My go-to place for cinema. Close to Vaudreuil. The new arcade section is really fun and not that expensive. The new card system is really good. The cinema is getting old, there should be some renovations eventually. The Ultra AVX room are good but I find them lacking compare to Laval.

The perfect movie spot. They never make mistakes, at least from my experience, and the atmosphere is perfect. The popcorn is especially delicious once you drench it in butter from the FREE BUTTER DISPENSER! That's right. Unlimited free butter. It's practically heaven. The surrounding stores really match up well with the cinema. There's a thai express/o burger for a quick meal, there's an iSaute if you want to have the perfect day with a child for his birthday, and there's... A vet?

They recently allowed their online ticketing service to be 100% mobile and it's awesome! As for the location, theater is always very clean, comfy seating, fun arcade and great service. Haven't had any trouble with them for the many years I've been going.

Nice movie theater. Huge clean bathroom. Lots of parking available for regular and wheelchairs. On the down side the snacks are incredibly expensive. Two medium size popcorn and drinks with a candy cost us over 30 dollars. It doubles the cost to see a movie.

After accepting that we will be paying 50$ for 2 people to go to the movies and have a popcorn to share, the experience is normally worth it. Now this may sound like a small issue, but after paying for very expensive popcorn we enjoy having the self serve butter on top. Well, the machine was out of service. We then went back to the cash who informed us if they put butter on it is 1.50$. when I asked why the machine is free he informed me it's because the machine is margarine, this is not the issue. Two other guests behind us got equally as frustrated and refused to pay the extra. The point is not the 1.50$, it's that when the manager came and explained to us that it is a courtesy they offer guests the margarine but that their supplier hasn't delivered any. Coming from a customer service industry, what is it to just give guests a squirt of butter on their already overpriced popcorn. The manager once again refused and once again it's a courtesy that they offer guests and not their fault that the supplies did not arrive. Now that is very poor customer service. A small gesture could have gone a long way for the experience. I'd like to reiterate that it's really not the 1.50$ that bothers me it's the principal of the matter so we chose to eat our popcorn over dry because that's how it is without any butter "margarine". Thank you Cineplex Kirkland for showing us how cheap and penny pinching of a company you are. We will still come for movies, but this is the last time we will buy concessions from you.

This cinema should invest in a projectionist. We went to see the Incredibles 2. Ten minutes after showtime I had to go downstairs to tell them the movie wasn’t playing, and then for another fifteen minutes we sat there while they restarted the projector. In the end they couldn’t figure it out and gave us vouchers.

Understaffed and dirty foyer, this place is a shadow of what it was when it opened. There appears to be zero people over the age of 20 working the floor. There is often spilled popcorn everywhere which the staff doesn't bother cleaning up. The cinema rooms are standard, and reasonably clean. There was old gum on my wife's chair. Good screens and sound, and visibility is good. Trip to the washroom from the downstairs screens is a bit long, so little kids might miss big chunks of the movie (mine did). They closed the ticket desk and the customer service desk does something I don't understand. Now you buy tickets from a robot, or from the kid who sells the popcorn. Atmosphere: understaffed ghost town with some movies that you can watch. Feels like Rome must have felt after the fall.

When i go late movie is the best time and its quite. It is like being at home. The Theatre is less crowded. You can enjoy the movie without these bla bla bla talking people or weird reaction. Lol. Staff are nice. Its clean.

Great movie theater for anyone living in the West Island. Lines move fast and the arcade has a lot of variety. I personally hate the seats in the Ultra AVX theater since they almost force you into a reclined position but I know others who love them.

Been going to this theater for 20 years. Always a good experience. Arcade has recently been updated for first time as well, which is good for the kids. Nice selection of fast food (Pizza, poutine, hot dogs, etc) available for $$$$.

Avx seats are comfy! Show up late, still comfy. Absolutely nothing wrong with this theater! I watch my favorite releases here, zero problems, bathrooms are very clean, rest is pretty clean. Basic arcade, great classic games, but bring a card. Ticket machine only accepts card. Other than that, food around is fine, never had a bad time here!

