Is business not doing so good? Why on earth did anyone think it would be a good idea to show 23 minutes of ads and trailers? I don't see myself going to this theater again because of it. The seats aren't the greatest (definitely not like the first picture posted on here by the theater itself!) and I agree with what others have said--it's louder than most other theaters. It didn't take too long to get used to it though, or maybe they just turned it down during the 23 freaking minutes of ads.

This place is incompetent. From movies be unwatchable due to freezing and audio cutting out to only having a single showing of the highest grossing anime film and having to turn people away. The theater has also been a mess every time I've gone.

Victoria's biggest movie theatre. Silver City is where you go if you want the biggest screens and comfiest seats. It's a bit of a drive from downtown, but a good location if you live in Esquimalt or the Westshore. I like that they have an Imax screen. There are multiple ticket machines which helps keep the lines down, but it often seems they could use a few more tills open at the concessions.

This place is great. The screens are huge. I'm not really fond on the food prices at all. Lets just say expensive... The D box seats look cool, but I'm yet to try one. I love that tou can play video games in the front enttance. Kills time while you wait for your movie. I like to go early to avoid line ups. ????

Best theatre in town, comfortable seats, plenty of parking. Standard expensive snacks, but Tuesday is half price for tickets! If you don't already have one, get a Scene card at the automated kiosk at the front doors before you buy anything to get a discount.

Staff were quick with food and snacks. Prices are through the roof, however. So don't forget your gift cards from grandma and aunts. Movies were a great. A good selection of different films to choose from. Make sure you try to go on a cheap Tuesday to get a great deal! Overall, good experience.

Met the cleaning staff of all people here, these guys were hard working and very helpful. I believe they are Filipino, so that makes it understandable why they were so friendly and accommodating in helping us find the washrooms. They seemed very happy doing their work. The place looked spotless, washrooms were clean and tidy. Feel more at ease with the covid situation knowing this staff pays attention to detail and gets the job done right. This is my go to cinema from now on...Cinema staff blocks off seating areas making sure there is proper distance between each other inside each theatre. Cinema staff are polite and very helpful too, I thought that I chose the back of the theatre but had taken front row and they were able to fix my mistake and get us better seats and saved our necks in more ways than one lol...

i love Silvercity! the challenge with this location is in the staffing; staff aren't always caught up on new promotions like gift cards for Christmas, and it's very hard to find management that can talk to you about what you're asking. it's also not fun when the younger staff or newer folks are left to handle massive lineups and more experienced/faster staff are watching from a distance. i appreciate training, i really do. but i also don't want to miss my movie XD

Went to see a movie on a Saturday night and I saw the greatest showman, which is on its tail end of viewing, therefore it gets demoted to the smaller side of the theatre, however they had no person checking tickets. Which slightly bothered me as anyone could have just walked in and it was a packed theatre. I even asked staff if there was meant to be someone checking and she said “ no they don’t usually check on that side”. It sort of leaves you with a ripped off feeling as we pay high prices to come and when someone isn’t there to enforce your ticket it makes you think why did I pay at all? I’ll still pay for my ticket the next time I go, but it was sort of an unexpected disappointing feeling to my experience. Overall staff seemed nice enough, but they appeared a bit understaffed with garbage overflowing due to the volume of people.

