I took my fiance to see justice league and had a very nice experience...not sure how much the snacks we're cause we didn't get any the seats were 12.00 a piece but I thought well worth it

The whole theatre appears to have been re done when Marcus took it over. We prepurchased our tickets which also allowed us to reserve specific seats, which is a nice touch. All the theatres now feature comfort loungers, basically reclining love seats. Each seat, of the two seater loungers, operates separately. There is an arm rest in between the seats that can be moved if you are sitting with a friend but can stay down when sitting with a stranger. Theatre itself was clean and comfortable. Just walking in the front door you are walking into a building that is cared about. Will definitely be back!

My go to theater due to cleanliness and great staff. We brought a refillable popcorn bucket and cups tonight. Unfortunately, refillable cups were not allowed and the young man behind the counter explained it with professionalism. We payed for the drinks but still use the refillable cups. As we were walking, the manager "Isaac" approached us and was rude. This young manager needs training in customer service, communication and respect. He made me and my wife feel like we were stealing drinks. Even after i informed him that we payed for the drinks and even showed him the receipt. I understand he has a job to perform but his condescending tone was not warranted. I hope he receives the necessary training.

I watched “The Grudge” tonight and I left the two times to tell someone who worked there that I could hardly hear the movie. It was not a full movie at all. There was maybe 6 people in there totally. Each time a worker said they would turn it up. It was a empty theater and it was a scary movie and It wasn’t scary AT ALL because nothing popped because we couldn’t hear anything! It was depressing. It could have been jumpy if we could hear anything. But they didn’t listen. You have to reserve your seats because it fills up but why????? You can’t even hear anything. And I don’t write reviews unless I have an amazing experience or a terrible one and unfortunately it was awful when it could have been super good....empty theatre with reclining seats and a good movie...but sucked because they didn’t make it up to par..unfortunate.

I absolutely love this place and the arcade is very nice! Also, they offer $5 Tuesdays, any movie, any time and your ticket includes a free bucket of popcorn!! You can't beat that!

Very nice theater. Super comfy chairs, with power reclining and plenty of distance between those behind you. Great $5 Tuesday deals. Smooth ticket checking and printing kisok Process when we arrived. Saw In the Heights and it was a great time. No masks required for vaccinated and no spacing anymore of seats. Popcorn may have just been off that day they made it but wasn’t consistently coated in butter. Still ate it though, haha. Excellent quick customer service with handling our problem. Two of the seats we reserved in advance for our 5 person group were broken so when they couldn’t move us to another row that fit all of us in same row, they gave us free tickets to come back and see another movie. He assured us that they would have maintenance fix them immediately and block the seats off for future showings.

This is our third trip to this theater. We absolutely love it. Over the last year there has been a significant decline in service. The first of these involved a bunch of under aged kids roaming the theater during the movie, taking many photos with flash. We decided to give it another chance for trip number 2 and we're once again met with disappointment. There were several underage kids without adults roaming the theater, distracting everyone from the movie. The couple next to us left. And that leads to tonight. There were people once again roaming around back and fourth, carrying on several conversations both in person and on the phone. People with their ringers on. This was the last nail in the coffin for us. We will not be returning to this theater.

My daughter is only three yes but she has a weird love for clowns , the creepier the better. She watches them on YouTube and she wants to be a clown for Halloween. I bought her the original movie "IT" months ago bc I used to watch it as a kid and she loved it! She was so excited to see the new one. I know it seems crazy to some people to take a three year old to a horror movie but it's our life and my family love horror movies. So I was extremely upset (and believe me she was too) to find out that apparently there is a policy that no child under 6 may watch a rated R movie here despite whether they are with a parent or not. Sucks. Ruined our night. I thought the rating were for parental control. Can see the same things going on on cable. It's 2017. So anyway I guess we are just going to watch the original again.

We rented out a theater for Raya and enjoyed our time. Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because the Michelob Ultra we bought tasted really bad. I took a drink of the first one and figured I could power through it. Got about halfway and just couldn't do it anymore. My wife didn't drink any of hers as it was bad. When I went back out to try and get replacements, the bar was already closed. Pretty bad experience for a $10 beer.

Theater is nice, food is "eh". But what bothers me is that people tell us and in some reviews on here says they do Military discounts, which each time my husband shows his ID they tell us they don't do a military discounts. Sadly I saw it once but I was declined cause my ID was active duty (I understood that) but I think they need to get on the same page for the rules. Otherwise that's my only complaint I have with this theater.

The staff have been nice. We enjoy grabbing a beer or snack and relaxing before the movie. The recliners are also great. I wish it wasn't so expensive for a movie, but it seems to be a nationwide trend. I've come here 3 times and see myself returning.

I loveeeee their upgrade!!!! But very disappointed they took the arcade out, and replaced it with a bar. I loved playing in that arcade every time I went! It was so much fun. I feel those new seats are a definite PRO, they recline and have foot stools :3

They've put a lot of remodel work into the theater but it has its pros and cons. I like being able to choose seats ahead of time, however it doesn't show you where walls are, stairs etc. Having A special needs son who requires some medical equipment to come with this poses a problem of where we can set his bag without paying for an extra ticket and not bother other customers. I'm also upset they took away the private family assist bathroom. To me having to take an older opposite sex child into the bathroom with me is better done in a private bathroom as opposed to forcing him to go into the women's. The screens are nice and there's a nice selection of food, but no trays on the dream loungers to set your food and there's no where close to your seat to set down food when your done. Movie selections are good, your best buying in advance and use Fandango so you don't get charged a convenience fee.

The fries are super good here! Always clean and comfy. Good doesn't get delivered to you in theater but you can order and bring it in with you. They always have plenty of staff to handle the crowds...and $5 Tuesday is the best. Also....it's always $7.50 for military familiesx.

As the father of a small child, it's been a long time since I've been able to make it out to a movie theatre, and this was my first visit to this one. Staff were friendly. Concessions were pricy, but on-par for the industry. Love that they also serve "real" food (like sandwiches, burgers, etc) and that they even have a bar there. The theatres themselves are nice. The reclining chairs are super comfortable, and the theatres were nice and clean. Their kids movie series brought us in, but the great experience we had will bring us back again and again.

Very rude staff. As I was trying to report a problem about a mess on some seats, I was rudely asked if I was volunteering to clean it up. The theater itself is very nice. Screen, picture, and sound seem to be state of the art. Seats are well cushioned and very comfortable, if not soaked in soda.

They are back open! My husband and I went today. You reserve your tickets online and order food online, specifying when you want to pick the food up. It went so smoothly! The seats had been disinfected before we got there. No parties were near each other. Everyone had to wear masks except while they were eating or drinking, but there was plenty of space, so I felt comfortable removing my mask to eat and drink. I felt safe. Very well done! I'm so glad that the theater is open to guests again! We will definitely be coming back soon.

