Food is always hit and miss, but for the price you pay hate when it's off, the movie experience can be the same depending who in the theatre some people are disrespectful just wish for the money it was always a good experience but this is hard to control I'm sure, like Alot of things take your chances you might have a great time:-)

Good theater and particularly good worker I had an experience with. I purchased tickets online, and although the money was shown to have been taken from my bank account, there was no barcode to be scanned on the app when I got there. The worker was very understanding and helpful! Only 1 or 2 games in the arcade weren't working I believe. The floors were pretty popcorn filled, but it was quite busy.

It's quite amazing that a rather small community like Yarmouth has a modern Cineplex with five theatres inside. Staff is friendly and serves you quickly. Seats and screens are in very good condition. 3D glasses are available for adults and children and in very good condition as well. This is one of the best Cineplex locations I have ever been to.

Today for the 1:30 Show Dogs movie i was in the lineup to pay for food for 25 minutes and there was only 4 people ahead of me. The cashier just kinda left for about 10 mins. Then came back and forth. Personally I think there should be a seprate worker for the pretzelmaker part because thats always unorganized and long waits and I think that would avoid the disappearing of workers. Always had great service until today. I also think the other method of line up worked better as it keeps the line moving even if one worker slips out for a bit.

Horrible experience movie started at 930 we arrived at 937 and the doors were locked and everything food wise and popcorn wise was shut down. They refused to not even let us in. Too many young ignorant people working

Had a good time here with my son very first time he has ever been so happy there opened back up he can't wait to go again a little pricy and wish they had more for kids to keep them entertained before the movies they have a small arcade but not sure if it's accessible at the moment bit regardless we will be back
