie which is rated for 18+ (Anabelle)! Still don't understand how can they allow, I thought this movie theater was supposed to follow the regulations, but instead they just want money and don't really care about it, not for the kids or the other people trying to enjoy the movie. Lights still was off inside the theater after the end of the movie, making a bit complicated for people to actually leave. Bought a kids combo (to give the toy to my nephew later no), which had no toy or the cup from the movie, and that was the reason why I wanted that combo, and I didn't even get any discount and still paid $.50 to get a regular cup, and not even the seasoning packs I would get as a compensation, nothing! Same price for a "half" combo and still paying for other things. Very frustrating the whole experience, a waste of money with that place...

The VIP experience is okay. For all the promotion and raving around the experience, I thought that it was not that big of a deal. Yes, you get food service before the movie start but the food is only marginally decent. It seems too much like reheated food. Service is nice and the seats are comfortable but for me, it is just a novelty. A lot of folks would probably like this experience as a form of date night but I think this may be a bit over rated.

I went to this VIP theatre this past Sunday, and I’ve got to say. My experience was pretty terrible, and I’ll probably never order food apart from popcorn, ever again! My partner and I, walked into the theatre right at 10:15 when our movie was due to start. A waiter followed us to our seat and took our order. I ordered Mac N Cheese and my partner ordered the boneless chicken wings, with sauce on the side. Our order came about 15 minutes later. Both plates were steaming hot, so we anticipated that we’d be eating fresh food, boy were we mistaken! I took a bite of my Mac, and it was cold, liquidy and looked nothing like the picture. My partner took a bite of his boneless wings, that was dripping in sauce btw, and it was cold as well. The only thing that looked good enough to eat was the side salad that was on the plate next to the wings! My partner was not happy at all, so I offered to go to the kitchen and request it fresh. I walked upstairs and there was no one in sight, understandable since the theatre was basically closed. I called out from the counter a few times till someone came out, when a man came out I informed him about the cold wings and asked if it could be remade, without the sauce. He agreed and stated it would be brought to my seat. I returned to my seat, after missing 10 minutes of the beginning of Captain Marvel, what an inconvienience! A waiter brought the wings 20 minutes into the movie, this time the wings had no sauce like we asked, but the salad wasn’t there. I asked the waiter where the salad was, and he said “You actually didn’t order a salad, we gave you the wrong order.” I then said, “Okay, well would it be possible to get salad back, since you brought it with the wings in the first place. Had we known, we would of kept it.” The waiter literally shrugged and made a gesture like “Oh well” before he walked away. I wanted to go back to the kitchen and request that the salad be added to the order because quite frankly, it’s the least they could do, but I had already missed the beginning of the movie, I didn’t want to miss any more. My experience was just flat out annoying, if I’m paying more money for a Vip experience, I expect for the customer service to be amazing and accommodating. Your employees need to hold themselves accountable for their mistakes, and work with the customer to correct it. I don’t think my partner and I should have to suffer for someone else’s mistake. Not only was I given cold food, but also the inconvenience of having to leave the theatre after my movie had started because I was “given the wrong order”. The least you could of done was give us a side salad for all the trouble.

I booked the seats online thinking that the seats would convert into a reclining bed, however to my dismay it turned out to be just faux leather couches with service for $22 !! Seriously !! Who gives a toss for a service for a 10 pm show when your belly is full with food. The online booking did not mention that theatre 1,2 and 3 do not have reclining seats. Plus there is no call button to call the usher/servers to come to you. Very disappointing state of affairs !!! We have better plush and fully reclinable seats and call buttons plus packed clean blankets and pillows in the VIP kind of theatres (directors cut or gold class) back in the country I come from. (India). I had such high expectation being in this first world - Canada. Not worth $22 per ticket !

One of the nicest theaters cineplex has. Love the in seat service, the cast are always friendly and courteous, and the presentation quality is always good. The seats are supercomfy and actually have good legroom. there is no stepping on people or being stepped on while people find their seats. Just wish they had time play :(

Really nice place! I always come if I have coupons since the vip is more expensive than a normal ticket. The seats are comfortable and the in house service is pretty cool. Just get there kind of early so you can get your snacks. Have a bar on the upper floor that's really nice, but never lively

Very nice place, the lounge is beautiful, bathrooms are clean, i was greeted when i went up by the lounge after i purchase my tickets for Terminator Movie at the machine. The waiter assist us to the movie theatre and was told we would have menus by our seats. The Waiter was very nice and he recommended a nice sangria drink and it was so good. My favourite was the crispy chicken sandwich it was so good along with the fries and strawberry cheese cake!! The seats are very comfortable, felt like i was home lol. Overall, Good service. I would recommend this place.

