The games in the amusements section of the theatre 'mostly work' but you lose money in them as often as not (I.e. you put tokens or money in the slot and nothing happens). Most people can't be bothered to go to the counter to get a refund.

Being tall I find the seats narrow and uncomfortable. There was big mark like a pair of wings just down and left of center that was visible in clear shots. I dislike seeing commercials like Winnie the Poo 3 or 4 times before the feature. The Andre Rieu movie was good though.

Went to a movie where my girlfriend and I were literally the ONLY two in the theatre. We decided to sit in the nicer seats that they have available since we obviously were going to be stepping on anyone's toes. The manager actually came in and told us that b/c ppl pay extra to sit there we were not allowed to sit there. If there had been other ppl that paid to see that movie and paid to sit in those seats, I would have completely understood. But he came in just to abuse the tiniest bit of "authority" he had.

Great theater, comfortable seats, good selection of movies and we always find good seats. If you use the SCENE card, you will get points towards free movies, plus you get a discount on the snack bar. Speaking of snack bar, good selection, but a popcorn and drink are almost as expensive as a movie ticket... I highly recommend going on half price Tuesdays for a discount on the movie tickets.

Great little cinema. I took my daughter here for her 1st date and simply hit a local restaurant to wait. Lots of parking and great stores and restaurants nearby. Great location for a date. Just off the highway so it’s easy to find and easy to get in and out of.

Temperature could have been better. It's always cold when I go there. When I bought my tickets online it said there were only about 5 seats available. When we got there they had everyone crowded together in 2 rows and the rest of the theater was empty. I understand that's where they have the reserved seating but maybe they should spread the reserved seating rows out instead. It made it so everyone was tripping over each other but meanwhile, the rest of the theater was free. Poor planning on their behalf.

Its really as good as any other theater although its size might not be as colossus as others. It plays all the new movies and has great service. They also have arcade games for before or after movies as well as a birthday room for Birthday People. Really great Cinema!

The staff are always friendly, the service is great, and the theatre is always clean. My main issue is with some of the patrons. Perhaps it would be best of some people waited until the latest children's movie is out on Netflix instead of ignoring their kids WHILE BLINDING ME WITH THEIR FACEBOOK FEEDS WHILE I TRY TO ENJOY THE FRIGGIN MOVIE.

Smaller theatre than the bigger towns, but most of the screens are bright, clean and sound is loud but not too loud and the seats are ok. I am a tall person so I don't have enough leg room in most seats, but I am also a wide person and fit in all seats ok.

Pathetic! Spent $50 buying a R2D2 Popcorn & Pop bucket. Was told free re fills! Go to fill it up & told it's once per visit! The employee that sold me it told me otherwise! Employee s couldn't show me in writing where it said once per visit! Just insisted management's orders! Think I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to Gueplh where they are actually honoring what they sell!

Went to a late show, it was great as there were no line ups. Pricing on snacks keeps increasing , and the theatre smelled like someone was sick in there and it wasn't sanitized/deodoraized.

This is a nice theater, clean and not super busy! Drove out here to see a movie, granted it has been out for a couple weeks, but the theater was nearly empty. It was nice to not have a group of people talking through the movie. Consessioms are a little expensive. Bought 5 medium drinks and 2 popcorn and it came to like 50 bucks + the cost of the 5 tickets of course! But, it seems to be the going rate now adays. Theater was clean, only complaint is that there was an odd fan noise that came on and off randomly throughout the movie. Being that this movie had a lot more quiet scenes it was a little more noticeable. My wife didn't notice it though, she was clearly more into the movie than I was! Sound was good, picture was good, seats were comfy!

It is a small but average quality theatre, however since install of premium seating (primarily unused, crowded theatre with five rows of empty seats in the middle) it is harder to find a decent seat. (Obviously)

Mediocre at best. Limited options, minimal services, low staff, and not too many movie options. This theatre isn't anything special whatsoever. If looking for a real movie experience I suggest looking into the Alliston Imagine Cinema.

I had a bad experience with being over charged. The manager didn't believe me at first but then I showed him the machine was malfunctioning and instead of the manager giving me a refund for the price difference, he gave me a popcorn voucher. I wasn't impressed. Otherwise it's fine

its really good. i especially like it because it has Yogen Fruz in it, but its like any other movie theater in Ontario. The only thing is that sometimes it doesn't have some new movies that i want to see. for example they didn't have Alice Through The Looking Glass or The Space Between Us. But otherwise it's good.

I WAS SCAMMED. Everything was fine up until after the movie was finished. I paid for an arcade game and I was two thirds way through it, when the game completely shut off. When I approached the staff and said that I arguably could have won myself a new pair of $150 monster earphones. She then responded without apology that the games are automatically shutoff on a timer. This is without no reassurance or discussion of a refund. As a customer I was absolutely appalled by the customer service.

A decent theatre experience but be sure to get there in plenty of time for your show unless you always go to the automated ticket displays. The last four times I've gone to this location they have closed the ticket booth, instructed people to purchase them at the concession and only had one person working the counter. It likely isn't too bad on a weeknight but takes forever on the weekend.
