I have been to many Cineplex locations and I even worked at this particular location and it has to be one of the worst. Haven't worked here for years but it seems to have just got worse. Bathrooms are messy, staff are not friendly and management could care less about it

Always busy, make sure you get tickets in advance, I wouldn't ever wing it unless the movie has been out for a while. Maybe because the theater is so packed all the time, the washrooms arent the greatest so go at home first lol

They may have great theaters but security sucks! Last time I went with a friend on a Saturday night a fight broke out and bowled into a crowd of people including us! The only employee trying to control the situation was a 100lb young lady with a headset calling for help. We left for fear someone would pull a gun or a knife. ????

Not the best theatre. The theatre wasn't cleaned properly before seating, and there was broken chairs. Which was great for me as no one could sit in front of me. And they replaced the front cashiers with automated machines. Lines are now longer to get tickets.

Prices are high compared to other equally equipped local theaters. Show times are sometimes inconvenient, such as some movies that only play at the same time every day. Food options are acceptable, albeit expensive compared to other theaters. Shows are offered in 3D, ultra AVX and other modern formats, but seating/comfort is average at best.

Their offer and variety of movies are always good and up to date. They have spacious theatres, however it gets really packed on weekends and holidays, since its one of the only cinemas in this side of town. They seem to have later show times compared to other cineplex but its good for the night owls and people with busy mornings

i went to watch the nun.. i dont know if its an omen or something.. i was late and my credit card wasnt working.. at the pizzastore in it, the staffs were so slow and not even attending customers and obviously understaffed.. they were really annoying so i went on to buy popcorn and a drink, obviously for a price of a f**king meal.. in the movie, the stupid 'usual' brampton mischief makers making noises causing the whole "entertainment experience" a joke... the theater is good.. staffs were lazy asf.. and importantly the people were annoying... laughing and joking and talking during the f**king show.. lighting flashlights to find the seat cuz they were 15 minutes late... literally shining the silver screen and on our f**king face... and please Bramptoners have some social etiquette... I need to find a place were people go to "watch' movies as a art..

The staff are always quite friendly. The bathrooms are always clean, as well, and with lots of paper towels available. Be sure to arrive at least a half an hour before your screening to get food and drinks, good seats and tickets.

Where are the latest films? 10 years ago, this theater played all types of films. From Disney pictures to Action blockbusters, and tent pole features. Now............you can't even find Oscar contenders even screening. This place didn't even screen Birdman, Grand Budapest Hotel, Inherent Vice, or A Most Violent Year! It's sad that this theater, which is less than a block away, can't be counted on for quality pictures and leaving me and the buds to watch it downtown. For shame!!!!

SilverCity Brampton was closed for more than an year and they welcome guests with dirty carpets, ripped seats and unorganized line-ups. For the amount we pay for tickets and snacks, we deserve better!

Okay selection of movies. The experience would be better if they made a point of closing adjacent theater doors. It isn't pleasant when your movie is interrupted by the sounds coming from the theater next door.

This is your pretty run of the mill cinema. The staff is helpful, ticket prices are pretty much the standard, however I'm not too happy that they've changed their policies on refills. They charge the same as they used to for a large fountain drink, but now it doesn't come with a refill.

This is the worst theatre to date. Not only was the whole theatre evacuated due to a fire alarm, the management at the time did not give reason as to why it had happened. A movie you would like to watch has now been cut off and delayed until the next time you get a chance out of anyone's busy life to watch. Stay away from this theatre as it might shut down your movie half way through. isn't there like a policy against bringing your crying baby in the theatre? really?

Went here for the first time concession stand sold me 2 variety of popcorn they didn’t have I mean is it not your job to know what your selling ? Super rude so I asked for a refund of my popcorn and drink combo the cashier proceeds to grab my drink that was a quarter gone out of my hand and said well I’m taking this back too I said I’ll buy the drink subtract it from my refund she refused to sell em the drink so I ask you would rather throw this away than to sell me a half consumed drink ? She said yes and said I didn’t need to Be so rude once I asked if she could hurry as by this point it was over 25 minutes my movie had already started then I go to my movie and have people without tickets in my seat that swear it’s there seat while I show the paper that says f 18 (my seat ) I leave the theatre and as I’m trying to cool off security is dealing with the guy who was in my seat hey go and the people who were there his or moved cannot believe how much stress this has caused me as I’m dealing with depression and wanted just a relaxing night will never be back

The service is decent, some people seem like they don't want to be there. Overall this place is probably one of the worst places to go to watch movies.

Brampton's best theatre. Sometime they skew heavily towards Bollywood films, but it makes algorithmic sense. Rest assured you'll see all wide release first run films here... You may encounter suburban teenagers....avoid feeding them and project confidence. They'll leave you alone.