Location needs an upgrade. Great place, free parking however the seats see not as comfortable as the others. This theatre might be older however from my experience with other VIP locations, these seats are not very breathable, the back requires a lot of force to lean back (I'm 83kg) and there is no leg rest. Service wasn't too bad, drinks oddly enough came significantly after the meal. Overall experience wasn't that pleasant.

You may order food and drinks and eat before your show starts. You can also enjoy food inside of the theater. The food is very tasty....from Pierogies, to Salads, to Calamari, to Taco, Poitines, Pizza and more. I always have to add shrimps to my Sante Fe Grain Bowl...mmmm yummy avocado and corn etc. There's a balcony patio for the summer time use to get some fresh air. Oh and of course there are regular items, if you just want popcorn????????

Not a bad VIP experience but not anything spectacular either. Not as good as Yonge and Eglinton location. Seats are leather and recline with the button but seats are narrow and feel close to the next one. Bathrooms are single door stalls, feels tight. I would come back to watch a VIP movie because the parking isn’t that bad - it’s FREE.

It is always a treat to enjoy dinner and dessert at the VIP theatres from the comfort of our seats. The service is always good and the portion sizes are substantial. The brownie dessert, which was free with entrée via an email promo, was large enough for two people!

The seats are super comfortable ???? and you can put the middle arm rest up for extra space ???? the way you order food and it comes to you is pretty dope no long waits in line!!! Clean pleasant service. The two downstairs theatres have all reclining seats. Upstairs is only the front row but the other seats are pretty comfortable anyways. Downstairs bathrooms sometimes get a bit messy.

Love going here for a movie night. Yes it's expensive, but the theatres are way less busy, the seats are soft leather and recline, staff are friendly and helpful, you rarely if ever have to wait in line, and you can get food and drinks served to your seat! Totally worth it!

The exceptional movie theater and in seat service was spoiled by the odd configuration of the pseudo unisex washrooms. The ratio of 3 female washroom stalls to every 1 for males created long lines, go early so as not to be late for the movie.

I think this is the best VIP theatre in the city. Depending on which movie you’re seeing, you may get lucky and get in the small theatre with fully reclining seats! That’s easily the best part of this theatre. I rarely see movies so I figure when I do, why not do it in style and in VIP like at don mills. Friendly staff, clean, and best of all free parking

Hubby and I love coming here for date nights without the kids. It is adult only - over 19 since they serve alcohol. Surprisingly the food is pretty good especially for a movie theatre and the VIP experience is much more enjoyable than a regular theatre. You can purchase food and beverages outside of the theatres to take into the theatre, and you can also order from your seat. Great way to spend date night for us

This was my 4th or 5th time watching a movie at the VIP @ Donmills and it was fantastic as usual. I went with my husband to watch the movie 'Searching' and the service was great. We had to request to switch seats because my husband didn't like the seats I chose and the girl at the front desk helped us without asking us any questions or giving us hard time. ???????? We went inside and the service was excellent (I wish they had put more butter on my popcorn because I requested for extra layered butter but my popcorn were about 80% awesome which is pretty great..no one gets 100% these days). The seats recline fully and not to mention the fact that we loved the movie. Great theater, excellent service, will definitely go there again. On another note tho, I have only been to the VIP so I have no idea what the regular theater is like. ????????????

Came here for my brother's birthday. We got the seats about a day before the movie screening. We came early since it was our first time and we wanted to look around. We went and sat at the lounge and the gentleman that greeted up provided us with a menu and let us know that we can order now and have our food taken to our seats. We didn't order at the time since we really didn't think much off it. But we did go to our seats after, to find where to go. We were the first to the room our movie was playing in and we were just enjoying the relaxing seats. We waited for someone to come and help us, but we were served after people who came after us. We placed our order with a woman and had a coupon for 2 drinks and a popcorn. We ordered a popcorn for my brother and pitcher of beer for 3 people to share. We noticed people started to get there food and figured we would be last. We did get our beer quickly. After the movie started I noticed that the servers stopped coming around. And I did mention to one that we didn't receive our popcorn and pop. She did say she would return with them. After a few more minutes we were about a quarter way through the movie and the server who took our order came and told us. We already received our food. These seats are open and you can see what someone has so I was surprised that she said that. I did tell her that we didn't get anything so see left and got our order. Again. The order was incomplete still, but I didn't want to cause any more hassle through out the movie. I wouldn't pay to come see a movie at vip after that experience I would only come if I had a free ticket.

