Here you will see the opinions of real people who buy the products of Cineplex Cinemas Fredericton (Movie Theater) around Fredericton area (Canada).
Now this firm gets a rating of 3.9 over 5 and the rating was based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is quite good, and it is founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the valuation is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to write feddbacks when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Movie Theater is included in the category of Movie theater.
Terrible. I'm not personally blaming the staff, but right now is a time when goodwill with your customers is more important than ever. The last 4 movies I've attended, I've brought in my own drink. Always bought in the mall, the same building as the theatre. I've never hidden this, I always hold it right in my hand when entering, and they see it every time, It's never been a problem until now with their "strict new policies". To have such a big scene created to take a $1 unopened Ice tea from me? Such a stupid rule creates an unfair playing field, giving the advantage to those who are dishonest and trying to sneak items in the theater. Thank you Cineplex, you've taught me that it pays to be dishonest. I was told they search the bags and coats of people to make sure they aren't sneaking items in, I don't know what world they're living in but I haven't ever seen anyone wearing a coat searched entering a theater in Fredericton.
I rarely go to the movies but do not mind when I have to go here. As long as we get the comfy seats. Wish they would expand these seats to all theaters here. Maybe bring in the VIP section like they have in Toronto. Cineplex is always running deals and coupons and SCENE cards make it easy to get free stuff.
The poor rating is for the cost of popcorn and pop. I ordered two small popcorn and two regular drinks. Thats all. $28.50. Need I say more?!?! Shame, we would go more often if the prices were not so high. For myself and my teen to get tickets $25. Everything else was great, very polite staff.
Since indoor activities was the call of the day took in a movie at this theater. Somewhat dated but clean and modern with electronic ticketing. Food was good and served warm and fresh. Theater #9 where I viewed " The Nun" was clean, sound system is good and clear.
Great experience
This theatre is EXTREMELY dated. Theatre seating has not been updated since around 2000-2002, that's TWENTY years ago. Every theatre, except for one, has traditional barely slopped seating. If you want proper stadium seating, go to Moncton or Saint John. Embarrassing that Cineplex refuses to upgrade the theatre seating when every other Cineplex in Atlantic Canada has already been updated years or decades ago. I don't know why Cineplex neglects this location, but they need to get their act together IMO.
Cineplex Fredericton is a great spot to take in a movie. It is clean, well managed, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The ten theatres mean we have a variety of films to see in different seating capacities. I've rented it for private functions, and the staff have always been a pleasure to deal with.
Great cinema. Nothing to complain about. Maybe the seats could be cleaned more often but it's the same story for every other theatre as well.
Honestly out of all the theaters in the province this one sucks. Only one theater is sloped, none of the chairs are reclining or padded very well and it's always cold to the point you bring a jacket in the middle of summer.. prices are pretty ridiculous too but that's all theaters. Only go a few times a year to please friends/family.
Somehow manages to be worse than the Empire Theatres previously utilizing this space. Higher prices, lower standards (Seen two desynched 3d movies here now) and it's a rather dated venue. Definitely in need of some TLC. Update: Still subpar compared to their predecessor, and they're not even showing all the major titles anymore. Or providing refills on their now smaller drinks and popcorn. Unfortunate since they also pay their staff relatively poor sums. Update again: Place seems tidier than before, prices haven't risen dramatically and they're finally offering pre-selected seating in some cases. Would be nice if they'd ask those in wheelchair assistant seating to move if they're not accompanied by a wheelchair user though, as thrice now I've had to assist my cousin out of his chair into a normal seat because of a selfish Sally or a mindless Marc stuffing their faces with popcorn in those seats. Re-Update: Popcorn has been stale the past 3 times I've gone, prices have gone up yet again and their loyalty program has become markedly worse.
Great cineplex experience, friendly staff, great and very clean theatres. If your movie is in theaters 1-4 you're in the big theaters, number 3 has the most seats. Theatres 5-8 are the smaller ones. All of the theatres are well taken care of, and you can tell that the employees take pride in where they work. They also have the really nice subtitle machines all you have to do is ask for one at the consession area or from the person that takes the tickets.
Always nice to get out to the movies, good covid precautions in place.
While this place was once a pretty good theatre, that was many years ago and long before Cineplex took over. The place is in severe need of an upgrade to it's facilities. However, it's always busy so I suspect that won't happen any time soon. My biggest issue is actually with the extremely poor selection of movies that come here. Fredericton deserves some better options.
