So annoying getting there 40 min early and not getting to the movie till 6:54 (movie started at 6:40) after waiting in 2 lines for food then to fill ur drink.......... Bring own drinks and food , if they say anything , respond : came here to watch a movie not stand in 2 lines to make your job less work!

Love going to the movies. This location was renovated a bit ago to make all the seats leather which is a plus, easier to keep clean and the cushion is new. It's clean and well taken care of. Service was quick and polite, was on a deal night so it was also busy. Will always go back and have a good night at the movies

I always appreciate how clean this theatre is, and how polite the staff members are. It doesn't hurt that there's a huge parking lot outside, as well as a Triple O's and a Quiznos and a pub in the same outdoor mall.

Always a good visit to Landmark Grand 10! The kids loved their snack packs. We bought GCs at Costco for the kids combo. Great deal. Reserving seats ahead of time is also a plus. Lots and lots of parking outside too.

The seats are somewhat comfy, the bathrooms are very clean, the food is very expensive, and the staff need to cheer up a little bit. I have been here a couple of times and I think I have only come across one friendly staff member there. Sorry for the two stars but I think you need to hire some new staff.

The theaters were in good condition, the large sizes can get refills, and the new Atom app let's you skip long lines on busy nights, or at least it did for me - downloading and signing up was faster when we wanted to use the concession. If you just want tickets and aren't paying cash the machines in front don't take more than a minute or two.

Super uncomfortable seats.. do not recline or move at all.. It is an old school movie theatre from 30 years ago. No leg room. During the movie I could even hear loud sounds from the other room next to us. Very bad. This could be a huge successful place if they upgrade to 2016 standards, right now it is a joke , which is very sad for a major city such as Kelowna.

A muti 10 cinemas with clean comfy seats, some of the cinemas are smaller then others. The Atom app is great; allows us to skip line and earn points. Popcorn and treats are all good. Service is always friendly and helpful.

They upgraded the seats in the theaters making it more enjoyable top watch movies there. Orchard Plaza theater chairs are electronically reclining loungers which are even better if you like that.

Prefer cineplex more than landmark because of the seats in landmark do not lean back 100% like the ones in cineplex. However, a plus for Landmark is they have more showings compared to Cineplex. Sometimes you would search for a movie and it’s only showing in Landmark. Other than that, it’s a standard movie experience.

They've done a great job renovating the lobby area. Having the Atom app allows us to skip all the lines and get served right away which is amazing. Bathrooms always clean and the new seats may not be recliners but are comfortable none the less.

I like the soda fountain options here (Mr Pibb!). The seats look new since Covid (maybe it's just the extra cleaning), but they don't recline at all. When sitting in the front few rows this results in a strained neck - keep in mind when selecting your seats online. It's nice that they often offer foreign films rather than just the Hollywood releases.

You come in from the outside- the exterior's quaint, like an old theatre almost. There's an exterior box office. Neat. You enter and notice the layout: open and almost inviting. Nothing too out of the ordinary. There's an interesting Coke machine to your right, and concessions directly in front. You get your ticket and find your theatre. The layout is a bit odd, but nothing that one can't figure out. You get into the theatre- it's a bit...cozy, or at least slightly awkward, as you head downwards into the seats instead of upwards. That's fine, though- nothing to ruin the experience. You watch the movie, knowing that the staff here care about not receiving complaints and leave with the sentiment of how the movie was, not how bad the theatre would have been.

Handicapped entrance and facilities. Concession stand has many choices. Seats in theatres are comfy. Surround sound is great. One of my favorite theatres. Several movies playing here, so you can pick what you wanna watch. You can also buy gift cards here for landmark cinema theaters. Well maintained.

Very nice theatre, it’s big for the city and lots of variety in movies of course. The large choice of drinks that you can pick for yourself is a big plus over the Cineplex. But I find it to be dirtier sometimes. On multiple occasions, I could tell the staff didn’t even clean the rooms at all. But other than that, I go there a lot and don’t find any other problems.

Tickets are cheaper than Cineplex, but so is the quality. They offer unlimited refill for your drink but only if you buy the large size cup. It's the closet cinema to UBC, but provided there are two options for a movie in Kelowna, you really can't go wrong with either.

It's 5 to 8mins walk from our place. They play great movies and other languages(hindi, punjabi ,Chinese and more) , witch is great. Come and c it u r self and I bet u won't b disappointed.

I do not recommend this theatre. Once you stand in line for your popcorn and drink, they give you an empty cup and direct you to go stand in another line to fill up your pop. Over 10 minute wait in each line up... Stupid move Grand 10.... But I do Love the new theatre seats.