This is my favorite movie theater in the area. You can purchase your tickets online, and reserve the seat you want. Their concession stand is really good. The have all movies for $5 on Tuesdays. They have big comfortable leather power recliners.

Food prices are ridiculous. If you go bring a big purse full of dollar tree goodies and drinks. Other then that - the theater is decent. Could benefit from being cleaned better but the movies are great and the seating is nice.

Comfy recliner chairs. You pick your seats when you purchase your tickets. $5 movies on Tuesdays. The only real drawback of this theater is the limited number of seats for each film. It can be very hard to get tickets for same-day shows so plan ahead.

This place is always so clean and the employees are always so kind! Times are strange during the pandemic but I felt safe with how clean everything was. The theatre was nice and cool and operating normally, used the heated seat in the DLX theatre which helps my fibromyalgia pain that worsens when I sit for long periods of time. This is a 5 star theatre! Go support them!!

I've neen going to this movie theater for 10yrs. The prices are high, but movie selection is always good. Selection of candy needs updating and food has not change and candy selection is too high. Pack yo big purse and everything else will fall into place while watching a good movie thete.

The volume was low to start, but it seemed to have been quickly remedied. For a matinee price, I'd pay just to take a 2 hour nap in one of their dream loungers. I don't think there is a bad seat in the theater. Picking up our pre-ordered tickets was simple.

Clean seats. Helpful staff. Great experience. (Seats feel a little narrow). Try a cheeseburger at the grill! A little tip, link your Marcus card to Fandango and they waive the convenience fees in the app allowing you to purchase your tickets and pick your seats ahead of time.

Have taken steps to lower contact including step on door openers. Only complaint is that they push to order food in advance, but there is only 1 cashier working for this, whereas people who didn't order in advance walked right up and were served by the multiple open registers. Seating is amazing!

This movie theater is just like any other movie theater but I line their $5 Tuesdays! It's very rare that you can see a movie for $5 any time of the day. Also, if you become a VIP MEMBER (free of charge) you get a free bag of popcorn. The seats are very spacious and comfortable and it's never too crowded.

decided to go to the theater last night for the first time since covid (because why pay for something i can watch in the comfort of my home) and we saw nightmare valley. i liked how cheap the tickets were but that was about it. the theater was super cold, and also the movie was boring. i got an icee and left mid-movie. but the icee made me sicker than i have ever been. that is all i ate last night and this morning i threw up completely red. i’m very upset because i know for a fact when you don’t clean ice/soda machines they get packed with bacteria and can make people really sick. marcus theaters needs to take better care of their machinery. if people are going to consume something, at least keep it clean please. this is covid times, DO BETTER.

Comfortable recliner-stlye seats and nice screen and sound . Recommend purchasing tickets online (online purchases are routed through Fandango) in advance to get preferred seating. Prices high all-around (as usual at the theatre) but bar, dining and concession options are better than when the theatre was owned by Wehrenberg. Self-service soft drink fountains offer a good selection but during 2 most recent visits at least two selections were out and staff were not in a hurry to replace them when advised. IMHO when you pay that much for a soft drink you shouldn't have to wait 15 min for your beverage of choice to be available.

Since they bought out Wherenberg and changed the theater I've only gone once but that's because they have limited seating. Since they have very nice dream loungers it actually takes up a lot of space so there aren't very many chairs. Also you have to buy tickets ahead of time almost always because they get sold out quickly. Also they don't have powders to put on the popcorn for free.

Ever since Wehrenberg was acquired by Marcus Theaters and their facilities were renovated and their prices lowered, seeing a movie here is no longer a budgetary concern, instead returning to an enjoyable experience that doesn't drain your wallet. Their military discount is nearly $5 off a ticket, which is incredible! The only thing more incredible is their seats, which are comfy, huge, and relaxing. See movies here!

First all of their card readers were down, while I understand this happens sometimes they had no signs out and acted as if we should have known that their card readers were down. Then while we were trying to figure out what to do another customer came up to the desk because they told her she couldn’t bring her bag in and continued to press her asking why she needed the bag and if it was for medical reasons. That’s completely unacceptable. We ended up leaving and not seeing anything.

Reclining seats, I believe some can be heated. $5 tickets on Tuesdays. One of the projector screens is a little dirty and kind of bugged me but I was able to look past that and watch the movie. The staff is nice. Like that you can buy tickets online, then go scan your qr code to the side and print your tickets right there then go on on with barely any wait. There is also some sort of bar that you can wait in before or after your movie. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to go to with friends.

Not a bad seat in the house. I LOVE all the new reclining seats and the movies are so much more enjoyable with less rows and people in the theatre. In addition to the normal popcorn, soda and candy snacks there is even a restaurant and bar in the lobby area. And don't forget about $5 Tuesday's!

Its nice to see a movie. You will need to buy the seats on either side of your party if you want social distancing. There is no social distancing otherwise. Quiet Place 2 was good though.

Love the new remodel!! The dream loungers are the best way to see a movie! I used to drive to a five star lounge for the comfy seats and assigned seating. If you have never tried it, I highly recommend! There is nothing better than being able to pick out your seats and know that even if you are running close to the movie time, your seat will be there!

Love going here now with my wife since Marcus took over. Reserved seats is the best thing for the movies. $5 tickets on Tuesday makes a date night every week super cheap for movie goers. All of the seats were replaced with the lounge style, some heated even.

I need to pick a movie and go again. They were still making changes and adding things the last time I went and I'm anxious to see what all they've added. I appreciate that you can purchase tickets online and reserve your seat, never have any lines except at the concessions counter and even they're not bad. The prices of going out to see a movie have gotten astronomical over the years but Marcus is definitely trying to up the quality of the experience to keep track with the pricing, while providing a great experience. Love the heated loungers, so comfy!

I've been going to this theater for over a decade now. Frankly, it's the only decent theater in the area. I went the other night with my son to see the new Spiderman movie (Far from Home). I bought my seats ahead of time, however, by movie night, people had purchased seats to the left and right of us. The woman on my left laughed OUT LOUD at every single "funny" thing in the movie. Needless to say, she was quite annoying. On our right were two guys who, for some reason beyond me, decided it would be far more enjoyable to talk and giggle amongst themselves rather than watch the movie that they had spent $16.00 a piece on. I really should have said something to them, but didn't. Needless to say, I suffered in silence. On my way out of the theater, I encountered a local worker who apparently didn't think anything was wrong using foul language in front of guests while talking with his coworkers. And then, on the way out, there was a local young girl who decided it was fine to stand and block an exit door. I walked up and said, "Excuse me", and she slowly moved out of the way. Outside, there were more local youths congregating and loitering about the theater. After everything that happened tonight, my son and I decided then and there that we would not be returning to this theater. In my opinion, it doesn't matter how many 'Super DLX' screens they build and how loud they make the sound system, they can't and/or want do anything about the rift-raft that seems to be encroaching upon the area. Folks like myself who want to come and enjoy a movie and not be subject to gang-like activities, will go elsewhere or just stay at home and wait until it comes out on Amazon or Google. Movie theaters can't do anything about the continual erosion of social etiquette and as long as people's manners continue to decline, so will the number of move-goers and thus the incoming dollars. For me and my family - no thanks! We've had enough!

