I gave 4. If i could give 3.5 i would. I love this movie theatre, and the staff are very kind and friendly. I went to see a movie tho and When you get a large drink or popcorn you get a free refill, which is like 6-7 dollars. So i got a large slushie and my sister got a large popcorn. We were told we could come and get a refill after the movie. It was a 9 movie. So we get out of the movie at 11:30, and the snack line and everything inside was closed and shut down! So we could not get our free refills. I feel they should have a sign that states when the snack line closes or even wait a few minutes to close when everybody is out of the theatre. Not happy with that.

Complain about prices all you like, but in the end, Regal Stadium 12 delivers exactly what you want. Feature films and concessions with a great staff behind it all. For those who don't know, bringing movies to a theater is no cheap business. Ticket sales don't go to the theater, so they're left with the concession sales to make the most of their profit. If there's anyone to blame, it's Hollywood.

Great place. Whenever I go here the place is empty. I saw the new Spiderman movie today and I was the only one in the theater. Its the same things as the other movie theaters but it's empty. Definitely recommend this place

A nice and quite theater. Never too busy that you have to wait in line at the concessions and when I dropped my drink when sitting down, they offered a refill with no questions asked. A better value then Ciniplex on the Canadian side.

We have never had a problem with this Regal location. The employees are great and the place is very clean. I enjoy the concession stand food and selection, but find the prices to be too pricey (my only reason for the four stars). Regal Cinemas Niagara Falls 12 makes the cinema experience wonderful. ????

The cinema itself is aesthetically outdated and dirty. Uncomfortable seats worsens the experience. But the worst are the patrons. They're loud and obnoxious during movies. Locals constantly talk and snicker throughout movies. I would not visit this theater again.

I've never looked at a review for any other Regal anywhere in North America, but I would imagine every one of them has people whining that it's too expensive. :-). This place is awesome, as far as I'm concerned. I only see about 2 or 3 first run movies a year at best, and I always drive up to this one from Tonawanda, as it's never crowded. And I mean never, weekdays, weekends, day, night. Always plenty of elbow room.

Well, it's a movie theater so the food and snacks are expensive. On our last visit we noticed that the upholstery on the chairs is really starting to look kind of cruddy. Things are in need of either replacement or a good steam clean. The employees are always very nice though which is something.

Everything is great at this theater except it is a little bit dated. Besides that it is great. Easy purchasingntickets, people at concessions are really helpful and enthusiastic when dealing with customers. Would give a 5 but like I said needs a revamp on seats, carpet, etc. Dear Regal Corporate take note!

Place is great on discount day. Why do the snacks need to be so expensive? People are more likely to sneak in there own stuff then pay these prices. At least Maple ridge 8 gives you free refills on beverages no matter what size. Also the rewards club is nice too, but when I decided to go to the movies my points expiered that week. How convenient.

Great service, friendly people to be with. Handled a situation particularly tonight during opening night very well. Felt sorry for the manager however to have dealt with this. They should’ve never let those people that caused a disturbance the first place a pass and a refund! Should’ve been neither because of they way these people were acting! Shame on those people! All in all great experience!

This place needs to manage the lines at the concession stands properly; there's no guide rails or signs, people just jump to the front of the lines because it's not organized. Also, 20 minutes of previews mixed with dull ads at the official movie start time definitely comes across as a cash grab. Probably not a place I will go to again.

This theatre rooms are gross! The floors were filthy and the seats literally looked caked with dirt and grim and totally unsanitary. Never sat back to rest into the seats throughout the entire movie. Main area was clean and inviting and popcorn was fresh and tasty though.

The prices are absurd. $15+ dollars to see a movie? $13+ dollars for a child? $18 for just a drink and popcorn? Ridiculous. Then the service to get food is horribly slow. 6 people behind the counter and it still took about 7 minutes per person to get served smh. I won't be going back. It's way too overpriced

This Regal theater has always been fun to attend movies. It's clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. If you needed anything special they were always there to serve you. The auditorium where we sat to watch the movie was kept clean. The movie sound and vision was always five stars. A little pricey but then again everything is going up in price. They have a good price on Tuesdays a discount. But only on Tuesdays. Senior discounts aren't too bad either.

The Regal is a great place to get comfortable and watch a great movie! Whether it be a comedy, horror, or romance they accommodate for basically all you could need! Food, drinks, and if you are a person who has certain social anxiety issues you will love the serve your self ticket machine. It's fast, easy, and affordable! They even have an arcade room and photo booth for memories you can cherish afterwards. The candy and drinks are a tad bit expensive but with a Regal Card they are quite affordable as well! Would highly recommend.

