Ticket terminal not working and no staff outside the concession. However, superior customer support from a young red haired lady who fixed the terminal issue and then helped an elderly man to a safe place for him to sit and calmed his wife. Very professional. She's a gem!

The seats are very comfortable. All you need is a blanket to enjoy a movie. I like the sound system and the way they designed the theatre. It is sloped property snd there are descent leg room between seats. I only wish they had IMAX and DBOX

An excellent theatre, it is so nice inside. The way they set up the concession line is good, everyone lines up in the same one so you don't have to pick the right one. The chairs in the theatre are the best I've ever been to!

Social distancing at it's finest. No line-ups, staggered start times, people spaced out around the theater....great job Landmark...we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!!

This theater stands up to all the "hype". Huge free parking lot right out front. Lots of concession available for short lines. The theater seats are super comfortable and the recline with a footrest makes it like sitting in the recliner at home. Great theater.

Decent theater, not usually very busy, nice small theaters, decent popcorn, nice chairs... but like all theaters, expensive. But this is one of the less expensive ones I’ve been to, so that’s good. The overall quality of the sound and picture doesn’t seem to be as good as other theaters in the city, though, but you get what you pay for.

Far better than Galaxy cinemas downtown, for a ton of reasons! - Parking is ample, and free - Seating is better than the $25 VIP seats at Cineplex -ticket prices are only $12-13 I think in general the only thing galaxy has is the drink service that VIP offers, but that's an easy thing to give up for what is arguably a WAY better viewing experience at Landmark!

Filthy, filthy filthy. We had to move a ton of refuse to get into our seats, there was garbage absolutely everywhere. So many moths were flying around during the movie that they made us wonder what else was crawling or flying around. This is unacceptable anywhere, never mind a brand new facility. I feel so bad for the family in front of us, having to move so much garbage, too, just to be able to sit. Such a disgusting experience.

The advantages of a new building were evident. Clean, modern and efficiently laid out. Reclining seats are comfortable, sound system is good, and access is excellent for those with mobility issues. Plenty of free parking gives it a boost over downtown locations. The website for buying tickets was a drawback. Site is slow to the point of frustration. Once the purchase was made, emailed tickets didn't arrive until the next morning.

Same price as the cineplex, but the recliner seats make it worth a visit. Nice to be able to fold up the inner armrest so you can snuggle with your partner as well! Not many food options and their prices for snacks and drinks are high but great service and great atmosphere!

I'm sold on this place as my new favourite theatre. Comfy recliners with cup holders and smaller theatres. Love the options for cheap movies during breaks and for the better rates for earlier movies. My only complaint is that of every theatre: highway robbery for snacks and you're not even supposed to bring in your own water (I do anyway and have never been stopped)

They have 7 movie rooms in total. All in recliner seats and really spacious in between chairs. The admission fees are lower than Cineplex. The prices of their concession are somehow equal to other theatres so Im not gonna complain about that. The staff are friendly.

Everything was lovely. It was a nice, clean movie theater, everything you'd expect... Well, except where you'd normally find questionably stained seats, there are beautiful leather recliners. It was very comfortable but I would suggest booking tickets early so you can get a seat near the back. I bought tickets at the time I went to see the show and only the front seats were left. These were somewhat uncomfortable as the screen was so close. Still a very good experience overall.

The staff/cast follow the COVID-19 guidelines and take them very seriously. Everything in the theaters are sanitized before we touch the seats! On top of that, they're comfortable and reclining seats. The sound is excellent, you can even feel the vibrations! I would highly recommend coming here for a movie night with family or a friend(s). ????

First movie in a LONG time. House of Gucci - excellent! However, the foyer , pop machine area, and butter topping station were filthy. Absolutely no excuse for this. The theatre is not busy and someone could certainly be sweeping up and mopping up spilled pop! Very disappointing.

The lines can be VERY long, but when you use the atom app, it'll be way faster, and the app well made. Love the reclining seats!! Free parking, friendly staff, and the theatre itself is clean and looks nice.

I had a good first impression on Halloween. The seating is comparable to V.I.P. In Galaxy, though maybe not quite as nice? Spacious & comfortable, certainly. The screen didn’t seem as big? But for me, the biggest drawback is that it’s not Cineplex & therefore I can’t earn / spend points there.. Ticket price seemed comparable to Galaxy.. maybe a bit less? I’ll come back, but we’ll see how things are once the new theatre at Centre Mall is built..

Great place to watch a movie, especially the long Marvel epics. Reclining seats are great, and relaxing. Leg room is not a problem and assigned seating allows you to select the seat that best suits your needs. The concession was slow, so leave yourself enough time to get your snacks. There is a large variety of snacks being the normal popcorn and pop.

