Pro: friendly staff, movie popcorn, movies, seat selection in some rooms, time play. Cons: overpriced movie popcorn and snacks, I really dislike the popcorn oven they use to keep premade bags warmed up. I grabbed a bag and only notice once I was in the movie that they were stale.

This theatre offers free wifi and has the TimePlay games at beginning of movies. The theatre layout is much better than older cinemas as it is open space to get your concessions making it much faster to get to your movie.

I enjoy coming to this theatre. It's always clean, staff is polite and friendly, and it's in great shape overall with no glaring issues. I visit Moncton fairly regularly and go to this whenever it's convenient. I'm in Fredericton and the Cineplex here needs some work badly.

Very clean and bright, never had a bad experience here at this theatre. With the covid-19 restrictions in place it's almost better to go to a movie now because it's even more calm and quiet. Assigned seating and assembly line-style concessions make it perfect for introverts who don't feel like social interaction. ????

I did NOT like the self serve of snacks. The prices are crazy enough as it is...you shouldn't have to serve it yourself. $25 for popcorn, 2 drinks and one bag of candy. Popcorn is cold by the time you arrive at the cash. On the upside, the seats are insanely comfie.

The theater is good. But who ever thought it was funny to take down the notice online saying that it was closed, and make everyone get their Hopes up, should be fired. We drove over 40 minutes to see a movie that we really wanted to see before it got spoiled, but both of the theaters were closed despite what it said online. You just wanted almost 2 hours of our evening and we didn't even get to see the movie. The only reason they dont get 1 star is because I've had good experiences in the past. Dont trust the website. It's most likely lying.

And when there is once a month, which is clearly insufficient, there is very little advertising, so very little assistance in the room. I used to see all the "blockbusters" in French in my hometown and I miss it. In addition when one is inside the cinema one notices an almost complete absence of French. It's absurd! (Original) Très peu de films français malgré que le cinéma soit situé dans une ville à majorité francophone. Et lorsqu’il y en a une fois par mois, qui est nettement insuffisant, il y a très peu de publicité, alors très peu d’assistance dans la salle. J’étais habituée à voir tous les “blockbusters” en français dans ma ville d’origine et ça me manque. En plus lorsqu’on est à l’intérieur du cinéma on remarque une absence presqu complète de français. C’est aberrant!

Absolutely NO WHERE on the tickets, confirmation page, etc. Does it show that you need to prove your proof of residence. I did not bring my wallet as my husband had his. They would not allow us to sit together and said "the sign is on the door". Well unfortunately not all of us live close to the theater to read a sign and go back home to be prepared. We explained we were married (wearing rings, same last name) and had our 3 year old daughter. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant. We literally left the movie as why would we pay $60 for family night when we can't even watch it together. Should be ashamed if themselves. We will NOT be going back. Horrible.

The worker there was rude and inconsiderate. I went into the theatre after getting my popcorn and as the theatre was dark didn't notice someone spilled their drink before putting my popcorn on the ground. The bag was soaked and it was all attitude rudeness and confrontation to get it replaced. A manager did help but even infront of her he was rude and dismissive to myself.

I like the set up of the snacks like a self serve/ buffet. This was my first time to this theater and it was an early showing of Shazam and the screen kept turning blue through the whole show, they managed to fix it once and then it glitched out again so they offered us movie passes. I'm glad we stayed to watch the movie through the blue discoloration because they only gave us one movie pass each for the inconvenience I would've expected at least 2, one for seeing the movie in full quality and 1 for the inconvenience.

What a wonderful theater this was! I went here to see "Snatched" and had a fantastic time! One thing I noticed that we need back in Alberta: The concession stand was DIY. Therefore, there were no massive lines for popcorn and candy. Customers just picked up a bag of popcorn and buttered it, helped themselves to pop & candy, and went up to the cashier to pay. I really hope the western branches adopt this idea too! The theater was very clean & comfortable!

It's a movie theater so there isn't much to expect other than over priced popcorn and drinks and staff who barely interact with customers. Employees aren't the only isssue - customers are a big part of a negative movie experience. People on their phones during the movie, sometimes recording small video clips, people talking behind us, kids kicking our seats (usually during kid movies) and the list goes on and on. So after paying a premium for a movie ticket, overpriced concession stands, and self absorbed customers creates a less than great movie experience. The last part the theater has little to no control over. 4 out of 5 stars because of the rip off prices for food.

I've been to many movies at this theater and love it! The customer service is amazing ( I particularly like the gentleman who take our tickets he is always out going and friendly, he also has a sense of humor I over heard him speaking to a customer who was going to see the movie "Yesterday" he said "Oh your going to see Yesterday! Well your just in luck were allowing you to see it today" I thought that was a nice touch to someone's movie experience. I also like the self serve experience when picking your popcorn and treats, I find it easier and less stressful when deciding what I want.

I don't normally head out to the theater often, but the UltraAVX cinema here is fantastic; I would strongly recommend checking it out if you want the theater experience. The thing I liked the most were the seats. They were extremely comfortable, there's more room, and the seating is steeper, so the people sitting in front of you do not get in your way. Price was quite reasonable for the experience it provided, in my opinion. Sound and video were top notch as well, I can see myself coming back here. This is an experience worth paying extra for.

I had trouble accessing the tickets I bought online. Tony, the General Manager, took a lot of time with me and was able to find them on the Cineplex computers, and printed them off for me. It was very busy when I went in but he gave me personalized service, took the time and alleviated my fears that I would lose the 40 dollars worth of tickets I had bought. He was incredibly kind and I very much appreciate his service. Thanks Tony! We visit this Cineplex often as we love it!