The Marcus Theater is my favorite place to watch a movie. You can pick your seats when you buy tickets and the seats are leather recliners. There is also a DLX screen and you can view classic movies and marathons (like Harry Potter) on select dates at the theater. It's nice.

This theater was one of the best place in town. First impression is remarkable. I went here to watch Toy Story 4 with 4 kids and wife. I was so happy the seats were the type they recline. The kids were so happy, as well. I def. recommend this cinema.

Overall, this is a good theatre. I like that I can reserve seats ahead of time using their app with no surcharge. The theatre is generally clean and the staff is friendly. I wish they had Coke products and a plain Coke or Dr Pepper icee. Otherwise, the food choices are better than most.

This was my first trip here since it became a Marcus theater. I have been coming here for years as the Wherenberg 15 though. The remodel has really made this a better overall total experience. It is smart in their part to have the restaurant inside, now you can do dinner and a movie all in one place. We ordered burgers and everyone was happy with their meals. It was maybe a couple dollars overpriced but nothing ridiculous. I think it was $12 for a restaurant style burger a d some crinkle cut fries. They had a more basic burger for a few dollars less. The theaters now have recliner seats which were also a lot more comfortable than previous seats.

I really like the updates. You can order real food and the theatre seats recline. My only big issue with the remodel is that there was only one staircase/walkway in the theatre that I was in. Not sure if all of them are that way. I'm used to there being two ways to enter/exit a row. Only having one way into and out of each row will take some getting used to...

Cinema is ok, stay the hell out of the restaurant area. My god, the service is garbage. They typically have 2 people working, 30 people come in at 6 to eat before their show. They fall behind hopelessly, because of understaffing, then a jerk manager will come in and make things worse. Ugh, will never make the mistake of trying that again. Twice was enough opportunity to impress me and they failed spectacularly on both attempts.

Love the remodeled theater! A restaurant when you walk in, the seats are comfortable and recline if you like. I’ve only been in one theater so far, but just know the seats are in twos. So, if you’re a group of 3, two of you sit together and the other person kinda sits with someone else. Guess we draw straws next time ????

Now called Marcus o'fallon cine (wehrenberg sold it) the theater is being given a facelift so expected some construction. And the concession stands aren't at full capacity yet but they do have most of the menu items. They had nice new reclining seats in the movie theater i was in. I think it's going to be really nice when it's all done 12/10/17

Outstanding ticket prices and special discount days. However, as you can expect, the cost of popcorn and candy is over priced. If one gets a membership (free) card there are certain benefits such as discounted popcorn and other similar. The lounge chairs are outstanding particularly with my bad knee. No more stepping on toes in tight isles. Get on their email list and receive notices about specials and discounts.

This place has improved dramatically. The recliners are so comfortable. There's also a bar/restaurant that I would love to go hang out in before/after a movie. You can now self-service get your tickets and you no longer have to wait outside.

The new bag rule is ridiculous. I offered to open my bag and expose the inside to them so I wouldn't have to go all the way back to my car but that wasn't good enough. I was already late for my date and had to go put my purse back in the car. Spoiled my mood

If you are looking for a high quality upscale movie experience, this is your place. Big cushy leather recliners....that heat up even. If you are with a date...the armrest moves so you are essentially sitting on a loveseat. There is a bar and restaurant inside, along with an ice cream stand....and all the other usual movie food. We don't go out to the movies often, but this is a nice treat.

Was going to see hotel Transylvania 3. But the reserved seating is a waste...I'm paying the theater... So I'm not going choose a section or reserve a seat... I like it how they took the game room out and put Booze in...Nice Showing kids and teens the Role model figures People! Yeah going to a theater and drinking booze ..Seriously...Lmao.. I will stay away from this theater wow...what a waste!

Edit: with construction all done this place is awesome. LOVE the reclining seats and the improved sound systems. It's a theater so of course it's pricy but the new grill and even the little bar area is really nicely done. Great place to catch a movie. The new seats are great! Not going to give it 4 stars just yet as there is still plenty of construction going on, but I think once it's all done it will be awesome. The theater was quite warm tho, and made me a bit uncomfortable... maybe they were going for a cozy vibe in there haha. I really like the new seats, plenty of room to stretch out and you don't have to walk over people of you need to get up for the bathroom. Overall very nice, clean with courteous staff. Look forward to all the construction being done!

DLX dream loungers seats are heated and nice, but a bit warm. Everyone in our large group was commenting they were "hot or sweating". Overall, this movie theatre is getting a Major face lift amd uograde for the better.

I love Marcus theaters,they just remodeled & added electric recliners that are comfortable but know the button is on the inside of the arm rest by your thigh. Great experience.

Stood in the concession line for a while to be told that the register wasn't working right after they just rang someone up. Tried to ask the attendant a question and he completely ignored me. We went to another line that had several people in it and the guy started ringing people up at the "broke" register ????. Complained to the manager but he didn't care. Ended up not buying anything because I was pissed! Thanks for making a handicap person wait extra time for no reason! I will NEVER be back!

They remodelled it with the comfort and convenience of the customer. The movie experience is much more enjoyable. You can also reserve your seat and not have to rush in or come in early to get a good location. The way it's laid out, you got a lot of room. It's also very clean. I would come here again.

WARNING: ⚠️ This is a long post! So we decide to have date night and frequent our local movie theater, Marcus Theaters in O’Fallon. We invested in the popcorn bucket which is suppose to save you money and we also brought our Marcus Theatre SpiderMan Homecoming plastic cups to purchase drinks as well. At the snack stand, the cashier tells me that the SpiderMan cups are only refillable on the day of purchase. Okay, I want the large popcorn and two large drinks. The total came out to $10.89, I used my reward cash to bring the total down to $5.89! He asked if we wanted our receipt, to which we said yes! We go over to the soda machine and select our drinks. As we are heading towards our theater one of the managers approached us. He didn’t greet us, he immediately starts to tell us that our cups are not refillable. To which I answered Yes, I understand the cashier told us but we were charged for drinks! He proceeds to tell us about the refill drink policy of the theater; to where I said “would you like to see my receipt?” The popcorn refill is $4.00 correct? He replies, Yes! We paid for an ultimate refill at $10.00. Which means he charged us $3.00 for each drink!!!!! As he is examining the receipt he says, “Well, I am not sure what he charged you for but those cups are not refillable?!?!” Again, Isaac we paid for refreshments if your cashier didn’t charge us correctly you need to have some training. This action and his approach made us feels as though we had stolen drinks!!!! Isaac the Theater Manager also needs some customer service training. You don’t approach customers the way he did. There is a certain way to approach customers and inform them of certain policies. His way was not correct!!! Not a good look for Marcus Theaters tonight!

