It has movies, yeah, but that's the easy part. The parking is brutal because the plaza is so busy. People park however they like and make their own spots. I'm not a fan of how you have to show your tickets before you can access the washroom or food. That being said, it's a movie theater; don't eat the food. They don't seem to clean the space adequately between shows. #PopcornInYourJs

Tried out the 4DX to see Weathering with you tonight - a movie literally all about the weather - and it was a flop. (Not the movie, that was 12/10. The 4DX was... not). The majority of the scenes have rain, some with torrential rain, and at points there's snow - so we were looking forward to experiencing all the effects. I thought for sure there would be bubbles at some points too, but sadly not. The only effects that did happen were the wind and the seats moving. What I assume was supposed to be the fog, rain, bubble, and snow machines just made awkward and loud noises once in a while. Instead of enhancing the film, it just disrupted it at key points. Please just check the machines before each movie. I'm sure they just needed to be refilled, and that no one bothered to check. It was a huge disappointment.

Enjoyed the VIP with the amazing seats!!! These seats fully recline, even your feet are up, they are heated and the headrest adjusts as well. Food was ok, service could be better as we only ordered a couple of things but they brought something else. Friendly though and happy to fix. Washrooms were clean and well stocked. Parking is pretty full and we had to walk in the rain because the lot was full. Highly recommend this seating though!! Makes up for all else!!

Your typical Cineplex cinema... except parking was a total disaster, you have to walk quite some distance to reach the front door. Also the 3D glasses were located in the middle of the hall instead of inside the theater or beside the door of the theater. Other than that, pretty good experience!

Not the best concession options but otherwise it's fine. Theatre is just like any other. Glad I can purchase assigned seats here. Parking is ample... just be prepared for a long walk if you enter the complex from the wrong side.

They have Metropolitan Opera in HD, which is just excellent! Also appreciate their National Theatre selections. For mainstream Hollywood movies, I'd probably chose to go elsewhere... Concessions could use to be a little more efficient!

This is a massive theatre that was clean and well kept. They serve alcohol in all of the theatres now if that's your thing (sold in the main lobby). Close to restaurants and Dave and Busters if you're looking for a complete night out.

The iMax experience was fantastic. Big sounds with a big screen. Plenty of food options outside the theatre. There is a VIP area here where you can purchase food and drinks to your seat. Not very busy at the moment due to COVID-19. Our screening only had 3 people.

Cineplex I find are very consistent with their offerings, this place is usually clean when I come in for a movie and can't remember of having a terrible experience here. Definitely like going to cineplex compared to the competition.

Eehhh, just another Imax. There is a club nearby, a Boston pizza, and some other options like Scaddabush. Parking close to theater is always tricky. However, if you have willpower to walk like 4-5 mins, there is tonnes of parking available in the complex.

Just saw the movie Bohemian Rhapsody at the cinemas. Excellent and Enjoyable movie. Good self check in screens and easy to use. Cinema & washrooms were clean. Lots of restaurants right next to cinemas.

When this place is not busy, it's great! But, these employees seem very cluesss about how to manage a crowd! I work for the city, and even the city can do better! Your line ups are long, but you guys don't know how to add more lanes! Horrible crowd control n entrance blocked. Stubborn

One of the best Cineplex locations in the GTA. It's clean, IMAX theater is actually an IMAX theater, unlike other location where the screens are the same as all other screens, LOL. D-box seats seem to be a little stiffer than other locations, Left with a sore back afterwards. Good option if you live in the area, or in the area to watch a movie. Will visit again. Friendly staff, good atmosphere.

This Cineplex place is pretty good considered to other cinemas around, because it’s right off the QEW and it’s got plenty of options around it from restaurants to Playdium. From the inside it’s not fancy but it’s nice, theatres aren’t big I barley found a seat when I went this weekend! It’s not as busy during the day the movie is 13.99 for regular days Tuesday’s are cheaper

Massive theatre with 24 screens, including IMAX 3D and Ultra AVX. Many smaller films will get released here, since they can handle so many individual theatres, whereas some of the smaller theatres will dedicate half their screens to a single big release and have nothing left over. They also have one of those pop machines that lets you make hideous concoctions (Vanilla Cherry Coke, here I come!). One of the better Cineplex theatres.

We watched a 3 PM Saturday matinee at this location. Plenty of parking surrounding the theater however nothing close. We checked in on the electrical kiosk with a free movie pass for two. Quick and simple. With the pass we had 2 drinks and a popcorn. The drinks are self serve. Seats were not that comfortable, probably due to aging. We had a guy put his feet up behind us two seats to our left. The lady in the row in front of us was reading text during the show. The ushers never check after the show started.