Five stars and more if I could. My high rating is simply for the wonderful personalized service I got this week from the Manager. Due to significant troubles I had trying multiple times to purchase tickets online and finally resorting to driving to the city, the manager took the time to listen to my plight. The end result was learning how to use my gift card, a personalized tour of the theaters, best seating suggestions and 2 complimentary general movie passes, all presented with a smile. That's how you take care of your customers.

Superior to the Galaxy Cineplex downtown in many ways. To begin with, parking is plentiful and free. Downtown is a nightmare to park. Secondly, its objectively a much safer area. Late at night you won't be approached or feel uncomfortable like you would at the Galaxy. Lastly, the baseline experience is basically VIP level without the in-seat food. Super comfy leather power-reclining seats, at half the cost of VIP. Aside from UltraAVX or IMAX picture and screen size... I don't see a reason to use Galaxy anymore. Landmark is going to be my main theatre.

First impressions of the Landmark cinemas was that it was very comfy. All the seats reclined and that saved me from a major headache during the movie. I tend to stay away from theatres because I'm prone to migraines, but I think landmark made me want to return and watch another movie immediately after due to the great experience. No line for snacks and the service was quick as well!

The seats are the best feature. Incredible comfortable. Not that many seats per theater, but it's hard to get bad seats as you can recline to look up at the front instead of straining neck. The concession quality is meh, and the lobby is a bland cavernous hole. They really need some decorations to liven the place up a bit. Good movie experience though.

The seats alone are reason enough to watch every movie here. Yes, it's slightly smaller than the other major competitor in Saskatoon, but their concession food is less expensive and they have ample free parking. Back to the chairs: they're simply amazing, super comfortable and have a tonne of personal between you and your movie going neighbour - is essentially a theatre filled with personal lazy boy seating. If a movie was playing here and Saskatoon's downtown theatre competitor - I won't hesitate coming here again. ????????️????️????

Although the prices are steadily rising, we always have a positive experience at this theatre. There seems to be some variability in how long you might wait in line, although there does seem to be an express line for users of a partnered app. It is extremely pleasant to reserve seats online, as well as to expect spacious and comfortable seating.

Love the seats and lack of needing a physical ticket if you can order online. The only thing is it's hard to gauge where to sit to get an optimal viewing experience. Sometimes you overshoot it and you're sitting too far back and sometimes you may get too close. The different cinemas have an inconsistent number of rows. The popcorn is really good though and the fact that you don't have to pay for parking to go to a movie (which already costs enough) is awesome.

Went in around 7:33pm on a Tuesday and they didn’t have there concession open, no frozen yogurt for me, cant say much about the movie theatre part as I only went for concession service but sadly left empty handed even though a movie was playing at 8:30pm. Just beware that the concession is not always open as well as I don’t think ur aloud to just go in for the concession due to covid rules I’m guessing but this I am unsure of.someone will however greet you once you arrive at the door asking for ur movie ticket!

Went to a movie at Landmark cinemas opening weekend. First impression was good. I purchased movie tickets for a movie in the morning and received the morning discount of $8.50 per ticket ????. Free parking too which is a bonus. The concession has the typical popcorn, soda and junk food to choose from. The concession staff was friendly. Upon entering the theatre room my first thought was it was small! It's not like the other cinemas in town. The seats were leather and comfy. I would compare the seat space to the AVX - roomier than normal but nothing compared to Galaxy VIP seats. ALL the seats have a reclining feature by a press of a button! The rows between the seats have enough room to walk up while fully reclined as well. This theatre has special features for seniors on specific days. The movie volume is reduced and the room is not as dark. I think this is a fantastic option. Overall, I give this theatre 4 stars!

Came for 10am school break showing....manager showed up at 1045. Offered refunds or free movie passes...went to the line for snacks and stood in a line for an additional 10 minutes before being told the line wasnt open. I'm a little disappointed about this.

The reclining seats are a great addition, and there's plenty of leg room. Prices are very comparable. However, it's chillier than normal for a theatre and the "main level" seats are all on the same plane, so taller people tend to block just a little of the bottom portion of the screen.

Great place to watch a movie. Recliners are better than VIP theatre. Even with the recliner in the full position people can easily pass. Parking is really nice. Only issue is the screens are not as nice as the VIP theatre.

This is everything I could ask for in a movie theater. The chairs are power recliners, with lots of room to walk around even with the recliners fullback. The screens are huge. And the sound system is second to none. Just make sure you're not tired when you go to the cinema. The chairs are so comfortable there is a significant Danger of falling asleep.