Our family recently moved to the area from Chicago. You can imagine, we had our pick of great theaters there and were nervous we wouldn't find one in the area that quite lived up. I had a chance to catch a matinee at Marcus O'Fallon this week, and those fears are abated. I'm pretty sure we found our new favorite place to go to the movies.

6 members of our family went there for the first time. We ranged in age from 5 to 61. We had a blast. The staff was very nice and had lots of smiles. The prices weren't impossible, they were actually decent. Some of the staff were very knowledgeable, however, some were not. Every seat was a recliner and we were allowed to sit in the handicap section with my mom. That was great because she usually has to sit by herself while we sit elsewhere. Also, they were busy but not over-crowded. All in all, our experience was very enjoyable and we can't wait to go back.

Good for what it is. No frills average movie theater with overpriced concessions. Clean enough, seating is OK but I get sore after an hour. Has everything you'd expect for a fun family movie night out + games but expect to spend up to $70 or more for just 3 people even with no games.

The only theater in the area other than Lincoln theater and St. Clair 10. Great service and friendly people. The concession lines are always so slow but we just plan an extra 10 minutes before our movie to get popcorn. Great shift managers they always jump to handle situations when he have issues.

Marcus O'Fallon Cinema is awesome. They have leather reclining seats and some of them are heated.they have a bar and lounge which is very nice. The place is kept very clean and the people working there are very nice. The prices are very good to. I haven't been to a movie in a while but after going to Marcus cinema my wife and I go all the time now.

I’ve always loved this theatre. They have clean rooms and seats and a wonderful array of snacks. The bathrooms are always nice and clean. You pre-buy your tickets but there is almost always room. The seats are recliners and are very comfortable. Definitely a high end theatre for this area!

Was extremely disappointed in their accomadations. They hosted a Wounded Warrior event. Which I found to be poorly executed. The staff was unattentive & more invested in socializing with one another than interacting with guests.The manner in which they set up the buffet of food made it extremely difficult to maneuver around the tiny theater provided. As well as not providing enough food for all the guests attending. I also thought the tiny theater provided was completely inadequate for the amount of vets & their family members attending. Multiple families walked out due to an overwhelming lack of space & overcrowding. Especially taking into consideration many of these veterans suffer from social anxiety as an underlying affect of their PTSD. My husband included. I also found the whole establishment to be far to hot. I myself enjoy watching a movie in a theater that is properly air conditioned. Overall I can honestly say in the future I do not see myself supporting a facility that I felt so poorly supported an event for the Hero's of our country.

Love the reserved seating and being able to buy tickets in advance and not stressing about finding a seat. Unfortunately the bar area and management needs a massive amount of improvement. The bartender was completely alone during peak movie time (yes it was a Monday, but avengers just came out). The manager came to help but really wasn’t any help at all. We waited 20 minutes to get a drink, and both of them had to keep looking at the ingredient list for drinks. After 15 minutes, we found out the drink my boyfriend wanted couldn’t be made because of a vodka they were out of. The bar area needs to be fine tuned a little more.

So I dont understand why the drink station was such a mess and when we got to our seats to see the movie the seats had the tape on then saying they were sanitized but they were covered in popcorn.

I wasn't sure if the concession was open but it was and I wound up not even wanting the popcorn I already paid for so that was a waste. Upon looking up the showtimes online, it never stated that the movie I wanted to see at a specific time would be sold out. When i went to the movie theatre I was turned around because of it being sold out and since I was with someone else we could not get a seat together. If the movie was completely sold out, that should have been stated online because i completely wasted my time. They then only apologized, which I believe more should have been done as far as customer service. This turned me off from the theatre. I was disappointed.

I am in a wheelchair and it makes me nervous to go to public places. The staff was fantastic, friendly, opening doors for my husband and I, etc. Being able to reserve seating takes a lot of anxiety away. We booked a spot for the wheelchair and 2 seats in the aisle behind it. I can walk very short distances. Lively time and looking forward to returning.

Marcus is investing money and doing great things with this theatre. We love the $5 Tuesdays and the free small popcorn (on Tuesday) for Magical Movie Rewards members. The Dream Loungers are comfortable and the Take Five lounge and Reel Sizzle grill are now open. There's no need to go to St Louis to enjoy a movie.

Went to see "Three from Hell" at this location. Though the theater was nice several of the employees had bad attitudes and were not very curtious. Also as part of the movie experience they were supposed to hand out different promo for the movie the 1st two nights, a movie poster on opening night and a bumper sticker designed by Rob Zombie the 2nd night. They even advised that it was 1st come 1st serve for the promo each night due to limited quantities. I arrived 1 hour early with no 1 in line yet, picked up my ticket and asked about the promo. Apparently they handed out all the promo the 1st night instead of splitting it up between the nights as advertised and any that was left over the employees took home. This was highly disappointing to me and was not as it was advertised! Plus I took time out of my day to show up early for no reason at all.... And my popcorn was cold!

I have never had a bad experience at a Marcus Theater until this Tuesday. The new rules don't make sense and the customer service in response was rude. I bought tickets online and went to what was my first movie since the pandemic shut down the theaters. I went to get food and was told I had to order online, but we had brought cash specifically for food....which we were told that they could not accept cash. It was at that time I noticed that the free popcorn was just set out on a table and children without masks were allowed to walk up and pick up a bag...which some kids picked up a bag and set it back down before picking up a second. I also noticed that even though all food and drinks were supposed to be ordered online, after you ordered you had to fill your own cup....after the app makes you pick which flavor you want....and now everyone is congregating around the drink machines without social distancing and able to get their own lids and straws...which has people put their hands all over. I attempted to order food online, but the app crashed and wouldn't complete my payment several times. What is the point of ordering food on the app and not accepting cash if you are going to sit free popcorn out so everyone can put their hands on it and allow everyone to get drinks at the fountain? I asked these questions and I was told to blame the state requirements, which is dumb because any establishment that serves food would have to follow the same rules...but none have these contradictions. When the app kept crashing I finally asked for my money back and left. Marcus, you need rules that actually make sense, and don't try to blame it on state regulations when your actions contradict each other.

The Theater has recliners you can either sit or recline back and watch the movie like you were at home. The recliners are so comfortable that you could easily fall asleep!! The recliners are also roomie and they had built in cup holders. I recommend take the family and watch a movie, the theaters have come along way since I was younger.