I would typically rate the theatre 5 stars; however, on this occasion I went to the pictured lounge/bar...the service here was unacceptable. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged, ordered two simple drinks (draft beer & gin and tonic), waited 15 minutes for the drinks all while being delayed to watch my movie. I'd recommend the theatre for going to a movie for nothing else.

This is a VIP-only theatre. Some theatres have full recliner, but others are comfy with partial recliners. Sometimes I order food at my seat. The coconut shrimp appetizer is tasty and not too expensive.

Free parking in the garage nearby, new cinema so the interior is very nice, washrooms clean, great experience in general. Love the in-seat service prior to the movie starting. A regular spot for me. There are 5 screens in total, 3 on the upper level and 2 on the ground level. Some of the theatres have full recliners, little buttons on the inside of the arm part of your chair. No one under the age of 19 cause they are licensed.

Husband and I have been a few times. Always nice and clean and friendly staff. In our last visit we ordered some really good apps and delicious nachos. Very comfy seats and kids free environment. Totally worth to go on Tuesdays. I ordered a glass of wine which was extremely sweet and I did not like it, upon asking the staff to exchange for me, I was able to enjoy a good glass of wine. First time to VIP. Everything is interesting and I could see how it improves date night to the movies great concept. However for my first experience I entered my theatre and sat down. One thing I hate more than anything is people talking really loudly, invasively in the theatre. Even before the movie starts just quietly chat between you. We had the fortunate luck to have what felt like every staff member....STAFF member standing in the theatre taking taking to each other so loudly, about nothing. It was social. Not the right time for that and kind of ruined the start for me. Hopefully they don’t continue once the movie starts. Haha

Not many Cineplex theatres I would give a 4 star rating, but this place perhaps even deserves 5 star. It's quite clean (i know right, is that even possible), the audience is always very considerate and well mannered, the food is decent as any pub food would taste. Price of the food is high, but not like cinema hall high. The servers are courteous, the seats are comfy and they never check tickets here (don't think of taking advantage, seats are all assigned and usually full). VIP tickets are cineplex is quite overpriced ofcourse, but if you go on a tuesday or use your points, this place is well worth its "VIP" status.

Saw the Joker on Tuesday at 3:45pm. The movie was brilliant. Good thing I didn't bring my aunt to see it. She wouldn't of liked it. It's very dark, violent, and monumental. Arthur Fleck suffers from a mental illness that causes him to laugh hysterically at inappropriate moments giving him the joker laugh and you get to see a man descend into madness and chaos as the movie progresses. There was no post credits scene at the end unlike most comic book movies. Joaquin Phoenix sure gives Heath Ledger's performance a run for his money. An Oscar for Joker in the best actor performance is certain with the total body transformation Joaquin Phoenix endured. 5 stars

It gets 4 stars for the theater and the facilities. Theaters are all good. No complaints there. The washrooms are usually a mess. May have been the nights I've come, your experience may differ. This location loses stars because of the restaurant side of things. After seating ourselves in the restaurant, which was a surprise to do, my significant other and I waited and watched several servers all on their phones at the bar for about 10 minutes. They all saw us. They all walked by. Eventually our server came with menus, but the show starts soon and I can't eat and enjoy my meal. Now I'm not a restauranteur, but if you see a table not being served, wouldn't you go over anyways? I get the cutthroat mentality of, "not my section not my problem" but sheez, cover your coworkers. Theater side good. Restaurant side? I'd rather go to pizza pizza across the street. Aaaaaaaaaaand another table that was waiting for servers, asked us for our menus and walked over to the bar to get drinks. Note to management; get better servers.

This is the way movies should be watched. The seats are spacious and comfortable. Food and drink served at your seat. The accoustics are good, not alot of reverb. There isn't a bad seat in the theatre room. As with all movie houses, the food is pricey, the comfort in layout makes up for it though.

