It's actually a terrible theatre. Only reason that I gave it 3 stars is because of ultraAVX. Concession stand is very expensive and not very clean. They no longer offer free refills on pop and popcorn, and the cinema seats could be more comfortable. It really says something to me that the Jackson Square theatre has more comfortable seating than Cineplex theatres

Awesome experience. Last time we watched Shang-Chi, but the 4DX feature was not working, but after the show the gave us a free ticket as for the 4DX malfunctioning.

This is great, fun entertainment place for friends and family. They always have latest movie collections and the cinemas are clean. Popcorn is always fresh and hot. The parking lor can be full from time to time and you might have to park a bit further from the main entrance and I think they have alot of handicapped parking spots. Overall it's great place to have spend your afternoon with friends. Highly recommended.

too small but still great. gets too crowded, and when the new houses are built it will be even worse. theaters are rarely cleaned, and not enough feet room. suggest buying movie tickets before you go to the theater due to limited seating. popcorn is extremely salty and the popcorn topping does not help. theater has not enough seating in the waiting area and lines for food/drink are way too long. the theater needs more staff on to make the waiting time in lines for simple things way shorter and less aggravating. if your looking for a amazing theater i recommend the theater in Ancaster.

I found the chairs to be comfortable. Since I have a back injury, I can now sit through a movie. The only thing I was disappointed in was the drink size....its gotten very small.

4DX movie tickets, this was a one and done experience to be able to say we tried it. Seat movement was very erratic, almost violent enough to throw you out of the seat. The fans were alright but the "lightning" effect and "mist" were nothing spectacular. We caught one of the later movies (10pm) when the movie let out there was literally no staff around, we saw no one outside the theatre or in the lobby.

Waited about 25 minutes in line to get popcorn. When you see a trainee taking that long, a trainer should step in and get the line moving faster. That's just logical. Was late for the movie. Thank god it was only just Star Wars. Movie was trash anyway.

Saw Beauty and Beast here in the avx theatre in reserved seats. Love the convenience of being able pick seats for newer movies. No rush to get in and line up for a decent spot. The seats are massive and super comfy. The sound, incredible.

Paid to see a move in 4DX- that I had seen the same way earlier that week. Went out of the theatre to complain twice the 4DX wasn't working. 3rd time got told "4DX wasn't available for foreign language films in subtitle" despite that being how I saw it in the same theatre a week before- a well as multiple friends had seen it in 4DX with subtitles the same way. A supervisor told me that screening 'must have been a mistake', and that all my friends who saw it with subtitles must have been 'mistake and saw it dubbed'. Had to literally contact head office to prove these people wrong. Including multiple staff who tried to refuse my refund because it was 'more than 20 minutes into the film' despite none of the promised 4DX working and no signs claiming there was no 4DX for this viewing. The people who work at this theatre are as dumb as a rock. I'd rather spend an extra 10 minutes driving to Landmark Cinemas in Jackson than go to this place run by people hired yesterday.

I love going to the movies with my friends every friday or weekend. This is a great place as they have quite comfortable seats, but really expensive snacks. The only problem about this one is that it is expensive, otherwise you will have a good time ????.

The layout to this theatre was poor when it was built and the parking lot is nuts. The theatre itself is good, the seats are comfortable and the screen it's nice it is only the ticket line, ingress and egress that is so poor. I don't think I'll go here again on a Friday or Saturday night

The place is great! I grew up going to theater's where you were stepping on garbage to get to your seat, arm rests (if you had any) were sticky.... if a tall person sat in front of or 2 rows ahead of you, you had to lean to the side to see the movie. Perhaps the internet and the plethora of streaming sites have quieted the theaters, but go back and remind yourself what that experience is like. Take your kids to see a movie, it won't just be a good movie... it'll be the BEST MOVIE THEY HAVE EVER SEEN!!

Good movies here. I have seen 600 atleast. Id say the seats are nice, they recline. I would also say they are yummy for snacks and for pop. I would say yummy movies . I saw captain marvel most recently and it went from beginning to end without ending and skipping. I'd cry if it skipped

Hey still love getting out to the movies. Some of the new films can be best enjoyed on the big screen. Cine Plex happens to benottoo far off. We canbuytge tickets on line and getting in is a breeze. We're not much on the snacks so the entire experience is a pretty good time. However, every now and then, you need the buttery popcorn. It's part of the process. Good time! We do it every few weeks.

