First time experiencing LUX! Totally cool. If I could do anything differently: (1) Arrive 20 minutes early if you'd like to have your meal ready for the movie and not be distracted during the beginning by the servers (if you planning on eating, which is motivated by a $5/ticket food voucher), and (2) sit in the front of the LUX seating, especially when doing 3D. The Pull Pork BBQ Flatbread Pizza was pretty good. It's a pricey outing, but probably worth it once a year or so, at least for me.

The overall appearance is very impressive, as well as the atmosphere in general. The main lobby is well payed out and allows speedy ticket and concession purchases. However, the actual theaters themselves could use an update/remodel. The seats are very small and slightly uncomfortable. This is the only reason for three stars, other then the seats, the place is an amazing place to hang out and see a movie

They ruined my birthday and discriminated against my friends wife because she is Filipino. We were told by Mrs. Murphy that she is not going to accept this passport as ID because " you're not even from here" so we were not allowed to gain access. We had our tickets refunded and left. Worst experience ever....

First time visiting this theatre and was not disappointed! We had lux level seats that were deep, clean and very comfortable with powered recliners and swing around trays for food and drinks. The servers were pleasant and didn't get in the way of the movie. The menu prices were ok overall and the selection was good. The sweet potato fries were awesome!

We had free tickets for a luxe level movie which is normally I believe $26.50 a ticket so we had to take advantage. Super comfy seats you basically get sucked into them! The food was actually pretty good considering its the movie theater. It was a little overpriced as you can imagine but all in all it was a pretty cool experience.

Got evacuated on a Sunday due to a fire alarm- 1.5hrs into Spider-Man! I was so scared but the signage and emergency announcements were easy to understand so it was easy for all of us to find our way out safely. The manager was excellent and gave us new tickets the next day, he even offered to have them mailed to us. The seats were comfortable as well. Definitely coming back.

Staff are almost always fast and freindly. The seats are older style, and don't recline, but, that's fine with me. There is a Luxe Level available. Parking lot is giant, but good spots reasonably close to the theater are usually available if you look. The concessions are outrageously priced, but where aren't they? Overall, I find it a nice, clean, convenient place to enjoy a movie. P.S. I wish they had IMAX theater

It was great when it opened 10 years ago. It is time to replace all the carpets and seating. Everything is worn out and dirty...even the counters at the food court are greasy and gross. The seats are so worn out they give you a back ache. Time to shut down and renovate!

Randolph has much better amenities and much more comfortable seats. Foxboro showcase seems very old and out of touch compared to Randolph showcase. Reserved seating is not available at Foxboro which stinks.

Great theater but maybe I'm old but how far do we have do to pay for a bucket of popcorn. 18 dollars that's alot specially when your a family 4 want to go to the movies enjoy it . It cost me 20 dollars for each one and that's not including drinks 7 dollars . Really Well that kind of nbn makes me want to wait for red box or buy the movie when it comes out in store witch I dont mind save more than 80 percent of money and 3 dollars for a box of popcorn that will last me for three movies

Visited for Avengers endgame. Although the website contradicts what the employees tell you about Deluxe seating. If you see children seating in Deluxe seating please understand that is wrong. It is 21 + only. So happy my boyfriend went to purchase tickets inside the venue opposed to buying online when we had a nine-year-old and his father accompanying us. They discounted our tickets for the misunderstanding. Very clean bathrooms! Very clean seating. Very clean everything! Employees wear nice and helpful and cheerful :-) Thanks for the fun time!

The larger seats are so comfortable. You are up above by just a little bit from the last row of general admission. You can chose your seat on line prior to arriving. Access to a full bar and a lot of bar type meals slidders, wings.... I had a slushy type drink last time there. AMAZING!! Some times the server either really slow in responding to the call button, or doesn't show at all. Other time they are right there. You pay for your order when the film is over. I find that inconvient, you want to get out of there not wait for your bill and or receipt. But the comfortable seats are worth it.

