Best seats for movie theaters, reserved seats are great too. But your tickets online because the lines for the booth or ticket machines can get long on busy times for the week. Wednesday has a couple's discount. Love that. Wide selection of pop drinks and the popcorn is a must have.

With recliner seats (and couple options), laid back employees, a really cool theatre environment, free refills on free popcorns, and located near a dollar store, this place has it all. It does have a high volume of attendees, but it only makes sense for a perfect destination and experience. Their soda machine has many options too (the coca cola customizable ones)

This theatre has ruined all other theatres for me. I hate going to see a movie anywhere else. Fully reclining seats, so much room! I love that they place customer satisfaction over profit (by placing less seats per room but ensuring every customer has so much space!) Snacks are delicious; staff is always friendly. Finally, it was my first return since Covid yesterday and I felt so safe. Sanitizer everywhere (awesome lemon smelling kind and not the cheap kind that smells awful!), saw many staff members disinfecting, and they disinfect every room with a professional grade sanitizer between showings, what more could you ask for? ????

So me and my fiancee have not went to the theaters in over a year because we just recently had a baby. We received 2 free movie tickets with pop corn as a gift, we got there a little earlier then expected because we live out of town. The arcade is a little small I would say it needs an upgrade but no biggy. We eventually get to our movie not expecting to be shocked with new amazing recliner seating. It was by far the most comfortable chairs any theater that I've ever been too. Bravo! What a great experience that was..but for future reference I know to bring a small blanket because it was a little cold. Thank you for a fun night out!

All the seats are the big recliner style! The popcorns always tasty and they have those fill your own drink machines so they're never watered down. Would go out of my way to see movies here vs elsewhere.

This is an amazing theater! All 10 movie theaters at this location were upgraded in 2017-2018 with large reclining chairs and fewer rows. That means lots of seating room, and superb visibility. Although I have a tendency to get the middle seats in row E or F (dead centre), I really don’t think that there’s a bad seat in the house. The price of a ticket is no more expensive than other large chain theaters, but it feels so much nicer than most. Throw in a 35% discount on Tuesday (just $7.50 as of this writing) and it is a huge bargain. Snacks popcorn and drinks are, as usual, severely overpriced so you’ll have to tack on that cost to your outing if that’s your thing. Buying your tickets online well in advance means you get the best seats in the house guaranteed. You can buy tickets sometimes months in advance. There’s a decent games room attached and the service is a nice mix between self-service and full service. All in all, I highly recommend Landmark Orléans. Oh, and the washrooms are scrupulously clean! 

Went here on a Tuesday night with my daughter and her friend. I haven't been to the movies in years. Loved the comfort of the large reclining chairs and the improvement in personal space. Gone are the days of sitting behind a tall person and having someone constantly kicking your terribly uncomfortable chair. The ailes are separated quite a bit and so there's lots of room for people to walk by without getting a stranger's behind up in your business. The theater was quite clean when we went, and the staff were all friendly. The only negative I would say is the price of the snacks. Overall good experience.

Great experience. Again! Rocked up on Sunday morning with my son to watch Ninjago. Booked online, chose my seats, stress-free. Simply entering the booking ref at the machines gives you your tickets. Landmark has retrofitted the rooms with reclining chairs! Super comfy upgrade!! Me and my son (6 y/o) had no trouble seeing the screen. Had a total blast!

I love it here. The seats are SO comfortable. You can recline them and the middle arm rest can be raised up and tucked away. Even when reclined, there is enough space for adults of all sizes to walk in front of you on their way to their seats. I love reserving ahead of time so that I don't have to worry about leaving time to buy tickets right before the show or not getting my favourite seats. The food is typical for movies theatres. Expensive and nothing special. I do enjoy the vending machines that accept cash and credit card. They have a generic version of Dippin' Dots in a vending machine as well and they are pretty tasty. It's an easy way to grab a quick drink and snack without having to wait in line at the concession stand.

I've been going to Cineplex since I was a kid so I'm a bit biased but I enjoyed my time at Landmark! They definitely focused on the comfort. Seats are awesome! I love all the space! If you're a bigger guy, you'll love Landmark. Food is good. Place is clean for a movie theatre.