Experience with the movie was great. Quality of video and audio was perfect. Only thing I would say is the "Covid social distancing" doesn't exist. They didn't block off any seats and the seats directly behind our group were supposed to be empty but were not (we had a whole row), as well as some seats in front of us...for myself and my group, we don't mind because we're vaccinated and somewhat healthy. For those of you that prefer to social distance, might want to avoid the theaters for a while

it's ridiculous that there are no weekday matinees. sometimes people don't want to get out of a movie at 10pm or have to deal with a thousand kids on a Saturday afternoon.

These movie theaters are quite pricey. The tickets cost a lot, then the popcorn prices are ridiculous. The seating in the theaters are worn and even though they recline back they quickly come back up. The picture quality is lacking I was in theater 2 to see a movie and the picture was out of focus around the edges, and then when there is lots of similar colour such as the sky, you can see lines through the picture which is really annoying and distracting. The workers there say come out can tell us, but why should I leave during the movie to tell them to fix it that should be there job. The ticket keeper guy named Paul, was rude and unfriendly. Why would you spend so much money to be in a run down room, with strangers that block your view, have annoying comments or laughs, to see a movie that is on an old screen and can't even be played sharply? Watch a movie at home, it's much better. Or try the movie theaters at Jackson mall. They are friendlier, more affordable and I've had no issues with the movie pictures, they even have amazing comfy new seating that stay reclined. Amelia was nice friendly and helpful.

Honestly who runs this theatre? They never have the good movies playing here. Have to go all the way to Ancaster where they know how to run a theatre. No Arrival or Resident Evil but they'll play Trolls for 9 weeks straight?! Ridiculous. And the customer service\food is terrible.

Typical modern theatre. The seats are relatively comfortable and the popcorn seems to be of a good quality and fresh whenever I've been. Lots of dining locations around here which is also a plus. Tuesdays are very cheap.

It is a movie theater so it does that fine. Don't get any food from the specially section to the side. My wife and I ordered wraps and fries and the fries were the best part. It took twenty minutes for our food, there was staff just standing around and people who ordered after us for their food before us (they ordered wraps to do no reason they should have gotten their food first). No reason to go here over any other movie theater.

Honestly...it is ok. But. Lil boogers behind me always kick the seats and there isnt enough space between rows, trying to get out while people are sitting u take the risk of either falling forward or into peoples laps. They feel outdated, the one my daughter was in was broken. I feel gross sitting in them. Idk how clean they are. The sound quality is way way way better than at Jackson Square. I only come to this theater because I rack up scene points, but I would rather be at Jackson square because of the reclining seats and it is very spacious!

We go there often for breakfast. They don't have many people eat there in the morning. It's good too. I think people don't know about this place as a place to also get breakfast. Sooooo it is like this hidden treasure. It's a nice change from places like Cora or Golden Griddle which are always packed. Family friendly too. No complaints about the movie. I don't really see much of a difference between cinemas. They're all loud and distorted to suit the tone dealf masses. The main reason we often wait for the Blu Ray to watch it at home. Concession stands have become laughable at best. The prices are on par with a travelling carnival, airplane food or an interstate rest stop. Given the drastic decline in quality movies, I'm shocked these places still exist.

It's a good theater . Ordered my tickets on line. The self serve ticket machines , one wasn't working and the other would erase the code letters making it impossible to get my tickets. Had to get the manager to print out the tickets. Other than that, was able to get food quickly and plenty of seats available.

It seems like when we got into the theatre there was zero Covid protocols in place, with the numbers rising this is a careless act & honestly they should limit the tickets being sold ONLINE. Maybe a phone call to public health or the by-law office. Will have this theatre be spread out more. In pods! Regardless if a large group bought tickets!!! Because there was a LARGE group of young brats, who were obnoxious, loud and threw things around the movie theatre. No masks on! I reported what I saw to a worker working at the front, she stated someone will come around and will be doing a count? And no one came. Only to grab a paper off the wall, peered around and said nothing! To the large group of teenagers sitting together! There is a by-law put in place for a reason, so why is this theatre exempted. And it isn’t even essential service.