Nice theatre, pretty clean. But none of the seats have foot rests, even the ones in lux seating, you can't lean back and raise your feet. normal seats. Everytime I go, the sound is very low, you can hear everyone around you and have to strain to hear. People with me always say the same thing. Also, no refills on soda and no freestyle.

Screen size is so small I feel like watching 14" portable TV. The sound system is no better than my basement home theater. If you compare this showcase with near by regal at Bellingham it is much poor in every aspect.

Fun movie theater. Comfy seats. Lots of options for movies. Large food and drink selection. However, because it is part of Patriots place the parking in a nightmare if you accidentally try to see a movie when there's a game or concert going on at Gillette. It took us an hour to get home after a soccer game (when it should have taken less than 20 min). Also ticket prices are on the high side for your average movie.

Watched Warcraft from Legendary/Universal entertainment. Never played the modern Warcraft PC games, but in 1994 when my pops bought a custom four thousand dollar IBM compatible that had the throwback MS-DOS, I had the original cartoony World of Warcraft. It was fun controlling the peons. At Foxborough, I watched the movie in 3D; it was fantastic and the orcs and other animals are surreallistic. Go watch it, you won't be disappointed, I guarantee. Forget those expert reviews that badmouth the movie, there are always going to be haters who are the followers later because they are scared of change. The makers of this film are the future trendsetting pioneers of the new world 1.

Pretty big movie theater with some food stalls and concessions, games in the front, and a Luxe Level. You can buy tickets online, at the computers, or stand in line. The theater also has an escalator that connects to the outside shopping area of Patriots Place. This is my go to movie theater and I love that it's connected to shopping.

The theater is to is big which is good. Per usual like any theater steep food prices. The seats are outdated and squeaky, it was hard to enjoy the movie when you hear everyone around you squeaking just cause they want to lean back in there seat. AMC theaters definitely have more plush to the seats and comfort. Also at AMC theaters you can also refill your drink since the soda machine is at the customer convenience and a lot of drink options as well. If your paying $6 for a small drink, having free refills would be fair.

I normally love the lux level experience, however today was not a good day.I purchased tickets to see the new Avengers movie weeks ago.I usually work weekend's so one off is a luxury and I was looking forward to this. Our show was 12:15, we arrived at 11:30 and got our tickets. When we went upstairs we were told it was for 3D. We never ever go 3D I told them that and showed them our tickets ,it never said 3D anywhere just lux level. The gentleman said the online site sometimes is not very clear and all other shows were sold out.and we were show 4. They left at that point and we went to the theatre ourselves. We found our seats and even grabbed a menu on the way that were there. After about 10 minutes of menu checking we rang for a waitress. We waited for 40 minutes for a waitress , we were the very first people to sit but both other sections, who were filling up with people being seated, had very attentive waitresses helping them and taking orders. At one point I signaled one of the other section waitresses to see if someone was coming for our side and she said they were very busy and that waitress was in another theatre and would be here soon. She did come probably in another 10 or so minutes , the movie was going at this point and honestly between the 3D distraction which was awful to view...which I never thought I bought, I've purchased all my tickets this way with no problem, so I'm pretty proficient at it, and the terrible wait time, also the food was not great this time, all in all if I was baseing future visits on this one, I would not be going back. The waitress when she did come was very sweet however the you my man who checked us in then left us to our own devises could be better at his job.

This is reliably the best theater around. Clean and easy to get to, and they have discounted tickets in Tuesdays, but it's never crowded on discounted days so you get the best deal there

