Je précise qu'il s'agit de la représentation de 19h00... La salle en tant que tel aurait un sérieux besoin d'être mise au goût du jour. L'endroit était toutefois très propre. Mais ce qui a été le plus fascinant ... ? Un client qui visionne un film sur son téléphone (avec le son pour que tous entendent bien) quelques minutes avant le début du film. Et quelqu'un qui réponds à son téléphone et ... entretient une conversation de 10 minutes, à voix haute, sans aucune gêne. Je sais bien que le cinéma n'a pas le contrôle sur le comportement des clients... mais ça donne une idée de l'expérience.

Pas de concurrence on se tape une salle gérée par un type qui ménage son ARGENT et qui promet des salles modernes dans la semaine de 4 jeudis.

L'aimez vous votre client? Ensuite les prix de vos offres de promotions alimentaires ne cessent d augmenter, et surprise, vous avez maintenant ajouter + taxe....Donc le combo à 14$ se transforme rapidement à 19$... Bien sûr sans oublié les 2 files interminables au comptoir alimentaire. Ensuite le non confort de certains de vos sièges( bosse dans le dos, assise lâche qui incline plus que la limite, accoudoirs manquant qui soit brise ton vêtement ou bien te blesse). Qualité du son déficient et nous entendons le son des autres salles de présentation adjacente. Et que dire des odeurs douteuses dans certaines salles. J ai l impression de me faire avoir à chaque fois que je vais chez vous. Celà me coûte plus chère chez vous et l expérience cinéma est plus agréable ailleurs. Je m arrête ici, alors voilà , si vous désirez réellement vous améliorer, ce que je doute, étant donné les même remarque écrit ici par de nombreux contributeurs, et ce, depuis un bon bout de temps.

The staff is super kind and explained all the rules after buying our tickets. With everything that happened because of Covid, I was so happy to finally be able to go see an English movie. There was no lineup, which made it easy for buying tickets. Then you get to choose where you want to sit. So your place is reserved which is great. Then we left and came back before the movie with no worries and again no lineup to get popcorn and drinks. Right now the no lineup thing is great but I hope soon there will be more people attending the movies again.
