If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars to this place for PR Application/Card related Photos, I would.. The lady's 1st comments are "recently all photos are failing to upload and error out due to one thing or the other. No matter how well you put pixels or the meet the size requirements, it's getting rejected. So just keep trying". She was detailed enough to notice that my teeth showed in the pics to take the pics thrice. But the fact that the whole white background is covered by the jacket I was wearing should be something that "SHE" should have pointed out and advised me when I asked to remove my jacket in the beginning since the photos are strictly required to be in a WHITE BACKGROUND. If you're a professional and you do this for a livelihood, you want to give your customer the best experience for them to come back and recommend others as well. The 2 digital photos she emailed me completely looked different from each other. There was a ZOOMED IN and a ZOOMED OUT version. WHY WOULD YOU GIVE 2 DIFFERENT TYPES/STYLES OF PHOTOS WHEN I ONLY WANT WHAT MATCHES THE REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS BY IRCC? I called her to confirm which of the 2 Photos I should use and she confused me even more by saying use the Zoomed Out version but named the Photo which was Zoomed In. Just give me the photos that match specifications as requested by IRCC if you know what you're doing. Please don't tell me you've been doing this for 17 years yet it doesn't reflect in your work. I chose to do business with you trusting you know what you're doing and it will help me secure my future. And thank you!! for returning my money back because the photos I have cannot be used.

Terrible experience with this establishment. My photo was taken for visa purposes. The employee at movie time stood 5 feet away and briefly showed me the photo. I did not see close up the imperfections with the photo. Once leaving movie time and viewing my photos and seeing the defects I called and addressed my concerns. I was told that she would have to charge me again for another photo. I stated that you seen the photo and the fact you would give me a photo in such poor quality was not professional. I asked to speak to a manager and all she could say was the manager was not there. I contacted the store after 6PM to speak with the manager and the manager said there was nothing wrong with the photo and they take 100 000 photo's. I simply told the manager I would not argue with her but the quality of service was poor. I would advise anyone NOT to take passport photo/visa with this establishment due to poor customer service and lack of accountability and integrity.

Rude service, thy don’t know to handle with kids. This place is the worst customer service in Canada. The lady working here, was telling us to leave the store, we came for passport pictures for our kids, and the lady not even try to take them picture, thy don’t know how to treat people or they only expecting certain people to business with them.

Girl working here wasted my time telling me to wait outside for 10 minutes and she would take my passport photo. During this 10 mins, customers lined up inside. Which makes no sense? Why tell me to wait outside while a line up forms. Any reply from the owner to me here will be a lie. Take your business elsewhere

I’m writing this review again because the management reply itu wrong information about my review, If you proof, that you took a single picture of one of my kids I’ll delete my review and give you 5star . they don’t even let my one kid sit one the chair.. we come to your place, not because we can’t find others but we have to encourage local business. To ladies were there and they were not happy when we entering to the store, and I was keeping my doo open for my 3 kids to come in, one of the lady said close the door. IM 100% CONFIDENT, THIS PEOPLE HERE NEVER HAPPY WITH OTHER PEOPLE THAN, THEIR NATIVES.

Worse experience ever! The lady working over there dosn't know the customer service. She was so rude and not giving attention to customer. She was in a rush while clicking the photo and was showing attitude. Very unprofessional work. I was so frustrated with her behaviour and would like to give zero-rating to her and her work. Went here for digital photo. Paid full price but when they sent the image via email, it was distorted in the bottom. When I called and the lady said this is not possible and that she will check and send again. Then I got the cropped picture back but still same at the bottom. Customer service was okay but they don’t know what they are doing. Go some place else. Not at all good service

This was the only place I could find to take my baby passport pics during the lockdown. The lady was very patient, kind and knowledgeable about the photo requirements. She is an expert at taking baby pics and she did very well with my 4 month old today. She was even very patient with me, given that I had various questions regarding the photo specs. I even called regarding a question re the application form and she was willing to help as well. Exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place for baby passport photos.

Response to owner: Gave 1 star after initial visit to the shop. Now changing from 1 star to 3 because of the follow up and the service on second visit. Reason- I had my passport size photos taken here and both pics were 4mm short on both sides. Unless its costco, I always ask shop owners to provide me with a scale so that I can measure up myself and see if the work done is proper as I am aware how they rush into work and quality is mostly compromised. However, I was guaranteed that it cannot go wrong and there was no need to recheck the work. So, I believed them and left the shop delighted. But I had to recheck. So, immediately after reaching home I measured them and found the pics to be way short on both sides. Had to go in again next day and they were more than willing to provide me with a new set of photos which is highly appreciable. But, again they rushed into cutting the pics and 2nd set of both pics came out 2 mm short again. However, in last attempt they go it v close. Latest set I got was still off by 1MM but I thought I could live with it and would give it a try by submitting my application. Honestly, I think it would have worked as well, had the ink not come/dissolved off. Date wasn't legible and it was hard to read shop name. So, I tore up the pics and trashed them as I didn't want to go in again and bother them, add to overall embarrassment and to my frustration. Would go somewhere else now hopefully to get better quality service. For me, 70 by 50 means 70 by 50..not "66 by 46" or "69 by 49". Zero compromise on quality. all in all 3 days wasted and my application is delayed.Not to mention the hassle. Appreciate the followup and efforts. Note For other Customers: Recheck the work before leaving to make sure it is up to the mark and avoid the hassle of having to go back.. ask them to wait for ink to dry up before putting the pics in the envelope after stamping them. Make sure stamp is proper and legible. You should be good I feel. Overall, owners are pretty friendly and accommodating and attempt to provide quick service. It would be a five star service if they fix these basic problems mentioned above as they cannot be overlooked.