The theatre itself is really good. 16 screens with some higher tier options. Food is pretty standard. More popular for kids and families so if that isn't something you mind, this is a good location to go to.

Great, large theatre. Free parking available but as with any cinema, it's tough to find a spot during peak hours. Very large and inviting interior atmosphere. Your experience will usually be determined by how respectful others in your theatre are. Facilities are great!

Worst experience in my life for movie theaters. First the lady where we bought the tickets didn't add the our combo but charged us for it. Then food stand forgot to give us a extra cup we bought. Then the fountain center didn't have cup lids. Last, they forgot to close the doors in the beginning of movie I will never come here again! Worst theatre! I honestly think all Cineplex theaters look the same apart from perhaps the downtown TO location. But I have always found this to be a busy one. I have watched every single super hero movie in their IMAX theater and will continue to do so. Unless you choosing to go VIP any nearby cineplex is the same.

I like the way they scan tickets on your mobile at the entrance. It is fast and paper saving option. You don't need to have print out of tickets and no need for a person checking at the auditorium door.

Will avoid this cinema like the plague. Stale popcorn and poor customer service at the concession. No social distancing inside the theater. No one following covid protocols when not eating. People talking and playing on cell phones throughout the entire movie. Drink machines closed before the movies were even done so no refills. Just all around annoying time at the theater and it's definitely not the first time with this cinema. Thought time would have changed things but I was wrong. So fool me once, fool me twice... but not a third.

Very good seats that recline in auditorium 15, great sound and picture, awesome self serve pop machines like Canada's Wonderland. Not sure why the kids package does not come with reusable cup of the major movie anymore? Theater clean floors not sticky and above all seats were clean a very enjoyable movie experience.

Unfortunately, most of people attending here have no manners. The auditorium looked like a trash disposal place. People are incapable of putting their own garbage in the can. Poor staff, they have to deal with all the waste. I loved the closed Orion Gate, it was way better. To the staff I would give them 5 stars

A regular here, and I always enjoy this place. Tons of movies, plenty of choices, DBOX and UltraAVX, Starbucks and Outtakes and a massive amount of drink choices! I constantly crave the Pulled Pork Poutine from Outtakes here and always get it for a movie...and I don't know why but this location has the best Pulled Pork Poutine out of plenty of other locations I've been to! Can get pretty busy on certain days, I'd recommend buying tickets in advance.

The theatre is big and offers a wide option of food and beverages, however the floors of the theatre are usually sticky and not cleaned properly. The chairs are semi comfy but they aren't anything special like recliners with a footrest like some other theatres have.

My rating is based on my experience yesterday February 28. I bought tickets for the 10 p.m. and noticed that the drink selection we're finished and not refilled, which is unfortunate, you would think that you pay your money to see a movie and you would have the option to pick any drink. Since I was off I went to see a Maintnee.. There was only 8 people in the theatre and it was great. Disappointed that the scene system was down so I had to pay but I was told keep my receipt and call Scene to get the points added. Other than that the place is clean, friendly and a good place to watch a movie.

Tried to watch spiderman into the spiderverse but couldn't cuz their film was corrupt. The was 1 worker who came into the theater and tried telling to us about the situation. I didn't find out about the cancellation until another movie started playing. I was told to go from one side or the theater to the other. Then I was finally told that the movie was cancelled. They were friendly on refunding me. They have my money back and 2 redeemable tickets. Still disappointed that I didn't get to watch the movie though.

Been going here for almost two decades and I have had an excellent experience every time. Theatre is always clean. The seats are quite comfortable. We had an accident where one of us were hit by a car on the street out front and couldn't make it to the movie. I called in and talked about the situation and the Customer Service rep was very understanding and refunded the cost of the tickets completely. Only issue, which is not a fault of the theatre, is that recently people seem to enjoy kicking the back of others' seats. It's quite disturbing how adults can act in such a terrible manner and continue to do so when asked to stop. When watching older movies in empty theatres there is often a group of people making noise and just being absolutely trashy and selfish; why bother going to a movie when you're not even going to watch? Small tip for those that enjoy AVX: Don't pick the seats directly in front of the 3D Box chairs or you will get kicked from behind from their sudden chair movements! Especially during horror movies.

I purchased the DBox tickets but both seats were dysfunctional. Couldn't find any staff to help us. We paid the price for ultra avx DBox experience but we'r stuck sitting on chairs which didn't recline nor offer the said experience. Waste of money.

