Wow.. The lounge, the view, the drinks, the food, the service, the whole experience went above and beyond my expectations. Even the washrooms! (Try and find the handdryers!!! lol) The whole evening from being greeted, to the server, Robin, who was quick with the service, the drinks, and extremely polite and friendly, even carried our drinks to our seats for us, and then to see the seats and the theatre! I'm surprised I didn't fall asleep in those recliners! After we left the theatre, we asked were the garbage cans were for our garbage, and were told by the GM... if you're here for a VIP Experience, we don't expect you to clean after yourself. We will take care of all of it! I have recommended this theatre to so many people since! Well done Cineplex Brentwood! Kudo's to your management team and staff!!!

An incredible movie experience at Brentwood, an absolute must come down and experience. The theatre is so sick, and the staff are on it. We came for dinner before the show and our server was super accommodating, we ordered late haha, but the food got brought out to us. Start really care about the VIP experience here and constantly went above and beyond for us.

Seats were super comfy and the in room service is quite nice if you get hungry of thirsty during a long movie. The staff were super helpful considering I had a payment error on my reservation and when I showed up my tickets were no where to be found. They were kind and helpful to solve the issue in a timely fashion and get us into the movie before it started.

Saw Dune last week and was unimpressed by the very BRIGHT exit sign that cast a lot of light directly onto the screen. That needs some attention. Otherwise it's a standard Cineplex VIP experience (good).

The best VIP cinema in Metro Vancouver for sure. The seats fully recline and are super comfy. Staff take your order inside the auditorium and they actually serve it real fast. Ours took 3 minutes or so. All staff was super friendly and the place was just awesome, they keep it super clean and tidy. We’ll be back!!!

By far the best VIP cinema in Vancouver. Food was fresh and the atmosphere is nice. We didn’t know there is a free parking for 2 to 3 hours (depending on the movie time) and we ended up paying. Just make sure to park and scan the QR code when you walk in to the cinema so your parking is free!

Most disrespectful staff especially the (senior) manager. Rude behavior; no resemblance of a “VIP” theater. Wasted 20 minutes of our time at the entrance and we missed our movie. NOT recommended at all!

This is the nicest theater I've ever been to. It's much more upscale than all the other cineplex theaters around. They've got a restaurant and bar on the top level with floor to ceiling windows and a spectacular view. I wasn't able to checkout the rec room/arcade yet as there was a lineup to get in but I hear it's a lot of fun. In the theater you can order food and drinks from your seats and they will bring it to you before the movie starts. The seats are super comfortable, heated and fully recline. A wonderful experience overall!

nov 2021 update. From 5 stars to 2. Despite needing a vaccine to watch a movie. I'm extremely uncomfortable about how close the next person is. The problem is vip allows dining while watching the movie, so the mask will be off while we eat. If I was aware of this I would not have ordered food and keep my mask on the whole time. It just doesn't make me feel as safe as I used to. I don't recommend if you will be having food. Also if you come in a odd number, you may be seated very closely to an absolute stranger. No kids? Dinner and a movie? Yes please! The new seats are quite comfortable.. and it has heated seats as well. Lounge is very nice and there's free parking, just go upstairs and scan the qr code. I did notice my back aching after a long while of watching the movie, probably because of the scoop in the seating. I just put my sweater on my lower back and it was much better. The service was also very good, people were very friendly. I felt very safe watching the movie, the seats all around us were empty to ensure Corona virus protocols

The quality of the movie and the seats were great! The one thing that bothered me was the person's food next to me was very strong. They ordered truffle fries and the smell was so strong, I felt queasy during the whole movie. The person in charge of menu development should consider foods that don't smell so pungent for people with heightened sense of smell such as people who are pregnant and have hyperosmia.

Beware row AA. It looks like a balcony in the back in the online seating map, but it's the very front row. Seemed too close to even see the screen. They were sold out so we had to get a refund and leave. I will commend the staff on their friendliness, though, and the facilities were otherwise beautiful.