Reserved seating has made it much easier to purchase a ticket a secure a seat. The theater has upgraded to lazy boy recliner type seats, which are very comfortable. The tickets are decently priced, but the concession food is quite expensive. There is also a small arcade/waiting area if you need to kill some time!

I like going to this location. It works efficiently and lines move fast. Staff is friendly. Only negative thing I can see is that floor when you entre. It's something out of an abondoned bomb shelter. Other than that it's a fantastic place to see a movie.

Love this theater. All seating is reserved, large incline seats. My two issues: 1. landmark extra isn't worth it. You pay Imax pricing but it's not like an Imax. 2. They no longer have some one at the ticket counter, if you are paying cash you need to line up at the concessions to get tickets.

The staff is always nice and friendly. They got a freestyle machine. Lost a star because they forgot to dime the lights when the movie started and a patron had to go tell them. They were fast to fix the problem, but forgot to turn them back on after the credits. Also, it was a little cold. I would still definitely return.

Nice theater's. They had recliners and they were not sticky everything was pretty clean. There are ten screens and I think they are all 4k. Went and saw Black Panther and the audio and picture quality was great. The staff seemed helpful and nice. Overall great theater and nice staff. Will definitely be going back to this theater.

Very good outing venue. Lots of theaters with 100 reclining seats. Amazing for anyone. What I really hated about this place is that they offer a special confession ordering lane for people who bought their tickets through a specific iPhone app. Why the heck is that even a thing? I could understand if all the tickets bought electronically (online, in approved mobile apps) where given a special treatment, like it is the case for Cineplex. Wrong move Landmark. I hope it's worth it. So basically you buy your ticket online and still arrive at the theater and spend a crazy amount of time standing in line for food. And keep in mind that purchasing the ticket on site is not the part that takes the most time. You can even go in the long lineup to purchase your ticket and food and the same time. That's right. So for land mark, don't bother ordering online unless you redeeming a voucher that gives you some added value. Like the ones you get at Costco. Finally, my bank card information got stolen when I used it on landmark website. How do I know this? It was a card that I was exclusively using on their site. I started seeing some fraudulent expenses appearing in my bank statement. I still go there for movie but I place my online orders using Landmark Cinema vouchers that I buy at Costco. I won't use any of my credit card on their site anymore. That way, everyone stays happy.

Seats are very comfortable and they recline. Reserved seating is definitely a plus. Tickets are a bit pricey but you get more than most other places. Snacks and stuff are overpriced.

Best movie theater in my opinion. It has been renovated in the past few years and now all the theaters have super comfortable recliner seats, and the center armrest can also fold up. This has drastically reduced the number of seats in each room but the comfort level is so worth it. I always book in advance using the ATOM app which is super easy and fast. Beware that all seats are reserved in advance, something to consider when buying with a group of friends. The only thing they can do to get the 5th star is to add free wifi for all customers - this is a must in 2019.

Reclining seats, large screens, deals everyday. Sunday is kids, Monday is seniors, Tuesday is the standard deal, Wednesday is date night, etc etc. The concessions are moderately priced too.

It's great to have a local movie theater but the experience is hit and miss and I've experienced issues often. Went to see Halloween today and the pre-show had no sound and lights didn't turn off when the movie came on. We had to go tell someone to turn the lights off. The screens and the sound are always great however and seats are extremely comfy.

This is a very nice movie theatre. Most of the individual theatres are smaller than you'd find at most multiplexes. All seating is reserved with full power recliners. It has Coke Freestyle machines for great selection of beverages and their popcorn is solid too.

The theater is always clean when I go in. The lines aren't too long plus they have AMAZING seats now there! Absolutely love my movie going experience there as well because of the App Adom where if it is busier you can skip the lines and just go in to enjoy your movie. I really hate theatres with sticky floors, unorganized staff, and an insane amount of crowded people. This is the only theatre I've been to that has none of that. In my opinion, they are the one theatre I have been to that is actually clean. I never wait in line for more than a minute and they renovated some of the seats so they are leather recliners. So awesome!