Worst theatre I've been too, it's a shame the prices are the same if not worse than other theaters with reclining seats and seat reservation. The people of Fredericton are trapped and have no other option to go too. I strongly believe this place should be boycotted until Cineplex Odeon fixes it, maybe Landmark should come buy it.
Theatre 1 is the best. Wish they were all like that one. Staff area always friendly!
It's a relatively small theatre. The staff was very helpful and they were following the covid guidelines properly.
This Cineplex location is awful. Almost all of the theatres are too small. In some of them you can hear noise from the arcade during your film. Stadium seating is only in one of the theatres. Prices are high. The only positive is that they don't seem to care about outside food.
There’s always a chance for a movie venue to improve - like having concessions lines move faster than 30 minutes or making sure the butter and napkin station isn’t littered with trash. This place is doing a little better by not presenting every day television commercials when mainstream moviegoers experience etc trailers (the captive audience for advertisements is not acceptable). Pricing for a new feature movie is at a very reasonable price too.
Update... Everything. It's been like 20 years of the same quality and no renovations, only the arcade games have been updated. I thought the mall made vendors update every so many years? The seats are embarrassingly old, very old school set up in the sense that everyone is on the same level instead of stadium style so the 6 foot guy ahead of me isn't in the way. For it being the only big theatre around they sure don't care about keeping it updated, unless Cineplex is taking over where the Sears used to be? That would be a sweet move to remodel. We pay through the nose to watch a movie on the ticket and the food, the ticket and cost of snacks have Multiplied over 20 years but the experience hasn't in this location.
Sound system is not upto the mark. Screen brightness was not properly adjusted too, even day scenes were not clear enough. Chairs were the worst.
Attended the latest 007 Bond movie. The sounds was so loud, I had to cover my ears at times because it was actually painful. The popcorn was so salty, I could hardly eat it. The seats are uncomfortable for anyone over six feet tall.
Pre-seance movie trailers are FREAKING LOUD. In fact, they made me feel only one emotion: anger and frustration.
Absolute garbage. The theatres are tiny, the seats uncomfortable and the teenagers running the snack counter were terrible. We arrived early for our movie and there were two people ahead of us in line. The kids behind the counter would zone out halfway through us ordering and then ask us to tell them again. Then my girlfriend went into the theatre to find seats and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a chicken wrap just to find out they’d forgotten to make it. Then they had the nerve to tell me they thought they were out of chicken! They weren’t out of chicken and I ended up getting the wrap I’d paid for but I missed the previews and the first 5 minutes of my movie. The poor manager in the back of the snack counter looked like he was ready to cry because his staff was so useless. Edit: I had one of the teenagers who work at cineplex search me out and pester me through Facebook to call me out on my review. I’ve edited the wording of my review to calm him down but kinda wish I could drop this to zero stars now since I now need to add unprofessional behaviour of the staff to the list of reasons why this theatre sucks.
10 theaters, good selection and friendly staff. Now if they would bring in seating select like they do for the saint John location then all would be perfect. Nothing better than paying in advance and guaranteed seating as you get to select what is available then reserve.
Movies are always fun. There social distancing with seating was very well done.
Surprisingly, it hasn't really changed since I was last there 18 years ago. I'm sure it has in some ways, but it still has the same feel, as does the Chapters and ToysRUs across from it. It still has the cheesy arcade (which I love) but the number of screens is still limited.
Good theatre, covid protocols being followed . Seats not too comfortable
With everything going on in the world right now, they made sure everyone was being safe and spread out so we could still enjoy a movie.
This movie theater is great but I wish it would be renovated to the same standard as the rest of the country with recliners and other things that are everywhere but New Brunswick.
I had not watched a film at this location in over a decade and was disappointed to see that in all of that time, nothing had changed but the prices. No Timeplay functionality, limited and non-preferred seating, old technology showcasing modern films at modern prices. It would be nice to see a new location that can compete with others. I'd rather drive to Saint John to get the experience that I'm paying for.
Another great family movie experience. Thanks for the memories
No seat selection. Competing for seats is not fun. Poor audio quality. There was a continuous buzzing through the whole movie, so I informed the manager. He said he would get back to me, but never called. The buzzing was still happening when I went back. Poor service. You have to remind the employees to give you everything in your order.