I would recommend going to Landmark over this Cineplex location. When we went for Eternals the woman at the concession stand kept her mask under your nose while making my food. The next time we went was to see Spiderman No Way Home. Cineplex had already shared that they'd stop selling tickets when they reached the capacity limit, so I thought it would be fine. But no, they booked the entire row and theater. I would of gone to complain in person but I was trapped between strangers, with not even a gap seat of prevention. I emailed the company to see why the protocol wasn't followed, but never got a response.

This is a great spacious cinema with reclining seats to make watching movies more comfortable as possible. It wasnt too crowded which was also a plus. The prices aren't bad, there are self serve tills that only take card to help speed up the ticket purchasing process. Staff were friendly and even gave us free snack samples when the movie was over which was a plus.

Pretty decent theatre overall. The concessions are overpriced, the regular tickets cost too much compared to other theatres in the city, and the location is pretty out of the way from the city core. On the other hand, the D-BOX seats are excellent and it's got one of the best sound systems out of all the theatres in the city. The employees also don't care if you bring your own snacks, which is appreciated.

The movie, Black Panther was great. The experience was terrible. All thanks to the jerk in the seat in front of me. A tall gangley kid who was trying to turn the reclining seat into a couch. Laying as far back as possible banging into my knee over and over again. And if that wasn't disrespectful enough he left his cell in the cup holder such that he, and everyone behind him wouldn't miss an alert when the screen came on. The coup de gras was the picture of the movie he took to text to his bros. I'm quite sure these jerks frequent all theaters and not just this one, but I'll take my chances at Ancaster next time

The theater itself was as you would expect from most cineplex, everything was put together to get you excited for what you were about to watch, and the popcorn smell you come to expect was strong. The only downside was it needs a little face-lift. Some areas are in need of a cleanup and the seats that are not in the imax/important/expensive rooms need to be replaced. But all and all a decent place to watch a movie.

The place is always very clean despite the fact that people can be pigs with their popcorn and that. It is a little pricey but most movie theaters are now. They have a wide selection of options like IMAX and 3D. Staff is always very friendly. Seats are decently comfy. They have awesome deals that go on like older classic movies to watch for really cheap like home alone around Christmas time and many more movies .

Arrived 45mins before the movie, had my tickets already printed thank God. Lines were terrible. Waited the 45 mins and still had 5 people in front of me at the concession stand.. No popcorn or drink for the movie. I guess it is their lose, poor service, losing revenue

I was really upset when I came in because the lady at the front had terribly customer service. She wouldnt scan my scene card. When we got to pay for our food, Cassandra in training was absolutely amazing. She was bubbly and smiling ! Her customer service was very impressive and i was happy to be served by her.

If they didn't have online purchasing and upgrade choices so you can have better seating, as well as choice of seats prior to the movie with better quality picture and sound, I would never go. Regular seating sucks. The chairs are so worn out and often broken that my back hurts so bad afterwards. Having to come super early to grab a seat is not something I wish to do. Spend the added expense and upgrade... Its like two completely different expiriences.

And when blockbuster movies come out in AVX they are not in this theater for long as it is on the smaller side. Overall it's a great place to head to on a cheap Tuesday as it is not that busy.

I, a frequent movie supporter use this location primarily. The location is usually busy with business and trendy. The male staff are sometimes very rude when having asked them questions or lazy when three of them are cleaning a theatre only to leave behind beer cans, popcorn and sticky floors. Haven't had any issues with the female staff here. Food is pricy but you are expecting to pay such at the movies.

The staff is great and it's a nice theatre but the seats are terrible!! They recline which you would think would be great but they don't stay back on their own so for the whole film you have to push them back or sit at an awkward forward angle because the for slopes forward.