Calling all avid moviegoers, this is THE only place to watch the latest hit movies (well, unless you want to go to the Drive-In) in luxury & style. I am specifically speaking to the Lux Level movie experience which costs a bit over $20 per ticket (which includes a $5 food & drink voucher per ticket to use in the theater) but in my eyes, well worth the price of admission. Once you purchase your tickets either online (you are able to reserve the exact seats that you want in the theater) or can purchase them there where you'll choose the seats at this time (I highly recommend purchasing online to 1.) avoid the crowds and 2.) to ensure you get the best seats available) you are greeted by a person verifying ID's and tickets purchased as this is a 21+ area. You walk up some nicely carpeted stairs and are then greeted at the top by two ushers if you will, taking your tickets, letting you know which # theater you will enter and if you've ever been there before, if not, they'll tell you about the Lux Level experience, a very nice touch. You are able to grab a few seats at the bar or if you prefer, a leather seated booth, where you can order any drink you can think of or anything off their delicious lunch, dinner, and dessert menu, did i mention, there are about 30 TV's in the area all showing the latest Sox, Celtics, Bruins, or Patriots games. Once in the theater, you are helped to your cushy leather reclining chairs that have a button on them, if you press it, you'll have a waiter/waitress at your service to order whatever you please (all with illuminated menu's to order from), the food/drinks are prepared, and you are served quickly, quietly, and discretely, so as not to disturb everyone else during the movie. You are also given free popcorn with your ticket and don't forget to use the $5 voucher. The best part is that the screen is at an optimal level for your viewing experience and you have plenty of space to move around and stretch out, providing the most comfortable, enjoyable movie-going experience around.

They should use more forms of ID'S as proofs of identification to get in to the delux selection. I didn't have my licence but I did have another ID that I had to get my fingerprints and get federal approve and is a state license and they don't approve that. I just don't understand that. Oh by the way the way the manager was rude

Well I have to say from the the two I usually go to the warwick mall location and Quaker lane this one by far is nicer, better seats and if you wanna spend a little xtra which next time I will try out the upstairs theater which is way more fancier than the other I have been to. Came here on a Tuesday, was quiet and had the theater I was in all to myself. Ended up seeing terminator. Definitely didnt get any grief for the starbucks I brought in. When I was at the north attleboro one the lady was a bit rude and cranky. Will be back to check this spot out again.

If you going to see a really good movie, the Lux is the best place to do so. With friends and family. Must be 21.Enjoy the dining area and bar. Order appetizers or full dinner before the movie. You'll get escorted to your chosen seating. Relax,.recline and place orders for drinks, popcorn and some people will just have their dinner while watching. Service.and staff are awesome. Can't wait to go again with girlfriends.

Always a great place to watch movies with the option for the lux level. Theaters are clean and the seats are comfortable. Snack prices are a bit high, but that's probably on par with other theatres. There are decent food options in the lobby as well.

When Showcase Lux level opened it was better. It was novel. It was fun. It felt exclusive. Now its just expensive. Since the newness has worn off its impossible to ignore other chains offer more for less. The food has continued to go downhill since opening, and the last year has rapidly declined. Such a shame.

I went today and the woman serving the refreshments Told me I couldn't have refills even though I am a Star pass member ? If you check the website it states that you get free refills on LARGES . She tried to tell me that I had to be at a higher level to get refills and my status means nothing ? This is what you have to deal with this place's workers who won't let you get the things you have signed up for . Manager was a little better he said on only X larges ? Yeah this place never changes nor does the pathetic help.

This place is a little bit expensive, but everything is at Patriot place. But it's well capped and there are plenty of options for food inside, a little pricey, again, but it's Patriot place. But very good food, and well maintained. Plus they have every movie you could need to watch there. I'm not sure how many screens, but plenty.

Was late to the movie because there was only one person working the snack counter and went without eating because I was under the impression there would be other food available (pizza not open and neither are any of the other restaurants or stands). Finally get to my reserved seat to find that it’s broken. I’m so aggravated I had to write this review during the movie because I can’t even concentrate and enjoy it. Wish I had a different experience …

This was our first time going to de Lux. Wow! Can I say it again? Wow! We sat at the bar. Ordered a couple of beers and burgers before the movie. Although, I have to mention that this can ask be done via mobile, while watching the movie. There's a server that brings all items you order on the app. One thing though. It's for 18+. So, you'll need your I.D. Great date night, service and food was perfect.

For 14.15 a ticket, I expected a great experience. What I got however, was far less so. The other patrons were fine, I wouldn't blame the theater on them. The staff was friendly, the bathrooms clean, but the audio in the theater was awful. The theater I was in, number 13, had a speaker in the back that would crackle at the slightest increase in volume in the movie. It was the most annoying experience I've ever had at a movie theater. If they are going to charge such high prices for movie tickets, they should at least ensure a quality movie experience. What I got, was far from quality.