Only theater left in Brampton now. Seatac were good and now that you can prebook your seat on line it is pretty good. Not bad but I the screen had a big brown mark down the centre in theater 12 which caused a bit of a distraction but the movie was very good so I just forgot about it. The food stand cashier was extremely friendly and even attempted to look up which theater we were in but her system wasn't up to date. I'd go back

Great movie selection. With enough scene points I had a free movie admission. Go early enough for a good seat view and almost no long line ups at concession vendors. (Wish popcorn was a little bit cheaper----but their popcorn is so good I can't get enough of it.????

Good movie theater. It is not the best I have ever scene (pun intended), but it is better than some theaters. The only issue I have is with the ticket purchasing area , as the line when waiting to purchase tickets gets really huge sometimes and it is really frustrating when your movie is about to begin and you are still waiting in line.

Decent place, around 20-25 theatres. The screens could have better viewing angles for the edge and front most seating, but other than that it is pretty nice. Food is overpriced, as expected from a movie theatre that isn't rainbow cinemas. Seats are comfortable, and the freestyle coke machines are a nice bonus. No free refills for even the largest of drinks, so keep that in mind when buying drinks or snacks. Literally a dollarama in the same plaza if you're broke enough to not afford $15 popcorn.

I watched Aquaman in UltraAVX and D-BOX and it was a great experience. I purchased e-tickets using the Cineplex Mobile App on my BlackBerry MOTION Android smartphone. Will definitely go back to this theatre which has 16 cinemas, 3D, UltraAVX and IMAX.

Good theater, been going here since I was a kid. Service is what is to be expected, fairly clean and the movie variety is pretty good stretching into international films too in order to cater to the demographic here which I'm fine with. Drinks and food are expensive as always, as expected of Cineplex and any other larger company like this. Drink machines are those cool Coke Freestyle machines so that's nice!

Huge, multi theatre complex, with your standard, stadium seating, huge screen, and massive sound system. The regular seats are good, but I usually spend the extra few bucks for reserved seats. Not only does this guarantee you can get the seats you want, but the seats are bigger, more comfortable and slightly recline. The city of Brampton has a large East Indian community, as such, this theatre plays the standard movies, plus they show a large selection of Bollywood movies. Coming down from a small community to visit this location, I find the sheer size of it, and the amount of people here, a bit overwhelming, but it is a nice location. The staff can be really busy at the counters on a weekend evening, but they seem to be friendly and helpful. The theaters and bathrooms are usually clean and full of supplies.

It has ample parking space, the theaters are clean from inside and it has good food (the kinda food you’d expect from a movie theatre). It’s our go to place for family movies. The only downside is that sometimes it gets really crowded, especially on the wknds.

One of the best theatres in Brampton. There are constant upgrades and the most recent one I noticed was the small Starbucks counter! You don't get all the drinks you would like but its got most of them! This facility has the DBox in select screening rooms and if you are planning on watching a movie like Star Wars, I'd say that it is worth it! About parking, well its busy don't expect anything less. If you go for a movie that is not UltraAvx, it would be in your best interest to go early not just to get seats, but also to seat your car in a parking spot which is decently close to the venue! Else, you might end up parking way off in the distance! Best tip I can give to anyone going to a Cineplex is, GET THE CINEPLEX CARD! Its totally worth it even though Cineplex decided to reward its users with lesser points than before!

I've lived in Brampton and have been going to this theatre for years as it's slowly decayed into one of the worst theatres in the GTA. The theatre is old and long overdue for a renovation. Half of the concession stand is never used yet there are lineups that take up to 25 minutes to get popcorn. Now once you get to the front the staff at the concession are rude and act like you're disturbing them when you order. There are not enough seats in the main area while you wait those 25 minutes for your friends to grab some food. After you've stood for 20 minutes you get to sit is a disgusting theatre for 2 hours. The seats are covered in gum and stains as well as ripping in certain spots, the floors and carpets are equally stained. Now the bathrooms...I've been in gas station bathrooms that are cleaner. The floor and walls are gross and covered in who knows what, the stalls and toilets look like they haven't been replaced or properly cleaned in almost 10 years and the stall I got also did not have a cover on its large roll of toilet paper. Half the roll was on the floor with the other half closely exposed to the toilet. This is not sanitary when there are hundreds of people coming through the building a day. The state of this theatre is becoming more and more unacceptable and should undergo some changes before more people leave to go to another theatre or continue to watch movies from the comfort of their own home.

It's okay, I would give more reviews but look at the food pricing popcorns and drinks. 8 dollars for regular size popcorns. Come on! Can you find a different way of making money. Other than parking space is sufficient or enough being in trinity commons, getting in and out is not a hassle.

I have been going to this move theatre for several years now. The location is very convenient, but they really have to upgrade the interior and exterior space. It has looked the same for as far back as I can remember. Though it is a pleasant experience watching the movie in the actual theatre and it is nice and clean to enjoy.

