You can save money on Tuesdays but I really think it's worth paying the full ticket price to go another day. Theater tends to get a loud talkative crowd on Tuesdays and makes it hard to enjoy the movie. I give this theater 2 stars on Tuesdays but 3 stars the rest of the week.

Button operated, reclining leather chairs. Totally reinvented theater seating experience. Also with the ability to get your tickets electronically ahead of time, you only need to park and walk in, bypassing the box office. Also very clean.

Took my daughter to see Space Jam, and we had a lot of fun. It was different not seeing the crowds of people, but the movie was good. Always very clean and the staff is friendly, so it was an enjoyable experience.

I've never seen this theater messy as some reviewers stated. Ladies br's always clean & no lines! Btw- I would never think of taking a 16 month old baby to a show-matinee or not!! That's really intelligent (sarcasm) People pay too much to be disturbed by babies, cell phone use etc, etc! When my daughter was little we took her to the drive-in until I was sure she could behave at a regular theater.

They don't always play the same movies as say the Walden Galleria Theater but it still has a good selection. Still the older style seats which are somewhat uncomfortable but the new improved recliners are coming soon.

Great place to go get a movie for a date. Great place to take the kids for movie. They have a great Regal Crown Club that give you rewards and points for every movie that you see. The seating is very comfortable they have reclining chairs. Every time we have come it was very clean and very comfortable we had a great time. Tuesday's is one of the best days to go because if you have a crown Rewards Card the movies are only $6 and they have specials at the concession as well.

Amazing food. They have a huge screen that you can see very clearly. The bathrooms are neat and are never very crowded. They have any movie that you would want to see and they most likely have them in 3D too. They have great times for the movies and it doesn’t take a while for the commercials to stop playing and I don’t even mind the commercials. Also, the seats are very comfortable and they recline, and all the workers are very nice.

Not sure when they decided to put in the fancy new chairs but they didn't take into account how much closer the rows end up being to the screen due to the extra space needed per row. First 2 rows are basically kissing the screen meanwhile there is about 10-15 feet of space behind the last row to the "premium" seating and another 10ish feet behind them of nothing. Probably could have moved everything back a tad so it was not such an egregious problem for the closer rows. I sat in the 4th row and actually felt so bad I gave my seat up so some kid could watch the movie better.

The place is clean, and has comfortable reclining seats in some of the theatres. Also offers a $5 Tuesday which that for catching movies in the middle of the week, especially Blockbusters which premiered over the weekend. Concessions is a bit pricey though. Highly advised to join the crown club if your going to be a repeat customer in order to help pay your food/drink.

Rewards points aren't so bad but the prices are pretty terrible most of the time. AMC is much better with pricing. Otherwise, it's a nice theater fairly clean. Comfortable seating. Best thing was the swivle trays. Makes life way easier so you don't drop everything you're carrying in. Sound quality was good. Most of the heavy bass of the action movies I've seen recently hasn't jarred my head like in other theaters.

An Honest Review. Now first off let me say that the only reason I am rating this 5 stars is too boost the overall rating (otherwise I'd give it about a 4), but hear me out. I have lived near this theater for several years and before that generally went to this location before I moved closer. This theater is NOT that bad, people like to complain about the littlest of things. First off, in my experience the theater has only had like butter on the floor maybe once or twice since I've been going there, it's a MOVIE THEATER. What did you expect? Accidents happen. People spill things sometimes. Another thing, while I can definitely say this theater IS very expensive in terms of food (hence why this would have been 4 stars) the food is decent and even though it's expensive, the biggest tub of popcorn is the best deal as you can just share it with people and get refills. As for the theater being dirty in general it's average, it's not too dirty and is usually clean honestly. As for the people that work there, yeah some of them seem like they're bored or don't want to be there, but there's actually a decent amount of younger people that serve the food and they're probably just tired of working long hours there (as it IS again a movie theater). Out of the like 20+ times I've been there, I can easily say this theater has met my expectations and is an OK theater, now some have brought up the Walden Galleria theater, and yes while it IS nicer and probably does deserve 5 stars (as not only is the theater itself nicer, but it's in a mall so before or after you can browse around it if you'd like) if you live closer to this one, it's perfectly fine to go to this one and not waste gas or money trying to get to the Walden one if it's unnecessary in the first place. Thanks to those of you who have read this review.

Regal is one of the three remaining movie theaters left in Buffalo. Out of all three, Regal by far has the comfiest seats (they are big and recline). They also have $7.95 tickets (matinee and evening) to 2D films. The 3D ones are a little extra.

