I buy DVDs and Boxsets here often; they have a huge selection you really cannot find elsewhere. They have lots of oddball movies and shows that the bigger box stores can't get anymore! Their website could definitely use some work I find it difficult to navigate, however in store service has always been amazing! Can't wait to come shop again in the future!

It's a movie theater.... top notch seats but staff is lazy misinformed and not well trained in the new digital upgrade and rental or what the difference is or if the person buying it will have access once at home.

Just Me

Quite disappointed with the experience I’ve had here. Was looking for seasons 1-7 of Game of Thrones and found them here at a better price than Walmart and Best Buy. On the way home from picking up the set I noticed the box looked a little run down which was okay. Upon opening the first season the box was busted, the clips to hold the discs were broken, the damage to the box was overlooked as that does not affect watching the DVDs. Once we got the season 2, the box seemed fine but started to experience problems with one of the DVDs as it had a massive scratch around the disc. It would begin to play the main menu and into the episode menu but would freeze after that and not play any further. We returned the set and got a new one. I was quick to check the majority of the DVDs to make sure there were no scratches that I could see but again came across the fact that the boxes were all clearly damaged in one way or another. I will gladly purchase any DVDs and pay full price from Walmart next time. Very unfortunate.

Great Store, great products, Amazing employees. I recently started collecting movies, classics, cult favourites and movies you genuinely dont find on those horrible streaming platforms like Netflix. I've had numerous amazing experiences with the staff, recently a BluRay I ordered came in Damaged, the man on till that day told me he wouldn't sell me the damaged one and would order a brand new one. And all employees are knowledgeable in most genres. Even anime.

This is a great place the service is absolutely excellent. Their selection is really very good too. And if they don't have in stock what you want they will search about and then order it for you. It may take a while to come but you'll get it. I highly recommend this place
