C'est arrivé en plein au moment où le film commençait à devenir intéressant. Lorsque j'ai demandé dédommagement ça a tout pris pour que nous ayons des billets gratuits pour une autre séance. Nous avons eu 2 sur 3 billets. En plus, le propriétaire me les a donnés avec un air menaçant et subtilement en me disant de n'en parler à personne d'autre dans la salle. Quel souci de sa clientèle! Wow! J'irai ailleurs assurément.

De plus, le son hurle, et je n’exagère pas, il hurle durant toutes les bandes annonces, peut-être pour essayer de vous rendre sourds avant le film lui même et cacher sa mauvaise qualité sonore ! Il est vraiment temps de faire quelque chose, afin que nous retrouvions le plaisir d'aller au cinéma ! Pour ce qui est de la propreté, il est du devoir des clients de ne pas laisser leurs déchets au "sbire" de service "parce qu'il est là pour ça" ! Sauf que c'est souvent limité à un film avec une seule plage horaire ce qui fait que c'est quasi impossible d'en profiter. Je suggère donc le cinéma dix 30 de Brossard pour les films si vous voulez les voir dans leur langue originale au lieu de la traduction qui laisse à désirer et qui vole le vrai sens des paroles et qui ruine les blagues. En plus vous n'aurez pas à endurer des écrans sales ou à devoir mendier pour de l'eau hahaha!
