All my life I have gone to Cineplex whenever I want to go watch a movie. This was my first time trying a different theatre and it most definitely caught me off guard. Firstly, I checked this place out because they had tickets available for the New Spiderman: No Way Home movie whereas cineplex was sold out for the foreseeable future. I saw previous ratings and comments saying Landmark Cinemas is amazing so I decided to check it out. This, without a shadow of a doubt, may have been the best movie experience I have ever had. Staff was incredibly nice, theatre hall was super clean and don’t even get me started on the seats. Recliners to the point we are practically laying down and super comfortable.. what more can you ask for. I am going to be coming to this theatre from here on out simply because how great the experience is and how much you feel like you’re in the comfort of your own home watching a movie.

If I can give them a lower star I would. I was just there this morning 2021-10-03 for a birthday party for one of my sons friends. My son got both of his shots which I had the paper work to prove it, but I was told he had to be 14 days cleared before he can see a movie....is this for real!!!! To say that to an adult would be fine and understandable. To a 12 year old that is excited to see his friends, watch a movie together and have fun just to make him feel bad and cry is another thing. So disappointed with the place and the person we dealt with. I will make sure that I will let everyone know about this through social media and I will be emailing your CEO. Landmark Cinemas Caledon, Bolton not the place to go!

I discovered this hidden gem over the weekend! I would even prefer this over Cineplex’s VIP experience. The couches are amazing and what really sold it - they have foot rests and can recline all the way; you can lay completely flat! I was also surprised by how affordable it was. Adult tickets were $11.99 while a hot dog at concessions was $3-4. They even sell blankets, which is just brilliant. The theatre itself is quite small, they show about 5 movies each day with multiple times available. Each theatre room is only a fraction of the size compared to cineplex, but this is definitely an upside! I highly recommend, my new go to!!

It is a hidden gem in terms of a movie theater. It is by far the best cinema I have visited. The seats are comfy and every screen has recliner seats with ample of space to sit. Extremely comfortable. Only full side is that it is little far from metro places and also doesn't play most of the Indian movies.

It's not a cineplex, but it doesn't have to be. The staff is decently friendly and it's got a nice atmosphere for the location. Travel can be inconvenient but if you're local it's probably just fine.

What I experienced at this theatre was like no other. The employees were so disrespectful towards me. Verbally abused by the employees working at the front had an attitude while talking to me and disrespected me. They took my tickets from me and refused to give them back after I was responding to their negative attitude. I would never recommend this theatre to not anyone. Worst experience...

I checked out a movie at this location his past Tuesday. I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised at how incredible this place was. I had no idea, it's really a hidden gem, a secret VIP like theatre. The seats are so amazing and I really like how spacious the rows are. It was quite a drive out for me, but I will be making an effort go check it out more. The staff was courteous and friendly, they truly look like they enjoy working there and are professional. I am glad there is an alternative place to watch movies. Amazing theatre, just can't say enough good stuff about this place.

I attended a movie tonight with the exception of the CLEAN cinema room and amazing reclining seats, everything else was awful. The nachos were stale, the cheese and salsa were awful and the popcorn was cold along with the butter provided. The tickets being sold at the snack stand made the wait in line twice as long with everyone ordering their snacks, drinks and tickets. 20 minutes just to get to the front of the line, and amongst 6 employees only TWO were actively assisting the customers in line. I will make the trip to Silvercity Woodbridge before visiting this cinema next time.

We have been to more than a few movies here and there is no place my kids want to watch movies more than hear. Can’t wait to see them reopened. We have to drive 20 minutes to get there but it is worth it!

Probably the cleanest theater I've ever been to. They have reclining seats just like VIP but they don't charge as much (approx. $11 for adult.) Also, the biggest plus...no loitering rift raft. Keep up the outstanding work!

I went to see Robin hood at 715 last night. The theatre is great. Spacious and clean. I was in the recliners. But they charged me a dollar extra for butter on the popcorn without mentioning that there are butter topping stations past the attendant

Heard about this place from a friend & finally drove the extra distance to get there. Friendly staff, clean place with extra COVID19 cleaning for peace of mind, cheap tickets, spacious seating. My only issues were: 1. The seats, maybe my posture doesn't like reclining like most ppl but I found it slightly uncomfortable even after adjusting my seat. But I'm betting I'm a rarity on that. 2. And why oh why did the staff have to come in & distract me at the climax of the film? Seriously, the grand daddy Darth Vader moment of "No, I am your Father" and they walk in! They weren't loud nor did they mean to distract but it still had that effect on me. Still better than any theatre I've ever been to in Canada.