Another spot that I have been coming to for atleast a good 10+ years now. Always been a good spot to go to... May be busy depending on when you go but that's a given if it's the weekend or Tuesday when it's discounted pricing. The area is usually clean and the newer seating and cosmetics are great!!! Staff is usually friendly and eager to assist you. I will recommend this theater to anyone who is looking for a nice time in the town and want to get away for a few hours on their off time..

Not sure about how my luck is, but about every time I come here, there's either a parent with a 2-3 year old, talking and yelling, in a rated R filmed movie (why the employees say nothing, is beyond me), or a cop car in front of the building. I don't go there often, which I'm ok with, but I'd like to enjoy a movie, without distractions, and a crime scene.

3 stars for cleanliness and happy employees and ample handi-capable access. Two stars off because of the cheap industrial design of the whole situation... You drive here because it's not walkable and that's because the area is pretty industrial in general. You won't see the magical architectural details of a turn of the century cinema. Despite the cheap architecture and landscaping, you're going to pay for the scale* at the concession stand with the typically inflated pricing for shelf-stable and loveless/nutritionless snacks. *Chains are great for IMAX-level experiences (no local AMC IMAX) but not so much for indie films or re-runs of classics. Also, it's 2019 - no adult beverages? Be happy with your 3 stars.

$30 for a night at the movies... And they wonder why people don't go any more. It's $12 for a ticket, and then $8 for a bottle of water. Are you kidding me? The nice part is they have fancy recliners, however the acoustics were off which hampered the movie experience. It was almost as if the bass was turned down really low the sound was tinny and not the full audio you expect at a theatre. The place was clean and the bathrooms were tidy. The staff was pleasant as well. Overall a good experience hampered by corporate greed.

Went to see Star Wars here last night. Small drink and popcorn cost 12$. The service was fast at the counter. The people who were checking tickets smelled like B.O, and not exactly sure if they knew how to scan QR codes.... slow process to scan a ticket. Screen is kinda small IMO for the amount of seats in the theatre. Sound quality is fine. This is an extremely average theatre. Nothing to be impressed by. Reminds me of the crappier theatres we have in Toronto :/ Went here because AMC was sold out of tickets for the same show time.

The manager is pretty rude to people with disabilities. I've been here several times now and needed captioning devices, and he always tries to talk to me with his back turned. When I tell him I need him to face me when he speaks (the whole reason I need captions to begin with), he talks to me so slowly and condescendingly. Dude needs some serious training.

The best cinema experience in US so far for me. Seats were super comfortable with high recliner ability. Sound system was excellent with high base, which almost gave a 4D experience in action scenes. Didn't try out the snacks here but they seemed good visually.

Worse location in the area. Don't come here if you're seeking a positive experience at the movies. Wanted to relax and watch the new Avengers movie, but when I walked in the trailers were rolling with no sound, just elevator music. This continued through the first 15 minutes of the movie, when my friend and I ask for the manager. Instead of starting the movie over the manager turned on the sound but by that time, we had missed the entire beginning. We requested a refund, and a movie voucher since our entire movie experience was ruined due to their technologically incompetent staff. The manager laughed at us, misgendered my friend, and cursed as he walked away. Terrible customer service, terrible experience and them having bug bites their seats should be common knowledge by now. I took a chance with this location, never again. Just go to the Galleria instead.

It's a theater. It's relatively clean, parking is rarely an issue, but sometimes the stern is a little out of focus. The fancy seats are nice, but prices are high, and this place has been closed for pandemic so week gave to review when they open.

Went for many movies here, but the last one (Jungle Book) was an especially disgusting experience. There was pop-corn on the floor. Along with some nachos and cheese. This made the floor very greasy (it was a glossy-non-carpeted front row). This tells that the staff did not clean-up after the previous show. I would say it is movie goers' responsibility too, to maintain decorum, but a clean-up should always be done regardless.

I would say despite the recently renovated seats, the theatre could still use some TLC. They do have all of the latest movies, but however the outside appearence is a tad sketchy and the inside could use a little remodeling and cleaning at times. It has definitely recovered since the bed bug incident.

I was really disappointed that the matinee was still very expensive. Spent 50 dollars on tickets another 40 on food. Then we had two families tell us that we have to move because their seats were reserved and we were in them. I feel if you reserve a seat you should be there early enough to get them. Not once the movie starts. It should be first come first sit...basically. The popcorn was stale and cold. I definitely wont be going back anytime soon.