What a nice change for saskatoon, first and foremost i love that there is free parking and when your movie ends late you arent scared walking to your car (referring to how it is at galaxy). 13.00 for an adult movie ticket is a reasonable price however popcorn and drinks are expensive and not a very big concession. Reclining seats tho wow i could get used to that! only real complaint is i ordered a combo that came with a lrg drink which i really did not need 2 of so we asked if we could exchange for medium cups because the lrgs are freeking massive and the cashier said no.. so much wasted pop i barely made a dent.

Great cinema, comfy seats. Each theatre is quite small so the seats fill up quickly. It is recommended to purchase tickets online ahead of time. Do not sit in the front row.

Amazing movie theater. Super comfy and awesome quality. The price is really good based on the quality, so my first option in Saskatoon. Negative points is the location, it might seems far, mainly for us because we are from west side, but worth the trip. The other negative is that it is small, and if you want to enjoy pop corn is better to go early. Of course if is not that popular movie you can take your time because the movie theater is not going to be packed. Overall a very good movie theater.

The theater was comfy and the popcorn was good. We bought Landmark passes at Costco and the concession staff didn't know how they worked. They charged 10.00 extra but couldn't explain why. I wouldn't pay unless they could tell me why. The manager almost assaulted me in the theatre, with a "bodyguard" and kept yelling at me to pay up or leave. The most abrasive and aggressive customer service (if you call it that) that I've ever seen. This person does not deserve to manage anything, let alone people. Very disappointed. Kind of ruined our afternoon. Landmark, is that really the kind of people you have managing your operations??????

I'm rating Landmark 5 stars because the staff were all super friendly and I love to recline at the theatre! I am missing the VIP theatre experience in MX and they could make some improvements but overall I'm really happy Landmark has opened in Saskatoon. To up your game and make us even happier - don't crowd the recliners. I had nowhere to put my purse or my popcorn bag when I was done with it. It's a serious bummer. Edit: They allow customers to bring in their own blankets. They also sell blankets at the concession. Originally I had complained about lack of blankets, so I'm updating my review. When in shorts and flip flops it's nice to have the option!

This place was awesome!!! I love the recliner leather seats they were very very comfortable. The movie was awesome as well. It was affordable as well if we went to the theater downtown it would have been almost a hundred bucks for just the two of us for two passes, two popcorns and two pops. But we paid 60 for two passes two pops and one popcorn. I was really impressed going back again real soon. I also wanna say I bring my blanket n get in my comfy clothes n go.

Good place with reasonable affordable price. Their seating is probably the best and the highlight of this place. Reclining seats and still enough room in front of you so people could walk by! Sound is good, and screen is great. Snacks didn't have a lot of variation I feel, but that's just me. Went here during noon hour on a Sunday, lots of kids. The lineup setup could be better when going for concession - probably would go faster as a straight line up to cashier, instead of one line.

This seriously takes the cake on your movie experience. The chairs are comfortable electric recliners and the arm rest in the middle goes up so you can snuggle. There is enough room in front of the reclined chair that you don't have to move if someone walks by. They must have some amazing base speakers because it rumbled the chairs.

This is a great theatre that I hope no one finds out about! Just kidding. The seats are way better than the downtown Cineplex's (they have a button activated recliner on every seat). The best part about this theatre is the FREE PARKING. It's a touch out of the way, but I'm okay with driving a few extra kilometers as long as I don't have to pay the ridiculous parking fees in downtown Saskatoon.

Awesome place. Watched Aquaman on a recliner chair which is relaxing. One comment though is that I asked the staff about their online deal, I purchased a ticket through masterpass and it has a promotion. I asked the lady and she said she don't know the mechanics and the manager might know, I asked if she can call a manager, she immediately said without checking that the manager is busy. I would understand if she could have made an effort to contact a manager rather than saying it abruptly without checking.

Nice theater but I was lied to by the staff. I asked specifically when I bought my drink and was told I could get a refill and that they would be open until the end of the movie. I went out to get my refill before the half way point and they were closed. The worker cleaning told me that the only thing I could get would be from the vending machine so I had to pay 5 dollars for a small pop. If I knew they were closing I would have drank it slower. In the end a drink and popcorn came to over $20 and I missed about 7 minutes of the movie going back and forth to get my money to get it sorted out.

This is a very fine place to see a movie. Best part is the leather reclining seats, which have an electric button that raises the footrest out so it's flat with the seat. Also you can lift the armrest up to make two seats into a loveseat. Very comfortable!

Just had movie night at Landmark and had a great experience. We saw Aquaman in 3D. It was amazing. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our seats were the comfy recliners. Popcorn and drink were over-priced but that's the norm. We found parking less than 100 feet from the front door. It seemed very quiet for a Thursday night but it made the movie that much more enjoyable.