A few things to note. Love the cinema and the seats. Plenty of leg room and the in seat service is nice. However, some not so nice things. On Wednesdays there is a special. $70 for two tickets, two entrees, and app and a dessert. Actually a decent deal given the normal charges for the items individually. However, the cashier at the front desk never mentioned this even though we explicitly stated that we wanted food. So we get to our seats and there are three servers standing there. One attends to a couple at the back. We have menus in our hands and are constantly looking to get someone's attention. The one server dealing with people sees that we are looking for help and has to tell another server to come see us. The guy comes and asks if we want anything. I see the Wednesday special and ask if it is too late to take advantage of the offer. His response is it is not too late. All we have to do is return it tickets and purchase new ones. The movie starts in six minutes. So that isn't going to happen. Fortunately there is another deal that is available that gives us the same food for $40 and we get that. We get the pulled pork sandwich and the burger. Both are really good. The pork has a little bit of heat to it and the pickle adds a nice crunch. The burger is also good. The fried were not good (cool shortly after they arrived and hard). We got an appetizer if guacamole and chips. The guac was cold and chunky and the chips were plain and stale. So the chips kept breaking because the guac was a solid mass. Didn't finish it. We got churros for dessert which were okay but were served with two dipping sauces. Caramel (normal) and strawberry (odd). And our server never asked if we wanted a drink. Which I didn't think about until he left. Not exactly the VIP treatment I was looking for. Sorry. No photos because the food arrived during previews.

Decided to try this out months ago, and everytime myself and the wife want to go to the movies we go to this location. It's the only one we've been to, I'm sure the other VIP locations are nice as well. First time and everytime since, the staff have been exceptional, making good recommendations and paring for food and alcohol. Seating is comfortable, if the option is available, go with the recliners. The middle section on the non-recliners lift, so you can sit closer together. It is 18+ only, so it's nice for the adults to really unwind. In seat service is only available 30 prior to your showing time, it then stops after. NOTE** show up 45-60 minutes prior to your show if you want to enjoy the bar or eat before going into the theater. The slide out table on the seats can be small, and you will be stuck with it during the entire movie when table service stops.

Cineplex VIP cinemas is the creme de la creme of the movie theaters. When you come to Cineplex VIP cinemas you get the VIP treatment regardless of whether or not you've purchased a standard or VIP ticket! Every seat is super plush and comfy with a tilt feature, if you've purchased a VIP ticket you get a fully reclinable chair. The snack bar is clean and fully stocked with my personal favorite the bistro section, I personally recommend spoiling yourself and purchasing the VIP tickets, you get serve staff bringing you good and drinks right to your chair and when you combine that with a fully reclinable comfort chair, the movie is just better.

Probably the smallest VIP Cineplex theatres in Toronto! That's not a bad thing! They only have a few theatres and show roughly two movies but that's all they need! The staff are very speedy and friendly and the place is always clean. The bathrooms are private jut they fill up quickly, especially after a showing. Located in Shops at Don Mills so there is free parking in the parkade which is very close to the cinemas.

Wow! I have to get out more often. Somehow, I managed to ignore these VIP theatres at Don Mills Shopping centre. Well, no more. They are sublime, when one wants a night out with their better half, taking a break from the kids. Although many Cineplex locations include VIP theatres, this location is nothing but VIP theatres! So you get the dedicated grown-up experience, with no leakages or distractions from the typical, sticky, noisy, messy and crowded theatres of the masses. This location has a decently-sized lounge with a screen, bar/food area, and several theatres. Food was quite good, but not quite up to the level of the restaurants of the area. Overall, highly recommended.

It was the first time in a long time that I've gone to see a movie and I had a lovely experience here. The food was good, comparable to similarly priced restaurants in the city, the VIP experience was way better than a regular movie cinema. There's a bar / restau-lounge area outside of the theatres where you can buy food and alcohol, and you can take it with you into the theatre as well as order more food from the seat. I recommend doing this for a night out of there is a film you want to catch, and make a whole evening out of it.

I must even admit that going to the washrooms is a VIP experience! ???? Drawback? Well, just be prepared to disburse ~$100 in that outing ???????? BTW, I find VIP #3 to be very uncomfortable as all seats are all together as any regular movie with the difference of leg-space and a wider seat. Great to bring visiting family and friends. You won't regret it!