Only 1 in 3 people could use them (cash, prepaid and access one card users all getting frustrated waiting for 2 cashiers. On busy Sunday afternoon they also had only 3 cashiers on the snack bar. Screens and seating are fine though once you finally get in.

I find the theaters are usually very dirty and aren't cleaned properly prior to the next show. Lots of parking and easy to navigate. Avoid waiting in line for tickets, use the automated service or use the Cineplex app. Makes life a lot easier. Good food options, and the popcorn is fresh. This is one of the most central theatres in Brampton. On weekends and Tuesday evenings expect it to be packed. Overall it's usually very clean inside. I've been coming here for years, solid theatre.

While the service was pretty good on our date night, my boyfriend and I were less than impressed with SilverCity lack of intervention with a large group that was in our theater that was annoying many of the patrons. The kids (most of whom were under 10) kept kicking our seats, throwing food, the mothers went out for a smoke break while the 5 kids were left to there own devices. Another patron got so frustrated she walked out to tell a staff member but nothing was done. With regards to the facilities, the ladies bathroom towards the end of the night was disguising and dirty. Its a shame because it's a nice facility and ticket staff were very helpful.

My experience was a great one. I went to the Guardians of The Galaxy Vol 2 last night (Sunday May 7th) with my boyfriend and a couple of friends. My boyfriend accidentally left his cell phone in the theatre and we drove all the way home without realising it. (we do not live in Brampton) We called Silver City Customer services and they took our information and had the employees on location check for us. Unfortunately, nothing was found but they had said another movie (in the same theatre) had already started so we would have to wait but they searched inside and outside for us in case it was dropped. I asked the customer service rep to please call me if anything turned up. At this point we presumed the phone had been picked up and stolen but we were still hoping for the best. I went on my phone and logged into the "find my iphone" ap for his information... his cell phone said it was offline so I filled out the part you can provide contact information for the person who finds the phone to call (because they wouldn't have the password to get into it) and we went to bed. At about midnight (when the movie had ended for the following show) a guy called and said he had found it on the floor during the movie and would turn it into guest services. We expressed our gratitude and within SECONDS the customer service rep called me to let me know. We have since picked up the phone. I have complained relentlessly about the lack of staff they have there considering the high volumes so I was exceptionally pleased to have people working their so promptly available and ready to help. Everyone involved helped us immediately and were very patient and kind. There was also several follow up e-mails between their head office and the theatre itself within minutes of the initial phone call. It's really nice when people show their kindness as I know not everyone would be so helpful, especially considering this was our mistake and was in no way the fault of the establishment or employees. Thank you kind people of Brampton for restoring my faith in humanity. I have had several bad experiences in the Brampton social scene. Oh and I guess I should mention the movie was great too...

Not a bad theatre and has a lot of parking available. Biggest issue is that there are not very many self serve ticket kiosks, especially compared to other Cineplex locations. I think they only had two at this location. The lineup to buy tickets was ridiculous, but luckily we bought ours using the app and bypassed the whole thing. Not a big issue, but for those that don't use/know about/have the app, more self serve kiosks would speed up the process.

This theatre is a shithole. . Every time I see a movie there I have to turn around and tell some dumb kid to stfu or to stop kicking my or my gfs chair. Courtney Park theatre is much better and cleaner. Bathroom floors have piss all over them and the lobby is full of punk kids who's parents drop them off and pick them up when it's bed time.

Overall, a decent theatre. I don't think this is the best theatre out there, as it gets extremely packed and sometimes, the wait times are long. The theatres themselves are okay, but sometimes are too small to fit a collective amount of people. The quality of this theatre is great and the arcade area, while small, is actually used and decent. Food quality isn't the best as what I'm used to in other theatres and it doesn't help that it's expensive.

Brampton's best movie theater, due to that is super busy and really crowded, so I try to only go there during the week days early shows, weekends and late shows you have to go super early to get a good sit. The theater is great because it has all the latest technology, good food court and a small arcade. Like all theater the food is super expensive so try to eat before going here.

This theatre fluctuates between a 2 star and 4 star rating; there are times it's not properly attended to and properly cleaned, the bathrooms frequently smell like urine , many of the patrons are rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful - this speaks volumes about the kind of people that live in this area! Last night - cheap Tuesday - my fiancee and I went to see Black Panther; a fair movie, but not great/overblown hype. Anyway, it got crowded; people were still streaming in when the movie had begun. A whole family had to sit on the stairs to view the movie and then they left their refuse on those stairs upon leaving. Totally unacceptable! Having recently moved here from Kitchener, I consider this area of Brampton truly a ghetto!!