Modern and beautiful venue, five theatres and none of them is too crowded. Some are larger than others but the equipment is basically the same. There is a lounge before getting to the theater and it has a million dollar view so definitely worth to give it a try if you are not here for the movie. Food is good quality and quantity, in fact surprising good. Would say better than the VIP at Marine. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking underground, and it is free for 3 hours, remember to scan the code at the entrance to register.

ough time with a modern concept and twist! I was pleasantly surprised at how good the value for money this movie theatre is on a cheap Tuesday deal at under 15 bucks for a great movie experience, especially when comparing to other competitors in which the establishment is not as nice and as new as this joint. The ability to order your own food and drink direct to your seat is pretty rad, but I went just for the movie itself and took my own food in. A great dining experience to also enjoy a drink and potentially some grub on the outside balcony whilst waiting for the auditorium to open is nice. I love the old school movie heritage and memorabilia they have used to decorate this modern-look lobby. Extremely good upkeep, clean, modern and a nice mellow relaxed vibe with very friendly and approachable staff. With regards to the auditorium itself, extremely comfy laid back loungers with a side table, drinks holder and fully reclining capability with optional heated seat settings. It was also nice and intimate at around maybe 30 seats maximum which gives a nice atmosphere and not too loud. No matter where you are sat, your pretty much guaranteed to get a killer view with crisp clear detailed high definition projector. I also got given a free limited edition poster for my movie GI Joe Snake Eyes which was pretty cool! My only complaint is that the movie started later than advertised which I believe was due to waiting for people's food orders before starting which was super annoying.

Place makes no sense. Got a coupon for a free movie from the Rec Room (for spending $50) then got told at the Cineplex theatre that the pass is no longer valid. CSR has zero power to resolve the issue and there were three other people getting the complaint number at the same time as me. This was the opposite of a company that wants to earn your business. Will definitely just go to Landmark instead - any issue I've ever had there was resolved on the spot by a manager.

What an experience! A step above any other VIP theatre I've been too. Never have I seen staff so overwhelmingly polite and friendly at a theatre. Venue was immaculate. Theatre seating was ridiculously comfortable. VIP food service was fast - I had the nachos and they were great! Portion was on the smaller side but quality was better than most pubs/restaurants. Underground parking is validated at the entrance to Cineplex, huge plus. Overall a great experience and my wife and I have found our new favorite venue (other than maybe the Langley-Drive in... Close call I do love the nostalgia!)

I had an excellent guest experience here tonight. Went in to watch Old (the new M. Night Shyamalan movie). Natoya (the server. I apologize if I got the name wrong. I was very tired at the time), was very helpful and courteous, even to the point where she carried my food and drinks to my seat. The lounge is small, but inviting and cozy, with all the premium appeal of a five star restaurant, and the theatre chairs are a nice upgrade from the VIP experience I'm used to at Cineplex Coquitlam and VIP Cinemas. Food was also great, and my rum and coke was perfectly mixed. Great overall experience.

Amazing theater!! The seats are so comfortable, service was awesome, and I felt so sophisticated afterwards hahaha ???? The seats recline and you can put your feet up. There's also a seat warming option since the theater can be a little cold sometimes. There's table service, meaning you order your drinks, snacks, food, etc from your seat and someone will bring it to you! And there's a little pivot table like the ones from university lecture halls so you can eat comfortably. There's TONS is space between each row so that even with my legs out, the servers could walk past easily. I would arrive early just to get comfy, press all the buttons, order stuff and settle in ???? The theater is 19+ do that means I can enjoy the movie without the teenagers and kids, which is nice. There's only 5 theater rooms so it doesn't feel crowded, plus the theaters are only about 1/4 the size of regular theater rooms. And there's a lounge you can chill at before or afterwards with a nice balcony and gorgeous view. Great place for a date!

This was the best VIP cinema I’ve gone to yet! If Brentwood isn’t too far for you, I recommend you try this place out. Aside from the fact that the mall it’s in is growing rapidly, it’s also located directly above The Rec Room which could be a good little activity before or even after the movie. The cinema itself is clean, the food is well made, and the service was excellent. Aside from all of this, the seats also had an electronic recliner built in to allow you to recline your seat as you see fit, along with a headrest adjuster so you could make sure you are able to comfortably see the screen. Finally, and this sealed the deal for me, the seats had built in seat warmers! So if you’re feeling chilly at all, this is the best place to be!