My cousins and I came and watched The Haunted House (I think that was the name) and turns out we were the only ones in that room so that was fun! Also it would've been a 4 stars due to there being no one else but a really nice guy working at the food stands, I felt bad for him seeing how impatient the other customers were, we were fine with waiting seeing that he was the only one working there and I wish I had his name so I could put it in the review but I hope he has a good life, really cool seeing him manage all of that on his own :)

Theaters are not super on point with there cleaning, I know for a fact they have bedbugs because a certain recovery program sends there guys there for birthday nights and there building is infested with bedbugs. I know this because I went through the program that goes there. Will never risk going back there. I am not trying to negative talk cause at other Regals I have had much better experience.

I love their Tuesday deals. Ticket prices are cheaper and you can get a large popcorn for almost nothing. This is also one of the cleaner theaters in the area. Also has the nice reclining chair.

The chaurs are very comfortable. The theater is pretty clean and it's very easy to relax and enjoy the movie. My only problem is that the Regal chain is SO damn expensive. $20.00 for two adult tickets then $15.00 for a medium popcorn, drink and box of candy? A movie for two costs about $35.00 which I think is rather expensive.

We generally like the theater very much. However, we have recently been incurring a continuing problem. My wife is handicapped and the theaters' policy states that a companion seat can only be purchased along with a wheelchair seat. This is true on line and at the kiosk in the Regal complex. However, if you go to the counter to get your ticket they routinely sell companion seats to singles and people who clearly are not using the handicapped spaces - sometimes not leaving space for the truly handicapped. The manager essentially said there was nothing they would do about it even-though it violates their own policy. NO need to ask if they are handicapped - just require them to be sold together as their own policy dictates.

This theater is not my favorite. Having worked there many Mona ago, I know the inner workings of the place quite well. If the movie you're wanting to see isn't on the screens down the front left and right hallways, go somewhere else as these are the only screens worth stadium seating. It's been a while but I think the screens are bigger in those theaters as well. I live right around the corner and rarely choose this place over the newer and much more pleasant Regal at the Galleria Mall.

I already know a lot of negative things about this place including bed bugs and horrible service. So I won’t even step foot in this place ever again. The atmosphere is ghetto and weird. The theaters here are very cramped and and limited set of recliners. The workers are rude and not friendly. The bathrooms were disgusting and filthy and the popcorn was burnt and stale. Theater 3 at the complex has the bed bugs.

Management does not place care of customer near top of mission...unimpressed with management's inability to do help the four concession representatives who were servicing over a dozen customers in each line. humble self asked for popcorn refill assistance and was sarcastically informed to get in back of line. I get it there is no cutting in line and we have all been there before hoping to grab a quick refill...but to have arrogant managers tell me she cannot go back there and help it's not her job....well I wanted to spill my remainder popcorn kernels over her head. mom ....oh yeah, and the **** screen kept blacking out.....WHERES MY MONEY!!!!!

When you first arrive the place has that old theater feel. When you get inside however it's very modern. The lobby was clean and well maintained, the snack area was also very clean and well stocked. I absolutely love the seating in these theaters, powered reclining seats with foot rest. Big seats with plenty of room and pretty comfy. The sound was crystal clear and not over powering like some places. Picture was spot on. Definitely a great theater.

The seating was incredible and both of my friends were completely impressed by the recliners and the sound system of the theater we were in. Watched ZERO, a Bollywood movie starring the best actor and world's biggest movie star Shah Rukh Khan first day first show here. One of its kind movie with an interesting engaging story and world class VFX and brilliant performances throughout. Awesome humor and emotional beats and interesting take at relationships. Really enjoyed myself. The theatre is quite accessible with good refreshments and comfortable seats. Very nice theatre. Do choose this cinema hall for your next movie. Go watch ZERO! 10/2/19 I came to this theater to see the movie IT with my kids who wanted to see it. The guy at the counter says i couldn’t bring my kids that were under 6 to see an rated R movie even though it says as long as the person who with the kids are over 21 which I’m in my mid 30’s. Went on a Tuesday around 730, $15 for three tickets, which isn't bad at all, got right in, the theater itself was nice. Only problem we had was....someone had taken our seats even though they are assigned. So we went a few chairs over. Turns out we had taken other people's seats. If you're going to have assigned seating, make sure people take the assigned seats.

Comfy but uber expensive! Cost a dollar more for 2 small drinks and small popcorn than for 2 movie tickets. Seats were very comfortable, they recline with power and have swing arm table. This is the worst theater I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot. But the employees didn't spit on me, so I decided to give them 2 stars. They did however throw everyone suspicious looks, made me throw away my unopened bottle of water that I need for medical reasons, and at the last minute rearranged the line I was waiting in, which of course threw everyone out of order. Also, this location is really dirty and over-priced. Even though they're nearby, I do my best to take my business elsewhere.