SilverCity Victoria is of course one of the main theatre available if you want to see a show and it’s been the main theatre for years that we have been frequenting. Lately we are opting for the Victoria Odeon downtown due to the more comfortable seating, but the prices are the same because, well, it’s all owned by famous players, including the Westshore Odeon. Famous Players has made sure to buy up and shut down the last few remaining ma & pop theatres except for the Sidney Star. So back to Silver City Victoria, it’s extremely expensive as you will pay $25 for a couple to get in and probably another $25 for popcorn and 2 drinks. It’s hands down and easy $50 just to see a 90 minute movie, which now you have to also endure COMMERCIALS for the high price you pay. No one minds previews as it gives you a chance to view what you want to see next… But frickin’ commercials? C’mon. Lower price tickets if you want to go that route. Staff is always nice and friendly but there are never enough. It seems Silver City is trying to go to the self-serve model more and more than which in turns means they don’t hire as many people that live in Victoria. There is now 1 person that you can physically go up to and buy tickets and about 6 self-serve machines that they pay someone to watch people use, just like the self-serve grocery checkouts. So again, prices haven’t gone down but they are employing less people… Not really out for the Victoria economy. There are always lots of movies to choose from, which is great but it seems most of them are the Imax or the Dbox versus the regular movies which are cheaper. The last movie we saw there was Rampage and the sound quality was a little off. We would have complained but really who do you tell that would care? The expensive popcorn has been a little stale lately and although we pay an extra dollar for layered butter it rarely comes as requested. Tuesday may be the cheapy night to go but for us it’s a little too busy so if we’re going to see a show we want to be able to hear it and not sit in the front row. For the most part SilverCity is always clean and it’s bright and big and basically a fun looking theatre. But we find that lately it’s just becoming too high of prices for such bad service and the corporation isn’t really putting much money back into the Victoria economy for our patronage. So we really only go there once in a while now and not once a week like we used to and if there is another theatre playing what we want to see we will usually go there first.

This theatre use to be really nice...clean and friendly. Our experience tonight was anything but. The manager taking tickets seemed very unsure of what theatre our movie was in, the girl at the concession seemed quite clueless and charged us for the wrong thing and then we had to pay more and when we picked up our food, the cheese sauce looked burned as well as only one serving of it instead of 2 as my son was told. Part of the games in the arcade were not working and there is no return on unused tokens. Very disappointing all the way around. Only the movie was truly great!

Not a bad little theater, the concession area is in a bad spot, creates a lot of congestion. Still hard to accept Victoria doesn't have a VIP theater or time play.

I go to a lot of movies and we generally come here. Reserved seating in certain theatres. Big screens and clean seats. D-Box seats can be super fun when matched with the right movie too.

The cinema reopened recently, and I went last night. Very disappointed when I saw that I was the only one wearing a mask into the building and inside the theatre. At the entrance door, each person had to provide their name and phone number (for contact tracing), but there was no suggestion by the masked employee that people should wear a mask - and they didn't - despite this notice on the Cineplex, "Following Canada’s public health guidelines, we are recommending that our guests wear a mask when they’re with us. In regions where governments have mandated it, they will be required for all guests. For guests who forget their mask at home, a supply of masks will be available at the theatre for no charge." And despite a PSA before the movie started by Dr. Bogoch advising people to wear masks. I won't be going again to the movies anytime soon.

It's a movie theater. Most theaters are fairly average to any other theater in town. The IMAX theater is great, but stupidly expensive. Worth it for big movies though. Though, I did remove a star because they have a vending machine that sells a bottle of coke for $4.50.

Told because we wanted to use our scene card it would be helpful to go to a kiosk instead. So moved to that part of the lineup where three of the five kiosks said no scene cards accepted...the sixth one was out of order. Not a good start Silver City. The popcorn was stale and unacceptable considering it is $29 for two popcorn two drinks and a candy. No wonder we don't go out much anymore. This experience was horrible.

Saw 'Dunkirk' in IMAX. Movie was very entertaining. Should be interesting to see where it winds up on the Oscar ballots. However, theatre was sweltering, even at half full. Comments relayed to the lovely Daphne. Shortly after arriving home, manager called to apologise, saying there was a problem with the HVAC and was having someone come in. Fastest response to concern/complaint ever.

This is a great theatre will all the amenities you could want! It's a novel treat to be able to take poutine or other hot snacks into a movie. This location is substantially busier than the downtown theatres so I would recommend buying tickets ahead of time.

Good variety of movies and films. The IMAX is our favourite theatre (reserved seats, best 3D experience, larger screen). It’s typically clean. Your standard movie-theatre food: popcorn, drinks, candy along with limited Starbucks, frozen yogurt, and French fries. Some arcade games in the lobby. Staff is generally friendly. Using the app allows you to purchase tickets in advance and skip waiting in line.