Lots of stuff to do near the theatre before movie night, the theatre itself has a wide array of theatre types (AVX, normal, IMAX), and all the current movies. Lots of people in the area, so it is best to get tickets beforehand. I’ve gone several times and been out of luck.

The new VIP area is great, it's the best way to enjoy the movie experience with a more mature crowd. The beverages and food selection are great and it makes for a fantastic experience. Seats are comfortable for even the longest of movies.

Extremely disappointed in our April 6 experience. Complained (during the movie) TWICE to staff about the temperature in Theatre 10 during Captain Marvel (hot). Was told management was aware but nothing could be done due to the temperature outside... 7C according to Accuweather. "Escape with us" to somewhere with temperature control ????‍♂️

Big beautiful theatre, very well organized. Really comfortable seats. Screen is well position and pleasant to watch. Great sound and quality of movies. Good selection of movies too. Excellent customer service every time. Fresh snacks and food, lots of variety to chose from. They serve pizza and wine. Fancy place. Lots of entertainment in the area, restaurants are always nice option before or after movie. Awesome theatre.

Pretty good customer service with good concession and well designed theatres. They always have the newest films, and have a wide selection of older/ foreign films that many people would normally not see. Their Imax screen is nothing to ride home about, and I wish they had more AVX theatres.

It's the only theatre in the area now that the cinema on Vega closed. Always huge lines to buy tickets and pretty much every time I go there at least half of their ticket machine are out of order. Needs a serious facelift and popcorn always seems burnt and/or stale. How can such a busy theatre suck so bad? Because they have a monopoly on theatres in the area and don't need to try. Oh...but they have that magic pop I guess that matters...as it seems to be the only improvement done to the place...

A large theatre in a large complex with many other activities (bars, mini golf, arcades, and restaurants). It’s the same as any other cineplex, however it seems to be a bit more clean than other ones I’ve visited. In addition they let you get your own drinks so you can ask for a water cup and get free pop or juice from the Coca Cola freestyle machines.

This is my last time in this place in any Cineplex.. bad service except the problem with my hacked Scene Card !!! Which nobody's told me about that's fine .. but is hard to serve a hot popcorn?? And the Ads started the time the movie should start. Next time I would go downtown Toronto and really enjoy the time.

They have quite a large arcade and those machines you get to pick your drink from like a zillion options from Coca-Cola, but the theatre overall is a bit old. It has that old building smell. Plus the theatre i was in for a not particularly popular movie had a big mark right in the middle of the screen probably from someone throwing like a drink or something at it.. Was very distracting.

I've been going to this Theatre location for years. It's a fantastic Theatre. Always very clean. Unfortunately the reason it gets a 3 is because the layout is very annoying. There is never parking and when you do find parking it is a very long walk to the front door of the theater. That can be really tough in the winter. Also one time I got a poutine and it had a lot of hair in it. It was very gross. But they resolved the issue. Some classes are that they have the automated drink dispensers and they also serve beer now too.

While I do not enjoy the price of popcorn and sugary drinks... I really appreciate the efforts made to keep this place organized, clean and functioning. Even packed full of folks they get the job done. Great Screens/Chairs and now Wine and Beers? Netflix may have a competitor.

Great facilities in very strategic and vibrant location restaurants and bars are around the cinema: The 3 brewers and Dave & Buster's. The only cons this Cineplex doesn't have VIP lounge and theatre. Highly recommended!

Quiet place. Not many people. Mostly familes and a few couples. And please don't take your babies to the theater. It's annoying for people who enjoy the movie if the baby starts crying. :/ Coming from a dude who loves babies and thinks they are adorable.

Great big theater with small arcade and plenty of bathrooms. The food area is well kept with touch screen coke machines to make your favorite drink. Unlimited pop but popcorn is like gold. With all the high Performance Audio visuals you would like and d seats.. One of my go to theaters.

I have been coming to this theater for years and have no major complaints personally. Today I came with a group of my friends who have a various range of disabilities. My brother is visually impaired and requires help in the washroom and being a female and him being a 26 year old male I cannot bring him into the women’s washroom... that being said Cineplex Winston Churchill doesn’t have a single accessible washroom. This is a major inconvenience for any individual that requires assistance in the washroom. I think with the massive space that Cineplex has that a couple accessible washrooms would be their first thought? especially in 2018?! I am pleased with the service but upset by the accessibility.

Wonderful arcadein the theater with prizes. Located in a great plaza where you can also dine, dance and play mini golf. Great restaurant next door, close to major highways, nice crowd healthy atmosphere. Big screens. My favourite.

The cinema is always clean and lively upon entering. Staff are quick to get you your tickets, or reccomend you a film should you ask. Self serve machines for extra butter on your popcorn or a second refill are readily available. The washrooms are always clean--never a lineup, and the seating is up to date.

