Saw Black Widow with the kid. Great movie...went at perfect time as theater was empty...when we were leaving place was packed for next showing. Over priced concessions like all theaters but got some air hockey in so all in all good night.

The theatres are in a pretty convenient location even for someone on the Ottawa side of the river. Comfortable seats and very tidy. Friendly staff throughout. The lobby is a bit barren, not many posters or coming soon signs but there is an arcade area with a handful of games available to take your coins.

Love this place, always clean, nice staff, their social distancing rules are good and there is alot of hand washing stations around. Little overprice but overall always a good experience. They have very huge screens as well.

Place is dirty, there seem to be no cleaning person at the theatre. The arcade is small, 1/2 the machines don't work, and one "working machine" ate my tokens. There is garbage everywhere, the seats are not comfy, some of them seem to be from 1912. They are all torn up, and walking into one of the auditoriums, it smelled like my grandmother's house. The employees kept talking to us in French, when we were speaking to them in English. Will be making trips to Ottawa from now on to watch a movie and be in a cleaner area.

Seems like this theatre needs a face lift. Carpets are dirty, all the baseboards are ripped off. The washrooms walls have plastic on them, a lot of chairs are broken. The place is always super dirty.

Although the sound was too loud; the movie was entertaining, it was good too see Halle Berry... but the theater's overall cleanliness and maintenance status left a lot to be desired from the lobby to food counter... unfortunately, I needed to use the washroom which, by definition, went well beyond nasty... utterly disgusting doesn't even begin to describe the state of the facility... there's just no way I'm going back!

As all theatres are, this one's expensive. Never had a bad interaction with staff, they're always helpful. The arcade could use some attention as they don't have too many games and the fun ones are usually out of order. They recently installed a fro-yo bar which was great, I go there sometimes even when I'm not watching a movie.

Usually has all the new releases and in both languages. However, besides the newly renovated AVX auditorium, this movie theatre feels dated. The concessions are a real joke and don’t have the same punch that they had back in the day, the rooms are in a terrible state with bad seating and sometime sub-par audio and video quality, and there are many broken parts everywhere. You see that Cineplex hasn’t invested in this theatre like they have with others in the region.

I recently gone for the first time since january 2020 & I’m glad that we opened up again, i missed it! The staff was very friendly as usual, at the door they gave clear instructions for the covid precautions & it was clean. I love going to this movie theatre but the only thing I dont like is the prices for the popcorn but other than that, I definitely recommend going here, great customer service!

Movies are either english or French which us geeat cause it gives the option for people who don't understand english well. And there is a decent food court and a small starbucks coffee shop in there as well. A lit of arcade machines too so you can have fun while you wait for the movie to start.

Theatre an service is fine. Online and automated kiosks, gift card ticket purchasing is non-existent. I could not book my seat online, so I had to go to the theatre where it didn't even work at the automated kiosk. I had to line up with all the people getting food just to buy my ticket. Automation is supposed to be easy, not harder! Why even buy gift cards?

I absolutely loved their popcorn! You want butter? They put butter «en masse!» The service is excellent, it very rarely takes more than a minute before you can get your ticket. I love how they play both English and french movies, as well as HD and 3D. There's plenty of free parking spaces and it's easy to find. Also, there is a cool arcade and the games are fabulous!

On my most recent visit to this theatre I went to see Star Wars on January 3rd. The website clearly stated that the movie was general admission so I held off on purchasing my ticket until I arrived at the theatre. The 2 friends I was going with had already purchased their tickets. Upon arriving at the theatre we found out that contrary to what the website and all of the signs had said, there was reserved seating for the movie. In order to sit together we had to sit off to the side in fairly bad seats. When the movie started the lights in the theatre turned on twice in the opening 5 minutes of the movie. The sound effects for the movie were really loud in the theatre and the voices were unusually quiet- so quiet that I had trouble hearing what the characters were saying at times. We were in Auditorium 12. Needless to say I was displeased with the performance of the theatre on that particular evening and i will attempt to visit other theatres for upcoming movies,

Always good service, it is the only cinema I go to when I decide to go watch a movie. They are doing well with the covid restrictions and you have the option of choosing your seat which is really well done. I would say that the only downside to this theatre are the seats, they are uncomfortable and small, I wish they were as big and comfortable as the ones at Silvercity in Ottawa.

We went to see How to train a Dragon 3 and it was great. There was not a lot of people in our theatre. The food is just so expensive. It costs 36$ for 2 kids combo, a medium popcorn and a drink. It's more then it cost for the movie. The washrooms were ok.