This particular theater was not 3D. Being that we have a projector at home... Dbox or IMAX is the only reason to really leave the comfort of your own bathroom and unlimited beverages and vape breaks! DBOX IS AWESOME THOUGH... Not for those with motion sickness!!

I am able to reserve seating for IMAX 3-D viewing with new movies in reclining comfortable seats. All the seats enable great viewing and the vendor selection gives a variety of eats. There is also an option of 2D on normal screens. This theater also has a kids room to celebrate birthday parties.

Saw a film in the IMax and am not a fan of those seats. They recline somewhat but there is no way to lock them into one position. Only half the concession was open so lines were long, hope this isn't the new norm. I also found the volume of the "coming attractions" very loud, I had to turn down my hearing aids. I left the volume down for the feature as well. I did enjoy the movie through.

My experience today with SilverCity Tillicum was really nice. I bought ticket online the day before and it turn out the website is not working as well. I try to contact online Cineplex for the mistake they made told on the for it be one heure and thrity minutes to speak with someone. Not impresse. I went in person at SilverCity Tillicum and the service was really nice and help me to make the change and give me a discount as well :) Thanks for your kindness .

Audio, visual, and concession is all very good. However the seats are awful I always feel like I've been sitting in an airplane for my movie. Even the IMAX seats I leave and my legs are cramped to hell. If you're going for the visuals and audio this theatre is great, but if you are looking for comfort go to the Yates street Cineplex.

Nice big theatre with 10 screens. There is a mini arcade at the front. Lots of food and drink options available to buy. The food is a bit pricey so I usually stop at London drugs at the mall to get candy.

The volume in the theater was soo loud multiple people complained to the staff. My wife and I were in a hurry to get to the theater so we decided to just eat when we got there. My wife ordered the panzerotti. Ot was not like the image it was a soggy microwaved mess inside of a bag. Looked like something you would eat at a 7-11 while on a bender at 3 in the morning. So she just returned it immediately the girl at the counter seemed insulted. She then ordered a starbucks roast coffee. When it arrived it was some tinted water. Told the server that it was not even coffee or drinkable. The girl said. To my wife "so you want your money back?" In a tone like she was being unreasonable my wife frustrated said no. Obviously the staff in the serving area is too busy to provide customer service while the movie is playing.

Very poor ability to service their customers efficiently. Hundreds of people are lined up like a mob to get popcorn and drinks/candy for their movies because SilverCity can't organize how to efficiently serve the customers. There's no clear indication where to line up. The customers were frustrated as there were only three employees trying to serve hundreds of movie go-ers. There are approximately 20 cash registers yet only three people working them. Get it together SilverCity and make it clear where the lines are and open up more registers when things get busy. Terrible. If I could, I would give ZERO Stars. ONE star is a the minimum.

Only one IMAX screen. I missed week 1 of Thor and was stuck with a regular sized screen because Justice League had the IMAX now. Still the same price though. And half an hour of commercials, ads, and maybe a trailer or two, in between 100 ads. The movie itself felt a little formulaic, but they need to set up the next Avengers, so their actions are pretty predetermined at this point. On the whole, I saw it for free with SCENE, which is good because it was not quite $18.50-but-not-in-IMAX good.

Box office has a strict gift card/cash-only human cashier due to Cineplex standards, to save time pay with debit at the kiosks (which have human assistance if needed) or purchase online. Concession gets backed up as soon as a single order has more than 2 popcorns with layered butter due to time consumption. On busy nights get in line for concession early before your show. Prices are based on Combos, if you don't want to spend $20+ just buy the popcorn for $7. Staff take the brunt of management's blame, complain to Famous Players LP or Cineplex Entertainment for results.