I have never been so disgusted in my life. The place was absolutely filthy!!! Popcorn and discarded garbage everywhere. Even the screen where we bought our tickets was sticky. Yuck! And it took half an hour to get popcorn. The bathrooms were beyond gross.

Good service. Great viewing angles and comfortable chairs. There is also free wifi so participate in the time play. They have 12 theaters and a good selection of movies. The service is great. The lines are usually short when it is not peak movie season. Great all in all movie theater for the family. 5 stars would recommend.

Not much to be said, it is similar to all the other movie theatres by this company, they get a great selection of blockbuster movies, leaving the independent pictures for their other site a few blocks away. The screens are large and the seats are comfy but it is pricey, tickets and snacks, and you can pay a lot if your movie is 3D, IMAX, Dbox, etc. Biggest problem for me is the sound, it is deafening, so I don't really go anymore. Maybe I'm in the minority but I prefer to keep my hearing.

Movies are always fun, however, I have a small complaint about cleanliness regarding my seat; I found a used cup laying on the seat, almost as if the staff cleaned up as a formality! Oh, and the sanitizer up front was empty as well! Only the popcorn made it better ;)

Maybe all cinema are expansive but almost six dollar for a beverage goes way too far for me, but the clerk was kind enough to suggest me a nice ice cold cup of water that hit the spot with salty food. Staff were nice, food was okay but not specially awesome. The menu had nice interesting choices. Don't mind my advice if you are used to pay a lot in cinema.

Social distancing in practice, staff always cleaning door handles, washrooms and all staff wearing gloves and masks. Went to see Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back last night for 5$ in Ultra AVX! Thanks Cineplex had a great time with my family and felt very safe considering the current pandemic! Great work by the entire team! Keep up the great work. Tonight off to see Jurassic Park!

Went to see a movie here on Sunday had rude teenagers behind me talking the whole movie and one even had her sock in my face. Manager did absolutely nothing and wouldn’t even issue me a refund. Ive been coming here for 11 years will never go back. They lost at least 10 costumers because they wouldn't issue me a 30$ refund and wouldn't do anything about these rude customers.

This Cinema is slowly turning into a wasteland. I am not sure if it's the lack of moviegoers or the lack of profits that Cineplex is seeing, but they have reduced their staff to a skeleton crew and allowed the condition of their Cinemas, lobbies and even the food court to degrade. Going to see a movie at this Cinema has become a last choice when looking for something to do.

One of my favorite theaters. Clean and unlike some other places - never experienced any issues with the 3D movies. Great snack selection and even Starbucks coffee. My kids love the arcade as well.

The vending machines and dry frozen yogurt stations are closed due to "physical distancing", while the arcade is completely open. I'm fine with the arcade (it's impossible to keep distance anyways), it's just that they are using the pandemic as an excuse to encourage you to buy 6 dollar drinks. Just make the 1 minute walk to the dollarstore nearby and buy snacks for a fraction of the price. On the other hand, the staff are great, cineplex doesn't deserve them. The management just is atrocious. Still had a good time at the arcade and movie though.

First of all, my friend bought a bag of skittles and there was a piece of chewed gum on it , which was pretty disturbing. The movie screen was really big compares to other places which is really fun. The prices were pretty high, but what can you expect, it's a movie theater. I loved that place it even has arcades and is situated in a place were there is soon going to be a train, so that is nice.

This always has a wide selection of movies with reasonable show times, and the viewing theatres are very good. Its my opinion that the ultra AVX theatre is better than other similar setup in Toronto. The only drawback, there is usually not enough staff for the concession so plan on showing up a little early to get your food and drink and not miss the trailers.

Nice place, but you have to show up way before time if you buying popcorn. It takes aprox. 20-25min to order. Other thing in room 8 try to avoid, there is some kind of spray looking damage to the screen on the right side , but is watchable if you not that picky.