I am concerned about something that transpired during my viewing of Cruella. I want to preface this by saying I really love landmark and will continue to go here to watch movies, but today I believe covid protocols may have been broken and just a bad business practice in general. There was a group of people who took up an entire row with no spaces between them (I believe it was 12-13 people). They were sitting in some seats that one could not even book. After this group was sat down, a couple came in and saw them there and quickly brought a staff member to the theater because 2 of the people in this group were sitting in their seats. The staff member questioned the group and none of them could provide a ticket as the person who had the tickets was outside (this is what I believe I heard and saw, but it was dark and the pre-show had started). This couple eventually sat in different seats, but I feel bad for them as they paid for thoes specific seats and someone else got to stay in them. This is still my favorite theater in the city, but I really don't think that this situation was handled properly as I don't think covid restrictions currently allow for that many people to sit together in a public showing of a film nor should people get to sit where other people have paid for.

We went for the first time to a 6:50 pm showing on a Friday night. I tried to buy tickets from the website in advance but kept getting an error message. When we got to the theater (40 minutes early), we could barely find a parking spot. There was only 1 seat left in the movie, so we opted for a different movie at 7:20 which was almost sold out but we managed to get two seats in the first row. The lineup for the concession was insane and that was my least favourite part of the experience because it was loud and jam-packed. We were like cattle in a corral. It took us about 30 minutes just to get to the front of the line. They had almost all of the tills open, but it still took a really long time. The portion sizes for the pop and popcorn are huge, with free refills for both when you get a large. You pay for reserved seats and the manager was clear that you had to be in YOUR seats. The reclining chairs were so beyond awesome, cushy leather and you can almost lie down in the seat, but the front row SUCKS because the screen is curved, so the entire movie was distorted from our perspective. Overall, I'd give this experience a B- and would recommend buying tickets in advance once the website starts working and maybe planning to go to a later showing.

Our favorite place to attend movies had always been the Scotiabank VIP Theatre Downtown, but surely the Landmark is catching up. We purchased our tickets online with alot of ease and even when a ticket discrepancy was found with Tuesday ticket prices, the manager was quick to rectify the problem with complimentary tickets. The lineups at the concession were pretty quick and the seats are always comfy. As much as I love 19+ and in seat service, it's hard to beat the comfy seats and the price of admission. Also, free parking is a plus!

Ok so had a really bad experience here today. Arrived 20 mins ahead of time for our movie. The line up was very long line up. Service was so slow we ended up missing the start of our movie. Seats are comfy that was a big plus. Mid way through the movie they put the air conditioning on blast. It was so cold like a freezer kind of cold. Our noses started to run.. I mean I know they put on the cold air in all cinemas towards the end of movie but this was ridiculously cold. Food was boring and bland. Only have basic stuff. Won't be going again way prefer scotia bank theatre VIP.

My favourite theatre to go to in Saskatoon. Love the power reclining seats. They also turn into a cozy loveseat when you lift up the middle armrest. The only downside is the price of the popcorn and the varying levels of quality. Last night I ordered 2 bags of large popcorn for my family. The bags were half stale and had a lot of half popped hard kernels inside. Be aware of your cashier scooping from the bottom of the popcorn machine instead of the top.

I absolutely love this theater. So much better than the Galaxy anyday. The "loveseat" chairs are super comfortable and perfect for date nights. The chair also recline quite far back. The aisles have so much room, that even with the chairs reclined, people can walk by no problem - no more of this "Sorry.", "Excuse me" going on when people walk by. The movie quality itself has always been superb as well as the audio. The price is super affordable too! You can get a gift card at Costco for ~32ish dollars which includes a movie for two, two popcorn and two drinks. Who wouldn't want a date night for that price? Lots of parking outside the building as well. The theater itself was clean and tidy each time I've gone - including the washrooms. TLDR: Go this theater and not the Galaxy. Save your money and have a better experience.

Where do I begin? Tuesday shows aren't much of a bargain, but the seating is exceptional, so it's understandable. Concession prices are offensively expensive, but one could sneak snacks from home in, easily and the large drinks DO come w/ a free refill & are larger than other theaters. However, when you get your refill, they toss your cup & replace it w/ a new one. VERY WASTEFUL. My only real complaint was after waiting in line for about 15min. or so, some people jumped the line and received service before me AND did so w/o an apology from the staff member. THAT was quite unsavoury. Overall, the experience was JUST okay. Could be a lot better, but we'll see how things go over the next little while.

Landmark Theatre in Saskatoon is probably one of the best ones in the city! Great location and plenty of parking. The experience you get with landmark is very comfortable and love the convenience of reserving your own seats. You never have to worry about someone taking your seat. Easy app to use with Atom. One suggestion would be some sort of reward system that gives you points or free movies or something. Would highly recommend.

