This theatre is often a bit more quiet than the other ones. Clean and comfortable. They often don't have poutine, which is my favorite movie snack or they don't have enough people working to make the food so you end up waiting a while for it. If you are only going to get popcorn or nachos it's perfectly fine.

I've visited this location many times, it is a standard Cineplex with clean washrooms, conistently clean seats and little clutter depending on how crowded shows get. foods not bad and the arcade has a few of those basket ball dealies and racing mobilies if you aren't interested in the shooter games. I don't recall seeing airhockey last time but the other tables may have been switched and just absent at the time. ????Recommend????

An odd cinema. I always feel it's about to go out of business. Frequently they appear understaffed and it feels like the machines are running it. But the theatres themselves are fine and they have the big name movies you're looking for. But not much beyond that. No frills, no art house features. A good place for the kids to see the talking dog movie of the week.

On Wednesday August 30 my family went to the lower sackville location. We waited in line for 35 minutes to get our food. The manager was inattentive and there was only 3 staff working, of which one was a trainee. They ran out of popcorn3 times. When we expressed our concerns he blamed the staff and said we shouldn't be running out of popcorn..I guess waiting for35 minutes is okay.

This is my favourite spot for movies - it might be smaller and have fewer options for movies/showtimes but if what you want to see is here, it's a gem. The crowds are smaller, the lines shorter and the theaters less packed. It has all the quality and cleanliness of the bigger locations, but a much calmer atmosphere. It doesn't hurt that it's also closer to home, and that makes the babysitting cheaper, too. :)

No posted hours or clear guidelines on when you are allowed to show up before a morning showing. Frequently forced to stand outside in the cold depending on who is staffing at the time. Save yourself the trouble and watch some Netflix.

I love to go to this location every now and then. Unlike a lot of the more popular locations you can often show up just before your movie and get a really good seat, even when it is opening week, or weekend. And some times during matinees you can be the only one in the showing of a new movie.

Some type of sign on the door that has a warning encouraging ppl to stay in after a certain time or they will be locked out would be awesome. Love having 7 screens showing Movies so close to us hear in Sackville, if you want to keep it, go see a movie in Sackville! Remember what happened to Mill Coves Theater in Bedford! A lack in Movie goers Closed its doors!

Honestly I probably wouldn't go here again for a film. The Teenagers Who work there honestly hate their job and just want money to either by the next outfit from Forever 21 or H&M. Super stereotypic at this point. But honestly can say anything else as the whole place look dead and the energy was poor.

My God why do I bother!!!!! The price of food there is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I hadn't been to a theatre in about 15 years but decided to go to see the Avengers: Infinity War. Movie was fantastic but never again. These places all deserve to go out of business for charging such an obscene price for food. Maybe I'll give them another shot in another 15 years.

My boyfriend and I were very excited to be able to see a movie at Cineplex again. I was very impressed how well Cineplex followed Covid 19 protocal. Also, impressed how well customers followed the protocal and stood apart. Finally, was very impressed by the assigned seating and how they made sure there was 3 seats empty in between customers. So impressive

Terrible. Bought tickets online in advance, show up to the theatre half an hour before showing and they already have the theatre opened up and filled! Whats the point of advance buying if your going to open up the doors that early??? Also when went to refund tickets, they couldnt figure out how to refund the purchase so gave us passes that we cant use for the same movie we refunded because the movie is so new it doesnt accept passes. So basically we were forced to pay for 2 tickets that we dont get to use for the movie we want to see and are now forced to REPAY to see the movie we do want to see.

The counter staff was very helpful in training a new hire. The food prep was most disappointing. We were early for the movie and ended up waiting a long time for this high priced food to the point where the start time advertised for the movie came and went. I understand that the crazy prices are set corporately and I appreciate the offer of the food being delivered but the fries were cold to the point of being inedible and there was no apology for the inconvenience. If we had known how long the wait was and how disappointing the food would be, we could have spent the same amount of time and less money for hot food at the fast food restaurant next door.