Acceptably clean, concession stand prices are expectedly outrageous. Kid taking tickets was sweet. Volume was a bit loud for our two special needs kids but screen clarity was incredible and the theatre itself is an interesting and cool building. Bathrooms were clean. Went to see Star Wars this evening and had, by far, the worst theater experience of my life. There were all of four of us in the theater. Well, besides the guy that snuck in and watched a majority of the movie off to the side of the entrance. So, of course I feel like an idiot having paid. The worst distractions came from a man with his son. The man spent most of the movie on his cell phone and his son spent the movie talking and talking and talking and talking and talking.....and talking.... Oh, and screaming, literally screaming. At one point, I left the theater to attempt to get a manager. I found someone, that identified himself as "someone they let make decisions sometimes"; sounds promising, doesn't it? I advised of what was going on and how again, I must be an idiot for actually paying for my tickets. Eventually, he came into the theater, said nothing to anyone, and left. As you may imagine the cell phone usage and talking and talking and talking and talking....and talking.....continued. At the end we spoke to another manager, a woman at the front desk. She accused us of not saying anything to anyone, when we advised we did and asked why he would not have said anything she advise, "well, it is the other paying customer's word against yours".... So, again I felt like an idiot for actually paying for tickets and even worse about now being considered a liar. She got very snotty and demanded to know what we wanted her to do about it. The manager I spoke to during the movie, handed us two free passes and said nothing else. We advised maybe they ought to control their theater. We appreciated the passes, but what a horrible customer service experience. I'm not sure if I will be going to this theater again, but I certainly will be hesitant and would not recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service experience.

Godzilla(2019) was amazing! 10/10 would recommend and this place is really nice! They have a ticket machine and ths seats recline and have little trays to keep your snacks on so you don't have to balance your food on your lap

No complaints here!! I come here ALL THE TIME and have never had an issue with cleanliness or the security guards! Now i dont ever go late at night im more of a during the day person but i can honestly say i never noticed the issues other people have.

Waited in line for over 20 mins for tickets at the concession stand because the regular ticket spot was not open . For them to tell me my family would have to be split up to watch the movie!!!! When if the normal spot for tickets would of been open maybe 5 mins to let me know!!! I mean come on man..they want money but they don't wanna do the job

The seating was great but the experience of the armed security personnel was a bit unnerving. If your going to check people for guns, weapons etc. then you might want to get a metal dector instead. I do not imagine those guys ever find anything.

WONDERFUL movie experience for someone as a teen and adult...now senior who loves the movies....it is still just as I have kept in awe. Most of all the attendants and concession stand personnel was so very professional and nice to us old timers. Keep up the good WORK. It pays to be kind.

The theater itself is great. This is an "older" regal in WNY because I believe it was the company's first. However they have updated all the theaters so it's a lot nicer now. The main problem is the clientele. I would avoid this place like the plague on weekend evenings and holidays. Afternoon shows and early matinees are fine though.

Listed start time at 10 pm...actually started movie at 10:27pm after several commercials and about 9 previews of coming movies. Waste of my time and the other 5 people Ii was with felt the same. No problem with 2 or ,3 previews, but they should shown before the listed feature start time.

I would rate this a 5star but the popcorn sizes were so overpriced! I expect to pay a lot for concessions but when I order a small popcorn they gave me a bag that was smaller than a brown lunch bag. The medium size was $9 for something just smaller than a lunch bag. Positives- it wasn't busy. The seating was extremely comfortable.

What I don't like about the Regal is now everybody gets selected a seat and I can't see too good because I'm a diabetic so I sat down where I thought I was supposed to be seated and some young man came up to me and said you're sitting in my seat and made a big deal out of it it was so annoying I had to get up grab all my food and my drink my jacket my purse and go to the next see nobody else you sit down they don't tell you not everybody has perfect eyesight just know that there's people that are elderly that can't see too good and the seats are numbers and letters and is dark you can't really see anything hello

I have only ever been to one other theater with the recliner seats and table trays and the experience was very similar. Perfect! The recliner seats are definitely ideal and gives the home theater feel. Purchasing tickets online with the assigned seats feels like the best way to go.

This is the best movie theater I have ever been to. The price was reasonable. I got a ticket, a drink, and a snack for 20 dollars. The seats were all recliners with a built in table. I highly reccomend this theater

This is not how I remember going to the movies. This is so much better, large comfortable recliners with a fold out tray to hold stuff. Very useful if you are bringing children who often want popcorn or pretzels but don't want to hold them. Concession prices are what you would expect, expensive, very expensive, $6 dollars for a bottle of water expensive. Be ready to refinance something if you want to see the movie and eat there, but it can still be fun.

Movie house is clean, including the bathrooms. Movies have good sound and color. Like all movies houses you should eat before you go, prices are crazy.