We have been attending the old movies as well as the special events such as Met productions. It would be really nice if these would all be in auditorium 1. We attended Follies this past weekend and the music and production was ruined by the loud base of the movie close by. I would also suggest that the house lights be higher until the movie starts. We have seen 9 seniors stumble up the stairs in the past few months because they have trouble seeing the stairs, even with the steps somewhat lite. The seniors account for 98% of the audience. In need of an update, it was great when it opened and crushed the downtown mainstays, but has lost its luster. 10 minutes of commercials from lights off to the first trailer on a kids movie. That's way too much when you add in the preshow which was good background noise. But the in your face ads for adults (cars not porn), it's too much.

I've always had good experiences at the SilverCity movie theatre! My family goes here for all the major movie premieres. Some of the ones we've been to include The Force Awakens, Infinity War, Endgame, The Rise of Skywalker, and more! We absolutely love it. The iMAX theatre is the absolute best way to see a movie. The sound is just fantastic, and watching it on the big screen is just an amazing experience. Lots of snacks are available at the concession, and there's lots of room inside the theatre. In addition, it's always kept very clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Other than that it is a little dated and started to show it's age, especially with many other theaters that have upgraded to the fully reclined seating. Maybe I have just been spoiled with the Regal theaters in the US, but I am finding a lot of the seats less comfortable in this theatre and a few others in the area. The seats seem to need more TLC or just replacing. I know you can pay extra for the nicer theaters with Ultra AVX and such, but that should not take away from the general experience of just trying to sit and watch a movie in either a squeaky seat or one that feels as if it was falling apart.

I always love going to the movies and the staff here are generally friendly and efficient. Seating is comfy. Mostly not recliners if you prefer those. My one complaint is the layout of the concession area. You have to struggle through the lineups to get to and then from the stand with the napkins and straws and such. Would be much better if that stand was by the hall to the movies instead of jammed back in a corner, guys.

I always find the sound a bit too loud as does my granddaughter (she now wears sound dimming headset) but the theatre offered a total refund when we couldn't stay for a previous movie because of the sound level and they advised that they do offer alternative viewing times for "sound sensitive" viewers.

Decent enough setup with a fair amount of theatres to show movies in. Sometimes weird choices are made about which movies get the IMAX treatment (looking at you, The Lion King), but most of the time I have no complaint there. As for the showings themselves, there are altogether too many proper adverts (see: NOT movie trailers) before the film. If I wanted to watch car ads and Coca-cola ads, I'd pay for a cable package and stay home. Also, there needs to be some sort of warning before certain trailers (like Dunkirk and, currently, 1917) so that those of us who suffer PTSD can leave without being triggered. Our night out was almost ruined because nobody seems to care about those who might have anxiety. Actually, turning the volume down a bit would go a long, long way toward that end. On the up-side, the staff are usually pretty courteous and helpful, especially when dealing with a self-serve machine that won't let you book two seats with one seat between you and some random stranger. That's weird, and needs to be fixed. Couples should be able to book whichever seats they wish without penalty.

Saw major studio releases in IMAX: a nice visual experience but disappointing audio: ATMOS Sound would have made it amazing. Seats are OK non-recliners with plenty of seat and leg room; quite comfortable for 2.5 hour movie. Washroom facilities are limited when theatres are full, not bad if you see an afternoon or weekday feature. I would have given 5-stars if seats reclined and there was better surround sound in the IMAX theatre.

Standard theater. They have everything required to have a good experience, from an arcade game section to a few different choices for food and snacks. This is usually my first choice for theaters in Victoria due to the ease of parking and the consistency of good experiences.

This theatre has slipped considerably. A massive number of patrons had to wait about 15 minutes to get through the concession. The video projector went out to black before the end of the movie. No response, no apologies. I will not be returning to what has become a horribly managed facility.

A movie theatre I have gone to for many years and plan to go to for many more. The seats are really comfortablex it's always easy to view the movies do to the position of the seats and the staff are pleasant. My one complaint is the food prices are absolutely ridiculous, I didn't mind it before but when they cut out their previous One Free Refill, I found it harder to buy food and drinks there which is why most of the time I go out to movies with friends, we eat before as we get more for our money at a restaurant and it's much cheaper. Other than that I always enjoy my visits at Tillicum's Silvercity.