Me nd my friends went for a movie to this theatre for the first time...we bought the tickets little early and were waiting for the show from last 2 hours...the movie was about to start then we entered the hall and we found the hall already full....we went outside and discuss it with the team members that we already got the tickets but there is no seats inside then he said its ‘first come first serve’... like itz really ridiculous they didnt mention anywhere that first come first serve and they shudnt sell the tickets to 150 people if they r only having 100 seats available...then they said u wana see next show or u want refund...so horrible they were expecting us to wait for two hours more so that later they can say first come first serve...i will never go back to this discussting place in my life...

The cinemas are great and usually have all new movies playing. You can find English, Hindi, Punjabi and most other commercial movies playing here. The auditoriums are pretty clean, well maintained and the service is quick throughout. Multiple bathrooms are located near all auditoriums. IMAX and VIP theatres are also available here.

It's okay, just like others. Have plenty of self serve kiosks. The only thing I hate about this cineplex is how hard it is to find the parking and how much one has to walk after parking the car. Plus is they have really good restaurants nearby and comes in handy to grab a bite after movies :)

Disappointed! Went to see the "Close Encounters" 40th anniversary special. Tried to call the cinema first because show times were incorrect. Couldn’t get through so we had to wing it. Parking was impossible - had to park down the street and walk up. Ticket line was outrageously long. The automated systems are next to the counter and blocked by the line up (most other cinemas have them out on the lobby floor and easier to get to). Concession food was slow and we barely made it into our seat in time. The screen was the smallest I’ve ever seen at a theatre (Aud 10). For what was supposed to be an HD digital projection, it was grainy and slightly blurry. Yet they charged full price for this. Also too much sound from adjacent cinema. Not happy about my experience. Washrooms & floors were at least clean. Staff was pleasant. Don't think we'll go back to this location though.

It is where you go to see movies, so of course I like the place. It is co-located with some decent dining like Three Brewers and Alice Fazooli's. The concessions sell insanely overpriced food just like every other theatre, so smuggle in you snacks and save the money for another movie

Mistake on the food order and the projector needed repairs. So the previews and the first 2 minutes of the movie played with audio but no video. Most of the time I have a great experience at this theatre. So it's just too bad that a couple bad things happened in the same visit.

Newly renovated, the main theaters offer ample space. The only complaint is on peak traffic times (like a Thursday night early movie release in the middle of summer), you would wish they had more service registers open.

The movie theater itself is huge and it's a great cinema, but one time I went to see a movie with friends and it had some kind of ultimate experience I had no idea that it involved wearing 3D glasses no one had told us. Just as the movie was about to start it said pls put on your 3D glasses half the people in the Cinema stand up including me and run down to the lobby and we all ask why we didn't get 3D glasses apparently we had to get it ourselves from a small box close beside the entrance of our cinema,

I have went the other day to watch the movie “Black And Blue” and went I into the theatre it was the most dissatisfying and unpleasant experience of my life. It went as if they had seated me outside of the establishment because of how could and empty it was. The temperature made it uncomfortable for me to sit for 10 mins without having to warm myself up in some way. I advise if anyone were to go watch a movie here bring a blanket, tent, and sleeping bag because of how cold and unbearable it to stay seated in the freezing temperature.

One time we were watching a f3D film and the 3D was not working after the staff fixed the problem they gave us all free tickets for another movie of our choice after the film ended. We went to see Frozen 2 in 4D and it was an amazing experience, my family loved it. We had 3D glasses, and our chairs moved (it was difficult to eat and watch). At some points, they released smoke into the theater as a special effect. After the movie our 4 year old also enjoyed some of the arcade games in the main lobby

This isn't really a review of the cinema itself, but more just a helpful tip: if you're heading here any time during prime movie-watching hours (Friday/Saturday night), make sure you give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive. The parking lot fills up very quickly during peak hours on account of the theatre, restaurants, Dave and Busters, etc. So plan ahead.

I love going to the movies and I love Cineplex. While going to the movies these days may be a bit of a costly night out, having the choice from standard 2D, 3D, DBOX, Ultra AVX, and IMAX movie screenings (right by my house) I couldn't be happier this establishment exists.

One of the mainstay cinemas in the area. Has a lot of good restaurants and bars in the immediate area as it is part of plaza. If you are thinking dinner and a movie, this is likely a good spot to consider.