This new theatre has done it right. You want comfort? This is definately the place to go. All seats are electronic reclining sofa chairs with foot rests, easily put into position with the press of a button. By far, these seats supercede the seats at Scotia VIP as those seats require manual pressure and do not stay in place for someone who is smaller. Additionally, families can take advantage of the luxury seating at Landmark where minors are not allowed at the Scotia VIP. There are some kinks to work out still as I had some issues with the canteen, however, they were minor and easily remedied as it is new staff. There are also free refills on large popcorn and large pop, careful on the butter, it is $1 extra and in my experience was not disclosed to me. I paid ~$23 for 1 large popcorn, 1 large drink and butter for myself and my children. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't feel ripped off as there were no disclosure to the extra cost (I prepaid the children's popcorn online at time of ordering tickets, charged extra at the till when I ordered my drink and popcorn, after expressing to the clerk I didn't want to pay for extra butter and I didn't want that, i was just told "oh, I didn't know", no offering of resolution).

I have found that the experience here is fairly dependent on what film you go to see. When the film's been good, I can't think of a place in Saskatoon I'd rather be, but when the film's been bad, I've had to close my eyes and really think about the comfort of the seat to get anything out of my time here. The picture and sound quality is amazing. And their recliners give you the comfort of your living room. The only complaint I have is that at the entrance they direct you to walk from the same path that they hold the line for buying popcorn and during the Covid days it forces everyone to come in a close distance. They could have easily let the main traffic in from the left side of where currently the snacks line is held.

I just had a really frustrating experience with Landmark. I bought tickets for me and my kids online. All was fine on that front. We ended up being pretty late and couldn't make the movie. Apparently they will take your money online but refuse to refund online. There is no phone number to call and no way to refund the same way you bought your ticket. So I had to drive across the city, and go to the theatre to get my refund. There was no one working at the front so I found the manager (taking tickets) who refused to help, and me and my kids ended up having to wait in line at the concession stand for 20 minutes in order to get the refund because the manager told me there nothing she could do, and there was literally no one else working besides the 4 people at concession serving a line of over 40 people. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Honestly, the recliner chairs are not worth my time if this is what they view as customer service. How is it that they can take your money online but don't have a way to refund you online. I've had the same thing happen to me with Cineplex and their customer service was phenomenal. Landmark was a huge disappointment in that regard. They really need to step it up.

Such a great theatre! The recliner seats are awesome and don't collapse on the toddlers so we can all sit comfortably and watch the movie. We took blankets, but it was surprisingly not frigid like some other cinemas.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this movie theatre, it is way better then Scotiabank Theatre. The seats are amazing! The ticket prices are almost the same at Scotiabank Theatre BUT we get reclined seats and don’t have to pay extra for it!!! The deals on the popcorn and pops are great, with free refills when you upsize to a large! It’s amazing!!! I think though that if this movie theatre had a scene card like Scotiabank that they would be making more money with how cheap all there things are! I love this movie theatre, only down side is that it’s farely far away but I mean for cheap deals like that and seats like that, I DONT CARE!!! I’ve already gone TWICE in this month and loved both my experiences!! The staff is so nice, I had to get a refund on a ticket, because I changed the time, and the staff was so understanding and did it easily when I explained to them. I would rate this movie theatre an A+, but you guys got to get on with making a scene card, so we can earn points and come more often!!

Went to see Black Widow, prices for tickets were decent compared to the competitors, and the snack prices were fair as well. One thing I loved especially was the cleaning protocol to protect everyone. They make it known, they have hand sanitizer out for anyone who wants it. Honestly just a great, comfortable experience.

An outstanding theater experience. It's brand new so everything is clean and modern. The fact that every seat in the room is a power recliner for no extra cost is incredible. Prices are really the same as other theaters, but I think there's more value here because of how nice the actual room is. The screens are not IMAX quality of course, but if you're not going to IMAX I would recommend this above all others. As usual, it's better to buy online ahead of time to get good seats.

Can't say enough about the comfort here. Not only are all seats power recliners, with lots of room for people to move through the aisle even when you are fully reclined, but the visibility of the screens is great, sound is clear and rich, and there are usually more showtimes during the day than other theatres. Food prices are pretty standard, with one single line feeding many servers, rather than multiple lines.

I had not visited a cinema in over 20 years, and I am so happy that I chose Landmark to be the first one in so long! The lobby and concession were very clean and spacious, and much more affordable than I was expecting. I am a power wheelchair user and I found every area to be extremely accessible. The staff was professional and friendly. They quickly offered to assist my guest and I to our seats and helped us carry our treats. It was a great experience and I look forward to my next visit.

