I love going to the movies. The only issue is the popcorn is not always hot. Obviously this depends where it sits under the heat lamps. Some trips to Cineplex the popcorn is piping hot, other times it's nearly room temperature. No Suzie seat kickers, Sally soundtracks or Tommy texters to report either.

Won free tickets for 2 to Cinplex, unfortunately when I went to register on there sit for location closes to me. They were requesting a $3 each charge for certain feature that Threater had. I unfortunately didn't have $6 to cover the payment at time. So technically it wasn't free. Had choose the location across town. Which cost $28 in cabs there &back;. Then the prices of the snacks blow my mind. They had yogurt outlet there that wanted $7 and some change for a small. Downton Abbey was great, the Threater had comfortable seats. It wasn't all sticky on floor. But experience of going through all that dampened my mood.

Older facility. The bathrooms are weird (space between the door and wall in stall is so large you can see people doing their business). Very tight stalls. The seats are the older ones (not new, leather). Overall a good experience!

Checked out the latest Bond flick. Facilities were a little tired, but everything was clean. Concession appeared to be clean. Covid measures properly enforced. Bought tickets online - but- there was no line. Checked vac-certs, and in we went. Advance seating online gave us the best seats in the house with no one close to us. Audience was respectful of mask wearing, and sat well spaced. Highly recommend.

I rarely go to movies and was excited to enjoy a movie night with popcorn. Well the popcorn was terrible. It tasted like they melted plastic into their butter or whatever they use on popcorn. Now if you buy popcorn and pop at a movie it is around $20 plus the movie is pretty close to the same. I dont 3xpect at that peice you should have plastic tasting popcorn The seats were comfortable the screen was good.

My experience was intense, here's my story. As I walked through the valley of the beasts also known as the parking lot I spotted multiple short spotted men. turns out the spots were butter. Apparently there was a butter outbreak at trinity. I ran pass them and got inside to see what was going on. What I saw might shock you. The Trinity employees were standing on top of the counters beating up the butter infected customers. One of the butter zombies tried to bite me but i managed to kick him away from me. I just wanted to watch a movie so i ran back outside towards my car and got out of there. To Dieppe I go I guess. 10/10 would butter again.

The theater is older but comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The setup is a bit different in that you buy your tickets at the food counter, which is very convenient and efficient. One warning... if you pay to have butter added at the counter and ask for "half popcorn then half butter then the rest of the popcorn and other half of butter", you may get charged for butter twice.

Movie scheduled for 11am. Stood outside for a long time with my kids. We were all very disappointed that the doors outside remained locked until well passed the movie start time. Later seeing that the theatre itself only opens a half hour after the movie was scheduled to begin.

Employees don’t know how to do their jobs, have no common sense, and don’t care about kids/families. I took my family, and we have a 3 year old and a 7 months old to watch sing 2, it was so loud it disturbed the audience and my children. I went to ask to have them turn it down, and after 10 minutes nothing changed. It made my 7 month distraught as our ears were hurting it was so loud and she couldn’t help but cry. I decided to take my 7mo to the car, and my wife and 3yo stayed. They didn’t last 10 minutes as the staff turned the volume UP, made our 3yo cry and scream from the volume. What an awful place. We will not be coming back. I wish covid bankrupt this company.

We went to the Dieppe location. I have to say, we really do not like the rocking seats at this location. The people in front of us almost had their heads in our laps. The people behind us used the backs of our seats to keep pushing their rocking seats. If you want to sit and rock, get yourself a rocking chair for your front porch and rock to your hearts content.

My girlfriend and I went to see Pirates part 5 in the Trinity location. I'm a Pirates fan so I loved the movie but the cinemas is a horrible place to view it. The young staff and the manager are hardworking and friendly and I give the service tonight a 5 out of 5. They aren't the problem. It's the screen and the food. First of all walking in the door it was 28 degrees outside and about 25 inside. What happened to the air conditioning? We had a 25 dollar gift certificate and bought 2 medium popcorn and 1 large pop and 1 medium pop. We still owed close to 30 dollars. We had gone to the Dollaramma next door before(which is smarter and somewhat cheaper) and that cost us 5.00. So in total it cost us 60 dollars b4 we even parked our butt in the seat. The cinema had 4 other people in it besides us. 6 people in the whole cinema? I know why. Other than the fact that it's been out for almost 2 weeks and every other person in Moncton has seen it it's probably because of the price. Now to the food. The popcorn was extremely salty and I drank 3/4 of my large pop b4 the promos were even over. I sure wasn't going back for another 6.00 pop. (which by the way costs them less than a dollar total) The screen is dark and even though we had on 3d glasses I found that I missed so much because the screen had no resolution. The other piss off was that we couldn't watch it in regular because they only have that show at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. All in all I predict this. Like me, most people feel cheated when they leave the cinemas even though the movie was awesome the price just sticks with you. In ten years or less I predict cinemas will be closed unless these owners get smart and drop prices. They are making a killing on the food and beverages and it's about time they smarten up. My review of the cinemas is its not worth it. Stay home. Wait for the movie to come out on bluray and get in your comfies, make your own popcorn, buy your own 2 litre pop and nachos and stay home. Even if you buy the bluray brand new for 25.00 the cost of the food is still 20.00 cheaper than going to the movies. Trust me !! It was the worst experience ever. I got charged for something that should of been free with our children's passes (they received for Christmas) and I was told that the 40$ gift card we got was a mistake and there was only 32$ on it. I will not be going again.

Glad to see the movie theater reopening. All the extra steps taken to keep people safe are great from only allowing 2 people together and 3 seats in between groups. Also only every other row is being used. Definitely makes you feel comfortable.

It is clear that Cineplex Trinity is the neglected cousin of Cineplex Dieppe. There doesn't seem to much in the way of upgrades to the theatres and so they have a more run down feeling when you are in them. Lighting and sound aren't as good and they don't offer the TimePlay app prior to shows. Additionally, they don't offer the slushies at Trinity.

Ordering food was a hassle, tried to get frozen yogurt but attendant kept taking orders from center counter and not serving the line at his counter. Once he took our order he came back and told us that he did not have this item in stock. Poor set up and service.