Too big, the staff are miserable, the 20 minutes of phone and car commercials before the movie trailers is absolutely ridiculous, the food is abhorrently expensive and crappy and the parking lot is one of the worst in Victoria. Go to the University Heights theater, it is a dream compared to this consumerist, corporate nightmare.

This is my favorite theater (IMAX!) and the one I pretty much always choose even though it's a bit of a drive. Busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but if you go during off-peak hours the lines are fine and you can get good seats.

The workers were very helpful in regards to accommodating my snacks (going to get a salsa from other station since I couldn't have beef chili due to an allergy), and there's ample parking. The seats in theatre 3 weren't the most comfy. Overall, really enjoyed my movie night out ????

If you go on Tuesdays for the cheaper ticket, be aware that if there's a family friendly/kid movie there will be a long line to buy tickets, both at the self-serve kiosks and the box office, so either go early or print out tickets you bought online. They only have two mobile ticket machines, one right next to the self-serve kiosks (super confusing if you're lining up) and one by the box office near the entrance to the theatres on the right side. Popcorn is of course overpriced, like all Cineplex locations, but you can get extra butter at the condiments station so don't get it at the cashier. Tons of parking nearby as its at a mall.

Small theatre. The arcade game token machines were broken. A guy told us he got his tokens from the front desk so we went up there and while standing in line a worker there told us that wasn't something they could do but when we told him another guy just got some from there he kind of grumbled and wandered away. We did get the tokens but then half the games we tried just stole the tokens and games didn't work. Concession was decent but crazy expensive.

It's a big cinema complex with lots of movie selections. The parking for the disabled is inconveniently distant. It's quite a way from the parking and then up a long ramp. Washrooms are accessible. Usually clean. The theatre complex is heavily used and some areas show wear and tear. Staff are young and not that enthusiastic. I've had better service at the downtown cinema. There is often a very long line up for tickets and the concession. It's not my first choice.

It's a movie theatre. Nothing super special. There's a small arcade area in the front which I've seen people use. They have an IMAX theatre that has recline seats, and the offer D-Box for some movies (the seats that move with the movie). It tends to show all the big box movies, with a few select screenings with CC and AD. Its moved to offer mostly electronic ticket sales. They also only usually have 2-3 concessions opened at a time, which is pretty annoying. There's a frozen yogurt place and some fast food offered inside as well. I've had mixed customer service over the years when there have been issues, some were amazing, other times I left being angry. So, like I said nothing special.

SilverCity has become a real dump. The seats are dirty, lumpy, and threadbare, there's little/no AC even in the summer, and the overpriced consession is run by a skeleton crew of unenthusiastic staff that obviously don't like their job. Cleanliness is great, expensive of course, but when we went to pick up our online tickets. The paper ran out and we ended up waiting for 20 minutes for the guy to come help and try to replace the paper. He ended up helping multiple people lining up to buy tickets while we waited 20-30 minutes for him to come over to help us after many times going over to ask for help. He just kept helping everyone but us, then he didn't know how to reload the paper roll. He ended up printing it off for us. We ended up being late for our movie, despite being half hour early. I understand if there's only one guy manning the desk but he could have just brought us over in the beginning to print out our tickets, rather than waiting forever while he helped new people coming up to the desk. We could have been seated and eating our popcorn by then. We had already paid for our tickets ahead of time, to save us time of waiting in line! Also, bring back refills for pop and popcorn. Capital 6 does currently. Doubt it's gonna dip in their pockets of profit at all. Overall, it was a very irritating experience waiting forever for pre-purchased tickets only to wait longer than everyone else that showed up later than us!! Will be going to Capital 6 theatre from now on. Poor service for such expensive everything.