Not great at all. I’ve been to the vip theatre at Yonge and Eglinton and it is 100x better and cleaner. The seats were squeaky, old and not cleaned appropriately. My seat was covered in the last persons ketchup and stained my pants. The washrooms were poorly maintained and really dirty. Overall a pretty poor experience and wouldn’t recommend it for the price, just go to another vip location.

Other reviews have said there are reclining chairs but none of the chairs in our theater reclined. I went with my girlfriend and we ordered a large popcorn and truffle fries both of which sucked. By the time we finally got our popcorn it was cold and the "truffle fries" were soggy old french fries with a tiny amount of parmesan cheese shredded on top. The food is a waste of money IMO and I will not be returning anytime soon.

My go to VIP theatre. The prices at a VIP theatre are much higher than a regular theatre so keep that in mind. You are paying for the experience and better seats and service as the food and drinks are delivered to your seat. Comfortable and spacious seating with ample leg room and some theatres have reclining seats. This is a 19+ theatre so that’s a bonus for me and as such you can order alcohol here. Thy have a lounge upstairs so if you wanted to hangout and grab a drink before the movie you can do that as well. Great view of the shops from the seats in the lounge by the windows. Great quality food and drinks most of the time. Its rare that the food and drinks aren’t on point but if you have an issue the great staff are there to help and correct it. Highly recommend!

Usually this theatre is very good. One of the better VIP venues. Tonite I need to call them out. We were the first two people in our seats. We got in and ordered from our seats and the waited, and waited... Our drinks came quick enough. The popcorn which was suppose to come AFTER our dinner came soon after our drinks. 45 minutes go and trailers are about to finish, I got out of my seat to hunt down our dinner and of course, here it finally comes, down the hall as I walk by them. Back to my seat I go and the dinner salad comes with no dressing. By this point the movie is starting and my wife had no choice but to choke down the salad while eating her popcorn appetizer. The movie was great. The experience was terrible. Dinner with drinks costed $70. Good thing the tickets were cheap on a Tuesday. Not giving up on this theatre, but really hope it's not going downhill...

Just saw a movie here tonight and had a great experience! I ordered the Santa Fe Quinoa bowl and the Buffalo cauliflower bites, both really good choices! I especially liked the bowl, it tasted really clean and all the ingredients were really fresh! The cauliflower bites were also very good, they are very filling but a tad too spicy for me, but still really good. My BF had the chicken Caesar wrap which he liked and the truffle fries which went down well. The cineplex theatre itself was really clean, even the washrooms were really clean, we had friendly service and the employees are all very friendly and nice.

My favourite theater for going out to see movies. Doesn't feel overcrowded like most movie theaters do and the auditoriums are spacious and generally comfortable. My only criticism, which is why they are not getting five stars, is that depending on the auditorium you are in you'll find that the seats are quite old, don't recline, etc. However, the ticket prices are the same as the auditoriums with newer seats. Doesn't make much sense and these older auditoriums could really benefit from an upgrade/renovation.

ZERO if i could based on auditorium 3. Seats do not like recline like newer vip theatre and no foot rest. Leather on arm rest was cracked and falling apart had to cover it with my hoodie. Only downstairs has chairs that you can expend. Upstairs chairs are very uncomfortable. I go there every month at least twice/three times. And it’s not very pleasant to sit in those chairs. Would consider somewhere else if they don’t change :(.

I can't say that eating Nacho's in the dark was a great idea, and the beer was definitely overpriced.

Love it here. Come here regularily and every time is so enjoyable! The comfortable seats and arms space. Along with wine and snacks while watching a movie. Doesn’t get better than that. The only one thing I would comment on is the staff isn’t always as quick to come by as they should. Considering it’s limited time before the movie starts. They should work on having there staff be alittle more attentive otherwise still always a great experience.

Far inferior to other cineplex VIPs. It is dirtier and has a lot less arm and leg space than the other ones I've been to. The seats don't even recline like they do at the others! Definitely not worth the increased cost. If you want a more pleasant VIP experience, go to the one in Pickering.

Order drinks and dinner at our chairs 20 min before movie time.. had to track the manager down to my dates drink.. got food .. my drink and 10 into movie i had to get up and miss 5 minutes to find manager and get him to bring it!!!!

Fantastic location. The bathrooms and food areas are kept very clean. The seats are very comfortable and the wait staff are attentive and friendly. It's a small theatre, so the film selection is limited, but that also adds to its charm. It's rarely crowded, which makes it perfect for a quiet night out.