Been living around the area for 10 years and this place has never dissapointed! They have a good diverse staff that does not panic with the ample rush that the Theatre receives. The service overall is quick and the food is always feels fresh. Their overall system is fast and efficient, especially with the new eTickets on your phone. After many visits, there have been very few technical difficulties which has maintained a positive customer experience. In more specifics, their UltraAVX does definitely have a difference and D-Box is smartly integrated into the general theatre hall. I love movies and Cineplex is the place to go!!

Nice place But I don't understand why you have to allot seat numbers when no body follows them. This is the third time we sat at a different spot as out seats which we had booked were taken. And when asked politely that the seats they are sitting in are ours were given a reply to sit else where. If you want people to follow seats numbers then you should have ushers taking people to their seats so that others can enjoy the movie in the seats they have booked in advance. Please take out the self serve complicated pop machines it is really a nuisance. Half the time kids are playing with it and others are waiting in line for a turn to play with it. This theatre is always packed no matter what. If you hate walking in freezing temperatures then either find another cineplex which is not that busy or prepare yourself before you come to this cinema specially over the weekend. because when it is super busy there are barely any chances that you will find a close parking spot. and make sure you book tickets online because then you can pickup from the kiosk and you don't have to be in a lineup. which will save you about 20 to 30 minutes.

We have been to the Silver city Cineplex a couple of times. Its quite a nice theatre with all the cool amenities. I'm writing this review because I don't think I will ever go to that theatre anymore. On Wednesday, May 22nd 2019, Went to watch John Wick Chapter 3 for the 12:50 pm show. The crowd was pretty less and the the seating arrangement was general. There were two teenagers making out and having sex a couple of seats in front and it was really embarrassing. None of the people batted an eye. After a while, they went and sat at the far end and finished the "act" . Some people left the theatre because of the disgusting audacity shown by these kids. I don't know the Cineplex rules but I'm sure sex is absolutely not allowed. This was just plain hideous. After a good 20 minutes- these teenagers left. The movie was fantastic- but the first 20 minutes was just rude and very unpleasant for all the people at the theater. I request the cineplex staff to make the rules a little more strict. I mean, sex! seriously, get a room! (I cant post this without giving any stars- therefore- one star)

Poor setup with food service. The food outlets have now been centralized which leads to absolute chaos to collect your prepaid order of food. Makes no sense on very busy nights and the staff unfortunately get overwhelmed with the volume of orders and are unable to cater to requests in an efficient manner. My advice, go on a slower night which goes against when most people go to a movie.

The food service is well done and fast, although it's overpriced; keeping in tradition with other Cineplex theatres. The AVX screens are great in both picture and sound, but "regular" showings often have poor volume and weak mixing (very little bass). D-Box seats are also available.

Silvercity Brampton’s staff and the theatre itself is wonderful well coordinated. However it is the movie goers who ruin the experience, a lot of them always come late and turn on their phone flashlight to find their seat when you are trying to enjoy the movie. If you do not go to a seat selection theatre, there might even be fights.

As a young man I used to come here a lot with friends and they had every great movie, now you get a select few new ones and like 5 Indian movies..... why tf are you showing Indian movies but no other multicultural movies oh of coarse because Brampton is over run by them now. They smell and dress horribly and have the worse English and vocab. For an extra 15minute drive I'd prefer Vaughns Cineplex at least there you can find more movies better theater quality and less Indian movies more blockbusters.

SilverCity Brampton is a really good movie theatre. There are really helpful staff and they are nice. The food prices could be better (but it’s a movie theatre, what do you expect) and the arcade was really fun! But, it would be better if the arcade had credits and you could get prizes. Watched a Bollywood movie on 10th oct.. honestly saying Silvercity totally spoiled the evening, seriously non professional approach by the management.. The seats(F-17,18) in Audi-10 are of no use and i am wondering why management has those seats... there is a wall in front of these seats and no one can see the screen fully while sitting comfortably on them... you have to rise up little to watch coz the small wall in front creates the barrier between you and screen... Really Looking for my money back which i spent for my spoiled evening by the Cineplex.....

The lobby of the cinema is very open concept with two arms on the left and right which house the cinemas. I haven't been to the AVX at this cinema, but the regular seating cinemas are pretty decent. The arcade in the lobby is fairly big and the games are fairly new. It seems to have been outfitted with Rec Room style cards in order to play. They have long tables at the back that will seat large parties. It's kept very clean and the staff seem very friendly. As Orion Gate cinemas have closed, this is one of the few Brampton cinemas left.

Decent movie theater and the only one in Brampton I know about. There isn't anything special but nothing that bad about the theater also. Movies have got so expensive now a days when you can watch all of them online for free. I only really come to the movies when I have 1000 scene points and since I'm with Scotia bank it works out. If you are a fan of Indian movies they show them at this location. Every movie I watch here though has noisy annoying people in it and think they should crack down on having security check the theater for noisy people and kick them out cause it ruins the movie hearing some kids acting stupid.