Severly overpriced. $21 + for a large popcorn and pop, with a candy. No reduced admission price on sunday. Very uncomfortable and small seats, and the theater we were in, the entire left half of our screen was etched with shadows marks from their ads between movies. I will not be going back to this theater for a very long time, if ever. If looking for a GREAT theater to go to, one with way better prices and seating, I cannot overly stress how great the Landmark Cinemas are at Jackson Square. For the $75 dollers I spent for 2 adults and 2 children on a sunday, cost me about $48 at Landmark. The seats are just much more comfortable, larger, and allaround better than Cineplex.

The UltraAVX theater is AWESOME!!!! I've never had 1 bad experience here... Actually, Spies In Disguise broke down on Christmas Day... But, that's nothing to complain about becuz I was satisfied getting 2 free premium tickets to any 2 movies in any format & they never expire. Surprisingly enough, there was more people goin' to see that movie than I expected. But besides that, I actually have alot of good memories going to this theater. Sometimes it's been my escape & other times, there would be something I wanna see & this theater would be my 1st choice. (Mainly becuz it's closer to me)

Pathetic. If I had to use just one word to describe the value and quality of the experience in this theatre. The sad part is that there is lots of potential here but it's not been utilized by the company. What is so terrible you ay ask. Well: the SOUND : definitely not even close to reference volume. You can barely hear the conversations in the movie. Sound effects? What sound effects. If you have a properly calibrated sound system you know what I'm talking about. I have watched 4-5 movies the last 5 years here, always taking my son. Tonight was no exception. Went to see the Avengers movie. It was so quiet that when there was a scene someone shaving and the water running from the tap, you could barely hear it. Your bathroom will sound better.... Also : VIDEO the 3D could have been great, but due to insufficient lighting, the scenes were unnecessarily dark and colors washed out. 2d would have been perfect. But they insist on showing movies in 3d... So then have it calibrated for 3D. I could go on. But if sound and quality of the image is important to you, find a theatre that delivers. This one doesn't. I should have asked for my money back.

slight issue during the movie with some disruptive individuals, it would've been nice if when they restarted the movie they did it from where the interruptions first started but I doubt much could've saved the movie. The free regular popcorn coupon to everyone left in the theatre once the trouble makers were removed was a nice touch.

My family of 5 attend the Cineplex very often as a family outtting...we haven't bin there in about 3 wks...it was disappointing to see the customer service reps / cashiers almost completely replaced by machines...and having to wait alot longer for only one of two cashiers working to see us and many other with technical difficulties with the new machines that replaced the customer service reps...wasnt impressed this Family Outing experience at Cineplex...we hope Cineplex will always return half of the front line staff that handle the customers at the cashiers...

Unlike other theatres I've been to, the Hamilton mountain location never has any audio issues or technical difficulties. Our old cinema in Mississauga would have them almost every time we went! Anyways, they recently changed their ticket vendors to machines, which I found helpful but some people may not if they prefer to talk to someone instead of a machine. It's always quite clean, which is also nice.

This is our go-to movie theater. Stadium seating (with cupholders that fold up!), good popcorn, good drink choices, lots and lots of candy, even frozen yogurt. Prices are high but typical for theaters in the area, and we usually get our tickets through CAA which saves us $4-5 per ticket. The only problem is that this is a very popular theater which means that if you want to see the new popular movie, get there really early or go two weeks into the run. We have had problems with shows selling out before we arrive.

Attended the theatre with my family and we had a great time. We loaded up with popcorn and pop and went to our seats. Everything was really nice and new in appearance. The seats were fairly comfortable.There was plenty of seats and room around us. We were there for the movie Jurassic World. It was loud enough to make the movie really believable. Washrooms are kept nice and clean and accessible. You have to pass them to go home too so they are very convenient.I have been there twice with my family and we will definitely be going back for more great movies. Thanks.

The theatres here are comfortable. Air conditioning is functional, and the seats recline. Sound is very good, and the design of the theatres adds up to an immersive experience. The IMAX is true IMAX but not many theatres in Ontario are. Concession always has a long line when going at prime times (6-10 Thurs - Sun). They have 3 manned terminals and 5 automated ones. Pizza pizza is inside, and concessions have burgers, poutines, fries, hot dogs, nachos and even pulled beef. Cleanliness is average and the bathrooms feel a tad outdated and old. The only other downside is movies are too expensive, however on Tuesday's they offer a substantial discount that justifies it.

