It's usually great I got good service and recommendations between 2 movies . I was very disappointed to find out they stoped the candy/food bar at a certain time after I went to get something during previews/movie. Wish I woulda known /or they just stop serving once all movies are over. Love the seats recliner only way to go.

The best mall in Windsor. For a mall that’s 50 years old this is doing quite well. They’ve just got a new food court with new franchises as part of the expansion which is great. It’s undergoing minor renovation in the interior so looks a bit shabby at the moment.

Saturday 6pm, there is 2 employees at the concession stand and none at ticket booth, 2/6 ticket machines are on. This scenario does not end with happy customers. I detest non human employees, and like most others believe clerk positions should be for young humans not slow inefficient machines that wont come in to work but get to keep its job. P.S. fix your floors.

In My personal opinion I prefer Silver city over the Devonshire mall location to see a movie on a Friday night the place is fulled with younger teenagers hanging out being loud and obnoxiously immature, personally I can't deal with it especially if you're bringing your son or daughter and if they are younger you will probably be looking to avoid the mall location all together. Silver city is your best bet, nothing against the teenagers who hang out at the mall, I can't say I'm innocent I was at one point a teen and Friday nights we were at the mall but being in my thirties now I find it annoying I guess I'll just comes with getting older my review couldn't matter to you or might depending on your age I guess.

The movie screen has physical flaws in it, including wrinkling and a large divot near the left of centre screen. The sound was good, but the seats are well worn. Considering the cost to attend a movie, the theatre could use some renovations.

Ok, now, FIRST time for me in reclining chairs in a theatre! Oh my goodness, I should have brought a blanket! The main area of the theatre lobby is super clean and presentable, lots of lights and sparkley things for the kids ( young and old) to enjoy! The actual theatre...you seriously had me at reclining seats...like a lounger you would find in someone's home! Such an amazingly comfortable way to enjoy a movie! Thanks for the great experience! Will be back for sure!

Unprofessional. Tonight's feature was in 4x3 aspect ratio. Upon inquiry it seems their projectionist hasn't the training to display the movie properly. We left an opening night feature with a refund. (A long line of movie-goers also left with a refund)

Really wonderful experience, plus you can walk around and do a bit of shopping before or after the show. One big problem is that some teens decided to sit in our seats that were booked online. That was settled pretty quickly, but it's happened a few times now. Good experience, and I would recommend the show, but skip the unhealthy munchies sold there.

The theater is pleasantly busy with a bunch of people lined up and ready at the start of each show. The staff is usually patient and helpful, and the prices are just about what you'd expect for a movie theater. The good part is that if you come half an hour or so early, you can just walk over to the food court at the mall and grab a quick bite. The arcade is also not barren like many other theaters (Time Crisis FTW). Overall, 7.6666.../10

The lobby is very large however the placement does not allow very long lines to be made for those getting concessions. The lineup for getting tickets only ever has one person and then a bunch of machines which we tried using machines and they were very difficult to use push sensor was messed up. The popcorn is usually pretty delicious you have to get new popcorn however not the ones that have been sitting for awhile if you ask for layered butter usually will get that. All theatres have been retrofitted with at least recliner seats which is excellent where is SilverCity still has yet to update some their theatres. Bathrooms are usually very clean, theaters as well. Pricing has gotten out of hand and making a movie something we only do once every 3 months instead of 2 times a month like before.

They don't even deserve 1 star.I went to see a movie with my son.I went inside tje movie theatre there was a lot of free spots available but there was no two spots close to each other.i called one of the girls working there and asked to ask these people to take off there jackets or move little bit so we can free one spot for me and my son.she said she was not allowed to ask people, and if there is no spots i cant go get refund.I don't knoe how iam i supposed to explain this to a 4 year old kid.they were not helpful at all cateless and not professional from the girls to the manager to the general manager all of them them they don't care.This is like first in first taking bunch of chairs and leaving people arguing outside.I hate this place and I can't go back again.Iam ganna complain to the whole world and let them know that this place suck and people who work here are not qualified to manage this king of business. they were asking me to get out and get refund after waisting my time and promessing my kid. they solf me ticket with no seat numbers and they want me to guess if there is a seat or not tjey want me to go and ask people to move there stuf by self omg.what a shame are we in 2018??? shame on you.Iam taking this to the customer protection and we will see what apology you will have for a 4 year old kid.I don't want other people to be treated the same way and I don't accept to be treated this way.....my advice avoid this place save your time & money

I booked the ticket for D-box. It was a really amazing experience. Sound quality is superb, so is the comfort of seats. Best part is if you sleep in between a movie, the technology of D-box will wake you up.

