Just like childhood, but better! A quick 1 hour drive out of Winnipeg is a hidden gem. This drive in theatre should be on your summer to-do list. It doesnt matter where you park your car or what size vehicle you have, the lot is designed so that everyone can see. You listen to the movie with your FM radio from your car. We were worried the car battery would die, so we started the car 2x throughout the movie, just to ensure it was running. Fear not though, you can go to concession and someone can help boost your battery! Concession was great! They had all the normal movie favs--popcorn, pop, chips, candy and more...and not at expensive movie theater prices! They have a washroom in the building with concession. I don't know how great it is, but it is there if you need it. People with trucks tend to reverse park and sit in their truck bed or at the back of the truck and watch, sitting in camp chairs. I'd definitely go again...and you should too! Admission is $8/adult and kids are free!

Wow! So glad my kids got to experience something I enjoyed immensely as a kid! What a blast from the past. Some of the kids loved sitting in the van for the movie, and some of us sat outside in camping chairs with blankets. Next time we go though, we will bring a radio because it was really hard to hear the drive-in speakers. I would have given five stars, but the popcorn was so AWFUL that no one ate it (we bought seven popcorns and it wasn't fun to see it wasted). Bathrooms were pretty yucky, but the staff was very friendly. Even though it was really far from home, it was definitely worth the drive. Highly recommend supporting one of the last remaining drive-in theatres in Manitoba!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Staff is amazing, everything is so organized with covid especially! The movies and sound quality is excellent. The food that they have at the concession is fairly priced and we have traveled from Winnipeg twice this summer and soon to be a third ! Great experience, if you haven't gone..... GO GO GO!!

Great experience for the first time going to a drive in movie. Coming from Morden, traffic needs to line up on the highway shoulder to turn and cross into, which poses a safety concern. That being said, all covid and safety protocols are in place; good spacing between cars, controlling number of guests in the concession and the ability to call to order hot food. They call you back when it's ready for pickup.

I am one of the many Winnipeggers who loves making the trip out to the Stardust in Morden to catch a flick or two as often as I can. I'd give them 5 stars if they had some basic wifi on premises (you know, when you want to IMDB search to see who that actor is!!). The drive from Winnipeg to Morden is lovely in the summer, and the drive back is just as nice when there's a full moon. Get there early to grab a good spot. Concession stand has a surprising variety of treats to choose from. The folks who answer the phone when I call about upcoming movies are super friendly and even chatty sometimes! It's great!

Great experience! We decided to go to a triple header (3 movies, back to back) it was a little long but that doesn’t contribute to our experience at the drive in. Food was pretty decent. Arrived approx 30 minutes into the first movie and we had no problem finding a spot in the middle with a great view. It’s a little far to travel from Winnipeg. Driving home at 2am for over an hour seemed a little silly but we will definitely go again to enjoy sitting in private. I recommend the drive in for a affordable date night or evening out with the family.

Nothing stopped us from visiting Stardust, we drove all the way from Winnipeg. Kids had a blast watching Boss Baby. Helpful staff if you have any questions. Definitely a worth drive.

Great experience! Staff were friendly, concession was well stocked with lots of hot (albeit mostly fried) options. You could even call in to place your order which saved waiting in line (phone line can get busy). A little improvement would be to put a tip of reminder to drivers on the sheet they hand out about vehicle light etiquette and how to turn your lights off.

First time to an outdoor drive-in theatre was a wonderful experience! After backing into our spot we set up a few lawn chairs, providing an excellent view of the screen for all 3 of us. Had our vehicle been facing the screen, our view would have been great too, thanks to the small berm that raises your front wheels. Gate admission is so affordable - $7 per adult. Concessions are the standard theatre menu, with excellent value for the money. On our FM system, the back-up music level seemed too low. Not sure if the fault lies with our system or the drive-in's set-up. This may become a summer tradition.

Enjoyed camping anf watching movies all weekend. It was a lot of fun. It was nice during the day since the back of the campsite had lots of grass which is nice to play outdoor games. The campsite was mostly grass and had full-hook up which was wonderful! Will definitely make a return trip.

Been coming here for almost 30 years, who doesn't love a drive-in?? $5.50 for a huge bucket of popcorn as well as various other reasonably priced food like chicken fingers, perogies, onion rings, etc. So much fun, even in the rain!!

Haven't been to a drive in in years. Honestly I had a wonderful time at this drive-in. Staff was attentive with cars that had their parking lights running and helped them shut them off for the movie. Honestly the best movie theater popcorn I ever had. Everyone was very polite and gave you option to call your concession food order in to pick up. I like that you have the option to buy your tickets in advance. Would definitely go again.

We sit in the truck box of you do this bring a portable radio cant here the truck radio when you sit in the box. Awesome place we came here to watch the Meg. Movie was really good. Canteen has some of the best snacks of any movie theater I ever been too. Hotdogs pierogies. It's all amazing if your free any weekend any weekend come here. We had a great time watching The Avengers End Game here. I hadn't been to a drive in theatre in years. It was fun just for the nostalgia. There were about three families that had come together right next to us and were enjoying the show on lawn chairs, under the stars. I hope we get the chance to return someday.