The Lux level was horrendous for the price we paid. Our server had no idea what we ordered and had charged us for a Heineken we didn't order. They never ended up bringing popcorn to my friend or bringing me my second margarita. Save your money and don't blow it on Lux level like we did.

Wonderfully comfortable seating, lots of available parking and a myriad of eating selections both IN the theatre AND in the area's surrounding restaurants. This is a huge multi-plex theatre, so an abundance of different movies being shown to appeal to all tastes. Recommend.

$10.50 for a afternoon movie is a joke. The seats are the worst I have seen, since the 1970's (Theater 4). Seriously, these seats are like cramped airline seats with dirty red cloth that only recline 3""! My back and neck started hurting before the movie even started. Obviously, the owners are more concerned in profit over comfort with the expensive variety of snacks and ticket cost. California theaters (Southern Ca) have been for years installing leather electric reclining theater seating with trays and cup holders built in. The chairs recline all the way back in a sleep like position. I'm spoiled for an $8 movie ticket but why should I accept less? Last movie I see here!

Love seeing movies in the Lux section. It is more expensive, but worth it. Getting to eat food and prime viewing of movie, at your seat, with limited people around you is great! You need to order in app or at the bar, pay there and then they bring your food to seat. That was a changed from before Covid, liked it that everything was done at seat, but little enough change to deal with. I'm not a drinker, but I'm sure that people enjoy their drinks in this section, because it's only 21yrs and older allowed. Seats are comfy and employees are very nice and answered all my questions, including those I didn't remember having til they answered them, lol. It's a great place and worth it for me to travel to go there.

It was nice to be back! The staff at lux level is very nice. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because you have to order from the app, which is fine, but there is no where to tip. I dont carry cash with me much any more because I'm so used to paying with card. I know that's on me for not carrying cash, and I was told not to worry about it because there is not really a wait staff any more. They just deliver your food and leave and thats it; but it still felt wrong leaving without leaving some kind of tip. They should work on putting that in the app so the people that bring the order to you can get tipped for doing so. I hope they are getting paid higher wages than a regular wait staff would since we cant tip unless we have cash.

A solid theater with comfy chairs and a good variety of show times. Ticket prices tend to be a dollar or so higher than other theaters, but it's not an exorbitant difference concessions on the other hand...). The theaters are always very clean and the bathrooms as well. They also offer Lux Level seatings if you want a more luxurious (read: boozy and expensive) experience.

Wow this place was not what I expected it to be especially for the money you pay for it. First we got there early and went to the upstairs bar to order food. We waited 45 mins for appitizers I was thinking damn I'm glad we got there as early as we did. It took many minutes to get a bartenders attention and most of the time they were just standing there but not looking our way even if we tried to wave them down. Had to wait 10 mins to pay that bill for overpriced dry food. - being a movie theater that is expected . Then we went into the movie only to find the seats went back but no foot rest ???? What you pay 25+ for the tickets you would pay half this at many other theater w comfortable seating and they would serve u food also. Then we ordered one soda, one beer and two popcorns( should be simple). Well we get the soda about 25 mins later then another 15 mins went by and the beer came still no popcorn waited about 20 more mins and the popcorn came and I needed more soda only to wait another 10 mins for a free refill meanwhile we are now well into the movie. And I'm attempting to get comfortable in the seats should have just bought the cheaper seats !! When the movie finished we still didn't have our bill waited about 5 mins through the credits never saw our server. Went out by the bar had to flG her down to pay the bill ( seriously u know the movies ending ). I should have at least had the tab . Finally at this point I'm so disappointed in this place !! For what u pay this is NOT worth it and I was expecting to pay being the movies. However you would think if they are going to charge what they do the service should have been on point or they are in need of a better system. AND SERIOUSLY I can get a more comfortable seating at an AMC and they have dining also that I have never had any of these issues. Extremly disappointed i figured if we were paying more this should be a great experience and honestly dont wven want to give them the one star. This place needs a serious reorganization of thier process !!! Oh an by the way the movie was not even full or close to sold out ????