There was a small popcorn fire the last time I was there, got 2 free tickets because we had to spend 10 minutes outside while they controlled the fire, in addition to that, they resumed the movie to about 15 minutes before the fire drill rang. Other than that, great place overall with great food and snack range.

Standard Cineplex experience. Lots of theatres. Ticketing is easy and painless. Never have to wait in line really since they have so many kiosks. They serve alcohol which is nice for those that are 19+. The concession lines can be long and service slow sometimes so make sure you come early enough to wait for your snacks.

Went and seen "Us" and it was great quality, lots of seating and good service. . There was a fight that broke out during the movie; so they stopped the movie. Kicked the idiots out and went back about two minutes and we started watching it in peace again. At the end, they all handed out a "free regular popcorn" for the inconveniences during the film (thanks to people watching, not the cinema. The cinema made up for it and we all walked away happy! All in all, I'd recommend this theatre any day!

We saw Star Wars at the 3D d-box theatre. It was like a ride at Wonderland that went on for hours, without lines or interruptions. While it was not cheap, if you compared it to Canada's Wonderland where you might be lucky to spend an hour and a half on rides in an 8 hour day, it's actually a pretty good deal.

Great local movie theatre, clean with well-stocked concessions and they just recently switched to scanning digital tickets at same podium where they take paper versions. This would be even better if they let you know about it some way upon entering, rather than leaving you turning around in lobby scanning for the old mobile ticket printing kiosk. Great theatre. Good sized theaters with large reclining seats. Cup holders on the armrests. Bathrooms are always clean. The only thing I think is bad is the concession stand. Their prices are disgusting ! For 2 medium popcorns and 2 soda's it costs $27 !! You could buy a case of popcorn and a case of pop for that ! It's pretty sad that it costs $50 to go to the show now a days !

The staff are very diligent in their work, are quick to help with whatever is needed. The building is well kept and looked after, the theaters themselves are a good size and offer a variety of seating. Very accessible bathrooms, that are kept clean and usable. There are many good snacks to enjoy while watching a movie. Overall I enjoyed my trip and would go again.

staff are always available and fast to assist and take orders. there's always employees within sight in case customers need assistance. the theatres are well maintained and clean. the bathrooms are clean and always well stocked. been going to this theatre for three years never had any issues.

Just a heads up. I purchased a $25 gift card for my mother 63rd birthday. She was so excited to finally get back into a theatre. She purchased her movie ticket and then proceed. Was then ask by another employee Caucasian male in his 20s if she had proof of vaccination after she purchased her ticket (This is private medical information) and was then denied access. Spoke with customer service who was very helpful and is doing an investigation. We were told that this is actually happening in Winnipeg and Ottawa Cineplex. (This is wrong in our eyes, should be concerned if this is where we're heading in the future). My mother was given a free movie for the inconvenience. Really dissatisfied with how this location is handling things in their own way. Lots of miscommunication obviously and management needs some communication from head office on proper procedures. Thank you to costumer service in advance now we wait till they email the free entry. ????

The seats must have been installed incorrectly because they are very uncomfortable especially if you're taller than 6' and/or weigh more than 250 lbs. Unless you push down with your legs to recline your seat you are seated leaning slightly forward the entire time. I wasn't the only one having this problem, I could hear many people shifting in their seats, one guy even stood up and stood on the stairs to watch the second half of the film. Seriously, fix your seats so that they rest tilted back further. I can't imagine it taking more than a couple days work. My lower back and thigh muscles thank you in advance.