Edit: in the last year or so Landmark and their staff seem to have found their groove. I'm thrilled to say that this theatre has won me back. They could definitely spend more time cleaning between showings, but the price of tickets and convenience of this location can't be beat. -- Overall we had a good experience. Unfortunately, our movie didn't start on time. When I asked a staff member if the movie was going to play, at 13 minutes past, they said "yeah, someone just went to start it." No apology, no explanation, nothing. I thought it was pretty rude to sell tickets for a certain time and then start the show nearly 15 minutes late without any announcement, explanation or apology. I got the feeling that this happens often with how nonchalant the staff member was about it. I'll probably be back, but never if I'm on a tight schedule or if I have plans afterward.

The theater is poorly designed, there is no waiting area outside, and the waiting area after you get tickets is just three tables in a hallway. The interior is a uniform grey with an occasional bland movie poster as decoration. Several of their pop machines were out of order and the popcorn wasn't good at all. The itself was spectacular. Excellent picture, great sound quality, and the full recline chairs were amazing.

So this place looked like any other movie theatre until I went into the actual theatre room. The seats are amazingly comfortable and it is so loud I could not hear anyone if they tried to talk. The food on the other hand was priced crazy high. I get that it usually costs a lot but wow, I am shocked at how much things cost. Guess that is how they are paying for those amazing seats!

Great smaller theatre with the most comfortable late electric reckoning chairs! Individual theatre was moderate in size but each person has lots of room. Ticket prices are quite good, especially considering the free parking and that you choose your seat in advance when you purchase your ticket. Simple lobby and concession layout. The reason it did not get a 5 star review is that the popcorn was awful. So salty it was inedible. When I spoke to management about it the response I got was full of excuses and dismissal. Very unimpressed with the customer service. But it may just have been an off day for them. The comfort of the seats will bring me back there for sure. And I'll probably just skip the popcorn.

I love to watch movies here but last night June 29, 2019 at 7:30 pm i talked to one of the managers ( big tall guy) if he could help me because i forgot my cellphone and i couldn’t show them the e-tickets. He answered me that he couldn’t help me because they don’t have access to do that. I even told him that i only need to open my email to get the e-ticket and I asked him if there’s computer around or anything like a cellphone that i could use because i was stressed out since the movie was about to start. He sarcastically said “i can’t let you use my cellphone!”. The very nice young guy (cashier) told him they could do that by checking what was the credit card i used. The male manager obviously didn’t know what he supposed to do and his staff was the one who taught him. The cashier did check but nothing came up in their system. Since he couldn’t find anything he called his co-manager for help. The lady manager came and she just asked my name and she immediately checked it and few seconds she printed out the tickets and it’s done! She is smarter than male manager. I forgot to get their names. To the nice and cool cashier guy and lady manager, you guys are awesome! 5 stars! To the big male incompetent manager, you should check first all possible ways before turning down the customer! For your information i also a manager and i know how to handle inquiries and complaints better than you! Don’t judge the person by the skin color! Sorry but truth hurts!

Decent theatre but could have been better. Most of the cinemas are small, and the screen sizes in them are smaller then what you would find at the downtown Cineplex. Also not sure where the multiple reviews are getting it is cheaper then downtown. $12.99 for a regular ticket vs $12.50 for a regular ticket at the Cineplex. Downtown theatre is cheaper and concessions are alot cheaper. The bonuses for Landmark, free parking and the reclining seats. VIP seats are still alot nicer.

I cannot rave enough about Landmarks seats! They are sooooo comfortable. I swear I could fall asleep in them. The only con is that the front row is waaay to close. The body proportions for our 3D move was terrible and I found it very distracting. However, free parking, free refillS (on large drinks), free comfy seats, all for the same price as other theatres - means Landmark is now the only theatre I will go to.

We had an enjoyable experience. My fiancee and me had our own theater reclinable love seat, (with a nice break between others on either side), along with cup holders on each side. There's a cup holder in the middle, which we were glad we didn't have to use, so we could simply recline back, hold hands and watch the movie. I'm sick of paying $28 for 2 drinks, a large popcorn and some twizzlers at another theater that starts with a G, just to be treated like cattle watching a movie. We usually wait these days and watch movies at home on our 4k with 9.1 dolby atmos sound system and have our own kettle popcorn maker. Glad we checked this new theater out, might actually go out to more new movies in the theater. They got it right with the seating. These are Palliser made love seat theater recliners, not cheap by any stretch as I myself paid $2000 for a leather reclining rocking chair for the baby room. You will not be disappointed with your seats!! BTW, for you movie popcorn and drink lovers, you csn put your OWN amount of butter oil topping on as well as refill your own drinks!!!! Yes! That is correct. You actually get to put your own amount of butter oil own your popcorn! How crazy is that?? The "G" cinema is way outta hand with thier prices both on tickets and concessions, absolutely nuts. Never going there again. G cinema IMAX is NOT a true IMAX either, all they did was replace seats and some speakers/audio equipment/projectors being 2 2k projectors. If you want TRUE IMAX, visit Regina Science Center or Edmonton. The screen size at the G is exactly the same as any other theater there, only upgraded resolution and sound. Pales in comparison to a TRUE IMAX where you have a 52' high screen by 72' feet wide along with half the seats. The experience is indescribable. The G doesn't offer even close to that. Was a huge disappointment. This cinema has it going. As long as prices remain resonable, as they are now, we'll go out 2 times a month to see a movie for date night vs once every 6 months.