This is my first time at this location since it switched over from AMC, and my initial impressions upon waking into the door were great! Then they went totally downhill. My biggest complaint is with their ticketing setup. It doesn't seem like a busy day, yet there is a HUGE line. For some reason all of the self serve ticketing machines are blocked by the line, BUT 75% of them weren't in use. So, you'd end up with people pushing past and skipping the line to get to the machines, and then half of the people that were still in line didn't understand what was going on, so they're all yelling at the people who are just trying to get to the machines... What a mess!! After I got my ticket I told the girl checking tickets about the problem and she just giggled and said sorry. WHAT?! Don't tell me you're sorry, radio a manager and get someone to fix the problem! You have guests on the brink of fighting each other because of your poor setup! Then, to top it off, I go use the bathroom and the paper towel dispenser is empty. Normally this would be a minor annoyance, but I'm already so frustrated by this place that it just seriously pissed me off. You have enough staff around, just make sure the bathrooms are well stocked. This is a simple task. This all completely ruined my experience, I have no intention of coming back here. I can watch movies at home without having to deal with all this stress.

This is our go-to theatre! If you removed parking from the equation it would be 5 stars. We need more spots! The Centrum used up a bunch of space for dave and busters, which is nice to have, but now an already busy plaza has less spots and more people! Maybe people that uber places can come fall in love with it.

It's a fairly standard movie theatre. Large, lots of selection - but aside from that the food, seats, service, etc aren't anything exceptional. Bathrooms have no paper towels anymore, so the counters are always soaked.

The theatre here is located at a complex with a dessert restaurant, night club of some sort and a few other establishments. The parking is kinda weird since we had to walk around the back to get to the front entrance. When entering there’s an arcade to the right. To the left is the ticketing office. Once tickets are scanned there’s the concession stand right in front. The theatre that we were in wasn’t that big but big enough to seat everyone comfortably. It’s nice that when people want to get by you there’s enough room so that you don’t have to stand up or get squished.

Always nice and clean, the theatres are big. I love the outside, there are large paved areas where no cars can go which gives the area and more pleasant feel. My only complaints are the excessive volume of the movies and the overpriced priced drinks/food. Over all its a nice theatre.

Typical movie theatre. One of the worst-designed plazas I've ever seen. Parking lot is a trap, with traffic coming out of every which direction. Being an anchor tenant in this plaza, Cineplex should demand better from the landlord. Way too busy on the weekends! Give yourself minimum half-hour before your movie starts.

Cineplex are the best cinemas with no doubts. The Winston Churchill one is one of my favorites. I always find a good crowd here, it's always clean, never had any troubles with the movies experience. There is a lot of parking here and it is also surrounded by other restaurants and pubs that you can enjoy before or after the movie.

Customer service is good and the bathrooms are very clean. The auditoriums are nice. They have a bigger selection of movies then the other theaters as they keep the movie for longer. It may be out of the the theaters but this one will have it for extra couple of weeks. Just be careful on the weekends as there are a lot of people and some people don't clean up after themselves.

This movie theatre is great as the building is large and shows all the latest and sometimes "old" movies. The staff are friendly and there is also a good sized arcade games area used to wait for movies to start. This movie theatre also is the most modern looking and new theatre in comparison to theatres in Mississauga and Brampton. In addition to this movie theatre, the complex has Dave and Buster's and restaurants to dine at prior or after a movie.

Horrible experience. Dont buy tickets if seats are not pre booked. Perhaps they sell more than theater capacity. Booked three seats online and happily took my family to watch a movie. When we reached the theater, 20 minutes ahead of movie time, the theater was already full with no seats left (not even a single seat). And we were not the only ones. I confirmed with atleast three more people who were returning carrying all their pop corns and drinks back to home. I complained to management and the only thing they mentioned was "sorry, we can give you a refund". Really disappointing. Whats the point of having booked seating technology if you dont use it for every movie and theater? Someone told me they dont do it because then no one books the seats right infront of screens and they lose money. But when its free seating, customers dont have a choice. Either they watch in front seat or go back. Thats a bit too greedy.

I like this location. I have yet to encounter an unfriendly employee. One of the few Mississauga area theatres that has the fancy coke machines. So, considering they all charge too much for popcorn and drinks etc, it's nice that they at least give you a world of beverage flavours to choose from. They have all the theatre types. Standard, AVX, 3D, 4DX and VIP. There's a small arcade as well. Lots of resto choices in the surrounding area, ifbyiu want to eat pre or post show.

One of the better Cineplex's and definitely a HUGE improvement since it was an AMC. Crowds and lines can get crazy on weekends and holidays so make sure to get there early. Also with so many popular shops/restaurants/entertainment in the plaza parking can be tight too. Just something to keep in mind.

A dump. The Oakville Cineplex has grubby bathrooms. The sign comes up before your movie saying they are cleaning the theatre but you go in and there is garbage everywhere. Last time my wife went the time before staff were bad. The girl did not take her fries out when the bell rang that they were cooked so they burned. They had to do them again and after a long wait staff was rude despite my wife being patient and polite. This is the worst run Cineplex I have other seen. In other cities it is so much better.

