So happy to be back at the theater after 2 years. Cineplex was awesome as always! Almost no one was there during our movie (Encanto at about 9 on a Monday night, so we expected that) and the staff was super friendly and welcoming despite a probably very boring shift

There was a power outage today right as my friends and I where walking up to the ticket takers, staff where quick on the case (with flashlights! We where impressed at how well prepared they seemed!) and to let us know what was happening as soon as they had information. They compensated us very well after we showed them we had bought tickets (two vouchers each!) For the inconvenience and where friendly about the mishap due to the storm.Overall a good costumer experience with some added laughs about the incident !

It was alright. The concessions could be better organized as there's no signage as to where to pick up your order nor do the workers tell you where to go. I'm pretty sure you can easily sneak into any of the shows without buying a ticket. The people who take your tickets are standing in the middle of a huge open area. They need to narrow that area. The theatre rooms are great. The sound during the commercials and previews is way too loud and unbalanced.

The theaters weren't particularly clean when we arrived. The concessions were so slow, that even after arriving 30 minutes early and buying our tickets hours in advance, we still missed the first 5 minutes of our movie. The consessions are also ridiculously priced. $55 for 2 kids popcorn and two medium popcorn and two drinks??? The popcorn was stale and flavorless. Never buying food there again.

Food & beverage was okay. Quality and taste of food and beverage is not as good as it used to be and is pricey, packaging was durable. Service was good. Auditorium seats were comfortable and I like that you must choose your seat number to be assigned to. Audio and visual were pretty good as well. Covid precautions were put in place such as server butters the popcorn instead of public, surrounding seats to your assigned seats are vacant to ensure distancing.

Arrived at a movie this evening and the theater is absolutely disgusting. There is garbage all over the seats and floor. For the price you have to pay to enjoy a movie, it is absolutely unacceptable to come into an atmosphere like this. I am appalled.

This is my favourite place to be. My happy place where for a few hours I drift away into stories. The only problem is the prices tend to go up annually and therefore the points system looses value.

The food in ciniplex was gross it was highly priced I complained about the food in the rec room restaurant it was gross for me and my husband then we were offered a gift card it was only 25 dollars but both of our meals were 60 dollars and the movie theatre food was the same expensive like the rec room but it was still totally gross are it got sick never ate all the food threw it out was not happy with this at all I go to movies alot but I'll never eat the hot food there again I got an apology and a 25 dollars card but this is other people's food you guys are dealing with I expect more than the 60 dollars because I do enjoy food lots

Love this theater! We are big movie goers and are here at least once a month. The only beef I have is the state of the ladies washrooms. It smells and there is usually pee on seats, toilets not flushed, toilet paper everywhere and counters not clean.

Nothing to do with poor service but the cost of going to a movie is becoming prohibitive. Literally costs $80 for 2 people to go to a movie and have drink and popcorn. I wouldn't think of taking my whole family because I cannot justify it in a value context .

A few irritating things. Number one the cooks cook with their beer hands and made me a pretzel that was not even finished other than the hand grease that was in it. Also annoying was the social distance in in the movie theater

Well me and my sweetheart went to see fantasy island it was a good movie but the experience was not good . da ceiling in the theater had sumthing crawling and scratching in the cloth panels they have on the ceiling it was loud and the whole theater #4 was the filthiest I've ever seen so bad I would not be bringing my kids there and if me and da misses goes again I'm bringing sumtin to cover those filthy seats the owner should really take care of the cleaning of the place????????????????????????shameful..

Technically the only theater game in town, but the recent improvements have been a welcome sight. Reasonably easy to access and with assigned seating, you don't have to fight to sit down (or leave your coat to mark your spot). The concessions are fairly swift, but as pricey as ever. It is what it is that way. If you want the food, be prepared to pay for it. On the plus side, it is good for what it is. For the rare movie I watch, I think the place is pretty good.

Lots of viewing times available for a variety of movies. Really enjoy the Stars and Strollers - 2 movies offered each week, with a more infant friendly environment (low lights, volume turned down, change table, bottle warmers, rocking chair, etc available). The line for food is a little fusterating sometimes. Wish they would go back to the banker style line up as it appears to move a lot faster than lining up at each cash.

Went to see Ad Astra in IMAX on a Tuesday for a 4:30 matinee. It was evident that the projector had a broken pixel, as there was a blue dot to the right of the screen that stayed throughout the entire movie. This may not have been as evident in another movie, but since the setting was in outer space, it was distracting. I would have been disappointed had I paid $20+ to see the movie on a regular night. The movie ended around 6:40 and as my friend and I exited the theater, we were met by two people handing out flyers for The Rec Room. I proceeded to go to the ladies washroom, only to have to enter 5 separate stalls to find one stocked with toilet paper. The theater was starting to become busier with evening movie offerings and I could not understand why there were two people handing out flyers but the bathrooms were left unattended and lacking supplies. I tried to find a customer service desk to advise staff of the concern but it seems the customer service desk has been removed/moved with no clear direction of where it may have been relocated or where I could get assistance. The only other staff available were at the meal counter and movie entry booth - both of which had long lines. I wasn't interested in waiting in line only to advise someone of something that shouldn't have ever been a concern in the first place. I would not recommend the additional cost of IMAX at this location and would be hard-pressed before visiting this location again. You can do better Cineplex!

First time we were at a movie since COVID. Wanted nachos, none, then wanted sweet potato fries, none. Settle on 2 hot dogs, regular fries, poutine, 2 med drinks just over $35.00, the only condiments for the hot dogs was ketchup, relish and mustard. They never provide anything to hold the food, no napkins, fries were cold. Really not worth the cost. Seats and Cinema was NOT cleaned, good thing I carry my own sanitizer, had to wipe both seats down along with holder. Not a comfortable experience at all.
