We bought our tickets online - easy. But I recall reading somewhere that we had to show up early because of Covid measures. Understandable, but in our case totally unnecessary - our id & certificates were checked in seconds. And second later we were in our seats. All good so far. Then it started. Why are the ads so m much louder than the movie? If that's deliberate it backfired - we plugged our ears and ignored them all. And they went on for ages. Too long IMHO. The movie was good, but we were sat for over three hours. We sure could have done with reclining seats! Tickets were reasonably priced. Staff were quick, kind & plentiful. No problems parking. Anyway, overall, it was a good experience.

Over priced based upon no one being there due to covid. Admission is normally high. But $8 for a med popcorn as well as 900% mark up on all other snacks. Took my son to the theatre for the first time today, he's 4. The prices are pretty high and, the booster seats are incredibly uncomfortable and disgustingly dirty. My son complained several times about how uncomfortable he was but without the seat he couldn't see the whole screen. For the price of going to the theatre you'd expect at least comfortable, clean booster seats.

The seats are comfortable and the theatre was clean, but the sound was so incredibly LOUD! We sat approximately in the middle of the theatre and had to plug our ears through large portions of the movie. It was painful and seriously detracted from the enjoyment of the movie. I can only imagine what it was like for people sitting closer to the speakers. Please turn the sound down!

15$ for some stale nachos that weren't even heated. The manager who served us was rushing and couldn't walk an extra 5 feet to grab the fresh heated ones and instead grabbed ones sitting out on a counter for who knows how long. Completely unacceptable.

Its a movie theater. Its clean and it has the latest movies for viewing. The young staff aren't overly friendly sadly; for me customer service is an industry that requires a friendly outgoing team. Its a comfortable theater and its maintained well.

Went on cheap night to see IT which I was looking forward to. Got there early and got pretty good seats before a large group of teenagers came in and sat around us. They talked, joked, and laughed very loudly throughout the film. Worst movie experience I've had in my life.

Decent number of shows every day, but can't help but feel that snacks take too long to get resulting in there always being a line. Perhaps to make up for this the show times are actually "we start the preview" times, so I've never missed a film because of this. Other than that it's a theatre, exactly what you expect, not spectacularly so but reasonably clean any time I've been there, and I prefer smaller theatres mean that the sound feels to be the correct level to me more.

It's nice to get back out into the theatres. Had no problem navigating the new restrictions and felt very safe. It is an older style Cineplex without auditorium seating (at least in my theatre) and the arm rests don't go up, so it's not as easy to cuddle your neighbour if you're so inclined.

Overall disappointed with my experience at this establishment. Not only were the staff outrageously undercompentsated with my wishes, they in fact, didn't seem to have the knowledge to let me buy a ticket! I have left my mark on this theatre and have spent a pain inducing amount of money. I completely and udderly recommend you to spend your time, instead of here, driving to a more comfortable and efficient theater.

The wife and I went to see the new Avengers movie. The app makes it very convenient to order our tickets online so we don't have to wait or do anything. My biggest complaint is the pricing for the tickets and the refreshments. I understand that they don't make any money off of ticket sales and then they make all of their money on Refreshments but it shouldn't cost me over $60 for two people to see a movie

I wish they had more stadium seating, but it is a rural location. Also their menu is limited. Wish they had more options. Finally, they frequently don't get all the new releases - probably due to the distributor. Otherwise, great service and a friendly place.

we do come often but I really miss the Empire Theatres, they gave refills on the Large drinks and popcorn, , and the sizes were larger for the popcorn and the pop, the prices went up and the sizes went down when cinneplex bought the company.... that is not right.... and is a rip off really!

It is a movie theatre... I am not a big fan of going to movies, too much special effects blood and gore with little or no plot or story line. But every now and then there is a good movie that looks great on the big screen with the Dolby sound systems. The few times I have gone to this theatre I have found it clean with pleasant staff. Ok I was raised and lived most of my life in a small town with four world renoun live theatres.

This theatre is getting dated... Seats are not very comfortable. Popcorn and ALL confections are beyond overpriced! The staff are 95 percent young people. Which is fine, although they are not helpful when looking for a seat in an over crowded theatre space or there is any issue. The sound is Dolby surround... ? which gives an good experience... but really?... the volume! Wow!! You need to recognize that all movie goers are not between the ages of 16 and 26... I very much enjoy a night out at the theatre... it's getting very expensive and many details, that used to make it a more enjoyable experience are no longer being seen to. Let's face it...the profits on popcorn and pop alone pay for the majority of expenses. So with all the other sources of alternate viewing of New Release movies; I truly believe that you could do a lot more to make each experience a rewarding one. Lower the price of all concessions to begin with and more people will buy them...work from there. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my opinion and make mistake, I am not the only one saying these things. I have heard many people around the community say either the same things or similar comments. Remember bad publicity travels like the wind... positive comments are generally not advertised...

Dont go to the movies during covid! Had to wear a mask the whole movie, multiple inturuptuons with staff coming in to check people were wearing thier masks, which was really distracting. I understand they likely have to to stay open but it wasn't worth the regular ticket price. No food or drink either. Not the same movie experince. I'd suggest renting a movie at home and making your own popcorn. Won't be coming back during Covid.

It's no Silver City theater like the ones in Toronto but then you also don't get the hefty pricetag that comes with it lol and for a local theatre it's quite nice. Clean, spacious and the staff is always very friendly, helpful and courteous. Movies and sound are very good quality. 3 stars because the seating is not the best for comfort, I'd like to see more options for show times that are NOT 3D and the snack bar is ridiculously overpriced. Overall, pretty good for a small town theatre.