I would have to say I was disappoint! I was there at 1430 so putty early in the day and thought the place was absolutely filthy. You could tell that the place was not cleaned up from night before. When I went to the washroom the floors were wet and urine covered. Once again you tell that this was from the night before (what stench.????????) In theater 10 the floors where clearly not vacumed it was full of crumbs pop corn and stains. Furthermore the seat that I was about to sit in was full of slimy goo. The lines to get food was disorganized to the point where I had people stepping ahead of me. I then waited with other customers for 10 minutes for the food that I ordered. I asked about three times for it but there employees where confused and disorganised. I will not go here again, it felt like I was in the slums.

My wife and I went to watch The nutcracker. The ticket booth employees were fine however, the concession staff was very unprofessional. They were huddled up talking and joking around. One was using lip balm and I didn't see her wash her hands after touching her lips. The ticket taker was also quite slow. Over all, sub-par experience.

okay, for starters me and my cousins walked into the theatre and one of the employees rudely yelled “we’re still cleaning”. Like ummm there was no need to yell and on top of that there was nothing cleaned, skittles were squished on the floor and popcorn was everywhere. Second, in theater #5 we were watching slenderman at the 10:20 showing and the people there were testing their emergency lights IN THE MIDDLE OF A SO CALLED HORROR MOVIE. Every 5 minuets they’d start blinking or the light would stay on for like 45 seconds. On top of that a lady next to us kept screaming “this is a horror movie, not a light show”. Like miss calm yourself. Before the movie started we politely asked for her to move one seat over because we were short one seat and she said “no, I have to be exactly in the middle. Either I stay in this seat or leave.” Honestly she should’ve just left. Everyone else was willing to move over. Even her daughters were embarrassed but honestly I would be too if I was related to that. I Wasn’t even able to appreciate my extra buttered layer by layer popcorn. Should’ve just stayed home and watched The Bye Bye Man being recorded on an android.

Brampton's best theatre! (Even though Brampton only has 2 big chain theatres, this one is great regardless). This theatre has 16 auditoriums and two of them are UltraAVX. And the UltraAVX theatres are all great, the screens are huge, the sound is big, and the seats are comfy. I went to the theatre by Square One to watch Star Wars: Rogue One in IMAX, because IMAX is amazing. But I'm 95% sure it was Lie-MAX, because the screen wasn't even as large as the UltraAVX screens at Silvercity. Long story short, if you want a huge screen experience like IMAX, go see UltraAVX at this theatre.

We arrived to watch Hobs & Shaw, and when we went to go sit at our already online boughten tickets, there were people sitting in them. When we asked the people about the seats it turned into an argument and they had told us the staff had gave them our online bought D-Box seats to them because theirs weren’t working. When trying to get the issue resolved asking the staff for help, they were lounging around talking to each other for 15 minutes before we gave up on their help and went for the manager. The manager was no help either as we just wanted to watch the movie but she wanted to issue a refund. We then asked for free tickets to see the next movie and she said she couldn’t do that. Overall we got our money and scene points refunded but did not get to watch the movie.

This was my first and going to be the last time coming to this theatre. I walked in to something that felt like a zoo. Luckily I purchased my tickets in advance. My popcorn was cold...& couldn’t even enjoy it. When I get to my movie, there was absolutely no seats so we sat at the very bottom which we had no choice. But every 15/20 minutes, the lights would turn on in the movie for no apparent reason and it’s not like they got turned off right away. It took them time to turn it off. This ruined my experience of watching movies at the theatre. Thank you silver city Brampton!

Women’s washrooms are so disgusting that it would haunt your worst nightmares. The customer service lacks simple communication: ‘hello’ and ‘you are welcome’ are words I didn’t think you needed to train staff on but I guess you do here. The floors leading up to each auditorium looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed since they had their grand opening. The seats in the auditorium need a professional cleaning company to disinfect them, and the floors need to be swept as food shouldn’t have mould under the seats. I think the manager of this location needs a visit to the Ottawa location on Carling Ave to review how a theatre should be run and what it should look like.

Bought our tickets for beauty and the beast in a week advance. Waited for almost an hour in line before we got into the cinema and then we went to our seats. We had reserved seating and got into a little discussion with another customer who had taken our reserved seats. We checked our tickets to make sure we had the right seats only be shocked to see the time of the show was for an identical slot in AM instead of PM! Never even knew there were AM shows! Pretty disappointing way to end the night. Lesson here, check your tickets cause you never know what the service agents placed you in.

