Line for food is long and slow. Staff don't seem to be engaged and don't demonstrate pride in their work and in the theatre. However, it's a hundred times better than the theatre in Dawson Creek.

As you walk into the the theatre youll notice a great amount of customer service on the right. And then if you look close enough, straight ahead youll notice some self centered bearded men who are just so prompt to let you stand there for 15 min. Put the cooks at the back or charge less for late night tickets? Is my only suggestion. Otherwise i love the theatre.

Theatre got a bit of a face lift with their new tills and seats, looks great. Disappointed with how they treat the Atom app when it comes to preparing food roughly 5 minutes before getting there to pick it up.

Was easy to use the online reservation, had no problems. A very small crowd, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Highly enjoyable

LONG line-ups for food and tickets, and certainly not the cleanest theatre I've seen. However, it's mostly just a few pieces of popcorn on the floor here and there. For the best experience, you should: - buy your tickets in advance (a day or two) - get there early (about 10-15 mins) - skip the food lines, instead going straight to the theatre - find your seats Once the trailers begin to play, go back to the concession and buy your food. The lines will (usually) be much shorter by this time. If you get there early enough, though, the lines may not have even formed yet.

A good and quaint little theatre that is fun to go watch movies with your siblings and create a funny inside joke. It is terrible being on the outside of inside jokes.

The seating could be a little bit more comfortable, and obviously the prices could be a little bit cheaper. The staff are generally very helpful, however. Although, I do think it's a bit ridiculous how soon they turn on the air conditioning in the springtime, and how quickly they turn the heat on in the fall.

Very dissatisfied with my Friday night out. We rarely go out to the theater and figured we would treat our boy to the latest Avengers movie. As we were attempting to enjoy the previews it quickly became clear that there were some technical difficulties involving the sound. This obviously didn't bother me during the fast and furious spin off (like what's the point of dialogue there? Am I Right?) An extremely harassed managment type then appeared and sort of apologized, informing us that they were attempting to correct the issue. The previews were paused as they toiled (for about 5 minutes) the management type person then re-emerged to let us all know that the sound would not be fixed and we were welcome to stay and watch anyhow or could wait in a hella long line to get our money back. No offer of a coupon for our trouble or any sort of kind gesture to act as an apology for their failure to deliver. I remain slightly annoyed and disappointed that I did not get a well deserved gawk at a 20 foot tall Chris Hemsworth..... Thanks for nothing but watered down, triple priced diet Coke Landmark Cinemas.

You are so fortunate to have such a great theater in such a small town, the lack of patronage is almost heartbreaking, sitting in a hotel on standby working from out of town, I am truly thankful this place is here! Staff and management alike were so wonderful! I highly encourage you to take in a flick, 1st date, or 1st in 20 years of marriage, do not judge the facility if you've only been in screen 2, cinema 5 is really extraordinary... I promise you this, if it closes, you will be full of regret and dispar. Thank you to each and every staff member for helping me get through this challenging week of boredom! I truly appreciate your presence and dedication! ????

One star is generous, there should be a no star option. I had John serve me and he was completely rude and disrespectful, as someone that represents a business he should not be working especially with having a job in costumer service. Because of this I will not be returning.

One star is still to much... Tonight I was sold tickets after the theatre was full and no more seats were avaliable! Then asked an employee to check and see if there were seats around but said "there are some, but people are saving them" of course that's fine. Went to get a refund for tickets and was told by another employee that there were seats available but my family had to sit in a different seat in the theatre. No? I came here with my family to see this movie, why would I wanna sit beside a stranger. All in all not a good experience :(

The seats in this theater are the best around. Think they call it stadium seating. Sound and picture always look great. I drive an hour from home to watch all my movies here. Highly recommended.

Completely disgusted over being charged $5.49 for tap water in a cup. No resolution was brought about when I brought it to their attention. No offer to exchange for a $4 of bottled water. I will not be back!

The theatre itself is wonderful. Buuuuut the bearded troll at the pretzel counter is an absolute miserable hobbit. You know the Goblin king under the mountain in the first hobbit movie? He’s that, but with a beard. He 100% loses beard hair in the pretzels because he tries to pick the hair off the dough when he doesn’t think anyone is looking. He also waits to see if people are leaning on his “broken glass” and goes ahead with telling you to never touch it again, despite there being no sign stating it for the general public. And then when you suggest that he puts a sign up he snarls like a rabid raccoon and relies with “Why? We don’t need a sign.”
