This cinema has 6 theaters and carries the major releases in both 2D and 3D. Sound quality is good but I couldn't tell you whether it has all the latest Dolby features. As a bit of a smaller cinema they don't often run as long as some of the larger cineplexes but that isn't usually a problem. Come for a matinee after opening weekend and you'll have no problems finding a choice seat. I have always found the premises to be clean and well maintained. They have a minimal arcade, offer parties, have a Yogenfruz in addition to the standard movie fare. Theatres have stadium seating but are not reservable. There are seats for wheelchairs and their companions.

Movie theater is a good place to go when it is hot. Clean theaters with comfy seating. Somewhat of a line but the wait time is short during busy times.

Choking long line ups that do not move at all, lobby packed shoulder to shoulder. No organization, no way to tell where line ups start and end, lackadaisical and apathetic staff, what there are of them. Reprehensible and inexcusable. Place should be bulldozed and put to eventual good use, and its so called staff all fired.

This is a lovely local cinema. Always great seats, good popcorn and nice staff. Fun, small, a bit retro gaming area is a bonus for the kids. On a rainy, summer day can be crowded, but the rest of the year, you can see new releases with no problem and minimal line ups!

I wouldn’t suggest any teenagers to apply to work for these bullies. They are down right ignorant and insulting. It take a real type of human to intimidate and bully a kid. Managers with swollen heads! My daughter who is 17 quit after being there for 2 years. She was written up again for the third time in less than a month for pointless things, I assume they wanted her to quit, but when she’s sitting in a grown adults office being written up over something that happened over a month prior and she starts to cry and he says” sign the sheet and get out of my office” really speaks volumes for the professionalism and maturity of the managers. Unacceptable! I could go on about things that have happened but I won’t, just trust this place isn’t a great atmosphere for teenagers entering the workforce. You won’t be able to handle hearing your kid cry after nearly every shift worked.

Church at the movie theatre? You bet. Join Connexus Church Sundays at 9:00 am and 10:30 am (children's ministry provided at 10:30 am, grades Birth to Grade 8) as they transform the Galaxy Cinema in Midland into some pretty cool environments. Come check it out. You won't regret it.

Always go here to watch the latest and greatest film, they are wheelchair accessibly and have several spots for parking. Staff here is nice and the best as I keep returning lol. If your looking to get out and watch the latest film here is the place to go.

The staff here went above and beyond for me when I forgot my phone with my prebooked tickets on it. Place is always clean and so much fun! A shout out to the staff that helped us out. The manager, a gentleman with blond hair (Sorry I didn't get names) and the lady at the entrance with pink hair. Thank you for making our night out enjoyable.

This place has decent parking, and the selection of films is usually good, the employee at the counter kicked ass and was a friendly dude, the theater was mostly clean saw some garbage on the way in but didn't have any issues, dead pool 2 was a good time

We love the movies and it was a slow afternoon despite the great promotion of free popcorn, however we find the service a little disorganized. There were 3 people behind the counter and 2 wanderers but when it was time to make my frozen yogurt the cashier made it leaving the line up stranded and the other 2 people not really doing anything. Why not have a specific person for that? Also, we were told the movie wasn't open for us to enter so we sat and waited and went a few minutes before the start and she let us in. Turns out a minute after we sat the lights go up as they forgot to clean. It seems like they need an audit on their management.

We went on a Tuesday, walked in and the machines to buy tickets were not working. A huge lineup to buy tickets at the food counter. We left, could not see any type of management personnel who maybe could get the machines fixed.

John K. The theatre has zero control on how many reps of 3D or 2D they can play. This is decided by the film studio who own the movie. The theatre is not trying to force any of their guests to do anything. Maybe try to speak to a member of staff, who I am sure would be happy to explain this to you.

In desperate need of upgrades. Spilled popcorn because the tables weren't level. The same 5 games from the day it was built. No ticket line up. Customer experience was poor. Asked for butter throughout and was clearly ignored. The movie is an experience you're paying for and what services are offered are sub standard. I suppose for a small "isolated" town its sufficient. No time play either.

Play a movie until 11:30 but close the stands so no one can get a drink after it’s started . Terrible business and rude manager . Could have easily got a cup of water if your unable to sell a bottle . Would never return here and the manager needs some help on how to properly manage a theatre and take care of customers

Clean and good height difference from row to row so no one's head is in the way. The machine doesn't always pick up the Scene card scanning. That part is frustrating, and the line up for popcorn is often long.

Clean standard theatre. Only problem was that there was only one self serve ticket kiosk working and there was only 2 lines for tickets which was the same line for snacks. Movie theatre could be run alot more efficiently.Wasted alot of time in unessacary lines which could have been prevented which resulted in me seeing less of the show.

blade runner has been out for over a month now and still there are no 2d shows that are not matinees. Please don't try to force all of your 2d customers into attending a movie in the afternoon. At this point it looks like Blade Runner is yet another movie we will just wait to purchase on Bluray.

Careless and ignorant staff. My showtime was for 3.20pm on July 25, 2021. When the screen didn't turn on after 3.40pm, i went out and asked for help. An assistant manager who was a young short girl came and told that she was training somebody. When i told her that it is almost 3.45 pm and the scheduled time was 3.20pm and nothing is showing up on the screen, she said that initial 10 minutes are just for advertisements!! To which i told that i know but it is 3.45 pm now. She said she will fix it now. No Sorry not even apologetic. Made me feel as if she is doing a favour to me. I wish before hiring these people as Assistant Managers they get a training about how to behave with customers.