This is by far the worst movie experience I have ever had. There was dried sauce or vomit on our seats - when we asked for someone to clean it up, the cleaning girl didn’t even want to and asked her coworker to do it. Throughout the movie, the last rows were talking and laughing the whole time. My sister actually asked them to be quiet and they laughed at her. We waited 20min, then moved up two rows only to have the four people in front of us continuously talk as if they were at a party. My sister left halfway to complain and the manager, Avneet came in for 5min from what I saw and the security guard came in and just stood there even as the people in front of us used their phones to film the screen and started laughing and talking. When I went to talk to a manager, the security guard was already on the defensive and concluded that it wasn’t her job to tell people to be quiet at the movies. The manager Avneet kept saying that she needs to bring her cleaning staff up to date and that the security guard was wrong and she needs to update them as well. If no one is up to date on their jobs, what are you doing as manager? She then became aggressive, as my four sisters and cousins witnessed, and I backed away. She then told my sister who left the theatre that she wouldn’t give me a refund because I was being disrespectful. A refund wasn’t what I needed, I needed a manager and theatre to actually be accountable and not let a security guard be rude to a customer and then walk away. Avneet, please take a course on customer service.

Received good service throughout but the actual auditorium (11) itself was terrible. It had't been clean and on top of that it was like they had cranked up the heat to make my experience even worse. We came to watch a movie yesterday with our whole family, in which there were some kids and seniors. First of all, the movie was supposed to begin at 10:40 pm and began at 11 pm, 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Everyone takes time out of their busy schedules to get together with family, and this is such a waste of time sitting around for 20 minutes waiting for the movie to start. Another thing, we came to watch an Indian movie & they are usually 2 + hours, which is why they have intermissions/intervals, for certain individuals to use the bathroom or go pick up some more food but this was not given. SO FIRST YOU START THE MOVIE 20 MINUTES LATE AND THEN NO INTERVAL... this makes no sense. Why not just start the movie on time & give a proper break in between..?Hope this review can make your service better. Thank you.

It's an ok theater to go to, by far not the best. I've had 3 issues with it so far: 1.went to watch a movie and the theater beside mine was so loud I could hear that movie more than mine. 2.was watching another movie and the picture turned off but the sound was still playing, about 7 minutes later the picture came back on and then they rewind it back to where the issue started and resumed it lol. That was it. 3.bought popcorn from there once and after getting half way into the bag the popcorn was literally crumbs. I've tried speaking to a manager all 3 times and I was told there is no manager available at that time of the day, I tried calling and nothing. So at the end of it all this theater has not giving any sort of satisfaction or courtesy to customers that seem to have issues there

I use a walker for mobility. There is no ramp into the building where the wheelchair parking is located! Fortunately my sister was able to pull the walker up the steps. I prefer the movies at Steeles/410 - they have better seats and I can sit at the top of the theatre instead of near the screen as it was in yours. We were in theatre #4 Saturday Jan. 27th and it was freezing - most people had to keep their coats on. $10.00 for a bag of popcorn with butter is outrageous!!

Why anyone would go to this theater and pay $12 for the privilege of sitting among a bunch of loud kids with no respect whatsoever, when you can go to the Orion Gate on Steeles and see the same movie with less chance of interruption? This theater's proximity to a residential area makes it a gathering place for hooligans who can't afford the bus fare to take them to the mall. On one of my last visits, my significant other and I saw Django Unchained. It took nearly ten minutes for the clerk to make a simple hot chocolate. We made it into the auditorium with a moment to situate ourselves. Near the end of the film, the house lights came up DURING the opening credits. The cleaning staff then tried to rush us out, telling us not to bother sitting through the credits, there was nothing that happens after the credits. In fact, there was a brief scene after the credits, so we stuck around, and the staff cleaned around us. I found this highly disrespectful, and contacted Cineplex. The manager of the theatre contacted me back by e-mail, apologizing for the inconvenience, and offered a pair of free passes. I responded, advising that was not expected, but appreciated, and asked if we could pick the passes up on the weekend. Despite three replies, the manager never bothered to return my e-mail.

The place is very clean compared to other cinemas I've went to. Although the theatre is not that huge it's a very sanitized. Love the staffs as they are very friendly.

Standard theatre. I was impressed by the food prices. We go a poutine and it was only $6.50 which usually theatre food is overpriced. Love that Cineplex offers the ability to scan your ticket at entry from your phone because we always buy online and it makes the whole process seamless.

The facilities themselves are okay. Don't know why there is no time play, and the service generally sucks. The concession stand workers work very slow. The drink like is inevitably slow and tedious. Could be better with better management, but likely not going to happen.

Service at this theatre is lacking. It's also one of the busiest ones in the area. It's usually dirty, crowded and full of lines. Driving to a further theatre is worth it for a better experience

It was as if this place had no managers, employees look like they hate their job. The ground is sticky all over the place especially near the pop machines. Got a heavy dirty vibe from this place. This is the closest cinema to me but will never be going here again. Whoever is in charge does not care.

