So it takes longer for the clerk to validate tickets than to sell them. And the poor owl is alone and helpless as the manager impertinently passes the broom 14 feet away. Finally I believe that the whole place suffers from a manager who no longer has fun in his job and gives him the leadership of a crayfish that has been drying in the sun for 3 days. Hanging a smile in the face, being nice and nice is pretty much his job and he fails in an epic way. So I took my tank and went to another town. Because buying is voting and I vote that the cinema in Trois-Rivières be refreshed. (Original) C’est un établissement plus qu’ordinaire qui survit parce qu’il n’y a pas de concurrence. On sent que le gérant a jete l’éponge par son attitude et que malheureusement, sa présence enlève quelque chose à l’expérience client déjà pas vargeuse. Prix un peu cher vue l’offre de salles de cinéma vétustes à l’hygiène qui n’est pas irréprochable. Le guichet en auto service n’a jamais été remis en service depuis qu’il a brisé il y a des lunes…ce qui est une perte. On peut acheter des billets en ligne mais les clients avec des billets électronique arrivent mélangés comme des jeux de cartes parce qu’évidemment le processus n’est pas clair. Ce qui fait que c’est plus long pour la commis de valider des billets que les vendre. Et la pauvre chouette est seule et sans support alors que le gérant passe le balais de façon impertinente 14 pieds plus loin. Pour finir je crois que l’ensemble de l’endroit souffre d’un gérant qui n’a plus de fun dans sa job et sa lui donne le leadership d’un écrevisse qui sèche au soleil depuis 3 jours. S’accrocher un sourire dans la face, être avenant et Nice, c’est pas mal ça sa job et il échoue d’une façon épique. Faque j’ai pris mon char et je suis aller dans une autre ville. Parce que acheter c’est voter et je vote que les cinema de Trois-Rivières soient rafraîchis.

Il aurait vraiment intérêt a rettaper ses salles pour les rendre plus confortables/utiles, ce ne sont pas toute les salles qui ont des portes verre. Les sachets d'épices à popcorn (qui étaient avant des pots d'épices gratuites, qui ne poluaient pas, qui sont devenus des sachets d'épices a 25 cennes) sont maintenant à plus d'un dollars, ce qui est n'importe quoi pour un minuscule sachet d'épice. Les bonbons sont surement dans leur présentoir depuis l'ourverture du cinéma parce que je n'ai jamais vu de bonbons aussi durs. Au prix où tout est, la qualitée devrait vraiment être suppérieure. La machine à toutou a toujours un truc cher et shiny dedans pour t'inciter à dépenser mais c'est là juste pour ça, c'est impossible à ramasser, la pince est programmées pour ne pas être capable de le ramasser (même les employés le disent). Sérieusement, je suis vraiment déçu que nous ayons uniquement une banière de cinemas à Trois-Rivières avec un seul propriétaire, parce que ses cinémas sont miteux, inconfortables et complètement dénué de qualité.

Des chaises pliantes auraient fait l'affaire, mais restez debout pendant 2h30? Non merci! Il a finalement fait un compromis pour La momie quand mon amie lui a fait remarqué qu'il nous avait dit qu'il restait plein de place en avant, ce qui était faux. La salle pour La momie avait elle aussi des sièges cassés, et les toilettes avaient des portes sans serrure, des séchoirs brisés, et des pompes à savon vides. Mais tout ça ne m'aurait pas tant dérangé, si ce n'était pas du manque de professionnalisme du gérant, qui semble préférer vendre des sièges brisés plutôt que de satisfaire ses clients (le film était mauvais en plus). Je plains ses pauvres employés s'il est aussi bête avec eux qu'il l'a été avec moi. Je comprends que tout le monde passe de mauvaises journées parfois, mais ce n'est pas ma faute si les sièges du cinéma sont brisés. Bref, je me rappelle maintenant pourquoi je préfère aller au Cinéma du Cap!