The seating layout makes for an extremely comfortable movie watching experience. Even the seats in the first and second row are spaced so that they make for a passable viewing angle when fully reclined. Though my cardiologist would disagree, I prefer a wider selection of food items at the concession. Popcorn and candy are present (and done up well) but the hot foods/mini meals of larger chains is a challenge unmet by this location. If they tried, the aren't trying hard (I'm looking at you, hotdog with upsold pump cheese). It's a small complaint, but as this "AVX-poutine" market continues to evolve, an increasingly valid one. If there was a 4.5 star option, I would have gone with it.

This is a very good theatre to come to, to watch movies. General admission is a good price and not overly expensive (I think galaxy is more expensive). The seats are very comfy, and the armrests in the middle of a love seat come up so you can be closer to the person you're sitting with. There is also not a bad seat in the house just due to the reclining seats. The concession is also not as expensive as other theatres, which is nice. The prices still aren't cheap, but for a movie theatre, they aren't bad. I've found the staff here to be all friendly and haven't had any negative experiences with them (and I've been here a few times within a couple of months). If I needed to complain about anything, it would be cleanliness. The actual room where you watch your movie is clean, but the bathrooms and main area of the building could used to be swept or have garbage taken out a little more often. It's not disgusting though. I ultimately recommend this theatre and won't go to any others in the city now. It's fantastic!

Think of Costco's version on a movie theater. It's a quality place to be, great seats, free parking, it's clean and friendly staff. But more then likely you'll have to wait for food and drink. Completely worth it just come a little early ????

Went to see quite a few movies here already! The prices are very fair in comparison to the rest of the theatres, and having it on the outer end of the city is just perfect for us and many many others who would rather not drive into the inner city to watch a movie! The electric reclining chairs and leg room are absolutely phenomenal!!! They are kept very very clean and so comfortable it takes your movie experience to an entirely new level! As steady moviegoers I and my family would continue going here for many years to come as well as highly recommend this as your go to movie theater!

Love landmark! Service is good. Location is ideal. Love the reclining chairs in the theatre. Nice screen as well. Popcorn is good for the most part. One time the batch I received was very salty, I had to return it to get a new one.

Very dissapointed ! The Christmas Buy $30 get $30 promotion was a joke. The front desk cashier totally misunderstood the promotion and told us that we bought $30 and we would get $30 in return in the gift card. But we later found out the $30 was just some coupons worth $30. The coupons can only be used under specific conditions, and sometimes even more expensive than without one. The staff is not professionally trained. And the promotion was misguided !! Very dissapointed !!

This is the theatre to go to, if they are playing the movie you are interested in. Better prices, reserved seating, seats that recline back and still leave plenty of room for people to get back and forth, plenty of free parking, etc.. We have greatly enjoyed going here since they have opened. Only complaint is they don't seem to show all the new movies so you might not be able to go here to see what you want.

I love this cinema, I get my 2 movie passes at Costco,which includes 2 drinks and 2 popcorns and it's under 35. The seats are super comfy, lots of leg room for people to walk by even with your chair totally reclined. ItsI the only theater we go to now.

This is the absolute best cinema i have ever been to. It's now the only cinema i like to go to now. The seats are all electric recliners and super plush and so comfy. The isles are extra wide so you can walk past people that are reclined easily. The prices are pretty much the same as every other theatre around. The movie screens are giant and i found the sound levels to be a perfect volume... Loud enough to get you really into the movie but not enough to cause permanent hearing loss like the other main theater in the city.

Had someone go an hour early to get tickets, but only front row was left (recommend getting tickets online ahead of time as it is assigned seating). Front row was not the best but worked as all the seats are reclining. Good lighting and picture quality. Can't wait to see the area after it finishes getting developed.

It was awesome!! Has a few days where you can go for cheaper pricing. Sundays are kids day. Tuesdays are $8.50 days. Wednesdays are twosome days!!! I do find it a bit warm during the shows. A/C could be higher in the theatres. But overall a great time!

