There is nothing outright wrong with this theater. The staff are always friendly, theaters are always clean, and prices are about average, maybe even a better deal than usual. The problem is really things that are beyond their control without building a new location. There are only 4 screens, only 2 of which have stadium seating. Because if this, movies are usually only there a week or 2. The only movies I've seen stay longer are the recent Star Wars films, which have stayed for about a month. This is a problem if your budget or schedule only allows you to go to the movies only once a month or so. Because I often can't get to the theater to see the films that actually interest me, I only go about 4 times a year. Were the movies to stay longer, I would go at least once a month.

Great friendly service for a small town I recently went and watched the call of the wild and it was magnificent I love how we get movies right on there release days really recommend this for dates I went to watch Shazam sum time ago with my wife and it was one of the highlights of our night.

I went here on vacation with my wife and figured "Oh hey, 'Movie 43' is playing!" (By the way, I was so excited for the movie, I saw it three times before coming here, and four times after!!! :). ) I walked in and this little short man with cokebottle glasses a long vest clicked our tickets as per expected, then we went to the refreshmint desk to get some refreshmints. I got me my Thin Mints and my wife nothing from a nice older lady and sat to watch the movie. The movie, of course, as expected, was, fantastic! Love every second of it (So funny! :). ) As we walked out of the theater I needed to stop to the restroom for a biological break ("Bio" break). and there was a large man with a big round bow tie and a small hat at the uranil. We had a discussion about how after World War Ii his grandfather started a butterfly collecton, really quite interesting! I told him all about my stamp collecting and we extranged facebooks. Me and my wife played the arcade machines around and the arcade claw has some fairly good stick to it, I got a little stuffed elefent for myself, my wife couldn't get it to work right (after her glaucoma treatments she'd been having trouble with depth perception) and we played the wack a mole and then we went back to our motel. Fun experience! Want to go back if I am in the area and they ever show Movie 43 or similar again and also if I am in the area ! :).

I've never had a bad time here; other than other movie goers inability to respect that others are watching a movie. For a theater the candy prices and popcorn are fine. It's a theater you expect to be pocket picked for concessions, this theater shows a bit more mercy for you.

Living in Doland, we have good movie theater choices in Huron, Watertown or Aberdeen and Huron is our favorite! It is the best of the theaters!

My son loves going to the movies, the staff is always very friendly and the theater usually has great kids movies along with a mix of movies for adults! In such a small town it is great to have a place to go that isn't a bar and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Your poor attempt to single out the personal life of a young man and his girlfriend to validate some rule you have supposedly “always” had in place still does not make it right. Take your one star rating and leave it at that-one lousy star. Instead your justification behind said star just adds therefore another comment. Which I am sure will be just one of many. I've always had awesome service at the theater. The one time that our movie glitched they gave us free movie passes and offered everyone extra popcorn while we waited for the projector to work again.