This location is decent to watch films. A few things I would like to address is that they need to check properly the Vaccine passports of those entering with their I.D. They need to use their mobile phones for verification of the Vaccine passport and check Government I.D. properly. Film goers would rather have safety rather than an issue. The Cinema is nice as well. Although sometimes the employees need a better job at cleaning and film goers need to have better manners. So that they both fero clean. It looks clean but they need a lot of renovations to be done. It feels like it is rundowned and not that modern. They need to make it look modernized. Washrooms feel need to be cleaner and better upgraded and modern. Also, they need to hire more staff during weekends and Friday nights because it may be busy. The arcade should definitely be bigger as well and better games need to be address. Make it like colossus Laval. Other than that. it is a great place to watch a film. Hope to see changes and improvements in the future. A would recommend cinema to all.

The AVX theatre is excellent with its powerful sound, larger screen and comfortable seating! Some of the other theatre rooms need to be upgraded; seats are starting or already degrading and the sound in some rooms are sub-par. the bathroom facilities are clean and food is as usual with theatres, expensive. overall , it is still the only theatre in the west island worth visiting!

I've always liked coming here. My boyfriend and I eventually bought tickets for the premiere of Aquaman, and then the fire alarm rang, and we evacuated in the middle of the movie. Surely enough, we got two courtesy tickets after they resumed the movie, and all was fine. It was definitely an interesting experience though..

How was Cineplex Kirkland? It was expensive as expected and as usual. 1 adult and 3 kids = $28, plus another $20 playing 6 games at the arcade (2 of which ripped me off). I only did it for the kids this holiday season. Otherwise I don't go to the movies. Don't like paying that much so that holiwood executives can live the good life and so that actors can get dozens of millions of dollars for a few months work. Not worth it. Not an industry I support.

Went to see a movie here last night, felt very safe with the cleaning, spacing of people in the theatre and staff. Screen is large and clear, alignment of the projector seems a bit off with the colours not coming together at the edges of graphics. Sound quality ok, a little shrill in the midrange and sounds like the equipment is being pushed too close to it's limits. Overall a good experience and a nice night out.

The best cinema in the West Island, but the age is showing. There is so much room in the Riocan location. Maybe renovate the inside and add/build a VIP area. I’m certain they would make great money. With the addition of the light rail road being built. This should be a no brainer. Hopefully it will happen, so I don’t need to drive to Dix30 to watch a film in VIP. :p

Dont know who's running the Colisee but it's very run down. Movies for seniors if your lucky last two weeks. Pay Attention...seniors love to go to movies but not after 3pm. Many seniors in West Island but this theater basically caters to kids only.

The concession stand was very slow. It was a holiday and they needed more staff. The men's bathroom upstairs had several urinals that were out of order. The downstairs ladies bathroom had a clogged sink and several soap dispensers with no soap.

big multiplex, great seats, buy your tickets at a machine. Look up, they got a big model of 1701 enterprise up there. many bathrooms. arcade zone, big free touch video game. lots of food options. Rooms for parties. They just added swag to buy. Bad points are that the Prices have gone UP, and the place SMELLS humid and like there has been a major toilet problem. Suite 12 is right beside a toilet,and perhaps that is the source. Other great points, Lots of free parking. Easy access from highway..

What happened to the ticket counter? Third time we had to buy tickets at the concession area with ridiculous lineups. Didn't buy anything except admission tickets and had to wait in line behind people getting popcorn and drinks and God knows what else. We barely made it in time for the movie. Seat selection by now was poor! Not a fan of this for sure! Put the ticket counter back, please!

I've visited this theater before COVID was an issue and it was always very clean and will staffed. Even with the pandemic they have maintained their high standards and appear to take COVID seriously. There are multiple terminals and a good customer service kiosk where you can buy tickets so wait times are minimal. The concession line (for food) if usually slow. Allow yourself 10-20 minutes or be prepared to have no snacks.

Great theatre close by that offers a wide selection of movies for all ages. Spacious theatre and ample facilities are available. Like many movie theatres today, it has activities and games on site for the little ones and for the young at heart. The fact that the movie we watched was outstanding made our experience even better.

Quite disappointed after watching The Way Back in Cinema 10 in Kirkland on Saturday night, March 7, 19:25 showing. The volume was so low and the sound quality so cheap that you could hear every crinkle in the theater. When the other theaters were loud, you could hear that too. Quite disappointing given the price you pay these days to watch a movie in a theater...