Well, if you've been to one modern day theatre then you've been to them all, and this place, is no exception! You go in, you buy a ticket, pro tip: dont wait in the line if you're using a debit or credit card at the self checkout machines as everyone in that line is waiting to buy their tix with cash from the one human working, so simply step through to one of the open machines! Friendly accomodating staff! Clean environment, very spacious lobby with some arcade games. It wouldn't be a proper theatre experience if you didn't need to remortgage your home to buy some snacks, amiright? Although I've gone in there to buy snacks when I wasn't going to a see a film. ???? The theatre room itself is good, lots of spacious seats, there's a reserved seat section that you select online, but i find it's up too high in the rows and since there's not a huge population out here there's always good seats available!

Sure lots of show times but it's a rat maze from front door to ticket machines (so much for that young persons job) to the highly over priced food counter. And if you choose to get a burger or a dog then it's off to another holding area to get that....(mmm confusion and fake cheese) then to another counter for questionably aged toppings. Then to another counter for napkins and cardboard straws( oooo extra fiber in the diet). Then fly like a rookie jedi pilot through the confused masses to the ticket checking choke point that TSA would be proud of (this is not the ticket you are looking for......move along,). Then a quick cardio walk to view royal and up mt.finlayson hope I packed the woolies and ear plugs and oxygen. Now to settle in for 20 minutes of commercials I could have seen at home for waaay less than the car loan cost it for this whole excursion.

The theater and staff where good, the movie was good. The seats are not designed to accommodate children under 5 years old, but you have to pay for 3 years and up. Ten minutes of commercials before the movie begins NOT GOOD I can watch commercial free at home.

So many commercials it was insane 30 minutes of commercials one after another. It was way to much especially when they started after the start time of the movie so the actual start time was 35 minutes after the listed time. Just so they had a captive audience. It was actually a real assault on the sences. I wasn't the only one that felt like throwing something at the screen I started counting the number of commercials, well into the mind numbing experience and I still counted to 40 commercials before the move trailers and two more after. With that much advertising the movie should have been free. The new Star wars movie is definitely going to break box office records just with all the advertising the sold for the move. Definitely do not get there on time if you don't want to have massive amounts of adds crammed down your throat. I'm not sure if it was Disney or silver city that is to blame.

Was sold some very stale cheddar popcorn, which I returned to the concession after our movie had already started. I just wanted them to give me a small bag of regular popcorn to replace it but they made me wait while they hunted down a manager, who made me wait while he did a return in the computer and then actually charged me another $1.05! I'm missing the start of my movie because you sold me a very expensive unedible snack, your staff have no clue how to use their own tills, and it still isn't worth a dollar for you to make a customer happy.

I was disappointed that not only is it expensive to go to the movie theater, but now they expect you to clean up after yourself after the movie is done. I did notice that the theater we were in was messy. Now I know why. Say goodbye to services and hello to higher prices.

Went to a 3D movie here and the 3D was off so that the screen was blurry no matter whether you had your glasses on or off. The manager gave us a few free passes though and was very apologetic. I appreciated that and will be returning despite this experience.

I am able to reserve seating for IMAX 3-D viewing with new movies in reclining comfortable seats. All the seats enable great viewing and the vendor selection gives a variety of eats. There is also an option of 2D on normal screens. This theater also has a kids room to celebrate birthday parties.

Great place to see movies. Great movies always showing. Always love going. However Staff could nicer, listen to what customer is actually saying and be more knowledgeable about services they deal with such as information about scene cards. Had a very unpleasant encounter with a staff member who did not ask for more information when we said our card would not work he just assumed we did not know how to work it and acted like he had to walk us through the process of picking a movie and paying for it with the ticket machine step by step. When he got the same results we did he had no information for why it was not working and basically put blame on us. Will go again but will probably buy tickets online before I get there. Side note we figured out the issue with the scene card on our own while waiting for the movie to start in less than 5 minutes.