Waited in line for concessions for over 25 minutes. Thank God we arrived early for our movie otherwise we would have missed a good portion of it. There were only 2 lines open but about 8 people behind the counter, and some just seemed lost and confused. Just standing around not doing much.. Once we got our snacks, the popcorn was way too salty and stale. For what we paid we expected a little better.

This isn't like most movie theaters.. We choose to dine and watch a movie.. The seats are so plush and comfy you wont wanna get up. The service is super fast and extremely pleasant. The food was very good, and very reasonably priced! I normally don't enjoy going to the movies so many theaters have sticky floors and sticky uncomfortable seats. This theater has everything even great cocktails! Go check this place out and you will never want to go to a movie anywhere else

Cons: We went to an early show and the popcorn was stale, obviously from the previous night, and they fully turned on the houselights during the credits and stinger for Black Widow. Me and my son attend this cinema on fridays, pretty nice, no reclining chairs though, they do have cinema delux , a seperate seating area for people that want to order off a menu while watching a movie and The crowds are decent on a busy night. They have a decent seating area to enjoy your snacks and watch tv while you wait for your movie and More like a waiting area. Looks like a cafeteria type deal and , also some lounging sofas as well, a mini arcade room. Nice cinema, while you wait they also have shops on the upper level just take the elevator up!! Pretty kool!!

I'm going to say what I did not like about this complex.....the restrooms needed some serious attention . People are slovenly pigs (which is an insult to four legged pigs) but people are being paid to keep these restrooms clean. That job was not being done during my visit. My wife had the same complaint regarding the ladies room.

The people here were very cordial, and got me what I needed, but, I was disappointed by the low quality of the seating. Not only could I not reserve my seat in advance, but the seats were of the old fold-down variety, with narrow armrests. Maybe it's just me, but I don't care for having to display dominance toward a stranger just to have a place to put my arm. That being said, the theatre seemed clean, and there were no technical issues with my showing. Except for the aforementioned concerns, I enjoyed the visit.

I would say this theater is just average. The normal seats are not automatic in some of the theaters at least, shocking as it was not built to long ago. They have many different food choices as well as a lux level but not even the ability to refill your drink which is a game changer for me. I would have to say overall I wasent to satisfied with this theater after having been to a few other showcase theatres.

Lux is very accommodating to every whim. Great menu, drinks, and the Prosciutto and Brie flatbread pizza is excellent. The seats are comfortable, and being seated high above the lower level, the screen seems even larger, could be because the projection beam is even on a more level height as where we are viewing from. Always clean. Well worth the visits. Highly recommended.

I went to the movies there over a week ago, paid extra for the lux level. There was a mouse in the theater the whole time and when I brought it up to management they said absolutely nothing to me. So I emailed a letter to showcase about it when I got home and I still have heard nothing. Oh and the seat and the seat of my companion was broken.

Had a very unpleasant experience. I was expecting this theater to be top notch being by the Stadium, but it was nothing compared to the Dedham Showcase. There is something wrong with the screen in at least one of the theaters. The screen is dark on both sides and makes the screen appear to shrink in darker scenes which was about half the movie.. very disorienting. Also the chairs were uncomfortable and the place didn't smell very fresh. Going to stick with Legacy in Dedham.

We recently visited this theater to see the new Venom movie. There were 3 adults and 2 children. We bought our tickets online. You are asked to wear a mask upon entering the theater and until you are seated for your movie. Getting into the theater is extremely easy and handicap accessible. However the concession lines are long and slow even if you have ordered your snacks online before hand. My order included a free gummy snack with my ticket purchase. The manager asked for proof and when I found my email he literally threw the package at me. The concessions are expensive and no one seemed to know what they were doing at the Nathan's stand. The theater itself was clean. There were people seated in our reserved seats but it was handled well. The seats are uncomfortable and even more so for children under 12. My 8 year old ended up sitting on the steps for most of the movie. It wasn't a terrible experience but other Showcase Cinemas give you a better experience.