Wanted to try a new theatre since there’s barely any options in the city as far as different companies go. They have terrible popcorn...the highlight of the movies is the popcorn for me. HUGE actually. Other then that the reclining seats almost sold it for me, but I doubt I’ll go back.

All their cinemas have reclining seats. It's also spacious. I think the maximum people inside the cinema is about 50 so you don't feel cramped at all. You can easily walk in between rows without bothering the other viewers. The price is cheaper compared to Cineplex. The food concessionaires will also deliver your order right to your seat if it's not available yet. Although we're not from Caledon, it's worth it to drive out here.

Best place for cheap tickets, and an amazing viewing experience. Every seat has the ability to recline all the way back, essentially allowing you to lie down while watching your movie. Tickets are also insanely cheap on Tuesdays, so I definitely suggest to go on those days. Just be sure to book your tickets ahead of time to secure your spot, especially on Tuesdays where they’re understandably very busy.

This is a second landmark cinema I have been too. Love the recliner seats. Less crowdy. Plenty parking. If you have Costco coupons, it becomes steal deal. However not all screens are big. But don't let that change your mind. Enjoy it. Worth your visit.

I don’t remember the last time I’ve been to Cineplex. Landmark has taken over my movie experience and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The staff is extremely friendly and it’s a very clean environment. Recliners in the movie theatre are absolutely comfortable. You can always bring your own blanket to feel like you’re at home. The only downside is that they don’t have outtakes like cineplex does. So no pizza, burgers etc..

By far the best movie theater I've ever been to. The seats are leather and fully recline. I'm talking about reclining with a foot rest. Cinemas are relatively small so that's a plus, and best of all you reserve your seat in advance. That way you dont have a lot of seats that pare saving. Overall I would choose this place over any other theater especially considering the price is the same

Like to the movies. Used to go to Silvercity in Brampton as it was the closes theatre, but the quality of the picture, seating and huge crowds left me with unsatisfied feeling. The Empire theatre in Bolton is a little further drive but the experience is much more enjoyable. 2D and 3D movies look very good, like the sound, the atmosphere.

We were saddened that our favorite theatre in Brampton – the Orion closed and being converted to a Palladium. We loved that theater because it was clean, and not bonkers busy like SilverCity or Colossus. Based on strong word of mouth we decided to check out Landmark’s Bolton Theatre. We are glad we did. This theater has everything that made the Orion so dear to us, but on top those seats! The seats are a game changer, VIP movie experience without the VIP surcharge. If you’re in the Woodbridge, Caledon, Brampton East area, do yourself a favour, head over here for your next movie.

Great Cinema in to comfortably watch movies. The ticket price is the same (sometimes lower) than other theatres around GTA and it's reserve seating. Speaking of: The reclining seats are huge, not sticky and ridiculously compfy! Wasn't nearly as crowded as most places we've been. We didn't buy any concessions, so no comment on that. But one thing's for sure; I'll never watch a box-office movie sitting up in a straight position again! Good times...

3D movie screens are shrunk to almost half the size. I went to see Beauty and the Beast with my husband, and we couldn’t even see some of the scenes properly, also there was a fair amount of motion blur. This is an ongoing problem with this theatre. If you pay to see a movie in 3D, the screen should not be smaller than your regular showing.

Customer service was exactly, staff are well trained and polite, seating was luxurious almost if watching a movie in your own private movie theater. Plenty of room to move and even reclining seats to lean back and relax. Screen size is just right and sound comes from all angles. Frozen 2 is what I watched with my nieces and it was amazing combined with what the theater has to offer. Cheap pricing as well. Would come back for sure!

This cinema is a partner of Atom ticketing app. To expedite your movie going experience, I suggest you purchase your consession through the Atom app as they have a dedicated atom concession pick up line. You also do not need to "pick up" your tickets from the machines, you can walk straight up to the ticketing guy in front of the auditorium with your qr code and you are in. Great, spacious, reclining seats, beautiful area, delicious popcorn.