I liked the movie I went to but what's going on with all of the commercials and trailers before the actual movie!! That was painful! I'm guessing 20 minutes of bloody TV commercials and another 10 minutes of trailers. Puts me off of going to the theater again! The seats weren't terrible but not as comfortable as they should be considering you're there for an additional 30 minutes to watch commercials! In this day and age of digital technology and the time between opening in the theater and making it to your tv in one form or another, Silvercity should make it more appealing to go to the theater or people will stop going! And did I mention the commercials??

Good place, nice and clean. I'm not a popcorn person but my family likes it so keep that up. The arcade section is pretty modern, but get rid of the motorcycle racing and get some good FPS games in there. Movies weren't too loud when we went with the kids either. The self serve kiosk is ok until you have a question about vouchers or coupons. The only till with an employee is cash only (not sure if that's permanent of if that's just temporary).

Horrible experience the past two visits. I'm not sure that this theater teaches, coaches or understands guest service. Visit 1. A few weeks ago I went to this theater with some family and decided to buy the BIG popcorn. The Big popcorn has been free refills for about 30 years and someone decided to change this promotion (Just at this theater the manager tells me). I purchased the big bag because of the promotion. The poor service is in their delivery. A. Went up to the counter during the movie (Missing some of the movie) and was told that they didn't do free refills anymore. Asked for a manager. B. Manager tells me that the promotion has changed. I explain that this is why I bought the big bag instead of two regulars and he just stands their with a team of kids stating the facts (Not another customer in sight and three full bins of popcorn behind him). It was Ludicrous!!!! 2. Went to Jason Bourne last night and end up in the wrong theater. My ticket says 6. The Marguis above the door says "6...Jason Bourne..." and so three of us end up in the wrong theater watching the second half of the movie. The 10:15 doors are right behind the 9:15 doors! Crazy! A. We were 5 minutes late so when we walked in, we thought the movie had just started. B. Asked for a manager after my 45 min movie to show him their mistake....ITS COMPLETELY STUPID for them to show both movies next to each other. We even take some of the blame as we were late and walked into the wrong movie but the manager actually points out to us that movie theater number is on our ticket. I show him the perception of the guests from the floor and he RELUCTANTLY gives us Courtesy tickets....not before showing us the numbers over top of the doors of the theaters. SORRY DUDE, the numbers above the doors are behind the MARQUIS showing 6........JASON BOURNE. Everyone of them should read CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT BOOK....even when we the customers are a little stupid. Spent $60, worth ZERO and even my courtesy ticket won't get me my time back. I'll even have to REBUY the $6.00 popcorn and $6 Pop if we want some when I use the courtesy ticket. Meh!

I like this theater for seeing big studio movies. I've only had two bad experiences here and they were due to a specific few audience members. For the most part this theater seems to attract a good and usually not too big audience which is nice. I also enjoy the special event screenings this theater does like with Back to the Future and Studio Ghibli films, it shows that the manager who organizes them really cares about what they do. Overall, a solid theater.

Went to watch Star Wars Got the tickets about 10 min before beginning showtime. Got seats & then went to get some popcorn. Waited till 10 min after showtime & the lineup barely moved. So I gave up cause I didn't want to miss any of the main feature. There was no urgency to the worker's doling out the popcorn. It was at around 7pm and all the lineups were long. Whatever Silver City, you could of made more money off me & I thought that was the name of the game. The staff helping with the tickets and admission were fine. I just like having a bag of popcorn when watching a movie

Very horrible experience, I always come to cineplex and have been a loyal customer but after what happened never again. I have a child with special needs and used my access card to take him to the movies where I was yelled at by a customer for the noises he was making. The manager instead of understanding began to yell at me for the fact that I brought him and that when I told him I used access he got even louder until I was crying and he was yelling over me and harraunging me even more until I had a panic attack and I was asked to take my child and leave the movie. Never again , you lost a customer today. And

Only 3 of us in the theatre but they played the movie for us. For 20 minutes before the movie the screen stayed blank even though the sound was on and we knew there was ads and reviews going on.