This was a very first for my husband and I. This was the most comfortable movie experience ever. The comforts and conveniences outweigh the ticket prices. You can enjoy your movie of choice at the perfect seating level and enjoy cocktails, appetizers, lunch, dinner, and desert--all at the touch of your arm rest call button and with the aid of your back-lit menu. The service staff was courteous and attentive to every detail. The luxury bar, restaurants, and bathrooms were incredible! It's something that everyone should do at least once!

The Lux is a five star idea being executed at a three star level. I'm HUGE fan of The Lux level and often remark to friends that it's the only way to see a movie you've been looking forward to. Unfortunately however my last three visits have been a let down. It's not unusual to have a manager/supervisor (or two) great your couple and get you to your seats....this even after you've been greeted and given your theater number. This may seem like a silly observation, but perhaps fewer people getting me to my seat and more attention being paid to the food and drink quality may be what this theater really needs. Our latest visit was this past New Year's 9:30 showing of Sisters. This time our entrees arrived fast, before or cocktails but barely warm. And then, when our drinks arrived they were at least five minutes apart, the result was two lukewarm martinis and what could be less fun than that?!? Anyway, that's pretty much how its been on our last few visits which is different from how it used to be. Please start getting it right again. Thank you!

Fantastic experience. People complain that it's expensive. The way I look at it tickets for two cost me $56. We didn't have to fight a crowd for a seat which is worth something in my book. They give you each $5 towards any food or drinks you order. The popcorn is also free. They have a full food and drink menu and the wait staff really goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

If you want to watch a movie this is the place to go! Family friendly - Tons of stuff to at Patriot Place. The theatre is clean and staffed with the nicest employees. Grab a bite from the restaurant right there for a delicious burger or mozzarella sticks. Kids loved the Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream served there as well. Highly recommend.

Arrived 15 minutes early to a 7 pm movie. Got stuck in the snack lines for about 20 minutes. They DO offer an express line for snacks if you order ahead, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Sat in the back of the theater and that was a mistake; the heat was set way too high and I ended up having to move seats halfway through the movie.

To whom this may concern I am very disappointed with the customer service in your Foxborough patriots place location I was trying to catch a 9:25pm movie on 04/6/2018 and the staff at this location was very unprofessional and did not know how to diplay proper customer service. I purchase multiple tickets for my friends and me but did not print these tickets out because on numerous occasions I visted other showcase cinemas and there was no issue with them scanning electric tickets from my phone but at this particular theater they did not want to accommodate us. I arrived at the movie at 9:10 and movie started at 9 :25 I explained to the staff and manager Kimberly that I did not know I needed to print the tickets and could they please scan the ticket off phone this one time because we were going miss the movie we came to see. They were not interested in helping us and made us drive all the way home to print the tickets. We had to watch the last show of the night and were very disappointed with experience and will never visit this cinema again

This theater is fine. Nothing amazing about it. Sometimes the theaters are pretty messy from the previous show. Hot tip: go to Big Y before to get discount tickets.

Never to return. Sticking with Dedham's much better showcase theater. This one should not bare the name. There were several reasons this was the worst theater experience ever. From the picture quality, not sharp, slightly out of focus at the top and bottom and to the right and left were vertical dark bars taking up each side where the darker scenes where highly partitioned. Worse was the abhorrent and insulting manager. Who explained he was a 4 year college grad, ok? It took 12 minutes of his abuse to get refunded after leaving the picture 20 or so minutes into it. We were dissatisfied with the theaters presentation of the film so we left early, and he just wanted to insult us. After I pointed out he was insulting me, after not insulting him myself, he offered us two additional tickets in hopes we would not go online and share the experience. He stated he would not spend time in his own theater and also said he doesn't spend time watching movies. As if to add another insult. The seating is awful and a bit grimy and popcorn stale, I think from the night before. The theater had an old stale smell in the one we sat in and all around it was not worth the trip at all. Definately go somewhere else! Please! Enjoy the movie.