In this time I have gone to the movies once a week and gotten nacho's and cheese, its a habit I have had for about 15 years. It makes me sic to think how much money I have dumped into movie theaters. Thank god that they have been lowering the quality of the cheese they used to the point that as of last week, when switching cheese again to a cheap yogurt container full of ... I don't know what, I no longer have the urge to go to the movie theater. Thank you for not using MexiCasa cheese anymore. Im never going back. .. .. . . well ... unless you bring back the whole reason why I went in the first place. Kick ass nachos. For me, bad cheese is a deal breaker. I was able to look past the occasional batch of stale nachos for the crack infused cheese, but this new stuff is garbage. Stop being dumb and bring back MexiCasa cheese. P.s - The place is great if your not interested in nacho's.

Devonshire theatre really needs to put up signs to direct customers to the correct line, one for using the kiosks and one for human interaction. Also two kiosks were not working properly yesterday and should have had out of order signs on them. I really wish they would return to the days of having more than ONE person to help you!

Just an expensive movie, but at least the recliner seats were soft, they should recline even farther tho, got uncomfortable after an hour

Great movie theatre!! Average eats, If your looking for a wide food variety go to the Silver City on walker Rd., It is 7 mins away and they have burgers, pretzels and other amazing food. Honestly Cineplex is really good if you plan to walk around the mall but if your just looking to go see a movie, Silver City is the place to go!!!!

I went last week to go see Infinity War and they said it was full and I had to wait to the next time to get in which was in 30 mins and I was fine with that. I waited and then allowed me in and it was already full. So i go back to get a refund on my gift card for the two tickets I bought. I come a week a later to see the same movie and I got in but I noticed they only refunded me 1 ticket from last time because the balance was down $12 when it should've been full!!! Unacceptable, really unhappy with this service.

This is a great theater complex with 12 screens attached to the Devonshire Mall, although open later by using its own separate entrance. The seats are updated recliners and are chosen by patrons and assigned when tickets are purchased. There are ample refreshment options, handicapped accessed parking and theater seating, with areas in front for wheelchairs and mobility devices. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are a number of kiosks for purchasing tickets without waiting in line for an agent. It is great to have a meal in the mall before or after a show too.

Concessions prices are outrageous and I do not recommend getting anything from the concessions. I haven't in over 5 years because $20 of food there is about $3 at home. The kiosks are not well indicated and neither is the line for them. Immediately to the right when you go in. Theatres are updated and have large recliner leather chairs which are amazing to watch movies in. Employees seem nice at this location and parking is pretty decent considering it's at a mall. You can also purchase Starbucks or different Beers in the concessions area and bring it into the regular theatre with you. Nice feature but beer is twice as expensive as it is at a bar which is already more expensive that from the store.

Fantastic experience overall. Great service at canteen, wonderful amenities with the big fluffy seats and such. Only dampened by the directions from the woman who scanned my e-ticket. Theatre number wasn't listed so had to rely on "second, on the right." It was only after comparing tickets in the dark with people already seated and enjoying commercials that I came to understand she did not mean theatre number two, but rather theatre number 1, which was located past theatre number two. Same movie playing. Maybe it was me? Still annoying and potentially embarrassing for my niece. Lol Maybe 5 stars next time.

I went to purchase a ticket and immediately realized there were no humans to help, and more than half of the machines were malfunctioning. I finally got a machine to work, only to be charged extra money for our free ticket. I cancelled that and went to concessions to get some human help, only to deal with someone lacking hospitality/customer service experience. I've attended this theatre many times, but it appears to get worse every time. Not impressed!

Very nice theater that has broadened its offerings in the last few years. They have the best reclining chairs in the city, beer for sale, and IMAX screens. The place can get very busy on weekend evenings with young people, who tend to hand around socially. If you can deal with that, it's a nice, clean movie theater.

