I was gonna buy something today, but instead the clerk thought it would be cool and hover around me like I was gonna steal, what happened to physical distancing? That store is small, I usually spend almost 100 bucks at once in movies, but today I left cause I didn't feel welcomed at all. Ill go to sunrise upstairs next time in Limeridge.. wasn't impressed..

Great selection and if they don't have it, they will order it. Mostly friendly staff. Prices are hit or miss. You can walk away with a deal on the odd occasion, but in general the prices are a wee bit on the high side. All in all not bad though. I will return.

Really good place for older Funko's Edit the selection of product in that place is amazing. However while I was looking around the store I saw some things I knew somebody might like and I was taking a photo an Asian gentleman came up behind me and yelled at me no photos and try to block my shot he had no tact his customer service skills were horrendous he could have tapped me on the shoulder and said no photos or been a little more polite P.s I still got my picture

They always have what we want or can order it quick. Love the additude here and their all movie buffs that work here. I like how I can just say actor and year and they know what movie I'm talking about....without the use of Google lol great job boys and girls

Depends on who is working. Find some staff way more helpful than others. Some staff go above and beyond to help while others have that I don't care attitude. Great selection of movies and if they don't have what you want they will order it for you

I emailed them to order a DVD copy of The Thief and The Cobbler, which they said they could do for me. I didn't receive any updates or information for nearly 3 weeks until I sent another email and asked for one. I got a phonecall a few minutes after I had sent the email saying that they couldn't actually order the DVD because it was discontinued for them. I would like to have known this information when they said they could order the movie in for me, as it was a gift for someone. While inconvenient, no money was exchanged prior to this and they were prompt in letting me know the DVD could not be ordered after I sent that second email. If you are planning to order a specific movie from this store, I would call and confirm with them if they are able to fulfill the request.

A fantastic selection of new and old films that I always make sure to check out every time I'm in Lime Ridge. Their horror section is especially nice. If they don't have the movie you're looking for, they can almost certainly order it. Rarer and "boutique label" releases can get a bit pricey, but that's understandable.

I love this store! I always find what I am looking for and if not I have always been able to order something I am looking for so long as it is able to be purchased. The employees are always helpful,friendly and patient. I never feel pressured and am able to window shop whenever I go in.

Every time I have gone to shop in there, the doors are shut. Hardly anyone in there either (certainly not their “max”), with the staff behind the counter just staring at you as you wait? Staff are way too comfortable with the whole door-closed routine. Went upstairs to Sunrise instead on both occasions to shop. Won’t ever be bothering with this place, again.

I love this store, not very many stores left with such good inventory and prices. They have a very solid 4K blu ray collection, which is my primary target whenever I come here. Staff are friendly and supportive. Very satisfying experience even on days when I just browse and figure out what I need to buy the next time I'm there. Keep up the good work!

Great place to buy movies! Popular and rare movies can be found, if not in store, they can order. Pricier for rare movies but they also have some in-store deals! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I always stop by!

The store is quite small, but they have a diverse range of movies and tv shows, in many genres and they sell a lot of really cool stuff that is all related to the movie and t.v. industry. The movies come in dvd or bluray. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have shows that are not too easy to find. It is definitely worth taking a look around because you never know what you are going to find.

Best place to get all your hard to find and rare dvds/blu rays! They have marked genre sections that make it very easy to find what your looking for! If you fix is kung fu or westerns or horror or its anime they got it all. New and old movies its all there, if not ask to see if you can order it from the very friendly staff!