MUST READ!! 1) bought two tickets to reserve seats. There was NO ONE checking tickets there. We even left the cinema twice to get snacks and still no one checked. What was the point in purchasing tickets? People could easily sneak in.. 2) we ordered a popcorn, 2 drinks and 2 hot dogs. They said the hot dogs will be brought to us. We only got one hot dog and they said we couldn't get the second one. They should give receipts out for when they will bring the food because we had no proof we ordered 2 and the lady charged us. This was our first time here and it was good overall but does need some work. The seats are great and the popcorn tasted good. July 19th 2021 - we saw escape room 2.

This was my first time and it was awesome!! Recliner seats are the best thing ever. They're controlled electronically and very comfy. Lots of armrest space too! Theater was very clean in the lobby, actual theater and bathroom. I was very impressed with my visit and will be back for sure! Definitely worth the 45 minute drive out!

This is a gem of a theatre! So many things make them great! Seats. I haven’t found any theatre with better seating than this Landmark. Large, comfy, reclining seats that come in pairs. You can lift up the middle arm rest if you want to snuggle or be closer to share the popcorn. Price. The best price for tickets and food around. You can buy tickets online and reserve seats. Theatre size. It’s not a massive theatre, and I think you can get a good view from wherever you sit. (I’m not sure if it has the biggest and best of screens and sound, but I’ve never had a conplaint about it here.) Friendly staff. Have never had an issue with rude or unhelpful staff. If I had to say anything to improve, it might be the washroom cleanliness. Overall this is my favourite theatre to go to, I just wish I lived closer!

There may be better cinemas but they are far and few. This is the only location I can think of where you can watch a movie on the day it releases and not be stuck with a massive line. Show up half an hour early, not only will the cinema not be sold out, but the line is very manageable.

What a wonderful movie theater hinden jem! This Landmark theater is in the middle of no where but sure delivers on what you need. The best way to take full advantage is to book your movie tickets online, look for the little black reclining chair symbol, this will let you pick your big black comfy seat. You will get a confirming barcode in your email, once you arrive at the theater you can go right to the "ticket check" have teh barcode scaned and youbare good to go!

The three stars given represent 1 star for the price (lower than Cineplex) and 2 stars for the recliner seats.They are really comfortable and it will be hard to go back to the cramped smelly hard plastic seats at Cineplex. For that kind of experience, you would need to do VIP,which is ridiculous in price.Landmark definitely has amazing seats for a much better price point. However,the welcome upon entering is what I hated.We went inside where there were about 4 workers at concession and noone at the ticket booth.We had online tickets so not sure where to go.The 4 workers all looked at us and said absolutely nothing for 4 mins and pretended like noone was standing there.It was only two of us...zero customers ,yet noone acknowledged us and we had to ask repeatedly for help.One girl looked away and kept cleaning and one boy laughed while telling us we can do it at concession.There was no mature adult behind the counter,only teens/very young adults. Check your customer service training...Cineplex is much more attentive. The 2nd star lost was for the salty popcorn and the thin line vertically running down the screen while the movie played. I will return though..the seats and price trump the popcorn and customer service.

Usually a good experience. Concessions are fresh. Cinemas are kept clean. Only issue is the amount of kids who are aloud into The R rated movies... Happen a couple times and they are usually loud/obnoxious as you would expect. Other then that a good place to avoid the insanity of the bigger cinemas nearby.

I was surprised with this theatre. When you first walk into the main lobby area, where you buy refreshments, it isn't anything to be desired, but the actual theatres themselves are excellent. They are smaller than others, but pack a wonderful experience. Amazing sound, and the reclining chairs are huge and comfortable where the person next to you is a fair distance - just awesome. I love purchasing my tickets online, where I can also reserve my seats, and than save the tickets to my phone where the attendent scans it. Just a great experience overall.