Location conveniently located by the highway. We usually reserve tickets on Imax to avoid the line ups and piece of mind. Parking can be difficult at times during the holidays, tuesdays and weekends too. The odd time the butter machine isn't operating, or the washrooms are dirty / clogged / no paper towels etc but that is expected when its extremely busy and the staff is trying to catch up to the workload.

One of my preferred locations and it's a newer theater. VIP movies can be strangely compressed which bothers me, so maybe stick with Ultra AVX instead. Food is quite good for a theater, though. You can also hang out at the restaurant for drinks and food before or after a film, or do the same in the local plaza - plenty of options within a short walk. Lots of hassle-free parking, pretty good show hours as well.

As always, the place is not clean, everywhere. The only time it gets clean when they clean the theatre in between movies playing times. There is no place to wait inside if you go early, only a couple of chairs. Adding to that, they have a booth right now for drinking wine and beer, I don't want to watch a movie and someone beside me gets drunk while I am with my family in a movie theater ???????? it is a big NO. The only good some-thing they have is the very friendly crew that work there now.

Best VIP theatre I’ve ever been too. Had the back row of theatre #4, right in the middle. The tickets are about $5 more per person than other vip theatres but worth it. The recliners are incredible!!! Also has heated seats! Vip section is larger than other theatres we’ve been to, yet due to the recliners the capacity in the theatre is smaller (which I prefer). This is my new go to for movies!

Parking is horrid but the movie theatre is nice! UPDATE FOR 2021. Went to see a movie in VIP and I felt so safe. Servers were so lovely and had masks. I found everyone was very good about the guidelines. You wear a mask when you walk through and soon as you get to your seat you can remove. I put mine back on when talking to the server though no one asked me to. The movie was very enjoyable and we had a great time. I can not wait to enjoy again!

I have always went to this location. It’s clean, organized and not overcrowded. Since they have been closed I order on Uber eats from their concession. It comes well packed and they gave me free future movie passes and Trolls cups which my grand daughter loves. I feel it for the businesses that are shut down during this pandemic. I try to support what I can which is nothing in comparison to being open but they show their appreciation with the small gestures.

The best cinemas in all of GTA. IMAX was recently upgraded to laser IMAX. So right now there are only 2 IMAX in the GTA that support this technology. One is in Downtown Toronto which can be a hassle with parking and what not. This is the best place to experience IMAX and AVX and D-Box. Plus it’s in Oakville Entertainment Centrum which got lots of other great places.

Overpriced I used to love the movie theater I'd always go before the pandemic. They just are money grabbing now I remember when I could go and watch a movie comfortable and only have to spend like 20 bucks or so they charge 40 bucks for a bag of popcorn I don't know in what world wear that should be exceptable I for sure won't be going back for sure after tonight's visit ! We checked out the new VIP lounge the first week and it looks great! We were there one of the first days it was open, so you could tell the staff were still new and trying to figure things out. Our server was very nice and working hard, but seemed a bit frazzled. Our burger was never ordered in kitchen, which was very disappointing when only one meal was brought out. Appears there’s still some ironing out and training to be done behind the scenes. The staff made it sound like management was confusing - which isn’t something we as customers should hear. The VIP theatres are amazing. Much larger, comfier and recliner seats, you can adjust putting up your feet, and angle of back. AND seat warmers! Roughly 80 seats in the theatre. Not a crazy large screen, but it’s not necessary in a smaller theatre. Unfortunately the service in the theatres seems just as confused as the first week we visited the lounge. The first server couldn’t scan the coupon for a free popcorn and wanted me to pay and then contact cineplex for a refund. No thanks. Asked for a manager and another server came in and scanned successfully. Delivery was a bit of a nightmare though. Our drinks came without the popcorn the first visit. 15 minutes passed. Second visit, they brought us popcorn and a drink we didn’t order. Which we later realized we must have taken someone else’s order. We had 2 more visits of servers trying to bring us food or drinks. (That we hadn’t ordered) So there was either a malfunction in the ordering software or staff are still not trained properly and there’s a lot of confusion. There are a lot of options for food, including healthy options which are great compared to what you can get at the regular (non VIP) Cineplex. Taste wise, it was good, but we didn’t have anything to go on and rave about (yet). We’ll have to do more exploring of the menu! The kitchen was a bit slower than expected, but this is something I’m sure will be improved with more experience. Tip: if you like warm popcorn, order and pick it up yourself. We’ve been to a few cineplex VIP and our popcorn is always cold and sometimes not tasting fresh. Note: the VIP washrooms are separated between women and men. (Unlike other nearby VIP theatres that have the shared washrooms but with separate rooms of toilets and sinks which are more private). They are nice and new. Built in air dryers beside sink are a little hidden, so that stumps most people. I’m very happy to have the VIP theatre experience without having to drive so far. *original lounge review December 17, 2019, updated with theatre review January 20, 2020.