Went to see Venom: Let There Be Carnage last night. We got tickets for the 4DX theater which was fun. Chairs that go from bumping you around during the action scenes or thumping softly during heartbeat heard on the screen. The kids loved the chairs. I thought they were a little much at some spots but not too bad. If you like roller coasters you'll love those seats. Lights flashed around you during the storm and a fine mist that blew (that was actually very refreshing) across your face when their was wind. There was also a smoke machine at either end that blew little puffs of smoke out which was just kind of sad looking to be honest. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was at the cineplex on Paramount around 12:27pm Nov.17. I went to the counter and wanted to add more money to my current gift card. The attendant asked Laura the Assistant Manager on how to do that. Laura replied back and said that the gift card needs to be emptied in order to add more money. Which i believe to know that is incorrect. So Laura wasn't able to help me, so i thought i go to another of their workers and came across Sukhbir, and i mentioned to him that what i was facing. Sukhbir was surprised on how that i wasn't able to add more money to a gift card. I asked Sukhbir if there is a higher manager i can speak to regarding this matter. He pointed me out to Ryan (manager higher up) i explained to Ryan my situation and he said immediately that it can be done. Ryan and i went to the front counter where Laura was working and Ryan asked on my behalf the same question, Laura repeatedly said that i cannot add more money to a current gift card unless its empty. Ryan said "lets just try" and Laura entered it on the till, and what do you know! it worked!, I said right away, "you all learned something today"..Something simple as adding more money to a gift card should not have taken so much of my time and headache. Laura (so called assistant manager) needs to be retrained and a refresher on customer service.. Thanks to Ryan for at least trying and getting it done. Also thanks to Sukhbir for his kindness.

My family and I went to see The Grinch on opening night. The theatre was extremely busy, however the staff had various theatre lines started and kept guests organized. The theatre itself was fairly clean (no sticky messes on the floor). The only retraction from the venue was the state of bathroom cleanliness. It could have been better.

Infact I recently took my daughter there with 5 other friends for her bday I was super stressed about managing them without having the party package (we didn't have enough kids to book one) anyway the ticket staff member was amazing! So friendly and even held my mom's ticket so she could join and help me even though she arrived after I was already in the theatre! Usually I find the concession stand extremely slow and frustrating... While it was still slow the last time I went I must say the girl helping me was very helpful and put together enough boxes so I could manage 6 kids popcorn combos on my own!!

Went in with 2 friends to watch Rampage, half way through the movie the screen shut off for 5 minutes and people started to walk out, we left and expected a refund. They offered free tickets instead of the refund, so we were okay with that but he didn’t even give us our tickets saying we need our actual tickets which I didn’t have, but I had the proof of purchase and the receipt for tickets on my phone which shows the date, time and the name of the movie. They basically said go find your little slip or you’re not getting nothing. Worst customer service, the manager was the worst of them all, he gave the people in front of us 2 tickets for the refund but because my friends and myself are brown, he didn’t even want to look at my receipt. If he hates his job that much go work somewhere else, customer service is not ment for miserable people like him.

With minimum wage being $14.00, the changes in staffing are obvious. They had one live person at the ticket counter, and a manager assisting with the kiosks. By the time we were able to buy our tickets..our preferred time was sold out. Then, with an hour still to go in our movie, I returned to the concession stand to get another pop. Theatre was warm...I was dry. The concession stand was closed down. I was offered a water. Will think twice about returning to this theatre. May have to check out Landmark.

Went to see the Hobbit here with it's high frame rate projection while visiting relatives in Ontario. The projection was great (though my kids adjusted to it easier than I did!). It wasn't VIP, even though there was reserved seating it was just a regular auditorium, I guess I expected something a little different. The service was okay. Enjoyable experience.

Although not my first time watching a movie in DBOX, I have to say that the experience is still amazing every single time. 3D is a bit of a novelty now but the DBOX experience is still pretty amazing. Clean nice theater, quality sound and visual. The only problem with their new seats that lean back is they don't lock in ace. You have to continuously keep pressure, your working the whole time to be comfortable.

Nothing wrong with the place, but there’s often not a good selection of movies. Almost without fail, when I want to see a new movie it isn’t playing here, unless it’s some Hollywood movie. Which is fine—I like those too—but I find myself just not even considering checking if a new film a showing here because it’s probably not.

Who would of thought. Went to early showing of rocketman at 715 pm on holiday Monday got front row parking no lineup to purchase tickets and sat where we wanted. Theater was at a comfortable temperature. The movie was entertaining and seen several clips of future screenings of interest. In and out in 2.5 hours entertained and relaxed with no crowds pushing or shoving or no chaos in parking lot. Very good night.

