This theatre gets one lonely star for me. I am an avid theatre goer and while the new extra comfy seats are a great asset , I feel that this is where this business model stops. The Sound in the theatre rooms is good..but not great..often too loud for the size of the rooms. My big issue is; if you're trying to be a luxury style movie theatre, offer more options for the concessions at modest price uptick should be expected. However when you serve below par popcorn at 6$ for a medium(really small) and your only food option is stale hot dogs at an even more outrageous price then the value added options just are not apparent.
In a nutshell, the staffing levels have been cut in half, the food is overpriced and is beyond bad. The admission price does not align with the experience . Unfortunately my feeling is this theatre again is on its last legs. Increase the quality of your food offerings, price either admission or concessions appropriate for value and maybe you have a chance... As it stands, i get the sense that every transaction is an attempt to gouge the consumer to pay back investor debt... the consumer will catch on, they already have and will avoid the place...even with some of the comfiest seats in town. ....again, pricing does not represent the value of experience....as the experience is below par. Sorry folks...but i am still rooting for you as a business operator in this town it takes guts! just make those tweaks so i can recommend