My NUMBER 1 MOVIE THEATER IN THE GTA! I love the convenience of the location right off the QEW highway - makes for a great meeting spot with friends who live in neighboring cities. Love that it's part of an entertainment complex where you can do so many things all within walking distance. On date nights, my husband and I usually go for K and B all you can eat sushi or Scaddabush Italian. Then we walk for dessert and coffee at either Demetres or Trattoria Timone. If the weather is nice we will go for a nice walk along the board walk and nature pathway in the middle of the whole complex. We ll then catch a movie at Cineplex. And when we were younger we would stop by one of the dance clubs after the movie for some late night dancing and cocktails... Now we re usually tired after the movie is finished. The theatres are usually always clean. The staff and workers are young and unfortunately aren't always fully trained and at the snack counter they don't always know what they're doing, but they're always polite and try their best. That's all you can ask for. Snacks, drinks and popcorn, like all other theatres, are extremely overpriced but that's just how it is. The AVX, 3D and Ultra AVX with the moving chairs are all great. Theaters are usually full on Friday and Saturday nights and the whole entertainment complex is hopping with people. It's fun though. A great vibe all around. This has been my favorite movie theater since I was a kid. The Cineplex at Courtney Park is a close 2nd.... Square One Cineplex is probably the VERY LAST choice. Could use some updates. Love the Theater in Windsor/Tecumseh Devonshire mall ... Every seat is a lazy boy for the same price as general admin! Can we get this in Mississauga?

It's a great theatre with many showings, but I find it to feel very crowded at peak times (especially the entrance area - the wings with the theatres in them aren't bad at all). Other theatres I've been to have also been busy but they've never felt as congested. Perhaps the management could consider what they can do about the physical setup to make it more pleasant. Other than that it's a fantastic place to go with a lot of other restaurants and entertainment venues nearby to make for an entire day of fun!

Went to see lion king in theater 21. While the movie was playing we could hear the movie next door (toy story 4) playing. So that sucked. Also the bathrooms smells so bad and is dirty. There was a lady tidying the bathroom when we went in there but needs to be really cleaned. Played some games was ok. A few game were broken. Also first pop machine we tried was broken, the next had flavors all out.

Did Cineplex was very nice main theater area (auditorium) was more or less the same as all of the other Cineplexes, but that's not where this location shines. It has an ambience to it. When approaching the building you'll see smooth concrete well lit lamp posts which aren't too bright and nice metal tables. On the inside there will be a wide array of arcade games. They also have a concession area with fast service and friendly employees, which makes buying food effecient and enjoyable.

Excellent location, i watched Avengers: Endgame here and it was a great experience, the staff are VERY nice. The place has an arcade at the enterance to waste time, great food, great popcorn, everything you need for a good movie experience. It has both the big IMAX and Ultra AVX theaters and plenty of regular auditoriums as well. I would definitely recommend this cinema if you're looking for a local place to watch a new movie.

My girlfriend and I saw Inside Out last night (which was awesome and highly recommended) and after the movie there was the Q&A with the director. As a result, they never showed the credits. For all those who have seen pixar movies, you know that there are normally some cool scenes during the credits. We were dissapointed but were told that the credits would play after the Q&A. So, after it was done, we stuck around for close to 10min but nothing. I went and found some people who work there to get it sorted out but none of them knew anything about it. One of them did get the manager for me who nicely came out and then was very rude. He told me "You want to see the credits!?" as if no one want to see them. But then he went on to tell me that they weren't showing the credits for the movie. After this, however, we walked past the theater again and found that the credits had been on the entire time I was speaking to him. LIAR!!! and we missed all of them :(

Went to see Tenet in the Ultra AVX theatre. Far too loud to be enjoyable. It was at rock concert levels. They booked us into a regular showing an refunded the difference. Unfortunately that theatre (14) had sound issues too, far too loud on just the right surround. Tickets refunded. I’ve never left a screening once, let alone twice in one cinema. Shame, I thought it would be a treat to get back to the cinema, now I think I’ll just stay at home instead. Louder doesn’t mean better.

VIP experience and absolutely, positively, categorically no going back to any standard cinema experience once you've tried this! There's a classy bar back here. Then there's the theatre itself. Where to begin? The smell of cleanliness and leather hits you before your eyes even register the seats. Sit back, recline, order from the menu where the waiter is only too happy to serve. I had the warm caramel brownie with vanilla ice cream. All of this before the movie even starts. Heaven

The arcade is big and awesome but it closes early so I rarely get to use it. Self serve drink machines are great and you can get free refills. Zero calorie options. Popcorn is fresh.