Great location, free parking, amazing seats, and you reserve your seats ahead of time. Reasonably priced, but the concession is expensive and the popcorn is kind of gross. Also they can run out of parking on busy nights, and then there is literally nowhere to park.

There is no reason to ever go to the Galaxy in Saskatoon again. Prices are better, parking is sufficient, location isn’t sketchy, chairs are more comfortable. All in all a much better experience.

Seriously....the most amazing theatre in Saskatoon! 1. Your seat is reserved as soon as you buy your ticket online. 2. Every seat of every theatre is a leather recliner with foot rest. 3. There's free parking. 4. They have free refills on large popcorns. What more can you ask for!?

I really enjoyed my experience at this cinema. The parking lot was well kept. The service was great. The imax screens had really nice picture quality. I quite enjoyed being able to put my feet up in the leather reclining chair. My only complaint about the place is how cold it was in the theater.

This is a great theater. I went there today and watched a Marvel movie (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings). The chairs are spacious and comfortable (they recline). They provide good seperation from strangers beside you. The entire movie was blurry; however, that was because I wore my prescription sunglasses and didn't bring any glasses for inside the theater. We purchased the tickets and snacks with the "Atom" app. It worked flawlessly except our snacks were not ready because I failed to push the button to tell them to prepare them. Landmark is better at showing movies than I am at watching them.

I've been coming to rainbow cinemas for as long as I can remember and who can beat $5 a show! I recommend getting the large popcorn and drink as you get a free refill with these purchases. Of you have Extra people and want to share. Don't be afraid to ask for clear bags to divide the popcorn. Enjoy your movie in a classic theatre with older seats. Good pass time

Comfortable seats, great prices. The screen is smaller than the cineplex AvX and IMAX screens and the sound a little softer, but only frequent movie goers like me would notice. You will not have to pay for parking here (probably the biggest draw out side of the comfortable seats). Staff were friendly. They offer refills on thier large drinks and popcorn. Plus if you use the ATOM app you can bypass food lines. I really recommend this place.

Love the seats! Need to have Coke Zero on the menu. Like being able to buy snacks and skip the line, but you should be able to use the snack voucher online, the same way you can redeem the seats portion of the voucher. Love the assigned seating.

In comparison to the galaxy theatre, Landmark cinemas was a refreshing change. Went on Wednesday and was a great deal! 35 bucks for pop, popcorn and the tickets. Parking was free and much more convenient. Reclining seats with tons of leg room. Smaller theatres. Staff was friendly but a little lost without management.

A little disappointed with our service experience tonight. Paid $90 for tickets and snacks at concession this evening. They advertise "Free Refills" on popcorn and drinks, so I leave during the movie to get refills. Teenage girl at the front desk tells me I have to go all the way to the very back of the line for refills. So now I'm behind people who just walked in the door, haven't paid for anything yet, meanwhile I'm missing 15 minutes of my movie because the 20 people who are in line came before me. Seriously? At least have a station for refills so we can get DRINKS ourselves. I never leave a complaint, but open a separate line for refills only so I'm not missing my movie, waiting for people who haven't paid yet to go before me. Service first, right?

Clean, friendly staff, nice amenities, decent pricing, great neighbourhood! Food is expensive but, otherwise, this theatre is great! We don't even go to the downtown theatre anymore. This one is cheaper and parking is easy and free, plus, the seats are even better! I hope the movie pricing stays lower than the downtown for the long haul especially given the food counter costs. Overall, LOVE this theatre!

Amazing experience!!! Every theatre has reserved seating. The seats are large and very comfortable and the ones we were in could recline at the touch of a button. It's basically like the VIP at Scotiabank Theatre at regular movie ticket prices. There is no in-seat food service and no alcohol but who cares? The seats recline and have foot rests. The staff are very polite and friendly and the popcorn is very good as well. The prices are competitive and If you buy a movie ten pack you can get a discount on your tickets as well as 10% off at the concession. Something Scotiabank no longer does. I think one of the best features of this theatre though is the very large FREE parking lot. No more driving around looking for a spot on the street or having to pay like $4 an hour for parking. I highly recommend Landmark Cinemas. It will definitely be my theatre of choice from now on.

We bought movie passes at Costco which was about $30 for 2 admissions, two medium popcorn and two medium drinks. Very reasonable I thought. I loved the seating and staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful ????

The seats are amazing and comfy, they recline all way and make the theatre experience so much better. Popcorn is okay, definitely not as good as Scotiabank theatre. Giving 4/5 because they don't give out water when you ask- which doesn't make sense. I get that larges they wouldn't because they have free refills but it's super slimy not to give water in other sizes.