I came to the dream theater to watch The King's Man. The theater itself was decent, a bit overpriced, but they always are. The seats were very comfortable. The popcorn wasn't as fresh as one would hope it to be. I do wish the days of walkthroughs we're still a thing because there were a couple groups who were obnoxious. They were noisy, running in and out, their phones were ringing and they would answer and speak loudly. At one point one of them got up and walked toward the door and was yelling back at his buddy seated at the other side. I understand some people just like everyone to know they're there. ???? It was a fiasco. We paid over $60 for three of us to watch a movie, and it was steadily interrupted. I believe we would have had a far better experience streaming it in the peace and comfort of our home with only half the cost, and our popcorn would have been hot.

The new seats are comfortable. Choosing your seats at tone of purchase, like a concert or spring sportin takes side getting used to. You have more personal space then you used to, or have in other theaters. My only complaint is that it's bright enough while the movie is playing you could read the newspaper. At first I thought it was just brighter for a kids movie, but nope it was just as bright for the Avengers. Let's just wash out the dark scenes. I understand you need to be able to see to use the restroom and get more popcorn, but this is ridiculous

Large movie theater with many movies playing each night. They are a tad bit overpriced. The theatre is always clean, screens are large, the recliners are comfortable and the heated recliners are warm. They have normal concessions as well as more "real" food. They also have a bar. I've always liked everything I've ordered here. The staff seem professional and are nice people.

Pro: Good place to see movies, plenty of showings on the most popular shows, so you are bound to find a time that works for you. The theaters are large and have comfortable stadium seating. Sound system in the theaters are top of the line and really add to the experience. Concession items are better than normal (popcorn has a high turnover rate, so you usually get fresh stuff). Staff is friendly. The acquisition by Marcus theaters shows potential improvement and pros ($5 Tuesdays, even with new releases!) Con: Decor is dated. The place hasn't changed at all since the first time I went there and saw the Hunchback of Notre Dame (that was 1996.) Lots of exposed coin-op games in the lobby gets to be noisy. Concessions are pricey. A great place to see the newest movies. For cheaper admissions on not so new releases, check out the St. Clair 10!

Been going to this theatre since I’ve lived here. Well over 15 years now. It’s gone through renovations a few times and I gotta say this is the best it’s ever been. Though I do miss some of the retro decor of the old Weherenberg Theatre. My only gripe is that I wish they went the extra mile to keep it a little cleaner and go and check the seats of the theatres. I’ve sat in a few broken ones and torn up ones a few times, but it’s only happened a few times. Other than that, I love this theatre and am it’s still here.

I have not seen this theater since it was upgraded from the previous AMC O'Fallon 15. I was extremely impressed with the renovation and the overall quality of the seats and movie experience. Although I was not impressed with the quality of the popcorn... Perhaps it had been sitting too long and became slightly cold and stale.

I love all of the upgrades, but it’s apparently come at the cost of overall seating capacity. Twice now we’ve gotten to the theater maybe 20 minutes before a show starts, and it’s either almost completely sold out or completely sold out due to the ridiculously small seating capacity in the theaters. Just be sure to get your tickets hours in advance, or you most likely won’t be able to see what you want, or even sit next to the people you came with.

Our theater was dirty when we entered. I think they forgot to clean between movies. Old popcorn and trash were in my seat. Also I sound like an old guy but I really hate the movie not starting at the show time. I dont want to see a Marcus theater owner vanity project commercial and trailers I could have watched online. Trailers I get, but it's like 25 minutes after show time. Please start your movies sooner or remove the commercials. If I see an ad for a product that's in the way of the movie, I will go out of my way to avoid spending money on it out of petty spite. This is one of the reasons Netflix is so popular. People dont have to wait and watch all of that. Prices are high enough for soda and drinks. If I do show up late just in time for the movie to start, somebody else usually sits in my assigned seat and I have to ask them to leave.

Regularly priced tickets & concessions are beyond ridiculous! Even when I do have the funds to spend, I simply refuse to give in to that kind of price gouging. However, I was very pleased to discover the $5 Tuesday special with free popcorn for rewards members. Two adults and a child were able to see a current film in the dreamlounger theater, each have a popcorn and share a huge free-refill soda for less than $20! Now that I can deal with! We had a great experience and will definitely return for this special.

TWO BAD EXPERIENCES HERE. One screen completely turned black just as the movie was staring. We waited for a few minutes when the manager came in to say that there were technical difficulties. The theater offered us a refund or a pass to come back to a later show. The second terrible experience occurred in a packed theater! The movie was probably 5 minutes in when a man in a row below us started an argument about someone sitting in his seat, and started a fist fight over it. Security showed up, and we were all told we could get a refund, or a pass to come back and see a later showing. I didn't understand why they couldn't kick out the guy who started the fight, and restart the movie for everyone else. Probably never going here ever again.

Seats very comfortable sound awesome and totally surround...movie lover paradise. That being said I wonder why no one is scheduled to clean the soda area.....salt all over the counters from previous movie goers...and super dusty behind the napkin holder.....wish this area could stay cleaner....

Theater is very nice and clean (including bathrooms). Theatre also has a full bar, which is great for the time before the movie. Honestly this is the best movie theater I have ever been to. I just wish there was a bit more diversity between the staff.????

Nice screen and good sound. The lobby is still under construction right now. There are boxes all over and the the exit for the tickets are flowing the wrong way. There looks to be a bar on the right of the lobby but is still blocked off. All the signs for the movies are just printed paper taped to the doors.

The cinema looks like they had a total makeover since we were there last. It was a great environment and the seats were comfortable. I would suggest buying your seats online as it was getting crowded but was a good experience.

I absolutely love going to Marcus O'Fallon Cinema! When I was living in Edwardsville, I would pass up several movie theaters just to come here. Now that I'm living in St. Louis, I always pass several movie theaters just to go to Marcus Cinema. The theater is always clean, $5 Tuesdays is by far the best deal because they also serve free popcorn, and the staff are always friendly!

So, I understand that if your a "rewards member" or whatever you get special incentives...but CMON! I've been standing in line for over 10 mins for popcorn because all the "premier " people are getting served first! They have a special line for them and everything...i suggest if you're not a member to get to your movie a half hour before jjst for time to get food! Makes me feel like I'm not valued here unless I pay extra. I will definitely not be returning any time soon!

OMG! I can not talk about this place enough. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Every since the renovations had been completed......It has become a date spot for my husband and I. I've also included this spot for our Rhodes Family Reunion that takes place next month. They will love it. The food is wonderful!!!! The seating is awesome. It is soooooo comfortable that you almost fall asleep. Whomever designed it did a Fabulous job. Two thumbs up.

Went back to the movies today for the first time since COVID. Theater was dirty with trash in the recliners and a persistent mess around the fountain area. Several soda spouts not working properly which contributed to the mess on the floor. 3/4 urinals in the men's bathroom out of service. This place has taken a turn for the worst since the last time I visited in early 2020. Next time I will save money and stream if this is the new way of doing business in the theaters.

