We had awesome experience! Best place to watch movies. The staff is friendly and the place is well organized. The crowd is fairly decent as well. If you go early and find a good spot, the experience is better. Oh, bring something for the …

Drive in 5 Retro vibes, it’s like going back in time. Very unique experience under the moon. Kids love it. Only complaint is about the food stand. Could have more choices of food, maybe if possible add pizza to the menu. It’s needs to be …

Love this place. Wish they kept the movies on a bit longer. Screen can be kind of dark, was a a little hard to see the action in Shang Chi. Staff are friendly and the food is tasty! Diner staff could be a bit cleaner but overall it's fine.

I was reading some reviews about this place but it wasn't really bad. I guess the down side is you need to go at least 2 hours earlier before the movie starts just so you can find the best parking spot. Nonetheless, the screen is big and I feel that the sound of the movie is more intimate especially when you're in the car.

Great place to visit. Very clean and professional place for a drive in movie. Picture was clear and everyone was nice! Washroom was not the cleanest but it wasn’t horrible.. would recommend to visit! Bring your own radio so you don’t have to keep your car on!

Pretty wacky going to a drive in during the winter. Visibility was a bit poor and the lot was a snowfield but the staff were working hard and the concession shop was well run. Also wasn't pricey. Chill way to see a movie.

Retro vibes, good movie choices, great prices....who doesn’t love the drive in?? You can purchase tickets online as well as food which they’ll bring right over to your car. A huge help with kids in tow & potentially sleeping. They also have a park which is nice for kids to run off some steam while waiting for the sun to set. As of now you can use up to 3 chairs to sit outside of your vehicle. Enjoy!

Lots of fun, family friendly and safe for COVID movie watching. The food place could use some work, but that was expected and part of the nostalgic appeal!

Great experience tonight. Was me and my friend's first time going. Lady at the ticket booth was very sweet. Grateful for actual indoor washrooms. Will have to try the food next time. Only bad thing is that a huge truck next to us had the …

Being in this ever changing pandemic, going into theater for movies was something I could not come to terms with. Hence searched and found this gem. First time being there, so some tips from this rookie. 1. But tickets ahead of time and choose the double marathon. If you are spending time, make most use of the time. 2. Get there 1 hour early, yes you heard me. This ensures you have good parking spot and time to setup in the snow (in my case) 3. Front or back. Choose and park as you prefer, if sitting out in chair then blanket, pillow, thermos and hot cocoa please. Popcorn may be a bit much with the wind..lol but your call 4. Preferably have supper at home if doing 7pm show and pee at home, facility did not have soap or tissues. 5. Ensure you hear the radio number at desk and connect to it. Use phone if outside the car and headphones 6. Turn off the engine and light 7. There is 2 ways to enter so choose your direction and yes there will be a car lineup to enter. Be a good sport and don't cut in line. We are all in this together..OK I am done with my blog now..ha ha.. ENJOY some quality unplugged huggy time with kids and make memories.

Saturday June 26 2021 3 movie a screen Screen 1 Fast & furious 9 Godzilla vs king kong Nobody Cost $30 ARRIVE EARLY!!!! WE CAME 2 HOURS EARLY AND IT WAS ALREADY PACKED The bathrooms was clean-ish I mean it's no Hilton public bathroom lol but cool signs ( I took pics of the men's bathroom so you can see at screen 1) My only real complaint was the Karen with the 4 children that wanted to argue & make a scene cause there was no lawn chairs allowed out side which when buying the tickets she read like everyone else, they also remind you at the entrance, the Karen also got mad cause they told her about her kids playing on a mountain of rocks ▪︎Dont expect the same quality you get at home or at cineplex it's the drive in !! ▪︎The sound quality is perfect it's based on your vehicle ! ▪︎for the people complaining about your headlights being on or "dim" and about ppl being mad at you.... you are the people that mess it up for the rest of us, how would you like to to watch a movie having bright lights hitting your mirrors or the screen, learn to operate your vehicle before you come, take out the fuse, hit the emergency brake which kills the headlights STOP BEING THAT PERSON

My first time back after 20 years and it was amazing to share it with my kids. The last time I was here is was a kid on-top of an old dodge camper caravan on the roof with an foam mattress and pillows in the summer. It was magical being back. Thanks for having me and the kids, I think they loved it more than I did ❤️

This place is amazing, but the ground is all dirt, so it's hard to drive into a spot when the ground is wet. I would highly recommend coming here if you're looking for something fun to do. Something I wish I knew before going is that radio apps don't work. You have to use your car radio or bring one.

Stefanie Maynard

The theater was amazing! I would definitely recommend that you download the app for their concession stand. Makes getting snacks and refreshments a lot easier! Once you order they will bring the snacks right over to you so you don't need to walk all the way back - which is especiallyhelpful if you are in theater 2 or 3. Would also suggest arriving an hour or so early, again especially if you are in theater 3. The spaces are limited in theater 3 so if you want to be able to see the screen get there early.

First time to go in a drive-in theatre and it is an amazing experience. You just have to go a little bit early to have a good spot. Their online food delivery is also fast and effecient with friendly staffs.