Have visited this Cineplex many times and have always been pleased with the service and cleanliness of this location. It's newly renovated location makes this the best theater in Moncton with premium comfort seats that have adjustable arm rests. Offers a wide assortment of food and snack bars from your typical popcorn and drinks to frozen yoghurt and hotdogs. Staff are friendly and very professional.

Halfway through eating a burger my fiance realized it was raw in the middle, I took it up to the cashier and he said they come precooked and they have nothing to do with it. I asked for a refund and because I didn't get a receipt they wouldn't refund it, my finance was up all night with food poisoning! Modern screens and building layout lets you go from the front doors to your seats very quickly. Self serve food counters mean you only have to stop to pay and you are not left waiting to be served. Seats are plush and extra large, with arm rests that fold up and out of the way. AVX lets you reserve your seats as well in case you are going with a large party.

Got really bad service, we got there a little late but the theater was still open so when we walked in, the man behind the counter started saying were close at 10h45 it wasnt 10h45 yet, he said well we cant serve you food with a bad attitude we said yeh we understand could you tell us which theater are movie is in, and he just started babbling I couldn't hear him but this lovely lady next to him kindly asked what it said on our tickets (that we've already purchased) and kindly told us where to go.. mind you when we got to the movie it had just started not in 5 minutes before our arrival. I'm extremely disappointed in the service this man gave us.

Not the experience you had pre-COVID. Most concessions and cash are closed. No more overdose on the butter because they are all shut down. Plus side is the social distance in theater. Full rows seperate all parties and many seat left vacant between one party to the next. No more bumping shoulder with a stranger.

Went to watch Halloween Kills in theatre 6, the picture had a dead pixel which distracted me the entire time. The speaker directly behind us was busted, and was very noticeable the whole movie. The cardboard straws are also a disgrace to any beverage. Sub par experience at best.

Spacious seating that is comfortable, but disappointed with two things. These should be looked after, because if you are going to a movie theater shouldn't the movie experience itself be the paramount differentiation from simply staying home, where more and more people now have pretty good setups themselves? 1. The projection window that separates the projection room from the auditorium is very dirty and negatively impacted the movie on screen, which was noticeably fuzzy! 2. The green emergency "Exit" lights are obviously necessary, but why so bright?! The one in the lower left had side of the auditorium was close enough to the screen that it cast a green glow and washed out darker scenes!

The movie theater experience is actually better during Covid-19. Social distancing means that I don't have a kid kicking my chair behind me and a really tall guy in front of me. Online booking seats makes it easier to stick with friends. As for treats, not much has changed. I'm still able to pour my own drink and get the same foods/treats that I used to. Overall I'd say the movies have been better than ever!

The movie theater itself is clean and well kept. However, the staff can be very rude. The man working the concession stand on August 10 at around 3pm was extremely rude when asked a simple question of which theater a movie was located at. Instead of being courtesy he snapped and gave us some wicked attitude. If everyone working at that Cineplex location is like that my family, friends, and I will never go back.

They unfortunately do not have the BBQ season for popcorn any longer but the place is still great for watching movies. The AVX and D-Box seats are great! Though for people looking for the BBQ seasoning they used to sell, it is available locally in New Brunswick from a company called "Barbours General Store" and the product is called "Pop n Top"

This is a great theater. The AVX screen is what I always go to and the seats are awesome. If you want a good movie experience you go to the AVX screen. It does cost a few bucks more, but it is worth it. Bigger screen, better sound, and better chairs. As with most theaters the concessions are over priced. Pop is nowhere near the price they're asking for. I highly suggest never getting their concessions, unless of course that's part of your movie experience. I do wish this theater had an IMAX screen. The closest one is three hours away.

This is a really great theater! Location is very central to the rest of Greater Moncton, lots of parking, very quick to get your tickets and food and drink, staff have always been very nice. Plus you can do some shopping before or after the show, very convenient.

Nicely renovated movie theatre with a self service style snack area. Cuts down on waiting when wanting to get your drinks and popcorn (or other items) before the movie. They also have an UltraAVX theatre in this location for clean clear movie with the best source and experience as well. DBOX is also available able in this theatre and when booking online you can assign a seat which is nice as it allows you to get a good seat at the showing that you want ahead of time.

When they decide to play a film in French for children, there is no promotion at all on French-language films, so no one attends, so the manager will tell us; we don't play French-language films, because we don't have to market for this kind of films. Certainly yes! a French-language film once every 4 months! (Original) Cinéma agréable, toutefois, il n'y a pratiquement jamais de films en français pour les enfants. Lorsqu'ils décident de faire jouer un film en français pour les enfants, il n'y a pas du tout de promotion sur les films francophones, alors personne n'y assiste, ainsi le gérant va nous dire; nous ne faisons pas jouer de films francophones, car nous avons pas de marcher pour ce genre de films. Oui certainement! un film francophone une fois au 4 mois!

This is a theater like all others. Completely rebuilt about 6 years ago, all auditoriums have the new style of seating that allows everyone to see well. Sound is great, image quality great. It would get 5 stars but the only negative in this place is that it's always dirty. Even if you go for a matinee and the theater has been opened for only a couple of hours, the hallways are littered with popcorn and garbage. It's even worse in the evening, which leads me to believe they only clean at night.

I believe the whole part of the movie going experience is also being able to use the washroom. The women's washroom is right under the dbox of one of the screens... so the washroom shakes and makes loud noises... felt like a disney ride! Not bad a little dirty for my liking but overall it was good only thing is I can say other than what I said earlier is people weren't in there assigned seating and when asked to move were rude.

Excellent theatre, my favourite of all time. The popcorn is great, sound and picture quality supreme, and you can easily buy tickets online and skip the box office. Will be back very soon.