Very dated and quite dirty inside theatres, backs of seats covered in foot scuff marks, ceiling fans coated in dust, cob webs throughout ceiling and ventilation vents. Time for an upgrade, lack of leg room for taller customers making getting through a movie quite uncomfortable. Would like to see all theatres turned into stadium seating, even better would be an Imax theatre in Fredericton.
I enjoy going to movies but this theatre is not the one to have an enjoyable experience. You can't plan ahead, as regularly (like today) it shows no listings past Thursday until Thursday or even Friday morning. Then once you get there like other reviewers have said the concession prices are ridiculous and the theatre is dated. I wouldn't mind paying those prices if it was updated and clean facilities. Being able to pre-select seats, have VIP service, more room, would put it on par with other theatres in the province and elsewhere. As it stands now, it ranks along the bottom.
Even with COVID hurting the theater experience this theater was a great. Friendly staff and cleaner than I have ever seen it.
ready for new seats...but excellent sound, and service.
First time back since covid. It was fun and enjoyable time. It was clean and not too busy. Popcorn was fresh. Butter tasted a little old. Great to be able to watch movies on the big screen again.
We were in theatre#2 and the speakers are blown, sound was horrible
The seats were incredibly uncomfortable, found myself adjusting several times during the movie. One of the subs were blown and you could hear the speaker distorting in cinema number 8. If the seats were addressed I would consider going back.
Ouch it's pricey with treats but nice to enjoy a movie after a year and a half of covid hell.
Went to a movie today and there was a flood light on that was shining on the screen the whole time. The attendant was told this and said he could shut it off and nothing happened.
Very impressed with buying tickets in advance. Seat selections with social distancing in place was perfect. Overall impressed with protocols in place! Great experience.
Nice place, had a great time
The cinemas are old, seats and floors are often dirty. Only thing it has going for it is cheap Tuesdays and that it's the only game in town. It's also at the mall and the employees don't hassle you if you bring in Starbucks, so that's a plus.
Great place to movies, hall many movie halls
It’s as good as we got. The staff are outstanding but they’re overshadowed by a very dated and small theatre. I’d really love to see a new one built, something modern with stadium seating at the very least. It doesn’t have to be anything …
The seats were a little small and the theater room itself seemed like it was in need of some aesthetic touch up but there was great service at the snack counter and lots of options too with the restaurant right in the theater. Also neat that they do birthday parties and have a dedicated room for it
Overpriced, but that's every cinema. Always the best selection of new movies, spacious and warm, great arcade, nice theatres with fantastic sound. A great spot being in a mall.
I mean its a movie theatre and aside from the base gagetown theatre outside of town it's the only one and the place is nice. The price of concessions is ridiculous though. $25 dollars for a bag of popcorn and 2 regular soda, that's crazy. It worth the wait for it to release at the base theater. Fraction of the cost.
Decent place. Wish they would get better movies. Some choices suck a lot. Popcorn could be better. Does have 10 cinema rooms. This is the biggest cinema I've been in my life atm so I'm comparing it to my small town one that still sucks but some how better
I love going to the movies and this particular Cineplex gets a lot of good ones as well as playing classic films from time to time.
It's a theater.
Nice place
Contrary to what another reviewer posted this theatre does NOT feature IMAX technology. Not much of a theatre, if you have a decent big screen TV at home that would probably serve you better.
Horrible service, multiple employees behind the counter yet only one cash register open.
The audio quality in theater 8 was awful. Speech and music was very distorted. Popcorn was under a heat lamp, it was okay but not what you expect at the movies. Seating is a bit dated but not unexpected for the age of the mall / infrastructure. Staff are very friendly and purchasing tickets and snacks was painless. Theater was very clean. There are definitely nicer theaters from cineplex but nothing close by.
Seats, sound, screen are amazing and the price is cheap. BUT food is to much expensive.
Time has not been kind to this theatre. The theatres are dated with old uncomfortable seats, there's no option for assigned seating, and the washrooms look like they are in desperate need of repair and upgrading. I wish Cineplex would invest in the Fredericton location and at the very least allow it's patrons to pick their seats.
You can tell this theatre is the only game in town. It is in horrible shape. I don't think the bathrooms have been renovated and they need it - they have upgraded the hand dryers but haven't done anything with the sinks which should be automatic at this point. The floors in the theatres never seem clean. The chairs in the theatres are falling apart and are much smaller than others. This movie theatre is at least 20 years old and it looks like it. If the price of movies and concessions is going to rise, the conditions of the theatre need to change. I will say the food at the Outtakes concession stand was excellent and well priced, but that's about all the theatre has going for it right now.
