It really is such a nice new theatre. Many screens, and a parking lot the size of an ocean. Lots of food choices nearby including a Tim's and Sammy J's. Just over the bridge from downtown Kelowna so really convenient to get to.

I always enjoy going to this theater. Love the ability to pick seats, a lot of parking, always seems to be clean. I love the stadium seating, never any issues not being able to see the screen if someone taller is in front of you. This is a great movie going experience.

Since we made a couple of bad experiences with the only available movie theater in Penticton, we are now driving to West Kelowna for a nice movie night. The perfect mix of ambience and service, and you don't get rushed out of the movie as soon as the credits are starting... I like the team there, thumbs up!

I like the fact the theaters themselves are nicely sloped so even tall people in front are not a concern. What bothered me is that some boardroom efficiency experts decided its a good idea to have customers select their soft drink and butter there own popcorn so thats now self serve at separate stations. How stupid. First of all you pay enough for there to be service. Second I'm nor sure it's butter or Awful margarine. Third you can't add whatever the stuff is half Way in the bag only in top. Fourth you now have three lineups or places to go to compete the process. Fifth you need someone to hold your things so you have deal with this. Sixth you have to touch thinks others do twice to deal worth stiff you eat using your hands. Great way to get sick. For those reasons chose another theater where they still do things old style. If you can.

It's the best theatre in the area. Has normal theatre areas and 3D atmos as well as just 3D. Seats in all are very comfortable and there's no real bad position to be in. They also have those coke beverage machines that let you choose pretty much every kind of carbonated drink there is. It's always clean and the food lineup tends to go by quite quickly. You also have the ability to order tickets (reserved seating in select rooms) and food which you can pick up in an express line

Very good theatre. Although I wished they had Imax screens here, the special xtreme rooms that they have are still very good. Definitely worth the drive even when you're on the other side of the bridge. Not much to complain about with the theatre.

Pros: Clean, updated, very reasonable in price. Cons: The seats aren't very comfy compared to silver city cineplex, screens aren't as big either. The spacing between the front aisle and aisle seats is ridiculously narrow. If anyone gets up to go to the bathroom you might get tripped or trip someone else. The variety of movies is also really small compared to most theaters.

Great theater, but really need a solution to disruptive people. Reserved my seat days in advance, and was stuck with a 4yr old's commentary from behind, all the way through Avengers Infinity War. Kinda ruined the experience and parents did nothing to help.

Being able to book seats is the bomb! Normally a quality place to go but in theatre 6 we heard the A.C. or something humming during part of the movie. Wouldn't have mattered if there had been lots of action at the time but it was a quieter part. At first I thought it was a dull sound of rain in the movie but it wasn't. Aside from that the theatre is clean and the people were friendly.

I have had various experiences with this establishment that has me often teetering between the 4 and 5 star marks. The experience here, for our locality, is above average usually. The lines are well organized, they have incorporated the ATOM system (which i use as often as possible) and the theater setups themselves are within the upper echelons of seats here (second only to literal recliners). What keeps me at the 5 star mark is my experiences when I was in a wheelchair. As someone to whom being mostly immobilized was completely alien, coming to the theater was a welcome accessible routine. I, as are most theater goers, love to get me some popcorn and drinks (maybe some candy too!) but in a wheelchair, those are much more difficult to get to your seat while moving yourself along. It is here that I experienced the most human element of my times at this theater: a manager, who I often see at the theater, noticed that I was struggling to manage my own mobility while attempting not to wear my concession. He offered to carry that concession and escort me to my seat. He ensured that I was comfortable, and that I had everything that I needed to enjoy my visit. He is who i think of when I consider visiting this theater. PS: he also had to break the news to the theater one time that the power had gone out temporarily (at the first showing of HtTYD 2), but he took that time to reassure the guests and brought levity to our show.

Nice theater. Staff were friendly. They have the coke unlimited soda dispensers so you can choose a whole bunch of flavors. The theaters are very nice. The seats are tiered really well so you don't have people's heads in the way. They also have nice seats that lean back. You can book using Atom too and you are able to pick your seats which is nice so you dont have to go super early to get your seat.

Staff is friendly, they would always get the latest movies and they just got a brand new soda dispenser which you can choose any flavor imaginable from raspberry Coke, vanilla Etc. They also have imitation butter dispenser so you can add extra to your popcorn, they also support the atom app so you can skip all the lines!