Lots of construction and remodeling going on here, so a bit of a mess. Concessions are very overpriced. Typically this would be okay for a movie theatre if the movie ticket was under$5 but I paid nearly $13 a ticket plus $16 for a popcorn and drink. Seating was comfortable.

This place is so Awesome! If you go on Tuesday you can get a great price. The seats are so comfortable and the way the sit is so nice. It's great not to worry about being able to see good or not. We won't go anywhere else since finding this. Even though we drive 30 min out of our way for it. Worth it!

It has the heated theater lounge seating. You can reserve your seat. No more searching for seating together for more than one. This place is great. They also serve food now, pizza, burgers etc. This theater is impressive.

This recently renovated multiplex features entirely new theatres with new dream lounger leather seats (some heated), oversized SuperScreenDLX screens with Dolby Atmos sound, 3D films, expanded concession selections including the 1950s style "Reel Sizzle" grill, which offers "smash" burgers, chicken tenders, and shakes, and where the old arcade stood is now the "Take Five Lounge" featuring a cinematic array of specialty drinks, along with a fine selection of wine and beer, and you can't miss the comfy seating and gigantic wall-size TV. All day on Tuesdays, tickets are only $5, and there are other discount promotions for early morning movies, miltary, and seniors. It's best to check their website for the curreny promotions. They also run discount-priced themed film series throughout the year. Best of all, there is reserve seating, available when purchasing your tickets either online or at the box office. The only thing that would make this theatre better would be if it included a few IMAX screens.

I took him outside for a few minutes and came back in after he had settled down, promptly to be greeted by an attendant telling me I needed to leave because my child is disruptive. That's just nice. They are a 10 star company. I will only do business with them in the future. Lots of parking, clean and friendly. You enter the cinema and there is a full service bar / place to watch sports on the biggest screen ever. Food court has so many selections including burgers from the grill. The theater has less seats giving people more room. The seats are huge and they recline! Best movie experience EVER !!!

The update from being just regular seats are great and i like you can kick back but, still crammed a bit because of the arms. The whole seating area and bathrooms are dirty and could be maintained and cleaned better. Movie sounds great and picture is awesome quality... I have had the experience being both a customer and an employee at this theater. In both positions I have been treated with respect by the workers there. Of course, the establishment itself isn't perfect, but the people that work there strive to get as close as they possibly can. Many customers may post a negative review about how "the concession items are over priced". This is true: they most certainly are overpriced. But this is the case for most every movie theater you will find in the United States of America. Concession snacks and drinks are overpriced: this is a fact. The individuals who work behind the concession stand are not in charge of the pricing of the large popcorn and soda. Complaining to them about how expensive your meal was isn't going to change the price. If you don't want to spend that kind of money on snacks, bring your own. This is something I will do all the time. Just make sure to throw away your trash when you are finished. ☺️???????? In the end, this theater is a great place to take your family, friends, significant other, etc. to enjoy a nice evening accompanied by friendly staff, comfortable seats and (depending on which movie you choose to see) a good movie.

Movie theater is great but what they charge you for food is extremely and ridiculously high, the kind of thing that should be regulated so they charge anything they want. Many people do not go to the movies because they cannot afford to take their kids because even if they go with a or or a mate you spend $29 plus food which is another $30 to $40 just for popcorn and sodas and if you have kids forget it it's $100 bucks easy.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable it is. Big comfy recliners to kick back and watch a movie. Just like watching at home, but with an awesome sound system and giant screen. The tickets were 10 dollars each, but I feel it was worth the extra cost for the comfort. The young lady at the tickets counter was wonderful. She even asked if I was military so I got a discount on the tickets!

Assigned seating, so no need to rush in to find a “good seat” if you pre purchase tickets. $5 movies and free 48 oz popcorn on Tuesdays if you join their free rewards program, which is awesome! The rewards program also waives Fandango fees for pre-purchasing, which makes going to the movies with kids 1000x easier! Love this theater and their rewards program

Not only does this theater offer one of the best movie going experiences, but the staff was friendly and inviting. With seat selection, reclining loveseat-esque seating, and great concessions (albeit a little overpriced like every other theater) you are bound to have a great time.

I love going to the movies. Finally decided to try to go see don't breathe 2. The theater was full to occupancy. Covid wasn't a concern for macrus theater. Kind of made me and my wife a little uncomfortable. I really wanted to go back put and get a refund. But going through the trouble of getting a baby sitter and convincing my wife to actually go wasn't so easy. Just to go to a place that don't care about others. I might have to just stay home and watch movies on HBO Max. P.s people walking in 20minutes into the movie with their phone flashlight on.

$5 Tuesday has become a tradition for me and my wife, it's a very reasonable price to get away and spend some quality time together. When Marcus bought Wehrenberg I was concerned it would cost us more, but with the rewards program and Tuesday deal, I've been to the movies more in the past year then I had in the 10 years prior. Very clean, relaxing and fun environment.

Everything was good but the prices. We went to an early morning show to get in a bit cheaper so that wasnt too bad. When you get to the concession stand its a little ridiculous. 14 bucks for a soda and nachos. 21 dollars for 2 drinks and a popcorn lol. Luckily it was just me and my daughter because it would have cost me a small fortune if all 3 kids and the wife had went with us. Would have been easily over 100 bucks to go and have a good time letting them have what they want and have the theater experience.

Comfortable and roomy power recliners. The only drawback was a low buzzing that could only really be heard during quieter moments. I mentioned it to a manager on the way out and he went in to listen. It was very obvious at that time since the movie was over and no ads were running. He identified it as an amp issue and immediately placed a call for it to be seeviced.

It was a nice experience. It was good to see some of the same staff there. Lady named Elizabeth was at the front counter and remembered us from pre-pandemic days. She was and is always cheerful and professional. The ???? was clean and felt like they had sanitized the seats and air in the ????. We will likely return. The popcorn was fresh and tasty also. The greeter/ticket person was also pleasant. We threw a few hoops on the way out and that was fun!

Marcus O'Fallon 15 is our favorite theater. The only negative: they NEED to enforce their "no cell phone usage" rule better. We've been to several movies where individuals seated forward of us repeatedly used their cell phone. The bright screen glaring during the movie is extremely distracting, rude, & diminishes our movie experience.

I love this theater. I avoided the theater for years because I was tired of someone kicking my seat. That will never happen here. The seats recline and, in some auditoriums, are even heated. I almost always buy my seat online in advance so I don't have to worry about getting there early. On dates, we can lift up the middle armrest and cuddle. I've been several times over the last few years and never had any issues here.

Movie prices are high but the experience is good. However, the Marcus website and online ticket purchase software needs serious help. Navigation is terrible. Picks are not obvious and in some cases are mislabeled or just plain wrong. I would say that there is probably no independent evaluation of the website. Get an unfamiliar person to use the software and watch how long it takes to make an online purchase of tickets.