How can you not love a Drive In Movie Theater?! It's more about the experience when coming here - not to see the highest quality movie screen because of all the surrounding lights making the screen not as crisp, especially dark scenes. But again, you can't beat the experience watching back-to-back movies outdoors! The snacks are decently priced, but it's just classic typical Drive In movie food you'd expect. They've got 3 screens, so you've got options and there's usually one screen that's family friendly. They say they're dog-friendly, but I don't notice many moviegoers with dogs (but don't be that a-hole with a noisy dog while the movies are playing!) They've also got a decent playground setup, which is obviously good to keep the kids busy while you wait for the 1st movie to start. If you want a good spot, coming an hour before your movie starts is a good idea. Washrooms could be cleaner, but it's sort of like washrooms at a campsite which if you see it that way it's all good. I will always love coming here with family and friends - always a good time!

The mounds to tilt the front of the car up have been wearing down. The food is better than you'd expect especially with price considered. I do actually recommend eating here to not only support them but also because the dollar value for the food is there. I'll be honest, I wish it was a tad better but it's still there. Staff is friendly from what I've seen. Audio quality ranges for the full area. One complaint I have is that they'd tell people to turn their freaking lights off when it's affecting the viewing screen. Drives me nuts how inconsiderate people can be.

This is a great place for family to drive in and enjoy a nice movie under the stars. Unfortunately, this place is temporarily closed and will open in March 2022 according to their automated voice greeting. Its disappointing cause there are …

This drive in is amazing! Truly recommend during covid. It’s a different experience watching movie under night sky. My recommendations would be arrive an hour early (no joke), have bug sprays, maybe lawn chairs and figure out how to play fm radio maybe through an phone app or something. There were constant staff patrol to make sure everyone is following rules which is great. Good we’re very fairly priced also. Would definitely come back again!

I've been going in all year since covid, and it has been ok, but today dec 26th., really sucked. Waitting on line for 40 min, being late to watched a movie when you are 20 minutes before even started, 1 single lane opem for all the traffic …

First time going to a drive-in ever and this place was awesome! We live about an hour away from here so we purchased tickets online which was super easy! Definitely recommend arriving about an hour early for your movie (spots fill up quickly!). They have a snack bar that offers snacks, meals, cold/hot beverages. Our screen was about a 5 minute walk from the snack bar and washroom area however there is a porta potty if you don’t wanna walk all the way to the washrooms.

I had a great time as a first experience here. They lean heavy into the nostalgic throwback atmosphere of how I imagine movie nights used to be and that makes it fun. Other than checking tickets at the entrance, we didn't have to engage with anyone and no one ever bothered us which was awesome. Respect to them for starting the movie with a land acknowledgment and the national anthem that included Indigenous voices/language (though it would have been nice to have a specific naming of the nations who are the stewards of the land currently known as Oakville as opposed to a country-wide reference). I didn't end up going into the concessions area, it was a little too cold to want to leave the car. However I did go in search of the restroom and this is definitely the reason for removing a star. Though clean with running water, it is located around back of the building, barely lit outside and totally out of sight. Walking back there alone in the dark felt incredibly unsafe, and I almost turned around. I will visit this location again, but I would not return to those restrooms without a chaperone to stand guard. There are parking spots behind there so I might recommend driving to the restroom and then driving back to your movie watching spot as it's designed in such a way that anything could happen and no one would know.

Great during covid restrictions where social distancing is required, kids of all ages will have blast. Screen seems fuzzy right after sunset because it’s not dark enough outside, but after it’s fully dark, the screen image seems pretty clear. Get there at least 1hr in advance to get a decent spot!

Lucas Pascotto

About to watch the new Spider-Man no way home on screen one after so long of not doing anything and the screen was so dark all the dark scenes we could not see a thing completely ruined the experience for me, I left after 20 minutes asked …

Do not go unless you want to watch half of your movie. We arrived 30 minutes before the movie, and the line up to get in on Ford Street was over 45 minutes just to turn into the movie theatre. They have only 2 ticket attendants scanning tickets with 2 lanes open. They were completely sold out and only have 2 windows scanning tickets. The movie started at 7:35, arrived at 7:10 and we got in at a parking spot at 8:10. This was horrible, bad especially with children. When I mentioned this to the lady on the lying, she said we suggest you come at least an hour early! That is ridiculous. The staff is horribly rude. Save your time and don’t come here.

Joanna S

Unfortunately I can't leave less than a 1 star review. I was just rudely hung up on after being told I was being threatening on the phone after asking what can't be done to rectify tickets that were purchased prior to a snow storm. I was …

Nothing beats watching a movie while it is snowing out, a great experience. The parking and driveway are smooth, not bumpy like others with gravel. Prices were decent and nothing beats bring your dog to the movie's.

Veronica C

Go early and pre-order tickets. All shows were sold out and spots filled up fast. The drive-in was good and nicely spaced. However, NONE of the Covid-19 rules (no dogs, no lawn chairs) were followed. Also, lots of people either left their headlights on or kept turning them on and off. The theatre should have a reminder at the beginning for everyone to turn their lights off.

Foodie Canadian

Amazing experience. I love how they play some ads from the 50s to make the experience even better. We went the day before Halloween and the staff gave little goodie bags for the kids. Really nice gesture. …

I have been there twice this summer and may go one more time before summer ends. It has been great to safely be able to go and see movies again. I think I like being able to go the drive in more than going to a movie theater. The price is …