I was planning to go on a Friday to use a free admission ticket that I got from the Rec Room with the $50 bundle. There’s no expiry date on the back. I went and tried to use it and the cashier and manager told me that it expired and there was nothing they were willing to do for me. They turned me away and I will never go back to this location. I would have bought food, drink, etc, so they would have made their money from regardless. I asked them who I should complain to and both told me to go down to the Rec Room to complain instead. I talked to the manager of the Rec Room, who did an awesome job managing the situation. He gave me free game pass similar to the cost of the ticket and I stayed there playing games. I mean, to Cineplex, if you want to turn your customers away and get them to never return, good job. I haven’t been to the movies in probably a year and a half because of the pandemic and was willing to give cinemas a try again. Great job on turning me off returning to the cinemas cineplex.

The night started off with the guy at the front checking our IDs. He told us "congratulations! You're eligible to come in!". I'm 24 and don't know if he read my ID wrong, but I thought that was odd. He then passed us off to our server. We quickly realized that our server had never served a day in her life before this. She didn't know a thing about the beers they had available and it took at least 30 minutes for us to get our drinks. She had to come back and ask us about our order twice. We waited on the balcony in the meantime, which had a nice view. Our drinks finally came and the server informed us that we needed to order food if we wanted anymore alcohol. I informed her that we each only had 1 beer and that we wanted to order food in the theatre. She stated that it was the law was not allowed to serve us anymore than the one beer we had. I know the serving it right laws and that ain't it. We payed for our ridiculously expensive beers and went into the theatre. The theatre itself was nice, no complaints there. If you're ordering food, just be ready to pay a lot. After the movie, me and my friend went out on the balcony while we waited for the rest of our friends. The door to the balcony was open, no signs anywhere saying anything. We were promptly told to leave the balcony as they were "liable if anything happened". I asked the staff member if they were still liable when we were out on the balcony earlier. He just gave me a blank stare. I didn't want to argue so we left. TLDR - don't go hear expecting top notch service and to be treated like a "VIP". Enjoy the theatre, stay away from everything else.

Read the other 1 star reviews regarding management decisions and attitudes towards complimentary vouchers, I am the unlucky victim as I still have 14 of them on hand; I also tried to communicate with Cineplex headquarter but did not get any response back for almost a month now.

Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed our visit thoroughly. The food and service in the lounge was great... And, oh yeah, we saw a movie. :) I won't comment on the specific movie as that isn't relevant, but the theatre was comfortable and clean. It would get 5 stars if it weren't just a little bit pricey, but overall we thought it was worth the visit!

Loving the ultra spacious, motorized recline, and seat warming, vip seating! Also due to Covid the two spots surround your booking wont be taken. The space between rows is quite large as well.

Great experience overall. Comfortable and fully adjustable seats and convenient to order food and drinks in your seat before the movie starts. It is a bit pricier though. It's the same food and drinks as the Rec Room below but more expensive. Alcoholic drinks are around $1 to $2 more in the theatres, so might be better to do your pre drinking downstairs at the Rec Room.

The venue looks decent but overall the service is oddly slow and pretty poor. Pricing of food is also insane. If you plan on having drinks and large popcorns with butter expect to pay $70.00 dollars including tip. (this does include your movie tickets) So far the service has not been tip worthy at all and really I don't see the point of paying a premium for the prices.

I had the most extraordinary experience at the VIP theatres in Brentwood. Our server at the longue - Aurora, was the best server i've ever had in any environment. She was attentive and very wonderful, I would not hesitate to come again and again if i could have her as my server!

Cineplex VIP for a date night was great experience. Throughly enjoyed ordering drinks and food from your seat. Sitting in nice recliners. Make sure you watch an action movie or they could be too comfortable. A nice bar that you can use before or after your movie. During Covid it seems underutilizated for now 4.5 ✴️

Visited this location with my boyfriend twice and it is amazing.. would give it a 10 if I can. Reclining seats, awesome/professional service, moveable tables attached to seats and theatre itself is spacious. There are not too many seats in each theatre so you won't end up feeling claustrophobic. I can't think of anything even bad to say or something they need to work on. This is definetly worth the $25 but avoid visiting the marine gateway location.

Great experience. Server offered complimentary dessert for a friend's birthday. Comfortable, clean seats. Make sure you don't actually pay for parking before getting to cinema level. Cineplex offers the ability to register your car via app. Wish they had signs in the parkade to indicate that.