Comfortable recliner seats and big screen make all the difference. Being able to pick your seat when you purchase a ticket is a plus. My husband and I usually go either early or mid-afternoon and grab a bite from the grill. Food is good and cooked when you order. We sometimes get a beer from the bar. They lots of promotions and good comps. It's one of our favorite places for dates!

Kitchen can be slow but the option to have food delivered to your seat makes up for it. They have a tendency to run out of certain items but with the volume that they accommodate on Tuesdays I'm not surprised. Staff is usually friendly and to the point to keep things moving.

I love going to the theatre as much if not more than anyone else, I didn't bring it up with the management because nothing is likely to be done, Went to see Dr Strange opening day cool beans catch an early show less people to crowd the space. Everything's going off without a hitch til I sit down and could not get past the about middle pitched hum/whine from the seemingly front left speakers? Auditorium 9 I believe it was, it may have been since repaired but I'll be avoiding that one like the plague.

Though the theater looks nice after the remodel the customer service is still lacking. The prices for sodas and popcorn are so ridiculous that it encourages people to bring in their own food and drinks. Also the days of spontaneously showing up to see a movie are over. The reclining seats are nice and comfy but the fact that you can't show up to see a movie you have to reserve a seat is a bit crappy. I would much rather go to another theater altogether.

Wish I could give a negative star. My son & 2 friends went to see Candy Man at 9:00pm. All 3 were 17+. Apparently the theatre has a rule that after 6:00pm they must be accompanied by someone over 21. This is the stupidest rule I have ever heard of since rated R movies is 17 or older. The law does not specify a time frame.

I love coming here but I don't understand why the ticket prices and the concession prices are both expensive. I feel it should be one or the other. Not both. They never offer any coupons are deals. They do have a rewards program but you have to go often enough in order to rack up on points.

First it started with the online ticket sales was not available throughout the entire day November 10th. So figured we would get tickets at the theater. I go to pay for my tickets with my new birthday gift card and was told that the theater could not accept gift cards nor debit cards that I had to pay in cash. Then was told that theater couldn't put my cash purchases onto my movie card for credit towards my spending there. On top this, the movie was 20mins late starting.. Overall not a good movie night at all.

After being closed due the pandemic, this theater was finally allowed to reopen. It's usually pretty clean in the auditoriums, but not yesterday. I was surprised to see how much popcorn and other debris was on the floor. Also, when the movie started, no one turned the lights off. After nearly 10 minutes with the lights on, my husband went out to ask someone to turn them off! Come on! I know you guys can do better because I've seen you do better!

I enjoy Marcus Cine. My last visit was not so pleasant. I walked into Greenbook, there was a full trashcan in the back of the theater just sitting there. Unsure why. It's a Tuesday, so I know its busy, but after spending 50 dollars at concession, it feels dirty eating in a place with a full plastic bin in the back. I like their bar. Great drink choices. I like the variety of foods. There isn't a bad seat in the house. Always worth the visit. Just remember to take the trash out.

The Upgrades and the perks. But, there are days when the staffing leaves much to be desired. They are always friendly but it seems there isn't always enough people working... for instance, $5 Tuesdays has really taken off and people are coming to the earlier shows now, but the lines are ridiculously long because of the staffing. So, go early.

Went to see Bumblebee. The movie was good and everything is usually great. Love there onion rings. Expecting them to be good as usual, I ordered double the amount this time. For some reason, some of them tasted like some sort of chemical. Not sure because some of them were very good but about half of them were not. Was very hungry and disappointed in the food. ????

Customer service has always lacked at this joint, the reason why I stopped coming here. But I decided to try it again today. The cashier just wants to talk, doesn't listen. My seat doesn't work, it took 15 minutes to get someone. Yeah, she started gaslighting me ???????? because apparently I don't have the brain function to know what works and what doesn't. Had the one of the worst experiences here. Bought tickets for Black Panther RealD3-D (in theater number 6) on the 7th of March and wanted a refund! I'm paying not only to see the movie but for the whole movie experience. The sound in this theater was terrible. There was no bass what so ever which is a necessity for action movies. We couldn't hear explosions, the music was awful, sound effects lacked the power they needed to really pull the audience in (not due to poor movie choices, due to poor speakers.) They left the lights on during entire the movie which isn't the norm for 3-D movies. We couldn't get the 3-D effect due to too much light being in the room. There were 2 commercials before the movie started talking about all the new upgrades etc. and how amazing the sound, screen, chairs are yet they fell extremely short. I was very disappointed and won't return. Save your money, or go to an iMax theater in St. Louis.

It was a great experience to me and my husband. All we needed was a blanket with the heated recliners, the movie and the burger/fries with drink and popcorn. We give it a 5+ rating. If you haven't been go and try it. Tuesday are the best. ????????

Always enjoy doing to the show at the Marcus Theater in O'fallon,IL. I was disappointed of their bathrooms this last time and that even after our 2hr movie no one tried to clean them. Also I had to clean my own seat just to sit and watch my movie. This was hopefully a one time thing. We love coming here and want to continue coming.

I’ve been to this theatre a few times and while the reclining seats and service is always amazing. I went to see hustlers this passed Sunday and I always carry a big purse because I’m a type 1 diabetic and keep my insulin and such in there. They measured it and told me it was too big and needed to take it out to my car, I told them I carry my diabetes stuff in there and would like to have it with me and the manager was VERY understanding. I completely understand it was for safety and I think that is wonderful. In both aspects they care about everyone’s safety and are aware of medical conditions for their customers and accommodate them as needed. I will definitely spend money in a place that cares about safety and medical conditions. Thank you for understanding and always being kinda!

Renovated theater taken over over a year ago by Marcus theaters. Reclining seats are nice. You now must get seats ahead of time online if you want a choice seat. Hard to be spontaneous for popular movies. Have added a bar and food to order.

What a scam took 15 min to park and then their card reader didnt work so you had use Their ATM to get cash to watch a Movie, so really they made a extra 2 or three bucks from each person. In my opinion they should let everyone in free!! That's just good business!!!

Try updating your website to reflect showtimes more than an hour before they start. At 9am you showed Clifford starting at 11. When I got there it switched to 1:45. Thanks for making my sick kid cry.

It was a great experience went and seen the newest fast and the furious movie went on a Tuesday for their $5 special. Nothing beats a nice discount cuz everyone knows movies can be expensive plus popcorn and everything else. I wanted to order popcorn when I got there but I had to do it through their app and then walk up there to get my order which was nice cuz I didn't have to stand in a long line. But I love their $5 discount to see any movie on Tuesday and any part of their theater so that's the Plus.

The seats are soooo comfortable! Prices for popcorn and drinks are high, but you get both for the price of one on Tuesday's by becoming a member (no charge). Just create an account at Marcus theatres, and you get loyalty rewards when you visit. If you're familiar with movie pass, you can get points by checking in with your movie pass card. Give them your membership card first.