Ordered VIP tickets online not realizing everyone had to be of legal drinking age. Called the theatre directly because of 1 hour plus wait on main Cineplex line. Was told I could either go to the box office for a refund or call the main Cineplex line. Called main number back next morning, waited on hold for 40 minutes before someone answered only to be told only the theatre box office can take the return. It would be nice if they were clearer during the ordering process or regarding restrictions on the VIP seats. It would also be great if they ensured the staff is aware of company policies. They might also want to invest in more call centre capacity. To add to the poor customer service, the person I spoke with at head office said they would email me confirmation that there would be no issue with the refund at the box office. That email still has not been received.

The seats in the VIP are UNCOMFORTABLE! Only the front row seats recline. The rest of the seats barely recline. The seats in the regular theatre are more comfortable. For VIP, the seat reservation option and having food/drinks delivered are convenient but the seats themselves are not comfortable AT ALL!

I love going to see movies here. You can reserve your tickets / seats in advance. The seats are very comfortable and can even recline, and you can order food and alcohol before the movie starts. There also a restaurant & bar if you get there a little early or want a quick bite after the movie It is more expensive than the regular theatre but the benefits I mention above are worth it. Also, I love kids for the record, if you want an to go catch a movie without many around, this is the spot

This CINEPLEX VIP SERVICE Is horrible. I was there at 2.43pm for my VIP movie that was at 2.45pm on a friday. And the manager named ANJU. was rude and didn't know the basics of customer service. She denied us food or even water. Saying oh we can't serve you as it's almost your movie time. I wanted to order at the concession stand but she denied that too. I honestly don't understand, you didn't WANT TO TAKE MY MONEY TO GIVE ME FOOD. Cineplex is already struggling and there she was RUDE AND WOULDN'T LET ME ORDER FOOD OR EVEN WATER. they only had 3 Other PEOPLE IN THR WHOLE THEATER. I PAID OVER $50 FOR JUST THE VIP movie tickets and nothing she did was VIP. From her attitude to her service. Honeslty Cineplex expect people to pay that much and can't even get basic food. That's insane. At a regular theater I would still be able to get fries and popcorn but she wouldn't give me, not because she doesn't have but because SHE DIDN'T WANT TO. AND ITS CINEPLEX RULE AS SHE SAID which I know was not correct. Cineplex VIP really need to do something about their service as its HORRIBLE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO WANTS TO SPEND MONEY TO HAVE A GOOD TIME. My go-to when I want to watch a flick. Choose and reserve your seats in advance. The seats are nice and large with lots of space in the aisle to stretch. Also there is food and drink service available which stops about 10 minutes before your movie starts.

Always a great place to have an adult only movie experience. The food and service is wonderful. Seats are pre assigned so you select them at the time you purchase your tickets. You can order food and drinks into the theatre until a few minutes before screen time. And yes they serve alcohol. Seating is comfortable. Outside the theatre there is a nice social ambience complete with booths and seating for enjoying a meal. Great place!

The experience was great. Bar had a great selection of drinks. You can eat there, with a pretty good variety and selection of food. Also make sure you arrive a little early for your food. Depending on when you arrive you can order food at bar to eat in theater or you can wait till you are in theater and wait stuff will come to you. Only difference is we ordered our food at bar ahead so ours was delivered while everyone was just ordering and waiting.

I go there often on half price Tuesdays. There is ample of free parking at the covered parking garage. You can pre-book tickets with designated seats. Seats are big, clean, wrapped in leather (could be faux), slightly reclinable and comfortable. There is a small table top attached to the side of each seat. You can order food from the theatre staff and they will being it to you table. Alcohol is served also. You can have a very nice dine anf watch experience.

Theatre itself is great, but if you have an issue talk to anyone but manager Linda, we had a complaint and she couldn't care less. Her customer service is absolutely horrible. With someone who is a "manager" she should have to re do her training. We left extremely disappointed and were treated with such disrespect. Will be contacting head office about how she handles situations.

The food was really not that great. Sad, sad cilantro leaf...did you think l could not see you in the dark? The concept is great and if the food was good, I would not hesitate to go back. But it was sad and really kind of bad. The walnut brownies were awful and came in a plastic package. I mean seriously not good food.

My favorite VIP cinema. It's a little smaller in comparison to other locations so most movies aren't shown here, but it's great because it's clean and has good service. Also, it's situated in Shops at Don Mills so there are lots of places to check out pre/post movie.