While this movie theatre is one of the older theatres around, meaning it has smaller viewing areas and older amenities, it certainly compensated with it's customer experience. The staff are all very friendly, and the large self serve ticket line makes it extremely easy to get tickets and enter the theatre. The concessionary lines are usually short due to their excellent service and the customer use coke machines. Not only do they speed up customer traffic, but they allow for a greater choice if beverages. Overall this theatre is one of the better ones I have been to.

Has all variety of films available to play (I like that I dont have to drive to Brampton to watch international movies). If I have a complaint, it has to be that the concessions prices are just absurd but that's all Cineplex locations. Food for 2 people should never run you more than $20 at a movie theater.

The staff are actually quite fast even with massive lineups. I only had to wait ~5 min even when the place was packed. The drink dispenser stations can use a thorough cleanup, but they make up for that by having an effective and friendly staff and clean washrooms.

Terrible experience, unfortunately. After spending more than 1 year closed, Cineplex should be much better than before, with improvements due to COVID-19 and with more precautionary measures. My wife and I went to watch Shang-Chi in the UltraAVX room at 9:40 PM on September 6th and the experience was worse than before the pandemic, from when we arrived until it was time to leave. At the entrance to the Oakville-Winston Churchill complex there was only 1 person scanning the tickets, a long line with no social distance. In the popcorn area, lines were also forming without distancing. The drink machines were all dirty, no one was sanitizing the touch screens. Upon entering the room, we came across a dirty floor, littered with cups and packages of popcorn, a sticky floor and dirty seats. The impression I got was that the room was not cleaned all day (or weekend). Zero cleaning, zero hygiene. They removed the alternating rows for social distancing and now there are people sitting nearby, all the time without a mask, just jumping 2 seats to the sides. On the way out, another problem, there was no one to organize, everyone crowding in on the way out, once again without distancing. I used the men's washroom after the movie and again it looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day, the floor was dirty and it stinks. There were no distancing measures in there either. What do you expect from a company that resumes activities like this? Wasn't it supposed to get better? Wasn't it supposed to take precautionary measures to avoid a new lockdown? Ridiculous.

went to see a movie yesterday.it was a 10 pm movie and wherever i looked there was garbage and popcorn. i hate to even recall the horror in the washroom,that dirt is more than a day old.aud 8 is outdated and the chair was very uncomfortable. the staff however was nice and i loved that there is still an actual person you can get tickets from/ask questions as opposed to Queensway location where machines took over completely. i also like pop machines and the choices they have

I went there a couple of weeks ago.. Terrible experience. The people there on the evening shift were lax and careless as if they didn't even have a job, the person did not even look at the ticket and therefore did not give me 3D glasses as part of her service.. the individual at the concession stand interrupted me to become a human marketing board.. chirping statements she had been repeating all day at me.. she looked rather unhealthy.. what's worse is that she almost microwaved my cheese IN A PLASTIC CARTON before I stopped her and said I am not at all interested in any of their overpriced concession stand marketing filth.. I sent an email to one of the account managers and have yet to hear a response.. and furthermore inquired with one of the managers and he was blind to what excellence in customer service was.. I implied a refund.. but now it's time to demand it.. I would not recommend this place in it's current state to any consumer in the GTA.

This is my favorite cineplex branch because it has a mini arcade and the seats at this cinema are very confortable. The only issue is they don't have frozen yogourt which I always love to have when watching a movie. With that being said, they obviously sell popcorn, nachos, burgers and pizza's there.

Well it's not like there is a choice of theatre companies to choose from in the GTA so we're pretty much stuck with Cineplex. I'm happy that they put the calorie count on the menus now. Blowing a whole days worth of calories on a bag of butter popcorn is rediculous. I end up just getting an over priced drink and eat something that's better AND cheaper somewhere else. I'm pretty sure though that once that terrible minimum wage hike goes through at the end of 2017 that over priced drink will be even more obscene. I'll probably skip those too then.

went there today to watch Age of Ultron....OUTTAKES manager is completely incompetent. I realize it's new but if the manager thinks his job is to cook the fries rather than marshalling his employees to actually do their job then we have a big problem.. Waited 20 minutes to get my order then had to run back after because they gave me the wrong order... All I got from the manager is a "there, there" and a pat down on the hand....employees are rude and unprofessional...Obnoxious kids who doesn't appreciate the fact that they have a job and are supposed to act professional.

The theatre is one of my few go to places for movies. They have up to date cinema tech so the experience is great. It can get very crowded on weekends. The only issue I have is the whole go around the building to reach the entrance. It would have been so good if they had an entrance towards the parking side. Also there had been construction going around last few times that I have been here so it can be a little annoying and messy.

The arm rests in the theater move up and down which is cool. It's a long walk from the parking lot and they didn't have enough people manning the concession stands, but the location and proximity to other restaurants and fun activities is perfect. The place is clean and the theaters are quite large. Sound, temperature and screen quality was perfect.

