Hace semana y media volvimos a ir, ya cambiaron las máquinas, mucho más modernas y fáciles de usar, colocaron más maquinitas de videojuegos y otros que son divertidos lo cual hace un ambiente más agradable y dan ganas de quedarse más tiempo; estuvimos en una sala diferente donde todo estuvo muy bien y los sillones reclinables muy cómodos con sus descansa pies. Considero que fue una excelente modificación :)

Nice, big viewing rooms, clean facilities and friendly and polite employees. The only reason I give it only 4 stars is that I think not enough movies are presented in English (I understand the ratio of French/English population and how much it costs to keep a screen working on empty seats) but I would suggest adding some smaller rooms with fewer seats and keep more movies in original version.

I just want to say that this review does not reflect what we can usually going to this cinema and its generally much better than whats described below. This was a one-off and I hope it stays that way and gets better in the future. Very nice cinema. Definitly the bigger one of the two we have in Sherbrooke for now but the prices are always about double, and the food prices are tripple! I once was there with friends from out of town (MTL) for the first time, showing them around the city and there was absolutly no one at the ticket desk and the self serve ticket machines were all 3 out of order. Kind of sad, seeing how its our big one here and Sherbrooke.. They almost laughed at us.. common Sherbrooke, we can do better then that haha! Also, the dude who ripped our tickets told us to go to the wrong room and didn't remember to give us 3d glasses for a 3d movie. New employee I guess? That's obviously not a big deal. But management definetly should maybe start getting things in check. My real rating is 3/5 for now but I'm giving 5 stars so that the general rating of the place doesn't go down. I'll update my review when I feel like are running more like they should be.

Decent cinema with fair prices, no real complaints except that they keep very few English titles on hand at any given time, and not for very long. Ironically, they carry many more English movies dubbed in French than actual French or Québécois movies. I found that I'm physically unable to sit through a dubbed movie after going there with a date who insisted on watching Suicide Squad in French. Interesting fact: If you go to an Odeon or Galaxy cinema in another city that also has an arcade corner, your tokens for playing machines will work just as well in Sherbrooke as in Montreal. And 2- Tickets can be purchased at the entrance through self-service kiosks only. There are no employees. And for seniors who are less comfortable with this technology, the experience may be unpleasant, perhaps an employee should remain available at or near these counters. That said, this is not a negative review but a suggestion;).