I think I'm calling it quits in this theatre. Does not matter if you come 10 minutes before the show or 45 minutes before, your food will arrive right when the lights turn off. Recently we went to see Avengers Infinity War. Arrived plenty early to make sure we enjoy our food and then the movie. We took the Wednesday date deal. Perhaps when we bought the deal at the counter, they should have specified that most food items were NOT included in the deal. The amount of options in the deal was ridiculously low, especially since me and my husband don't eat meat. We even asked our server if we could pay more and upgrade so we could get some of our choices from the regular menu. But that was not allowed. That started to mar our experience but I would have given a pass if that was the only problem. We ordered an appetizer and 2 mains. There was still half an hour to go for the movie. People who came after us got their food on both sides of us. Finally when the last trailer was playing, one of our entrees made it to us. And as the movie started and *SPOILER ALERT* Thanos was wrecking havoc on Thors spaceship *SPOILER ENDS*, our server came up to us with the second entree. Then a few minutes later, with the appetizer, bumbling loudly through the aisle. We were completely speechless at the level of service. It was not fun to wait for some light from the screen to see our food. VIP really doesn't live up to its name. What is the point of paying so much for a movie that will get continually interrupted and where we can't enjoy the food? Completely felt ripped off. Another point I would like to add is that there is no logistics to the service. Servers just hap-hazardly take order. Does not matter who arrives when. If you happen to walk in and sit right beside someone who is being served, you get lucky enough to order. We had to wait a good amount of time even before ordering. The system is flawed. The screen and sound quality of VIP is also nothing compared to regular theatres. Anyways, my last time at this theatre. If you truly want to enjoy a movie, I recommend IMAX.

They are always clean, always pleasant. I guess with COVID they ran out of food options. I understand this isn't typical of them as I have been here many times and that was never a thing. Please bring back the chicken parm sandwich or sliders!!!! It's my fav on the menu. I really miss this experience and I'm super happy they are having people return to the theaters. Felt very safe with the physical distancing of the seats!

I don't know why this movie theatre was rated 4.5 stars. Me and my girlfriend went to watch the new joker movie for 11pm. First of all unlike the other vip cinemas , this location has the worst chairs . They only recline a little further back. Nothing for your legs to lift up and sit back and relax. Do not ever order chicken tacos , that thing is disgusting and cold. I ordered a large Coke and didn't even get a straw !!! After the movie was finished there WAS A LINE UP IN THE BATHROOM !!! For $25 this place is a disgrace man

We almost exclusively watch movies here or IMAX. Only go for the full recliner seating, I don't think the non recliner seats are worth the extra $$ or scene points. The non recliner seats aren't even as squishy or comfy...service is great and very attentive, I don't usually get alcohol but I tried the tacos, poutine, churros and of course, popcorn, and it was all great. Make sure to get here a bit early to enjoy the great seating and food service. Washrooms are individual rooms which is nice and private ????

This was my first time going to a theatre that was 100% VIP va. Just a section like yonge and dundas and it was definitely worth the money. Staff was attentive, food came quickly and seats reclined and I still felt like I had space despite having people sitting in either side of me.

The first time i went to the wrong theatre. I called them and (the manager) a very nice man named Rashawn, refunded me two tickets. He assured me the best experience, which is what i got. Even though i was a little late i was able to order food and drinks at the front and they brought it to my seats. My seats were great the food was good. The service is awsome. Visited on Wednesday evening and bought the Hump Date Night deal. 1. For the full VIP theater experience, we arrived 40mins prior to our show, to be told we could go in half hour prior to show start. We opted to wait until we took our seats to order our food. So half an hour prior to the show starting, we went in to the theater, only to walk back out as our seats were not yet cleaned (i.e. food spills and garbage from previous patrons). Ten minutes later, we go back in, only to find the same - so we alert one of the staff only to be told they would get to it. Finally, the theater was ready - not until 15mins before the show started. 2. When we finally go in, the ordering service was of course cut short! Despite there only being 10 or so patrons in the theater, the wait staff (~4 staff walking up and down the aisles) ignored taking our food order. So, having to go back outside to the concession stand to order our food, we were then told we would have to wait for and carry our food back in ourselves, as the in-seat food service had ended because the movie had already started! 3. Food service - to work in food service/handling, do you not go through any training, or even basic listening skills? The girl handles my beer glass at the rim with her bare hands (after handling money), and then makes the mistake of serving the wrong side orders to our entrees. 4. Having encountered such terrible service thus far, I decided to speak with a manager (Sarah). Although she was apologetic about the situation, rather than deal with my situation or appease my dissatisfaction then and there, she simply tells me to return after my show to speak with her (which would have been past midnight)! So I return to my seat, now having missed the beginning of the movie - disappointed to say the least!!! The manager attempted to placate the situation by simply delivering two paltry complimentary movie tickets to our seats, without any further apology or explanation. If this is Cineplex's definition of "VIP service" and also have the audacity to charge as much as they do for each movie - it would be advisable to save your money and treat yourself to a nice dinner with better service at any other restaurant - even a fast-food chain! Overall experience; nothing out of the ordinary, an absolute disappointment!!!