It's nice to be back in the theatre after a year
Located in the heart of Fredericton city in Regent mall. This cineplex has 12 cinema ???? hall to accommodate approximately more than 1000 people at the same time. It has latest IMAX technology in the theater. They also have a food ???? ????.
Spiderman in 3D. Great movie. Theaters were clean and social distancing was in effect.
They didnt let you book seats for a movie. It's first come first serve so people were in a line 2 hours before (Deadpool 2) which was a pain. Although, they were really nice and stored my groceries while watching the film though. ???? I was so grateful.
Staff are kind and helpful but this place has a lot of buts... their seats are so uncomfortable, you cant sit for a long time(more than 15 min). I am not asking for a recliner here. Please dont think that I am. Those seats are probably older than regent mall itself. You can do better if you try. I have been in many Cineplex theaters around North America and Europe but this one is the lowest rating I think. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.
If they are going to charge that much for popcorn they need to improve the quality of the bags, butter leaked through the folds in the bottom of both our bags. When we first sat down i mentioned to my daughter about the greasiness of the floor, now i know why. only posting on here as i couldnt find a "contact us" section of their web site.
What can I say? It’s a Cineplex. It’s the only one in a pretty large area. And it’s the only cinema I’ve gone to in ages that is still inside a mall. The service is fine, the popcorn is the same, and they get plenty of movies. Being the only location around and also being inside a mall means they have little reason or means to fully upgrade their theatres/seating. If you’re in any theatre besides #1, I hope you like seating arrangement from the 90s.
As an avid movie-goer, I am conflicted about leaving a 3 star review for a place which I enjoy so much. However, since I began going to the Cineplex Cinemas Fredericton, they have abandoned the banker-style lineups, which has caused me considerable frustration. Lines move slowly, inconsistently, and make getting served a lottery system at best. I remember when the banker-style lineup was first introduced, as a result of customer feedback. I have met many regular customers who complain at length about this change, as it presents a continual frustration, and has, on many occasions, caused myself and others to forgo snacks at all. The grand irony of this move is that, wherever possible, customers will spontaneously form a single queue anyway, much to the disapproval of the managers on duty.
Love the Cineplex! Very clean when you come in early (not as clean in the evening but thats understandable because it gets busy)???? Friendly staff and management if you know how to properly talk with people. Note to anyone dealing with any sort of staff member or management after a theater mishap: (BE KIND AND PATIENT!) These workers are hard workers that take long shifts and regularly deal with troublesome people so being a pain in the butt after a long day doesnt help anybody. Expensive food, but tasty???? Great movie selections, plus frequent special movie showings???? A+
Friendly staff. Private viewing awesome experience.
The general manager here, she’s amazing. I pointed out there was no handicapped seating available and she went out her way to make sure my family and I were looked after. She paid for Spider-Man out of her own pocket, plus gave us courtesy tickets for a future movie. I deeply appreciate it and her. Thanks G.M. Of cineplex Fredericton
Spacing was awesome, we didn't have anyone around us,
Staff are kind and helpful but this place has a lot of buts... their seats are so uncomfortable, you cant sit for a long time(more than 15 min). I am not asking for a recliner here. Please dont think that I am. Those seats are probably older than regent mall itself. You can do better if you try. I have been in many Cineplex theaters around North America and Europe but this one is the lowest rating I think. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.
This place is nice, but small. I find that the staff is extremely nice, helpful and always willing to be of help. As usual with small cities cinemas, the place is a bit small and the cinemas are small and honestly outdated compared to those in major cities. I guess we are not worth the investment. I think that the prices are high for what it is they offer but I am glad that the employees seem happy.
Outdated, seats are lousy. Temperature in theatre is never consistent some days really warm other days freezing. Only theater that is comfortable to see a movie in is theater 1. Food quality is hot and miss... with the prices they charge for food it should be amazing every time.
The coupons purchased at Christmas have only a short time before they expire (March 7). We haven't been able to use them until now and thought we'd start now, only to find out they won't honor them. What a waste of money. Certificates should be good for 12 months.
Theater is fine. But the seats are pretty weird and uncomfortable. And the screens are weirdly high so even pretty well in the back it feels like you're craning your neck. Compared to other Cineplex locations (Dieppe), definitely below the standard of quality for design. Not sure if that is because it is in the mall, or just older.
They keep it clean, and follow COVID-19 procedures for the safety of their customers..