I went to see a movie with my daughter at Star Cite in Hull and we had 1 nedium popcorn, 2 large Coke and a nacho and it cost me $60. They even wanted to charge me $2 for butter on my popcorn. Very good cinema, one of the smaller screen has what look like a huge soft drink stain on it and it is bothersome. The cineplex website ison of the worst web site i have ever seen, very slow, view showtimes you have to go in then back for all movies, i am a programmer and this is not efficient. Very disappointing, the older website was much better, you guys should get your money back...lol

Great cinema. We played some arcade games. One of the machine wasn't working and staff promptly replace our tokens. We had a AVX room so recliner seat and more space for the legs. Popcorn was good. Not crowded since we when for 4:00pm.

Way too expensive for the level of experience you get. Used to be way cleaner and more well kept like 5 years ago, now it's dirty, smells bad, broken and ripped seats. The last couple of recent movies we went to see the sound was way too loud, either that or theres too many high notes in their audio setup, my eardrums were hurting, had to put my hoodie on, I never had this problem before or in any other theatre. Either the screen or the video itself had vertical lines going across the screen during one movie, the other one was way too zoomed in and it cut the sides of the video off. Not thrilled about paying over 20 bucks for 2 bags of popcorn, a drink and a small bag of candies, that's like 5 bucks worth of food. Bottom line, I would recommend to take your your time and go to Ottawa.

Used to be much better. My go to movie theater as I live 5 minutes away. In need of a fresh coat of paint and overall refurbishment: many seats should be replaced in most screening rooms. Service tends to be slow in busy nights / time slots. They replaced the cashiers with self-serve kiosks: a shame cuz used to be filled by youngsters.

First time at the movies since the pandemic. Used to go weekly. It was nerve wracking but they seem to be doing everything right. Saw Jungle Cruise with good spacing between us and other parties. Only about 30 people in the theater. Decent movie.

Pros: Plenty of movies. Fun arcade. French and english options. Lots of seating. Cons: Food absolutely sucks and it's overpriced. Overpriced is expected with theatres. But the food.. (we had poutine and the yogurt place there) was horrible. ... Still giving 4 stars though because the pros are good and the cons are expected at theatres.

The theatre was fine but they have GOT to upgrade their theatre seating - it was like sitting on plywood for 2 hours - excruciating! In these days of recliner seating being available in most theatres, these old chairs are unacceptable and I won't be back - my tailbone can't take it! ????

They are moving to automation, so buy your tickets beforehand online or be prepared to wait for awhile for service. It's best you speak French for better service. Be careful to know the language the film is in or you may go to a dubbed in French version of a Hollywood film. It's getting a bit shabby and worn in the theaters and washrooms. Otherwise the location is good from where I live, so it's my best option without having to go into Ottawa and drive further.

The reason why I gave it four stars is because the theatre didn't have its own Wi-Fi. What is the point of showing mini games a few minutes before the movie starts when the building doesn't have Wi-Fi?

Now fully served with computer for ticket purchase. 16 rooms, french and english movie, with afternoon run. For best price get passes at costco and use them at the food consignment.

Why on earth would you bother re-opening the theater and not sell any food or drink what-so-ever, with absolutely nothing open within the theater.. Pay for the ticket, go watch the movie for 2 hours with nothing to eat or drink, oh, and keep your mask on the whole time, movie ends, get up and leave. If I had noticed the theater was selling absolutely nothing before I bought my ticket I would have walked right out. What kind of movie going experience is this supposed to be...ridiculous.

It was first come, first serve for seats but even when we got there 10mins before the movie played, it was dead so that was nice. We watched overload and bought the tickets online as well. it was in English thank god. ???? Didn't give us the option to see it in French or English so I wasn't sure what language we were watching it in until we arrived and physically sat there waiting for the movie to start. Location was easy to find. Female washrooms need work. It wasn't kept up. Didn't have toilet paper in a lot of the stalls and dirty in general. Overall, I would come back. Could be they were understaffed or something but for now it will be a 4 star. Until then ????

Even after being closed for so long the viewing rooms are dirty and old. Seats were coming apart and havent been upgraded in years. A 25$ gift card wont cover a regular movie for 2 and food options are very limited due to covid.

Relatively clean compared to other theaters, prices are high like other theaters though and floors are always sticky and let's not talk about the bathroom would you... they have good screening options with lots of movies and event throughout the year
