People honked until they startedthe movie early but it was to light so you couldn't see the beginning of it well. Also bathrooms close long before the movie is over and lots of people were going to try to use them

I would give them a 5/5 if it wasn't for my last experience. They advertised The New Mutants and Avengers: Endgame the week after playing The New Mutants and Iron Man. By the time I got there that Friday they ended up playing the first Avengers movie from 2012 instead of last year's Endgame. Had I known this I would not have gone back. Yes, movies are subject to change but they should really double check the movie rights and make sure they have the movie before posting it on social media or their website. Aside from that staff is friendly and the facilities are kept clean all night.

Very well organized for events, they even have a 6 ft pole to ensure cars are spaced properly. The concession stand is bright, clean and very well organized! Just wished their FM radio app worked.

Had a good time! Food was good from the canteen and the staff working there was very friendly. However, they advertised that “The New Mutants” and “The Avengers: Endgame” would be playing, but they didn’t play the right Avengers movie they played a different one, when the mistake was pointed out to staff they were very nice about it but said nothing could be done because the owners “didn’t realize there was more then one Averages movie”. We asked for a refund because they played the wrong movie and they said that the owner would have to call us back the next day to talk about a refund, and they never called or answered our phone calls. They also said this is the second time the wrong movie has been played in two weeks. So if you are going to the Sussex drive don’t count on the movie you think you’re going to see being the movie you actually see.

My bf and i drove up from saint john to see his sister and her husband for a few min to drop off some items.We have never been to this camp ground before. It was 11pm and we drove in the wrong gate so he pulled up by a side of a building to back up so we could turn around and go back out when we seen a worker so we asked him where the gate was for the camp ground. He said just pull over here and it should open. So then we heard a women yell out whats their story??? He explained we were trying to get into the campground. Then she said hold on here. She March's right up to my husbands window and says whats your story im the owner of tge campground? My husband explained we were there to see his sister she says rudly well u just drove on the sidewalk to my house. This was not intentional we were trying to turn around but she gave us no time to explain. She says what is your sisters name? What lot number is she? He said ill call her she said well no its past 10pm and we dont allow visitors past 10 so u just turn around and head back the way u came. U could smell the liquor off her breath and coukd tell she was intoxicated. We felt as if we where visiting jail she made us feel like criminals. She was so rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this expérience to anyone. I couldnt even believe it i will never go back there again. Worst experiance ever.

Went tonight and rules were only one person ler vehicle can go in to the canteen and these kids 5 or six of them all huddled together not following the rules whatsoever I hope for there sake they learn to follow them because I would hate to see the drive in get shut down

Awesome place to go for a night out. Super late closing time so I wouldn’t recommend coming without reserving a hotel if you have to travel any distance.

One of the few drive-ins left in NB! It's fun, rates are reasonable for a double feature, sound is projected though an FM channel so there's no worries about broken speakers (unless they're in your car). This is the ONLY way to see a film "out" during a pandemic; from the comfort of your own car bubble! Downside was that the canteen was very busy - there were a number of reasons for this (promotions, changes in operations due to COVID, etc.) but be aware that you may not be able to rely on it if you were planning to eat dinner there and don't want to miss the movie. I brought my own popcorn, and that paid off! All in all, though, a very good time, and the canteen does have a fun variety of foods.

Was supposed to be secret life of pets 2 and hustle. After we paid and waited an hour wrong movies were playing. Food was cold and stale, started before dark and could not see the screen.

Little bit of a drive for me to get there, about an hour from home... completely worth it. I love that they hire summer students and also explain that they are summer students so people dont get frustrated. This was everything this experience should have been!

We arrived late and the movie was well into the movie. But family enjoyed it. I love this drive in. The owners always answer my questions very promptly.

We got cabin 312 for the night which included our drive in movie in the price. Movie was great, cabin was great- clean and cozy...had a little mini fridge and microwave in it as well as a roughly double bed and a bunk bed as well. Little fire pit and picnic table outside... small deck as well as double swinging chair on the grass. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the food from the canteen was the absolute worst- my pretzel tasted like dish soap.... the popcorn was wet :/ bleh... cringing just thinking about it. But as for the experience, it was really great:) staff at entrance was very sweet.

I miss Sussex a lot