Yesterday @ 4:10 pm we took our grandson to see Spies in Disguise since there was a teacher's strike. It was cheap Tuesday which was a bonus plus it was not busy at all. I found the theatre in which the movie was showing was not huge but nice size, The sound on the other hand, was not the best. I am not sure what it was, but it was missing something in the sound. Maybe not loud enough. It was hard to pinpoint. When buying movie tickets, there was only 2 tellers but many self-checkout machines.I usually go to the tellers as I hate the self-checkouts.Bring back human interaction since it is a social activity done with family and friends! Over all the place is clean, popcorn addicting and very overpriced yet people get it delivered to their home. Go figure!

Seats are too small prices are too much and it would've been nice to have the AC a little higher on the hottest week of the year. Landmark theaters has better seating, better pricimg and free refills on popcorn and drinks.

The seats are small and the isles between the rows of seats are too narrow. Also the nacho chips have no salty flavour and are just plain boring. The only thing cineplex does better than landmark is the cheese sauce for the nachos.

Very disappointed that my 15 year old son and his friends were waiting for their rides to pick them up tonight and were told they had to wait outside. -16 And feels like -26 tonight. Seriously? They weren’t being loud or causing a scene. They were trying to stay warm. Maybe 5 minutes they were standing inside when they were told to go outside. Maybe when there is a cold weather advisory you should rethink sending people out into the cold.

Typical theatre. The place was almost empty when we got there. Our theatre only had 12 people. It was clean and the majority of staff was friendly and sincere in that friendliness. The only person less than friendly was the "guard" collecting tickets. She was not very friendly and seemed very curt. We are seniors and being treated in the manner we were was not very nice and makes one rethink using this theatre. The remainder of the staff did make up for it but the "guard" did take away from the experience and reduced the star rating.

Watched candyman at 4:50pm and had theatre to ourselves was cool. New arcade games. Pong was fun and so was the startwars fighter. Bowling game sucked and left motorcycle arcade didn't seem to work well(detect movement)

It had been a while since I had enjoyed the immersive experience of viewing a blockbuster movie "on the big screen." But with the recent addition in the unbreakable trilogy, and hearing about this "next level" theatergoers seat option....i bad no choice,but to test out the new D-BOX motion seats for myself! Up.close and personal. I have to say th9ugh, that overall it was an amazing experience. The seats were air ride, and reacted appropriately in each situation. Regrettably, I did not see the movie in 3D..but I'm sure it would have made an already amazing experience even Better . I would Definitely recommend this theater.

We are currently in the middle of a world wide epidemic, our government is telling people not to go to gatherings and yet Cineplex here in Stoney creek has its doors wide open and the parking is absolutely jammed packed. Step up, be responsible and do the right thing for our community and SHUT IT DOWN to help contain the spread of this deadly virus! Unbelievable Cineplex!

Big theatre with all automated lines. Wouldn't scan my scene card and would have missed the movie if I tried to get an attendant. No one around to help. All to save a couple of bucks when the theatre makes a fortune anyways. Disappointing that no cashier's anymore.

Great customer service by Laura the manager. We bought 4DX tickets and were upset when no effects other than motion seat had occurred. We later learned that this was due to covid. We explained our concern to Laura who was extremely nice and hooked us up with courtesy tickets! Thank you Laura!! (This was at the Hamilton Mountain Cineplex in Stoney Creek, Hamilton Ontario)

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building is fairly new, with a clean foyer, bathrooms and large clean cinemas. It's also located on a bus route which makes it easy to access.

Came to watch Sonic with kids. Everything was fine except the place looked dirty like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed for few days.. I've been to other Cineplex locations and this place so far is not very clean. No excuses guys but step it up management. It's not very pleasant coming in a place when it's dirty.

Service at the concession is painfully slow. Get in line at least 25 minutes if you want your popcorn or drink. Idiot kid at the counter forgot to give me the second drink i ordered, then said he couldn't re-print the receipt and charged me again. Will go to Landmark Cinemas in Jackson Square. Much friendly staff, and more comfortable seating

Nice theater, they tried to repaint most of the floor in theater, 2. The seat was so uncomfortable my back got sore and I had to constantly move as the padding is worn out. The seat beside me was wiggling as my fiance was sitting in it. How ever the movie was worth the experience. Thank you