Why don't people in brampton have any respect for other movie goers. Only here will you find people constantly on their phones or talking during the movie. Avoid this theatre and go to courtney park instead.

I had the worst service ever in the food court. There were at least 10 people working behind the counter and they were chatting with JAY. When I asked for a fresh pop corn. They said they are not allowed to pop anymore and I was denied the service after standing in line for 20 min. Jay do not like to treat customer with respect and he was ready to fight at that moment. I will never go to this theater again. Jay should never be allowed to work on the front desk with that kind of attitude.

I have been going to this location for few years now. Movie experience doesn't disappoint; however the place needs major interior renovation. The seats are broken, carpet appears to be worn out and the washrooms are not clean most of the times.

Used to be a good place to watch a movie. They offer multi cultural movies as well. That’s why 2 stars. Lost 3 because of how it is nowadays. The AUDIENCE nowadays makes the experience the worse, and staff need to learn how to control them. There are loud people during the movie who yell, purposely laugh loud, use their phones for calls, and make all this extra mess. They don’t give warnings at all. Been here bunch of times and this always happens. The employees don’t do anything about it. Employees should at least give warnings out to those disruptive people if not kick them out.

Yesterday,I bought four tickets for movie in Aud 15 Row F1,2,3,4 When we sit there in front there is wall which is too high even barely I can see the top of screen.And kids can’t see anything except wall in dark mode.Then I went to ticket counter I told the problem that I cant see the screen,they said they know about it and they can do refund. The problem is if they know the problem why they sell tickets online and Why the management not fix the view from chairs. So my advise not to buy ticket in aud 15 Row F 1,2,3,4

I went to see Spiderman into the spiderverse with my friends, the visuals were amazing and the soundtrack and system was on point, rooms are clean as well as washrooms, be sure to use the butter machine for extra butted on your popcorn, fond memories competing in the arcade, i almost won the stack game, will be coming back for marvels end game

As always the price for concessions is ridiculous... $25.00 for two pop, a bag of popcorn and a small bag of candy is steeply over priced. Especially after you pay for movie tickets. But what do you do... The theatre is as well maintained as most others so three stars is what I give. Do a bit better on cleaning and priceing for the other two stars...

This theater is great! Friendly staff and lots of great choices , I've been served by a few great people and I remember their names! If you go there I suggest at outtakes you look for Emily, Carina, Courtney, Damien , or David . some of the most friendly people there and make sure work is done!

The ice cream was still on display... but the ice cream machine was down!!! Don't show us the goods if you can't sell them to us!!! So then the other machine that dispensed ice cream-like items was also down!!!!! The womens' washroom was like an outdoor park washroom: pretty gross and smelled like pee. My cineplex experiences are always better than what I experienced at this one.

Had a frustrating experience with a manager at this location and escalated the issue to the customer service center. We missed our movie on our 1 day off for the week. We also had our son with us which made the whole ordeal more frustrating. The issue was a broken ticket machine. The way the situation was handled by the manager was very unprofessional and we now take our business elsewhere where we are appreciated as customers.

Today watched the Bollywood Movie - WAR. The sound has been set to extremely loud that my family had to put rolled napkins in our ears. This happen to us at the last Hindi movie watched as well at this same theatre. They need to test the sounds beforehand.

The place has plenty of parking, theatre food options and some arcade things inside. Two wings with different theater numbers staff are OK. Cleanliness is fine in theaters but could be better in washrooms. Overall an acceptable experience and place for the quick movie

I wasn’t happy with my experience today. Went to the 6:20 showing of Lion King on August 10th. Loads of ppl had cell phones out and no policing of it, and as well there honestly should be more respect for people who bring their children to these movies. If their children don’t have the attention span to sit down, be quiet, and watch the movie.... they should wait til the DVD release and watch it then. Don’t waste other ppl’s experience in a movie setting!!! The security also needs to grow some balls as well! Other than that it was an okay experience.

I wanted to go see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood but this Brampton location isn’t playing it instead they’ve chosen too play movies like Ardaas Karaan, Batla House, Sikander 2 and Sigham too name a few which those movies are for a specific demographic you can like them all you want but don’t substitute a movie that’s for the general audience for movies that only a couple people are going too see

Well, I guess it was ok . I mean this must be the modern theater experiance . 25 minutes of commercials, 15 minutes of previews. A generation addicted to there cell phone and talking while the movie is playing . Saw the last Skywalker, pretty good . I was 10 when the original came out, unforgettable. Ok back to Silver city , good atmosphere, food was good. I'm getting old and crusty , wont be going to the theater again