Nice theatre. The managers are very nice. Their staff is helpful. Their prices are reasonable. Their Extreme theatres are cool. They have lots of food/snack/drink choices. They have 8 theatres which is nice. Their location is good. The theatre is usually really clean. The bathrooms are really clean. I really like this theatre. The surround sound is really cool, so are the 3D showings! I like that their pop machine has the many different flavours and flavour shots to choose from, that’s always a plus when you want to consume something without caffeine in it! The vanilla ginger ale is my favourite choice. Their prices are the same as any other theatre in Kelowna. But the benefit of the Landmark cinemas verses the Cineplex cinemas is that when you go to Costco to buy the movie package deal, you get an extra popcorn with your package, for a $1 less than Cineplex one. The only thing I would change about Landmark Cinemas is that they don’t have a points program like Cineplex does, so no matter how many movies you go to, you don’t get any free. That’s a real bummer when you are a family of avid movie goers! All in all, I think they are the best run theatre in Kelowna, the only thing is they don’t have the nice reclining chairs like Famous players does!

Landmark Cinimas in West Kelowna offers the choice of 3D or traditional movies with great sound. The leather recliners are roomy and comfortable. Not a bad seat in the place. I'd prefer a littleore leg room but otherwise the seating is great.

I am disabled and it was the first movie I've been to in years. We were in number 3 theatre so just a straight walk in, then two carpeted ramps, with hand rails, and then arrive right at the handicap/wheelchair row. (About 6-7 rows up). My daughter booked the first seats in the row, online, the night before. It worked out great. Only gave 4 stars because I couldn't have managed it on my own with my walker, popcorn, a drink and made it up the ramps, but set up nice for people who have help. It was very clean, comfortable seats and great screen. Strongly recommend booking seats ahead.

Location is a little far, but the screen/theatre area makes up for it. Parking is not hard to find, and you can order your tickets online. A great place to watch 3D blockbusters with friends.

We have always been treated very well at Xtreme Theatre West Kelowna. Even when there was a technical difficulty one time, we were given free tickets and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. It is fast efficient, clean, friendly, and very well managed :)

I saw a movie on the xtreme screen. It was good and comfortable. The blue lights on the floor that guide you around are quite bright and wash out the screen during dark scenes so that was annoying.

The isle guide lights are bright blue LED and reflect off the screen so that is distracting. The seats rock a lot and are too close to the next row so there is lots of touching. Cement floor is hard and difficult to clean. Staff is nice and Landmark doesn’t show as many ads as Cineplex so that is a positive. I wouldn’t choose this theatre before others in kelowna but I would still go in a pinch.

Good theater. Maybe almost time to start upgrading some projectors. Could use some better contrast because the dark scenes are hard to make out. The blue emergency floor lighting reflects off the screen and causes issues with contrast as well.

The seating in theatre 8 needs serious attention. Extremely uncomfortable. A 7pm movie start and the 20 minutes of commercials and trailers didn't start until 720pm. The movie didn't start until 745. Besides that the popcorn was great!

The only reason to go to other theaters is if this one is a little too far for you. Other than that this theater is great.

Clean and modern, with large screens and oversized and super comfy seats. Regular adult prices are $11.99 and $15.99 for 3D. REEL Deal Tuesday adult prices are $6.99 and $10.99 for 3D. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Automated ticket purchase machine allows you to choose your seats. Didn't purchase anything from the concession but it looked like normal movie food at normal movie prices. There is a dollar store next door for cheap candy ;-)

Picture quality was ok. Dolby Atmos made it sound better. Food and drink was crazy expensive. They charge like 6-7 dollars for a large popcorn and then they charge another dollar for butter. Not my first choice in the kelowna area, but not my last.

Staff is more concerned in visiting with each other than helping customers. Obviously just there for the paycheck went past three staff before the 4th, a manager took my tickets. Came back the next morning for box office opening at 9:30 ( what the sign said) litterally staff looked at me through the glass and refused to open. When manager eventually opened the door, staff still had no time even look up and answer questions.

Definitely the best theater in the Okanagan, great seats, big screens, but there could still be some improvements. Wheelchair patrons often require attendants to sit next to them, the two seats in the theater that are next to wheelchair spaces should be marked and reserved for handicapped use as they are in other theaters. Although I enjoy the Extreme Experience, let's face it, this is not the Imax or Omnimax, so we usually opt for the other screen. Attendance would be higher there if that part of the theater was not so overpriced. For profit think 50 x $1 instead of 10 x $3

It's a great theater with a great concession (including those touch screen Coke machines with dozens of options). My only complaint is that the bathroom is always disgusting. It's worse maintained than a public park outhouse and is a huge slap in the face whenever I see a movie here ????