This theater is not upgraded like the others in the Buffalo area. But theater is kept cleaned. The bathrooms are always clean. The movie sections never have debris in the chairs or on the floors. The counter section and the front lobby are always spectacular. Tonight, when we went in, we saw the cleaning crew. We also saw them when we were leaving... Whoever manages this place deserves some kudos. The staff is ALWAYS professional, friendly, and punctual. They move the line very quickly so that you don't miss unnecessary movie time. Customer service is a straight 5! Updating this location would be a reward, they deserve it.

It smells horribly if urine and the chairs are sticky. A group of older teens/young adults wouldn't shut up during the movie and nothing was done. They were very loud and entire portions of dialogue on screen were missed because of them. I truly ended up not understanding parts of the plot due to missing so much because of them.

Fairly standard Regal. Staff is always finally, the place is clean and the snacks fresh. Bathrooms are spotless! My only wish (other than reasonable concession prices) would be at least one theater with powered seats. The current ones are s bit rough if you are off size.

I have always had a good experience when visiting this theater. They have good promotions with their rewards card as well as half of Tuesdays. The employees have always been nice and courteous. The theater has always been clean and the screens acceptable.

The bathrooms were so far from the theater that we were in and once we went for a walk to the bathroom when was being cleaned and the other one was so disgusting you can't even breathe in there I won't back to my movie after missing 10 minutes from the long walk in the movie was over went back to the restroom it was still being queens and the sign said obviously it wasn't where would have been opened an hour and the other one was follow disgustingly foul the movie was fine that I can see a movie anywhere and most places have clean restrooms they won't be getting my money again

I usually go to the movies on one of my day offs probly about twice a month...the people are respectful and the movies are nice and quiet with comfortable seating but the concession stands are always backed up .. You usually wait about 10 minutes to get popcorn or whatever you so desire... other than that it's a nice place to go and see a new movie!

I just saw the 9:45pm showing of the bye bye man and left extreamly displeased. I have always gone to the Niagara Falls regal anytime I wanted to see a movie but I certainly will think twice for now on before going to this theater again. The whole back end of the crowd was talking and I thought it would've died down as soon as the movie started but this continued the whole duration of the movie. The only reason we stayed is for the hope of people to stop talking and watch the movie they paid for. Not only were people talking loud enough to the point you could barely hear the movie but the people in the back were throwing candy towards people sitting in the front. Along with that someone had a whistle that they blew every couple of minutes. Not to mention people constantly turning their phone's flashlight on for whatever reason when they were seated. I could not believe how unprofessional this situation was handled and I expected more from the regal staff. It's truly unfortunate the office was closed so that they were unable take a complaint or refund any customer. Please use this as a lesson of how a business should not handle a situation like this.

Adequate, but it is showing some signs of age. We have been going here for years to see movies. I'm starting to notice some of the seats are a bit worn and have some rips/tears in them. Overall, a pretty good place, just it would be nice to see some updates/upgrades to the theater itself. Another year or two without any, and it will start to look a bit run down. Many places we see movies around the country when on vacation are getting updates/upgrades now, time for the Regal in Niagara Falls to follow suit.

This theater is a bit more dated than other Regal cinemas I have been to recently. It did not have the newer big reclining cumfy chairs. That said, even though the seats, (after getting used to being able to spread out!) were very crowded together, the theater however had a nice staff. We went on a cold Sunday afternoon when the weather was not great, so the theater was not crowded. We were treated very nicely and it was very clean.

Staff was nice, awkward entrance to get tickets, facility should be cleaned more, seats need to be washed- odor from old spills in theater room #4 No one was at the ticket checking booth, caused some confusion, no staff acknowledged folks leaving as they surrounded the refeshments counter to chit chat among themselves. That says to me... "Thank you- don't come back."

I went to see Rampage in 3D & the Movie gets 5 stars. But the girl who took my ticket looked like she didn't even care & the fact that the Regal Entertainment Group thinks that the Hollywood 12 should show the Movie late at night & not at an earlier showtime. Despite the fact a lot of people were at my showtime & the theater was packed anyways & then a fight happened outside & security broke it up all this to see a new movie in 3D. Most people work for living & would prefer an earlier time for a 3D movie & Dwayne Johnson is a big draw. So I think that the Regal Entertainment Group better start thinking of the moviegoer again & too make matters worse if that's even possible the price of a 3D showing went up in price on top of the late showtime something is wrong here thank you for your time

The theater is decent but the seats are filthy. I took my 7 year old son to see Rogue One on Saturday and we looked at several seats and could not find one that looked clean. It was hard to get comfortable with the disgusting seats. I think some professional cleaning or remodeling of the seating is in order. The staff is friendly though and pricing is reasonable.