LANDMARK CINEMAS, BOLTON, ON I have lived nearly my entire life in Canada. That's over 20 years! And never have I ever not even once, heard of Landmark Cinemas! And I believe that is absolutely criminal for anyone or anything that has kept me from perhaps one of the best experiences movie cinema has to offer. The way it has always meant to be watched and experienced. Cineplex has always been my go-to nearly all my life, and the only reason I watched movies in Cineplex was only because all my life I thought they had a monopoly in cinema, leaving no competition or other options for customers. Had I known at all that Landmark Cinemas existed, then Cineplex would never, EVER, see a penny from me. For years I tolerated the torturing service and lack of quality that Cineplex had to offer. And the worst part, the SEATING and atmosphere that gave an all-in-all sour movie experience. The sub-par popcorn, and just a horrific experience entirely. I have always had problems with their cleanliness and seats. Same goes for AVX and IMAX. The seats have always been HORRIBLE! I guess I have basically been living under a rock, that I never knew Landmark Cinemas existed. I found out about them from my Cousin who lives in Vaughan, and said they have the best experience for watching cinema. God bless him! The following is what I absolutely loved about Landmark Cinemas: One of the best seats! Luxury Leather Reclining spacious chairs! Your baby can sit with you in the middle! Tons of leg room! Very hygienic and clean! Sound Quality was top-notch! Eons better than Cineplex. The video quality was absolutely beautiful. And OMG, their popcorn? Was to die for! I guess it's just me and my sheer excitement, but I loved their Popcorn. A million times better than anything Orville or Cineplex has to offer. At the end of the day, I just want to relax, and watch my movie with the best possible atmosphere and experience, and Landmark Cinemas delivers and exceeds! My only wish would be if IMAX technology or anything better, can come to Landmark, so that I can enjoy their experience with IMAX picture quality, and that would be a dream come true! But one thing js for certain, I will always watch a movie in Landmark Cinemas from this day forward! Thank You for such an amazing experience! Me, my wife, and my son watched Jungle Cruise, and we thoroughly enjoyed the film! This was my son's first time ever in a movie theater, and I am glad and honored, that my son got to watch his first movie at Landmark. Thank You guys so much!

Pretty good theatre. Very cheap ticket prices and relatively cheap concessions compared to cineplex. The theatre experience was excellent for its seats as it has button controlled recliner where you can lay down comfortably. The screen size was decent but nothing compared to cineplex's IMAX screens especially in square one.

The recliner "La-Z-Boy" seats are the most comfortable in any Canadian movie theatre. Screens are large and there is a lot of room to stretch out. Reserved seating is standard so you don't have to get to the theatre early. Movie selections are always new and up to date. Staff are nice and helpful all the time. A great movie experience!

Amazing!! Barely any lines, you can buy your tickets ahead of time so you won’t have to worry about not getting the right seat. The tickets are really cheap and the seats are perfect. Their really comfy and you can lift the middle bar of the seat if you want to cuddle. I would suggest bringing a blanket as the seats recline as well. It’s close to wild wing and symposium if you want to grab a bite before. They have friend staff, and amazing pricing for this theatre! Only bad thing I would have to say about this place is that the nachos don’t taste good as their too salty and straight out of the bag. However, this place is literally perfection.

This review goes off my 1st visit. And this place is giving Cineplex a run for their money. Pros -Cheaper Tickets (slightly) -Cheaper Food & Drinks (a couple dollars; combos) -VIP Seating at regular ticket prices -VIP Seating is the normal seat in all their movie theaters -Their VIP Seats are better (size, shape & electronically recline) -The isles are so wide you can walk to your seats without touching any other guests (even with their feet up in the recliner) Cons -No locations in central GTA -Arcade is not great -Parking is limited -The last 2 CONS are not that bad ‐------------------------------------------------------------------------------ You will find the same amenities like free parking, washrooms (ok cleanliness) food & drinks (a couple dollars cheaper), electronic ticket booth (also a small human operated ticket desk; only open at earlier show times) & an Arcade (not as good as Cineplex) Bring your Tickets to the right of the concession stands to get to your movie (hard to find the 1st time) The main difference is pricing overall (tickets & food) & most importantly seating! This place has seats that are better than Cineplex's VIP seats & it's considered the regular seating in all theaters. The seats are leather, bery roomy, the center arm rest is plush & can be raised to allow for even more space (great for couples/families) But the best part is that they recline & have feet rests that elevate with u (I was scared my kids would fall asleep from the comfort) They didn't (we watched "Onward"; great movie) *1 thing I only noticed when it was too late, is that almost everyone (except for us) brought their garbage (from their seats) to the staff waiting with garbage bags at the exit of your movie theater. This is definitely not a thing that happens at Cineplex & explains why they can play movies back to back (as well as why the place was so clean to begin with) I will definitely drive a little further to experience the comfort & smaller crowd.