This review is specifically about what the theatre can control, its internal cleanliness and the quality of the experience. Thankfully you cannot see the floors, but my shoes sure stick to everything. The seats in the AVX theatre need tightening, it's a nice option to recline but too a seat that is too loose is extremely annoying. The AVX theatre features pre-chosen seats, which means that a broken seat is yours whether you like it or not. I go only if I have to, and Guzzo is starting to offer a more comfortable alternative.

The employees at the front desk were very nice and also I got a free admission ticket from my scene points card, so there is nothing to complain there. The auditorium was clean, and besides the busted 360 degree turning arm rest, I am very pleased of the experience. The arcade is also a nice touch when you are waiting for an uber.

I realize it is a sign of the times but am disappointed that you have to buy your tickets from a machine. I feel sorry for seniors like my parents who would have no clue what to do. Since they are no longer employing people to sell your tickets maybe they could hire extras to clean the floors. The amount of popcorn on the floor was incredible, even on the escalator.

It's a great cinema with comfortable seating, great screens and a relatively streamlined approach to purchasing tickets which is either on line, via a machine or at the actual snack counter. The arcade is always a big hit and I think it's nice that they still exist. Overall it's a solid cinema. Ticket prices are crazy high but a lot of that has to do with the actual industry so can't really fault the theatre for that

This cinema is big and has everything you’d expect for a large cinema. The seats are comfortable. The popcorn is great. The employees are nice and friendly. I go to this cinema at least once a month and have consistently noticed the washrooms stalls/toilet seats are often gross and filthy. This is why I gave a four star rating.

Place has many screening rooms, with avx, 3d and regular options, as well food services and a small arcade. I believe there is wheelchair access. The place is as clean as a movie theater can be expected to be. Staff is friendly and well trained, ticket prices are reasonable, although as usual concession prices are very high.

The theatre is always clean and the staff friendly. It can get busy on certain times but they usually do a pretty good job of managing the lines for snacks and to get into the theater.

Clean and quiet atmosphere with COVID-19 protocols in full swing. They have movie merchandise for sale for new releases and their regular consessions are open. Only warning is the fast food, coffee and ice cream services are not available nor the arcade.

We went to watch the avengers movie and lights went out. Which I understand Its Not in their control. But we were told to come back another time to get our money back. We didn't have time to go back that week, but we had our receipts so we figured we were alright. When I went to get my Money back that week they told me the time had expired. Not only did I lose 4 tickets worth of money plus 20 dollars in food. Where is the customer service

The only reason why I didn't give 5* is because the food price was high. But other than that, the place is amazing and parking was huge enough to find a place. They even have arcades but they weren't very interesting but nice to look at. Love to be able to print or even buy your tickets online on your phone but you also have the choice to buy your tickets at the machine.

Good local cinema, prices are we you expect for a Cineplex Cinema food however seems more expensive to me. Fairly clean and it does have an ultra AVX Room. However, there is no D-Box. Cashiers have all been replaced by machinesAnd the second floor concession stand is never open. Older movies are played in quite smaller rooms with smaller screens. The arcade has been updated with some new games In the air hockey machines still work very well. Great place to start a date.

Typical cineplex theater, but the exterior and interior have a unique design. It gives you that movie-going feeling. Also, the staff are very pleasant

Very clean washrooms, can buy tickets very easily and fast ! Seats are confortable and wide. Unfortunately, very slow service at the Popcorn stand though.... Took almost 20 minutes in line with not more than 7-10 people in front of me..

We have 2 local theaters. Guzzo DDO and here! This one is the best by far! Great service, a little overpriced, very nice ambiance like a great place to watch a movie and pretty good staff.

Go here to see the decline of the cinema experience. All the vendors have moved out and been replaced with off brand cinema food. No managment to look after the employees on shift so they are left to their own devices of screwing around. No one to look after the busted arcade, the kids climbed inside the basketball machine to get the balls out so they could play free style basketball wherever they chose to play. This place is broke, not working and neglected. It's sad because this theater used to be nice and a cinema experience.