It could improve a lot, as it gets line up very fast and its always full, maybe more staff or an upgrading as the one in kanata. Most staff is not that friendly or well trained BUT the seats are comfortable and amazing and for the price way better than going to cineplex also nachos taste is good. Oh my dog, this theater rocks. It has self-service machines to get the tickets (if you are not going to buy popcorns). Combos are affordable and kids working there have patience even for those who don't make their minds when ordering. The sits are more than comfortable, if you go there kind of tired, you can easily fall asleep. Because of the numbered sits, you don't need to do a line. Just arrived in time. Did I mention you can buy tickets almost two weeks ahead? Then you can get the best sits. Enjoy

Reserved recliner seating is awesome, and makes for a very comfortable movie experience. Weekend matinee price was also excellently cheap. Of course concession prices are utterly obscene, so skip the popcorn and drinks unless your wallet is feeling too heavy these days. At our last movie, the volume was much louder than necessary to the point of being uncomfortable throughout the movie, not just the typical loud parts.

The movie theatre is very comfortable with lots of parking. There are good restaurants nearby for a pre-dinner meal. The seating is excellent and very comfortable. The only complaints are that the popcorn is too expensive and their are too many commercials before the movie starts.

On Saturday 25 April my wife and I attended your establishment I went to the refreshment counter line up and found that management decided to "split" the line up. Seemed like a good idea, You don't realize the line goes left and right until you get inside the initial line, however the line I chose was a disaster. The left line was served by two cashiers and the right line was served by 3 cashiers. My line with the two cashiers was further restricted as one was a trainee and need constant help. I know we are all beginners at one time. Needless to say the right line progressed almost twice as fast and really frustrating when you see the right line patrons being served while you stand there and watch. Personally one line served by all cashiers is much faster and a lot fairer.

This place is great for everyone! The prices are better than Lansdowne yet you get better seats. While I don't beleive they serve alcohol, the trade-off for a great, comfy, reasonably priced experience without worrying about parking is much better. Bring your family or go with friends and you're guaranteed to have a great experience (subject to the movie of course). The place is clean, staff are friendly, a plethora of parking for all! One thing I'd recommend as an area for improvement would be more intentional options for recycling not just a garbage bin by every door. That is highly important to consider.

Your staff could be rude (they are not) and your bathrooms could have turds hagning from the urinals (very clean restrooms) and I'd still give you 5 just for those reclining leather double stuffed sofa seats in all your theaters. I can take my kids to some film about cats and feeling and lay back and fall asleep so fast. 1.5 hours later, my kids are happy and asking me how I liked the movie and I'm like "yup. Great movie. What was the moral of it?" And they are like "be a good friend" or "don't put family in prison" or whatever. And I'm like "yup. Good job".

Change one of those two things. We were there at opening but we missed all the previews just to get popcorn, soda, and a bag of candy - walked in as the credits started to role. The sheer volume of people and the lack of open cashes to take the order. Unless this changes we will not go back for a pre-noon show.

It would be that the sound in big budget movies should be slightly better. But, I also accept that I am nitpicking. Also expect lots of teens and young folks for opening weekends. But you should just expect that anyway.

The new reclining seats have changed my opinion of going to the movies. There's brand new power reclining seats in most theatres here The rows have been busy widened to the point where you don't have to move your feet at all if someone walks by. The seats are also super wide. These are sofa sized seats with great padding. Another great perk is you get to pick your seat. It's not first come first serve. So you can buy your snacks and get the seat you want without a struggle. There ticket price is about the same as a regular movie (about 13 bucks). However the popcorn was almost 7 dollars. But still, that's about right these days anyways. The manager was really nice. I mentioned a complaint about a hair in the popcorn (gross, I know) and he was very compliant to give us a coupon for the next visit. A coupon which I lost, but the cashier during our next visit was extremely happy to tell us that she didn't need it. One last thing. There's a fountain machine with about 30 or possibly more flavors to choose from. I didn't try the arcade though, but there was one too.

