It's pretty weird going to a theater during vivid but it was very clean and there was plenty of space to socially distance.

It's a bit annoying currently most popular movies you're almost always forced into the 3D option. It comes across as a bit of a money grab especially on Tuesdays. Would like to see someone working tickets as I prefer to use cash and I again get annoyed standing in a long concession line to purchase said tickets. Snack prices are really high ! Annoyances aside the New Glasgow location is clean and the staff friendly.

7 Screens , 1 Party Room, Concession stand. Seldom busy (at least it has been during the pandemic). Unfortunately, the last time we went there were some sort of flies or bugs that flew in front of the projector and on the screen which was really distracting. Otherwise, your standard Cineplex.

It's a cineplex, what could be different? Less expensive than some in the cities but the concession prices are still ridiculous. Theaters are never too crowded.

The paid seating block service is dumb, but it doesn't really cause problems here in our lower population area. Other than that, standard movie theatre, no particular issues generally.

It's a clean, well-run theatre. Last time I was there, there was a power outage. The manager went to each theatre to let people know that, if they'd like, they could have a voucher for a free movie. Decent.

Always enjoy going to the movies. This location is very clean and staff very friendly. The theatre size is likely overkill for the county. Needs to be tweaked a bit for the over 45 crowd as it's all atm and smart phone biased at the moment. No box office to buy a ticket just machines or wait in long food line. Concession prices and sizes are way out of scale for the frugal. It's no wonder customers are showing up with their own snacks and even full size pizzas.

It’s rare that I go to the movies - only when there’s something I want to see badly enough to pay the prices. Ticket prices are decent - food prices are high, but it’s not bland theatre food, it’s actually really good. Clean area and staff are always quite friendly

Great theater for a smaller county like Pictou county. Concessions are expensive, like all theaters.

The whole experience was bad from start to finish the theater is nice but everything is way too expensive the staff are not friendly at all. Theres no refils on large popcorns. Only one person working the till told us to wait in line again to get pretzles because the pretzle guy doesnt have a till. Very dissapointing. I would say the majority of these reviews are from staff members.

Seats are super comfy, some of the staff are super friendly and funny. Bathrooms are dirty, no soap, no napkin dispensers, no butter in the pumps, no signs saying why. Extremely overpriced food. Only food options are popcorn, sometimes nachos with terrible salsa and fake cheese, and candy. Missing the mark big time .

Like most Cineplex Theaters, this has everything you need. The people that work here have always been friendly. Thank goodness their ice cream machines actually work unlike others I've been to. Bathrooms are usually clean as well. One thing that does kinda suck is that they only have one large theater and the rest are smaller.

Good layout, friendly and helpful employees. Movie ticket prices are reasonable, snacks and drinks are outrageously expensive. Why not make it reasonable so people world actually buy popcorn and drinks instead of sneaking their own in? Don't understand this kind of business model.

I checked the movie times.....it happened to us twice now....they changed the show times & we missed the movie.....My husband was beyond pissed .....he will never go back again...it ruined our day.....it was a day planned for our Anniversary.....the first time it happened all they did was say we are sorry or I read the time wrong ????????then to happen again.....I know what I saw o the site...I wouldn't make us miss the movie & ruin our day.....so upset.....never again ????????

One star was for the friendly staff. The cinema was so cold I thought I’d lose toes. The bathroom was filthy! I was shocked at the dust and grime on the stall doors and mirrors. Clearly it has not been cleaned in some time. Very disappointed.

Great place - but they offer straws that are inside a paper sheath that is labelled "biodegradable". As I am concerned about single use plastic I got excited to see our Cineplex being so progressive only to find out from a Manager that only the PAPER SHEATH IS BIODEGRADABLE!! What a disappointment. How misleading is that? Come on Cineplex - be a change maker!!!

All stadium seating or better. Great screens and well laid out traffic flow to get you in and out of your theatre. Good bathroom access to which is nice.