I've noticed people are a lot more respectful here. I go to the theatre to watch a movie, not be interrupted by people talking or looking at the phones. I've never had that problem here.

The place is really comfortable. The chairs are reclinable and big. They have a food service that is available until the movie is going to start and they serve you on the chair. The service is really nice and the popcorn is wonderful, fresh and crispy. The only problem is they don't have the phone games before the movies that are in no VIP cinemas. I cannot understand why because is an additional service we lose. There are two different kind of chairs, so if you want the ones who are fully reclinabke with a place to lift your feet, be aware when you buy your ticket because you can check if the session you are going to has those or not.

I'm giving it 3 stars because they chairs do not fully recline except the very first row. The washrooms are also bad as there are only 2 men's individual washrooms and 4 for the women's washrooms which makes this theatre not really vip. I advise that their should be 2 men's 2 women's and the other 2 unisex/handicap washroom.

This was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved it. First off, the seats are incredible here. I came to watch IT and if any of you have already seen it, you know that this movie is lonnnggggg. But because these seats are so amazing, it made it painless to sit through almost 3 hours worth of a movie. The seats are huge. The tables on the sides are a little bit small. The service is great. The food was awesome for being in a theater. And no matter where you sit in this theater, you can see perfectly. All in all it was perfect.

Great location, nice comfy seats that recline all the way down so it's perfect to bring someone on a date. The prices of food are a bit expensive, but the taste and quality are quite good. I would recommend the Cheesecake for anyone that goes to VIP.

For the money it cost to watch a movie at VIP cinemas you would think that every seat is reclining & not just select theatre rooms. This is the 2nd time I ended up at a VIP cinema that didn't have fully reclining seats. Not to mention the lack of space between seats. VIP cinemas are highly overrated. Won't be going back. Landmark cinemas are waaay better at half the price. And so much space between seats. If you want the fully reclining seat experience without breaking your pocket go to landmark cinemas and skip VIP Cineplex. You'll thank me for it.

We went there for Roger Waters Us + Them played in room #5. It is a medium size room with a big screen that makes any seat perfect to watching from. Super comfy recliner chairs are equipped with little tables and cup holders. You can order from a vast variety of food and drinks in person or using the Cineplex app, and get them in no time at your seat. Yummy Cosmopolitan!

Once you go vip you'll never want to go back to regular theatres. No more sticky floors and kids yelling. It's also in a great area to leaisure (shop at Don Mills) with solid restaurants to go to after. They also make sure to social distance, so you're never sitting beside anyone you don't know.

After going here, I have a hard time going to see a movie in a regular cinema. They have a deal on Wednesdays - 2 movies and 2 dinners for $56 - this is definitely worth it. The food is good and well worth the money. I usually get the burger with a side salad. Their milkshakes are really delicious, and their cocktails are good too. (Note: Not all of the theaters have reclining seats, but the non reclining seats are ok.)

Watched Black Panther tonight at this theatre. Loved the prompt service with a smile. There’s free parking in the nearby parking structure. In the upstairs area of the theatre there’s a bar for food/drinks before the movie. Further, as part of the VIP service they offer seat side service until the beginning of the movie. To be fair, the guy checking for vaccines and entry was helpful and fast and efficient. Other than that, probably the rudest staff I have ever dealt with! I was there to book some tickets because my gift cards won’t work online or in the auto-kiosk. The lady working for customer service was rude and unhelpful. When I asked why my gift cards won’t work online, she literally just shrugged her shoulders. she also gave me mixed information about the times of the movie I want even though it’s just right in front of her in the screen! all she had to do was read it!