Clean, nice theatre now since the updates. Value days are awesome ($5 movie Tuesdays), Sundays are family oriented, which is great. Love the select your seat choice. Can easily order online and select your seats up to a week before the movie. Highly recommend Tuesdays to order online early.

Wow, what a great place. Who knew that there would ever be recliners at at theater. The seating is large for just about all body types. No more trying to find spots on your lap to pile all your stuff. It's like sitting in your living room watching a movie only a hundred times better. BTW for those over 21, I noticed they have alcohol. Not sure what kind or the cost.

Spent 47 dollars for two children and three adults to see a noon showing. Then 14 dollars on a medium popcorn and one small drink. Ridiculous pricing imo. Kids went through the popcorn quicker than usual; asked to upgrade to a large popcorn and pay the difference and was flat out refused, I couldn't believe it Theatre was comfortable that's all the good I can find to say. If you don't mind wasting money then this theatre is for you. If you are actually looking to take the family to a afternoon movies and get drinks for everyone and a popcorn or two, for less than a 75-100 dollars, then run the other way. I won't be back.

Private Screening for Granddaughter birthday party 10/27 was awesome! The party planner staff Danielle and Eileen were exceptional! The manager on duty and staff were excellent! They promptly provided concessions for 62 people before our movie started. We plan to book a Christmas Private Screening for family! I highly recommend booking an event!

Exspeeennssiivveee but nice, but also not vegan friendly they fires their fries in the same grease as the do mozarella sticks and pickle chips and other random junk. they have a black bean burger but im pretty sure it too has egg in it. Very disappointed to see only vegetarian freindly and not vegan. Also the seats arent cooled and theyre leather so prepare to sweat the whole movie.

It's a really nice spot for family, dates, take the lil ones out, gaming rooms too if I remember correctly.( Don't get mad if I'm wrong ????lol). Besides the traditional popcorn, nachos, soda etc you can order some real food and drinks ???? sit back in the heated reclining chairs and just throw down while enjoying your movie. Only complaint is that they lower there prices on some of the food a bit. Come on by, and check it out.

Love the $5 night, but had to buy front row tickets. It was like looking up the screens skirt. Seats didnt recline enough to try to see the screen comfortably. The kids half our size had the same problem. I'll go again but only if I can get seats 4 rows back or more.

I only gave 3 stars because I hate that movie concessions are so high, but in addition to that.....this theater advertises a large bag of reeses pieces for 1.00 when you purchase a large popcorn and a large drink. DO YOU THINK THEY EVER HAVE ANY IN STOCK? NO! DO YOU THINK THEY SHOULD OFFER A SUBSTITUTE? I DO, BUT AGAIN, NO! And if you KNOW that these are a favorite AND there is a promo, order them by the pallet! DO NOT RUN OUT!

Nice theatre and seats / screens. The reason for the 2 star review is the following: Recently we were overcharged on popcorn and a soda. The menu price was $13.50 but it came up as $14 in the computer. When we questioned it the server just said "there's nothing I can do about it" in a rude manner. We had to get the manager to fix it. It's ok to make mistakes but don't have an attitude about it when you're asked to fix it.

I love the efficiency of this theater, it's so easy. Ran in and bought tickets 2 hours prior to movie, picked seats and ran some errands. Showed back at exact movie time, breezed through friendly ticket checker and in seats in time for previews. Theaters are usually clean and staff is cuteous. Plenty of food and drink choices too. Finally all theaters have reclining seats and are really comfortable. BTW... They offer the best military discount ????

I would caution anybody that plans to visit this theater that if you have a family, you may want to stay away from anything that says Dreamliner because you may not be sitting together. If you are, you are probably in the front row where you can't see the screen completely. The reason is, this theater has now adopted reserved seating and with the limited number of seats there, you probably won't be together. I wish Marcus would have stayed with Stadium style seating. It has more seats and everybody can sit together. Not everybody needs a recliner to watch a movie.

RACISM AT IT'S BEST!!Had the worst time I've ever had at a Theater tonight at the Marcus.The attendant at the counter asked me for my ID because I had younger family members with me.im clearly over 40 to the naked eye. But we were not allowed in to see the movie because I didn't have my I'D. I didn't see or hear them ask anyone else for there identification.I will not be returning here.

The only available seats were in the front row. We were practically directly under the screen. So close you could almost count the pixels and the picture badly distorted. They never should have put seats that close to the screen.

Got to the theater 40 min before the movie and only had five choices to sit. I was nervous because I have two kids and wanted to sit together, but there’s only two people to a couch. She showed me the ONE option they had in the back corner. I was nervous to take it but at least it wasn’t the front. We got in, sat, bought candy and popcorn, spent $60. When half way through the move we were told we were in the wrong seats. We checked our tickets and they were right. She had given us the front three seats in the corner. If I would have known that we wouldn’t have stayed. Yes, partially my fault for not verifying the tickets. But seriously what a horribly embarrassing expensive night. And for what? A special reclining seat, No thank you!!!!

Their new purse policy Was enforced on me and no one else. They could clearly see that no snacks were being snuck in by how rough they was handling my purse. Very poor management of unacceptable behaviour during a movie. Dear patrons, you'll be asked to leave should you dare mess with your cell phone, but allowing your children to run up and down the theater, yelling and screeching is just fine. Even after several patrons brought it to employees attention. Thank you Marcus Theaters, for the opportunity to spend $120 for 4 people to have a terrible evening, and learn the hard way that you have poor management skills, and no meaningful protocol to ensure a pleasurable movie experience.

Went to see Dumbo with my Granddaughters and my sister....was a great movie for any age....we set in the new Super screen....was amazingly comfortable. Seats are even heated...felt all the vibration from the movie in the seats. So cool!!!!!

I mean the place looks nice but as im standing here weiting this review im confused im as we speak watching four employees standing around doing nothing even turning away customers, at the grill after i ordered $55 worth of food. I was kind of excited because had three "snack cash" gift cards, turns out you can only use them one at a time on this overpriced food. It was also kind of strange because the gift cards have an approaching expiration date(something which is a poor business practice if not illegal). This place has had a lot of money sunk in since marcus took over and the building looks fantastic, too bad the quality of service has been completely nosedived

It was filthy in there. Floors were littered with popcorn and the soda fountain area was sticky and hadn't been wiped down for awhile. Our chairs had a lot of popcorn in them from the previous movie. Young workers at the concession were subpar. Bathroom trashcans were overflowing. Just overall lazy appearance.

Big comfy chairs. Even the very front chairs are super comfy for movie viewing. Prices for snacks are the usual overpriced but normal for cinema theatres. If needing more than a snack, sandwhiches can be ordered . your given a buzzer to retrieve when your oeder is ready.
