This place is gross. Very dirty. At the begining before the movie starts there is an advertisement where it shows how cineplex cares about cleaning and sanitizing which is a total lie, atleast for this location. Maybe there should be a company visit every now and then to improve. This is the only cineplex near by otherwise I am sure they would lose alot of customers for this location

They don't show most new movies cause some stupid deal saving it for the other Cinemas around Kelowna, like the AWFUL Landmark Cinemas. Don't support this theater and the owner who does this. Save your money for better

No one was there to admit people or check tickets, anyone could have walked in without a ticket. Not enough staff working concession. Over priced concessions. No one cleaned the theatre between showings, so there was garbage in the seats and coasters. Screens turned off midway through the showing and there were no employees around fix the problem. People were going in behind concessions looking for someone or a phone number to call. The police had to come tell everyone to leave. This theater is not safe. There is no security or employees. Got a movie voucher but I would prefer a refund. Never go to this theater. Owners are cheap, lazy, and did not hire enough people. Go elsewhere, I recommend Xtreme across the Lake.

Great theatre. Love the reclining seats. Lots of space between yourself and your neighbors. Good idea to purchase tickets in advance, especially for new movies. I noticed one of the shows SD out and that was for a 6:20 showing. This is a review for the theatre, not the movie I went to ;)

I live in Vancouver, known as the "city", and I have never loved a Cineplex location like I have with this particular one. The Cineplex's in Vancouver have spent a ridiculous amount of money on the "V.I.P experience". All they need do is replicate the theatre rooms (with the recliner chairs, and the spacious set up), and the carefree attitude of this location. I will return here every chance I get.

They have the most comfortable chairs in the city presently. The full electric reclining ones! The reason for only 4 star rating is twofold. 1) They no longer give refills on large popcorn/pop. 2) They do not use Atom. Likely these are not location specific, rather directed by head office. But they impact the rating none the less. Still one of my favorite theaters.

Best recliner seats! Make sure to buy your ticket ahead of time because they can sell out. The theatre rooms can also run a little cold, so bring an extra sweater with you. Edit: their picture quality is a little lower than other theatres.

Lovely big comfy recliners. Electrically controlled. Pick your seat. So if they don't have the seat you like you can give it a pass. Conversely, you can come in just before the show starts and your seat is guaranteed.

The seats for this theater are amazing!! They are comfortable, reclining and laid out perfectly. We were second row from the screen and we were not uncomfortable at all. My husband is very tall and always has issues with leg room - he had, with his leg stretched out fully, and extra foot of leg room. Best experience in a movie theater - we will only be going there moving forward if they carry the movies we wish to see.

Stacey and Harman by far with even though the movie theatre is no longer open to the cinemas currently have managed to make the experience of receiving popcorn just as magical from my little girl. As we pick up our popcorn and drive home the stars seem to shine a little brighter and this is all to do with the phenomenal customer service and experience that Stacey and Harman have provided for us tonight God bless their souls and without them I do not know where we would be! Purchased tickets online to show up to lights out, doors locked and no-one to answer how to get refunded. Covid isnt an excuse to not return a phone call. Called twice and left a message to return my calls and nothing. Emailed the head office with a scan of the tickets requesting a refund and no reply. Poorly managed business.

Great reclining seats that are very comfortable to watch movies in. No refills on pop or popcorn though, which is a bit of a disappointment for the cost. Popcorn was very good and appeares freshly made. Overall fairly clean all around. Will definitely be returning for future movies.

Nice little theater, only issue was if you've never been there before the entrance is easy to miss tucked away between a couple of the shops. Look for the large brick posts and walk straight through them!

They are practicing social distancing, offering masks when i showed up and had a greeter right away to inform us as to what they are doing. This was the first time in 6 months I've been able to go to the movies with my wife and it was great knowing it was safe and clean.

I'd give zero if I could. Rudely rejected my wife who works for interior health and has been front line for this whole pandemic all because she didn't have her cellphone and the qr code. We have the paperwork and the vaccines. If I can go buy alcohol with a picture of identification... You would think that it would be acceptable to watch a movie. I used to love this company and their stock. Keeping this in my portfolio now isn't worth it.