Best location ever! arriving late to the movies and finding people sitting on our selected chairs was a bummer but the staff took initiative and was so professional and came to sanitize the seats also to make sure the people sat at there designated seats as Covid19 rules are implemented and taken serious for all to enjoy this reopening. Super impressed with how clean this theater is! I went to buy snacks for all my kids and the staff are super amazing at the teller, after ordering 3 combos, pizza and nachos, I was assisted by a worker named Daniela who helped me carry everything to the theater. Super friendly staff that's goes beyond to satisfy the customers. Definitely will recommend this theater to all my friends and family. This cinema has a kids play area. On Sundays kids can get a snack box, drink, popcorn and candy for a lower price. Free parking and reclining big comfortable seats, 10 per row. Ideal place to eat and watch a movie. During the week, this is a quiet theatre.

Landmark does literally everything better than Cineplex! Glad to be back, followed all the safety guidelines, were served by super friendly staff, and saw a great Classic movie for $5. Great work Landmark! They even serve Wine and Beer now - so never need to go back to any other theatre.

Not ready for prime time! Came to see “No Time to Die” on Saturday night. Had to stand in the rain while the one person on duty was checking documentation. A young couple slipped in behind me and he didn’t see them because he was checking my documentation. I booked a seat which was supposed to be separate from other patrons only to discover that there was someone with a seat right beside me. The movie is one hour and 40 minutes; there were movies ads for a half hour before the movie started; very hard on the bladder! After the movie I went to use the washroom to find that all 4 toilets were overflowing onto the floor. Had to leave this disgusting mess! Clearly this theatre is “not ready for prime time!”

Went to see secret life of Pets 3D. It was 25 dedegrees outside, and must have been over 30 inside. I could not enjoy the movie because I was sweating my butt off. My fiancee and I got 1 large pop, and ran out half way. She went to get another drink but everything was closed and they couldn't accept any payments other than cash....really? It's 2016 now folks I realize the theatreatment wasn't busy at 9:50pm but you still had customers.... I've been here twice now and never again. I will drive to a better venue thanks

I enjoyed my experience here, the seats were great you can really get comfortable and enjoy the movie as if you were at home. It is not connected to scene, which I was quite disappointed not to sure if they have any type of loyalty rewards card but it would be nice to have because movie can get expensive. I will say it is worth it because the keep the theatre clean I also like the fact the the seats were leather. We had gone closer to the end of the night and there service does slow down, they only had one person on the till as others were cleaning up which unfortunately made us a little late for our movie. I would recommend if going for a late movie to get there 20-30 mins before had to avoid any delays.

Love this place. Best seating, best popcorn, washrooms are clean and plentiful, lots of free parking and the staff are all great. My family doesn't go anywhere else to watch movies. Also, I read the review from the father who gave 1 star because they turned away his son because it hadn't been 2 weeks since he got his second shot. It is the law, it is not up to the theatre. They did what they had to do and I commend them for doing all that they do to ensure that everyone is safe. I believe that was a very unfair review.

Some people work until 5 or 6 pm and some people have to wake up at 5 am therefore the movie times you offer are kind of undesirable. Try offering 8 pm and 9 pm showtimes instead of just 7 and 10 pm :)

Went to go see a movie there with my fiance we were sweating buckets in the theater went to the food counter to get a refill on the drink and it was closed. There is no atm to get cash out and even if there was there's no where to get change for the vending machines. Overall way to hot and and if you go bring lots of coins for the vending machines lol I will say the movie was good quality

I laugh at the people writing reviews here that complain about the current vaccine passport mandates ruining peoples days. The employees at this theatre did NOT make the law, they were just told to enforce it. If you’re turned away it’s because you’ve been living under a rock and don’t know the law. Would love to be a fly on the wall to see these educated individuals threatening to contact the CEO while acknowledging that they aren’t 14 days post vaccination. The staff at this theatre are fantastic and are managing very well given the vaccine passport laws they have to enforce.