They have the nicest employees out of all of the cineplex theatres I went to, the other fun thing about cineplex Odeon is that they have aracde games where you can play and win tickets! Other than that the concession is great, they serve alcohol now which is great although slightly over priced. Definitely a great place to catch a new show

Great new seats, still love em. Watched a 3D movie, loved the experience. Only thing I wasn't crazy about besides costs for popcorn and such were the new seating arrangements. Must choose seats when buying tickets. Better to be there before lights are out or it can be harder to find seats.

New recliner seats take all the bad out of the movie theatre experience and make you feel at home. From the large aisles allowing you to get in/out of your seat easily to being able to prop up both your feet and stretch back, these theatres have it all. Washrooms are typically clean, lines move quick at concessions and staff is friendly. Beware going to the movies on Tues/Fri, it gets extremely busy so be sure to allow extra time before your movie to grab seats, parking and food.

I like the recliner seating at this theatre. The seats are very comfortable and not too close to each other like at some other theatres. The one drawback is that when you buy a ticket you have to pick your seat at that time. If you're meeting friends at the theatre you all have to buy your tickets together so that you can sit together. This is a bit annoying. Otherwise the experience is always positive.

Just because the seats are so comfy. Everything else is subpar and basic. Wish it wasn't $38 for a popcorn and pop to help the experience, luckily I can just smuggle some in. Doesn't taste as good, but the fact I've saved a day's pay is cool

Not usually the type to go to the movies so I was a little shocked when you had to pay for refills. But overall I had a very great experience here and I will definitely be coming back. Also I really like the recliner seats doors are always added bonus. Customer service is excellent and worker seem like they really enjoy working there. Also like the fact that they have a lot of variety when it comes to their food items and their liquor items. Overall recommend anyone to come to this location!

Movie experience was good. Comfortable seats and good food/snacks. The theatre's themselves were clean, however the concession area always seems to be littered with paper bits and popcorn. Staff was tolerable and a little less than helpful. The arcade makes up for it, though.

They made us wait 45 minutes for them to clean the room out after the last movie and the aisle that we chose to sit in had all kinds of garbage and debris so they didn't even really do a good job. Although I like the recliner seats they don't seem to be clean either. Was very disappointed with the cleanliness my last visit

Ridiculously expensive concessions prices, and even the vending machines charge 5$+ for a small bottle of pop. Seats were comfortable, but the sound quality was average, and dubbing match to the video was poor. I was very excited to see this one movie, and the experience ruined it

I planned a VIP experience with my Mom for Downton Abbey. Your advertisement said to dress up and enjoy a complimentary drink and food in the lounge. We arrived in our best 1920's dress for this experience but we were disappointed that Windsor Devonshire is not a VIP cinema. Why was this location included in your ad. I would have went to London.... Disappointed as this was my Mom's birthday gift. The movie and lounge chairs were really good though

Place was clean, and there seemed to be enough staff to accommodate the concession line, but the ticket line was incredibly long, thankfully I bought my tickets online! The young staff member behind the counter was completely not helpful, not suggesting any alternatives to what she said wasn't available in the combo I wanted. Didn't ask for my Scene card, and didn't even tell me the total of my purchase. Just kept twirling her hair and tipping her head. Very not customer oriented. And to top it off, the auditorium I was in had no AC! The movie was good though! So to be fair to the theatre, it was my staff interaction that is giving it the 2 star rating, not the theatre itself. I was disappointed the AC wasn't working but that's a glitch.

A group of teenaged kids were talking and i went out into the lobby to ask the ushers to take care of this. They went in and nothing happened. I had to go back a second time and was pretty upset. The manager told me there was nothing rhey could do about removing them. The manager was young and a bit rude to me. I will be calling a manager tomorrow regarding this. Movies are expensive. No wonder people go less to the movie you pay top dollar to be upset and frustrated. Not a good time.

Big screens and very comfortable reclining seats. Slow line to purchase tickets when it's busy since they only have one human working the ticket counter since the other humans have been replaced with do-it- yourself computers and everyone seems more comfortable interacting with the human so choose to wait for that one person.