Nice place, I go often. Last visit on a cold day, the theater was empty and it was very cold inside. Saw other moviegoers bring blankets so the temperature is an issue if it's not packed (wasn't sure if the heating system was broken until I saw regulars bringing blankets). The recliners are amazing it's really worth the experience. Service is average and getting food amounts to a long wait I am not willing to get into to buy an overpriced bag of popcorn. Crowds are decent and polite. I can only remember being disturbed once by others few years ago. A great local theater to enjoy new releases.

Landmark Orleans now has new recliner seating. They have removed all the old seats from some theaters and replaced them with large, soft, comfortable reclining chairs. The capacity of each theater is significantly reduced, but the comfort level is incredible! Make sure you reserve your seats in advance since the limited seating could sell out early. This is a big improvement for this location!

The only thing is we arrived a couple minutes late for the movie we wanted to see and because there was not anyone at the ticket counter (and the machines are programmed to only let you buy tickets for movies in the future), we ended up seeing another movie. I was won over by the Lansdowne park VIP facility but the price to comfort ratio at this location blows VIP out of the water. There is nothing like watching a movie in a comfortable, fully reclining lazyboy style chair and not having to fight with a stranger for arm rest room. For the love of everything good in the world get the pretzel bites. They are actually amazing. I normally hate going to the theatre but this one makes it a pleasure.

Definitely one of the best theatres in Ottawa. It has been remodelled to have all reserved seating and power reclining seats. This used to be an Empire theatre so they kept the tradition of making excellent popcorn. They have multiple convenient ways of buying tickets such as multiple on site ticket machines, the Landmark website or Atom app. Atom also has a separate concession line if you want to avoid food line ups on busy days.

It's a theater that gets it. Good popcorn, soda machines that have tons of options, and most important of all: the seats! Super comfortable, plenty of arm room, they recline far back, and designed for couples. They don't try to cram as many people a possible in a theater. The reserve seating is a feature I can't believe too this long to figure out.

Well the gift card which was purchased read lost or stolen at the kiosk near the door. I had the purchase receipt in my wallet. When I gave it to the clerk at the concession stand, he said there was no problem with it. When I asked I got the goofy look and reply that the gift cards always screw up at the machine. When I asked if the manager knew this I got a blank look. I sent a comment to head office in Calgary and got no response. REAL professional..even though this theatre is incredible close, I'll go elsewhere. I can't give 0 stars...too bad.

This theatre was well managed under the old management of Empire cinemas but when Landmark took over it has been amazing. FYI Landmark is owned by the world famous Mark Cuban. They have made numerous great changes. They now have reclining seats and all you can drink soft drinks whatever size you buy. The employees are ultra courteous and so polite. They are also so efficient and I do believe that they will do great. I wish them all the best

The Orleans landmark cinema is one of the best cinemas in Ottawa. The theaters have reclining couches but the price is still standard cinema prices (unlike the vip cineplex which is more expensive). The popcorn is free refill if you get a large. Great place to have a family movie night.

Awesome reclining seats with arm rests that are not shared. Plenty of leg room so people can walk by and you don't have to get up or move to let them through. Soda vending machines are great and allow you to make your own soda mixes and out in the amount of ice you like. Plenty of parking. The arcade is small but has a good variety of games including pinball and basketball. Prices are what you would expect to pay these days for movie tickets and concessions but the upgraded seats make it a better value than other theatres that have regular seating.

I really liked this place. I haven't been in a movie theater in years and decided to go to this one. It was great they have comfortable leather chairs that recline and the middle console goes up allowing a couple to cuddle. Kind of feels like you're watching from home. They also have a Coca-Cola machine that you can mix your flavors. There's so many choices you can spend a day tasting all the flavors. Anyways long story short I went back a couple days later because it was so cool.

Okay cinema. The seats are comfortable. Screens are reasonable. They make you choose a seat when using the self serve kiosks but inevitably someone else is already seated there when you get to your seats. The butter for the popcorn doesn't even taste like butter just oily.