It was my first time ever at Landmark. I was really impressed by the small but extremely comfortable seating. Much better than Cineplex SilverCity theatres. I was late bu my own standard for attending the movies as I prefer to sit in the back. The smaller atmosphere was greater than I expected. Looking forward to going back again sometime real soon.

We love this theatre. The reclining seats a nice touch. I removed a star because the 3D movie wasn't aligned properly. We had to call someone to fix it. Before the movie started, I overheard staff talking about a problem with the 3D projector. If they knew of the issue before the projector was turned on why did it take then so long to correct it?

I will never visit ciniplex again. From buying and selecting seats online to arriving at the theatre, great experience worth the money to actually go out and see a movie. The Sears are so comfy and there is tons of room. If you need to get up for any reason your bum will not be in anyone's face on your way out the aisle, lol.

First time visiting and definitely won't be the last! Pleasant staff and clean washrooms! Awesomely comfortable leather recliner seats with ample space to stretch. I felt like I was home laying on the couch in my pjs ...yes it was that comfy!! One perk I loved is that the large popcorn has free refills! Seat reservations are available when purchasing tickets, so be courteous and sit in your own assigned seats! Move aside Cineplex, Landmark will give u a run for your money! Highly recommend visiting.

Good customer service, do NOT buy tickets in the front row. I've seen several movies front row at several other theaters. This place decided to mess with patrons not only putting the front row comically close to the screen, but also having just that row lowered a few feet as well. Trying to focus on the movie? Don't worry, a screen comes up to block some of the bottom so you can crank your neck even more. That being said the employees were wonderful, accommodating and processed a refund and apologized. The seats themselves are leather, comfy, and recline, offering maximum comfort and leg room. DO NOT SIT FRONT ROW.

First time going to this theatre and I was really surprised. The seating was electric recliners and very comfortable. The price for the movie was reasonable, snacks were similar to bigger chains and expected. Only issue was the sound before the movie was significantly louder then the movie itself, which what fine for me, but daugther covered her ears till the movie started.

Great experience with the recliner seating. It's the no frills VIP experience without seat service. My only complaint is they don't post showtimes until 48 hours before, so it makes planning a bit difficult. Much preferred over the cineplex competition though.

Great cinema, great sound and screen, affordable prices. You can get seats here for even the most popular movies on opening day (coming 5m before the movie), where 20 minutes away it's reserved for days. Not the best for business, but it's good for the customer.

Using the Atom app makes this great theater even greater! Awesome recliner seats and medium sized theaters gives it an "exclusive" feel. They get 4 stars because they can be short staffed at times making the concession lines far too long...ordering treats when I purchase my tickets through atom makes the long lines a non factor as there is a dedicated atom food order pickup counter...skip those lines!

The only movie theaters I go to is this location! The reclining seats are amazing and very comfortable. Always clean whenever i visit. A few weeks ago i seen alladin and the lights turned on a few times during the movie which was a slight inconvenience, but that was resolved since we got free tickets to a disney movie as we left the theater! Exceptional service

Incredible experience for movie-goers. Very spacious, reclining, leather seats, reasonable prices (lower than Cineplex) and the opportunity to pre-book your seats. Definitely missing this place throughout the pandemic.

Love, love, love the comfortable reclining seats. They didn't raise the price due to the seats. Like another theater that we won't mention.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was really nice...seating was cozy...not their fault but I sat beside someone who used his phone then lost it then sat on me trying to get it from the floor behind the seat...but in all was clean....the womens bathroom smelled like urine...

Dont get a large for refill they will tell you to line up and leave kids inside alone for ever...not acceptable and have had better service before...made for an unpleasant experience ....great job ticket girl

Amazing relaxed theatre and clean without having to arrive early just to find a great seat as these are all reserved basically. 4 star due to extremely dirty washroom with broken toilet

I've been coming to this theater for a few years now. The theater has recently upgraded their seats to large lazy boy style electric recliners that are so comfortable, just like being at home, even better! Comparing this theater to Cineplex, the experience and comfort level is incomparable. Only reason i've given 4 stars is due to the fact that this theater does not offer alcoholic beverages. I anticipate this will change in the near future - and hoping so!