Sorry my kid dropped her popcorn on the floor.
Though I used to think it better or at least comparable to watch a movie at home, there is somthing truly great to seeing a movie at a theatre.
Love the $5 movies in the theatres now. Everything is nicely spaced out and the reserved seating really takes away the worry/confusion of where to sit to keep physical distancing ????????
The go-to place for big screen movies.
Always love coming to the Cineplex in Fredericton. We are always so happy when the movie we want to see is in a theatre where we can choose our seats in advance. This allows us to not have to worry about being there so much earlier as our seats are already reserved. Love the popcorn and also the slush pop drinks!
Great movie, in Little Women, but quite expensive ($11/adult) and would have been way TOO much expense for any snacks! ???? ... Overall, I will not be back for a LONG time! Reason: TOO expensive!
Was a bit chilli but overall experience was great. Very Friendly's staff and very clean.
10 screens make for many options great date night. Great friendly staff and good variety of food choices. A bit pricy but i think its on par with theatres everywhere. Overall great experience every time we go.
The only cinema in Freddy. Nice to offer special discount every Tuesday.
Always nice to go to the movies but this place is getting run down. The popcorn and drinks are crazy price and the seats are now gummy the last 3 times we have went. Disappointing to give only 2 stars but this is what they deserve as they need to be cleaning the areas much better in between movies. They also need to invest in the place more and drop some of the prices.
Theatre is good for whats needed, though its in desperate need of upgrading. I've been to many other Cineplex theatres across the country. All have been upgraded to current themes, except this one. Not sure if that relies on ownership, but if it's across the board franchise of Cineplex, this is the one that time forgot!!! ALSO, they should offer online reserved seating when ordering tickets, like the other locations. Saves an incredible hassle.
Theater's are nice but the prices for snacks are ridicules. A family has to save just to go to the movies. It reminds me of when I was little having to share my parents drink and one popcorn because it was to much money.
My poor review is from the customer service received from the management . 30 mins into a show the screen kept turning black. Everyone sat there for another 10 mins while the screen turned on and off multiple times until people just decided to leave . Not once did staff come in to inform us or call us out. After coming out of the theatre we learn there was something wrong and the movie would have to be refunded . The manager was guaranteeing our money back but not once offered anything for our inconvenience or considering that we all just spent a ridiculous amount of money on snacks and drinks . Finally, someone stepped up and said “I think we all deserve a free movie pass for the inconvenience “, I watched the manager sigh and say “I’ll see what we can do “. I was very disappointed that the manger let quite a few people walk out with just their money back. We shouldn’t have to ask. Bad customer service. Bad theatre experience ! Although , I understand technical difficulties happen.
They theater seating style is a little old school, so its shallow and not stadium. But honestly that's a nitpick and not a real issue. The staff is friendly and its always clean. As a huge movie fan I couldn't survive out in NB without this place.
Best popcorn
They really need to invest in some brighter projector bulbs. Depending on the movie, the dark scenes can be painful to watch since I'm straining to see what's in shadow. There have been films where I couldn't make out an actor, and only knew it was them because I'd seen the trailer. It's not the films, as a direct comparison to scenes shown in the trailers, you can clearly see what you can't in the theatre. It's been like this for a few years now, and if there was another theatre in the city, I'd go there without question.
Pretty good experience. They do have some catching up to do with other theatres. They now have assigned seating in a couple theatres so they are slowly getting caught up but if you are coming from Moncton you might be disappointed.
Went to see Mission Impossible: Fallout 3D
Always clean and good service whenever I've been there
We love this theater, we always enjoy going there. It's clean. And the service is quick and helpful.. prices are good too.
Small theatres but they are always open and nice to take a break and watch a movie.
Always a favorite. Food is a little expensive, that is my only complaint.
This is one of the worst theatres I have been too. The seats are broken in alright, the springs no longer work. The seats barely fit a normal sized person and it feels like you are sitting on the ground. I guess no competition means you do not care at all about the comfort of the client. Bad marketing, I would actually go more if It felt more like an experience and less like a creepy bsmt with a weird smell. Another company is really needed in Fredericton so they are forced to take this one into 2019 and out of the 90s
Just went to see Avengers: Infinity War. The film was ruined by the terrible service and conditions of the Fredericton theatre. The cash register at the Out Takes booth was broken, so we had to go get in line to order our food. The order was entered incorrectly so we didn't get our drinks and had to go back and reorder them. We paid almost $19 for 2 poutines and another $12 for 2 medium drinks. When we got in the theatre, we were stuck at the front row in seats that really shouldn't exist. It was literally painful to sit through the movie. The theatre screen didn't correctly line up with the projection, so the top foot or so of the film was shown on the black border part of the screen. The floors in the theatre were covered in garbage, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. We'll be traveling to Saint John to see movies from now on. Note: the lack of training and ability to properly serve customers falls on management, not the staff. They were nice, and did the best they could with what they have to work with. This theatre is extremely lacking in management.