Cheap Tuesday is a good bargain, even the popcorn was reasonable. Really? We got our tickets on line which was a good thing because the movie sold out, we were able to get great seats, and it saved waiting in line. This theatre is small so you don't fight big crowds. Lots of easy parking available. Seats are comfortable with decent leg room but not fancy.

Clean. Good service. Popcorn was fresh. They have the drink dispensers out so you can fill/refill, and there are more drink choices. The butter topping dispenser is also out on a counter so you can add as much butter as you want. You choose your seat. So if the theatre is full and you don't like the choices that remain you don't have to buy a ticket. Also you can purchase tickets online and guarantee your seat. The negatives ... No food court items, eg., No pizza. No coffee or tea. No chicken strips. No Chinese food. Mainly, really expensive popcorn, candies and drinks.

Good Layout, Comfotable Seats, Good Service. It has some of the classic features that a cinema should have and makes for a great movie experience. Lost 1 star because they painted the exterior and interior modern grey and installed plain LED lights in the lobby which makes it the experience less cinematic. It's kind of like walking into a department store now.

One of the few movie theaters left to include a partial arcade, which is pretty fun if you're waiting for a movie to begin. The staff are nice and the concession is pretty decently priced (for a movie theater). The selection of movies is usually up to date and fully featured (what do you expect from a Landmark Theater). Theaters are decently comfy and the movie tech is pretty up to date to give the best experience.

Renovate Kelowna

After leaving Toronto to move to Kelowna a few years ago I missed going to the movies at a bigger style theatre. Even though Kelowna is missing the Imax experience the landmark is a fresh breath of the cinema experience. They have spruced it up with major renovations including new flooring, signs, screens, and have an amazing fountain soda selection. Where else can you get apple or grape soda on tap? The sound is a bit weak on movies especially 3D that's why it's missing a star. I didn't upload pictures because other reviewers did a great job posting accurate pictures.

At the theatre and as a result of the water advisory they are not serving fountain pop instead they are proving in my opinion to be extortionists by charging $4.29 for a 500 mL of Coke. Which is more than 2 2liters of Coke. I will NEVER come back to this theatre. I then asked how much time for a bottle of 500 ml water to which she replied $4 29!! Which means my coke alone was half the value of my movie ticket!!!!????

The movie we saw was amazing! The seats were comfortable. THE VOLUME WAS WAYYYYY TOO LOUD. I actually worried that my sons ears would be damaged!

Honestly, I hate giving a movie theatre a 1 star review. Going to the movies will always give you that lil magical feeling, but I am dissapointed. Yes, of course, the costumer service is great and the food is good, but they have to do something about their damn audio. I mean this with little disrespect. Is it possible that something so magestically important in the movie experience had been overlooked in the process of building this place? All im trying to do is reach the movie fanatics who would even bother to look through the reviews. You! Bro! Beware! If you want good sound quality especially with movies like venom 2 and no way home coming soon, go to vancouver. Spend the night at a hotel with your girl. Watch it in cinema there. Do like me.

They've given this theatre a solid overhaul during shutdown. Seats have been redone and everything is nice and clean. Doesn't have that musty old theatre smell like some other ones.

It's ok the movie theater has nice leather chairs however I wish they were recliners like the other landmark cinemas. But I understand it's expensive to do the renovations & no other movie theaters in Kelowna have them either so I guess it's no competition.

Just went to see spiderman tonight, had a speaker blown in the theater which was extremely painful to sit through, a manager even came in during the movie and listened to it. Wanted to walk out multiple times but my wife made me stay. We saw 3 other couples walk out so I chatted with the manager after and she said that they have know about it for days and are working on getting it fixed. ( they should have either unplugged the speaker or shut the theater down) I expressed that I don't think I should have to pay for such a bad quality experience and she said I had to walk out of the theater in the first 30 minutes in order to be reimbursed.This situation was handled extremely poor.

The line for tickets and concessions is the same line and it is always really long. You can pre-buy tickets and concessions online but only one window. I like the drink machines as have never seen so many choices

If you want to see an old movie make a return to the big screen. Covid has shut down movie making for the most part. So they are having lots of older movies being brought back. This location is super clean. Great staff. Now they just have to lower the price of popcorn.

Went to see Rocketman with some of my folks, we loved the movie. The staff were quite nice people and the cinema itself was clean, mostly. Overall, my experience was a good one, and I will definitely see anpther movie at this theatre.
