Nice fully loaded place to see the latest movies, VF or VOSTFR. You get food (from cold to hot and soft to spicy), entertainment (games for groups, for couples and alternate play), lots of bathrooms space. You get big space on chairs, huge screening rooms and good sound quality. At the end of movies, the crew is already set for the cleaning sessions and getting things done for the next screening. They just need to set self-checking machines (for cellphones scanning) for thoses who bought online or no physical tickets, allowing you to avoid “going to the post office” lines type and they’ll be all set. Although lines go fast enough. PS: D-Box seats are great for the feel of a good action movie.

Je serais partie si l’on avait pas usé de chantage affectif contre moi. Certes, je n’ai vu personne d’autre faire les mêmes bizarreries avec les doigts dans les oreilles et je reconnais que j’ai l’audition assez sensible mais je ne dois pas être la seule dans ce cas et vous laissez entrer des petits dans ces séances... je suis mitigée.

The sink counter has a dot-sized hole and the wood looks rotten because the sink I used next to that hole moves a lot. Obviously the hand dryer I used first was not working ... The only positive note is the cinema at a discount in the afternoon which allows you to pay a little more than the value of a ticket in this dilapidated cinema ... (Original) Complètement délabré. Premièrement, la salle 5 a un écran partiellement brisé qui donne une image floue sur environ 30% de sa surface. Lorsqu'on paye pour une expérience meilleure qu'à la maison, c'est complètement inacceptable. Les rembourrages des appuis-bras sur les sièges sont complètement écrasés sur presque tous les sièges que j'ai eu la malchance d'utiliser dans les dernières années. Ça n'a pas l'air si grave sauf que le plastique qui entoure le rembourrage devient l'unique appui ce qui est inconfortable. Ensuite, wow ! Les toilettes ont l'air abandonnées depuis des années. Une toilette est hors service, l'autre manque une porte et celle que j'ai pris coulait sous mes pieds. D'ailleurs, j'ai du soulever la porte par le bas pour la verrouiller parce qu'elle est croche. Le comptoir des lavabos a un trou de la grosseur d'un point et le bois semble pourri parce que le lavabo que j'ai utilisé à côté de ce trou bouge beaucoup. Évidemment, le sèche-main que j'ai utilisé en premier ne fonctionnait pas... La seule note positive est le cinéma à rabais l'après-midi ce qui permet de payer un peu plus que la valeur d'un billet dans ce cinéma délabré...

Went for a quick movie the other night. Haven't been here in a while and we stopped going to this location because it was getting run down and staff attitude. Looks newer now but the service remains very poor. Lots of people in line to buy tickets with 1 employee dealing with a woman and her coupons and counting her change. We actually left the line to purchase our tickets at the machine by the front door it was that slow! 4 people in line at the popcorn stand with 5 employees laughing and talking at the end of the counter. Then when they finally came out to give service they said all cash registers were closed except for the one at the end. How about a sign that says which register to go to? Oh wait, with 5 of you standing around, just maybe you could open another register!! Or again maybe you could change the film previews to state turn off your cell phones AND TAKE YOUR FEET OFF THE BACK OF PEOPLES CHAIRS. 2 stars for the clean bathrooms. Too bad it's the only cinema at this end of town because myself and 6 friends would have went somewhere else! That's what happens when kids run your business for you. You would think that with all the staff on hand the 21h30 showing would have much better service.