Seats are a little crampy, food is too expensive, but its a theater. Nothing special but not bad either. Gave it a 3 stars as it is just what it is, nothing like the big city movie theaters but good for what it is.
Average movie theater experience. Not great and not terrible. The seats are decent. The movie selection here seems to be aimed more towards kids and super hero movies. I find that many movie genres I'm interested in (like horror, drama, etc) don't get shown here and it's disappointing.
Very clean. Safe distancing in theater.
This theater is in desperate need of upgrades. Described in one word: fine. If you want to see the newest blockbuster, it's the only option. Carpets, seats, bathrooms, etc. need attention. Also, with the new business model, staff is at a minimum. It's hard to get assistance and lines are long and slow. It's too bad--I used to go to way more movies.
Love going to the movies, the way they have it because of covid is so much better, not crowded
Enjoyed a show on the last day before NB went "green". Liked the assigned seating and space around each group. Will be interesting to see how things change. Movie was too loud for me.
Neglected movie theater in major city. While theaters in Moncton & Saint John were modernized & up graded. FYI: you can purchase a movie pass from Costco for $30 Admission for 2 with 2 pops & a medium popcorn
Went to see Venom today, price was fine as it was the reduced Tuesday rate. We ordered some popcorn, a soda and a large tap water, while it was being rang up I noticed that there was a charge for a small soda (what we had ordered) as well as a charge for a large soda. I asked the clerk what the $5.49 charge for a "large soda" was for and he told me that it was for tap water in a large cup. I told them to remove it as that was an exorbitant price to charge for tap water in a cup. I know that theaters are out to make money by over pricing their food and beverages, but to attempt to charge that much for water that you don't even pay for is unacceptable.
Great ppl working there, very clean.
Good enough nothing special , just try to sit in the rear , in the front sits its impossible to enjoy the movie.
I watched a movie here. Very good.
Why even list a phone number if you don't answer the phone or return calls?
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE....stopped going to the theatre in Fredericton. dirty, very uncomfortable seats (half of one even came off once when i was there)....only 1 stadium theatre, ...absolutely refuse to go there anymore......I go to Moncton or Saint John. They don't deserve my money or my time....no upgrades in years.....don't know why people still go there without demanding a better environment.
The cinema is clean and the staff is friendly. This cineplex is in need of the upgrade many many other cineplex cinemas have gone through in recent years. To say simply, the seating is awful, the screens are a little smaller than what's standard, but it's still a good time and I'm glad we have a cinema in Fredericton at all.
Excellent covid protocols. First time in the theater in 2 years and felt great to be there. Staff was very friendly and professional. Nice touch of "normal"....
First time at the theater in a long time and honestly the way they have it set up for covid makes it feel like it's not a pandemic. The selecting your own seat is awesome and I hope that stays after the pandemic.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, movie was clear and sound quality was very good. Theaters and washrooms were clean also
Sticky floors, uncomfortable seating and for some reason instead of pointing the room lights at the floor, they’re aimed at your face. Using the scene card is almost always a pain in the you know what. Funny thing, I’ve been to theatres in third-world countries with clean floors, seats with movable armrests that could also recline and had a tray that folded down for your snacks. If I’m spending 2 hours here instead of in front of an 80” TV at home, the “snacks and comfort” bar could be raised significantly.
Good space between everyone.always nice to go to the theatre
Small screen and hygiene canbe approved Me not going again ????
They charge prices that would call for much better equipment. No reserved seating and not enough seating. The washrooms are consistently filthy and the food tastes damp. Worst of all is that I've brought all these concerns to them through their website and twice in person, but no explanation as to why these problems persist were given. We don't want another popcorn - we want you serve good popcorn in the first place. I miss Empire Theaters so much.
It's cozy and comfortable
If all of you are vaccinated why do you care if I'm not? You're protected by the totally safe and effective vaccine right?