This cineplex is surrounded by restaurants ranging from 1-5 stars. The theatres themselves range from the imax experience to dbox seats to normal size theatres. My only issue with this place is the bathrooms. They need a full scrubbing or gutting. The bathrooms smell of urine like the mop just used that to mop the floors.

Overcrowded with 0 parking, get there really early to drive around to find a spot before you give up and park way too far or become frustratingly creative and park illegally. But if its winter its even more fun, you get to pretend you're on a pilgrimage through the undiscovered north because we live in Canada and the layout of the plaza is for people who live somewhere warm and dont know what an icy wind face burn is like.

I used to live in Toronto, and when I moved to Mississauga, I felt my movie choices were restricted to the mainstream, but this 24 screen theatre provides lots of alternatives; from indie to mainstream. I love movies, and I love that I don't have to drive into the city to see things that don't get wide release. It's also very accessible. Thumbs up!

The only two things that I noticed were that the parking was a little far (it’s February, kind cold). As well as they don’t sell Froyo! I was wanting chocolate ice cream. Other than that, they have a wicked arcade area and they even have prizes you could win from your tickets. My inner child was happy. The guys at the counter were extremely helpful; we were served by Michael and he was so nice. Not rushing to get the line cleared. In all, great place.

Love the setting. Seating can be better in the VIP section, is better than the Cinplex VIP on the Queensway, Etobicoke. Food selections are standard, and are average taste. Price point is higher, but then again, that's the gripe with all cineplexes - 200gm of popcorn for your liver and kidneys (or your first born, whichever is dearer). Clean theaters, well maintained and staff are pleasant to interact with - no rush, no impatience.

Big theatre and a good layout inside but the seats need to be updated. I go to a VIP theatre in Kitchener now and the seats in their general admittance are infinitely better than the seats in Cineplex, and it costs the same for entry.

Large theatre. Has a lot of movies to offer - they hold a lot of events here, such as the Flashback Film Fest which puts older movies back on the screen, and also shows indie movies. No other theatre I know of in and around the Mississauga area shows them. I've never had a bad movie experience here.

Pretty bug theater that usually gets packed but I like it as long as people aren't talking in the movies which I never had experienced in this theater. Always go to VIP - especially with covid right now, you at least get that extra space between you. Also in VIP, the staff are very nice, and the chairs here are both heated and fully recline, which may be a bad thing as I almost dozed off from being too comfortable ????

By far my favourite cineplex, I drive an embarrassing long way to just to come to this movie theatre in particular. Their pop machines are AMAZING (and as a coca-cola fan it's great to mix all the flavours - shhh don't tell!) They also have the best IMAX theatre around in my opinion. I gave it a 4 star because the only thing they are missing is VIP and a recliner chair option <-- those 2 things would make this theatre incredible.

One of the largest Cineplex theaters I've ever been to with some of the fastest concession lines! But it just isn't good enough to compete with other Cinemas. In an era where the competition have switched to leather recliners the cloth seats here aren't comfortable or comparable. Furthermore I can't remember the last time I had to show up 30 minutes early instead of picking my seats before hand.

Wasn't the perfect time to visit. It was so busy as it was family day. We had 2 online tickets for the kids and 2 Costco movie passes. We had to go in line twice, just because we didn't know at the beginning. Ends up watching another movie that we didn't want because the movie that we wanted was sold out. Easy to locate auditoriums with format logos, and numbers, also tasty popcorn and drinks, theater merchandise to put a spotlight on certain popular films/movies and free magazines and, during certain releases, they hand out posters, like when i went to see Maleficent 2, and Terminator : Dark Fate. Time Play, a game that happens before a film, that you can participate in if you download the app, connected to the most popular movies that have recently released in theaters and the Cineplex Pre - Show as a whole , is an added bonus to any theater under the brand to entertain before the traliers and movie starts, they also play older movies sometimes and play foreign language fiims as well, large auditoriums and arcade games to entertain while waiting for a movie or leaving the theater, too. Very bad experience with a movie i recently saw. The sound was terrible and we could hear stuff from the screen beside us. Dont go hear if you are watching something that needs your close attention. You will be disappointed.

Theater was fine, clean and good sound, but the food is crazy. $70 for popcorn and pop. I did the math too late. It's cheaper to buy pop and popcorn seperatly than the packages. I love the movies but these prices make it difficult to justify going to the theaters. Aren't they complaining that ticket sales are down, I can tell they why, and it has little to do with Netflix...

This is an old Cineplex. Some of the theatre sizes are small. Side cup holders were broken or bent. Overall good service. Ample parking space. And a wide variety of eateries nearby. During busy times, it will take a while before you can get a parking

What can I say.. this is the complete and utter epitome of capitalism however we always redeem our scene points here since we're avid collectors and as such it's next to free every time we visit (consider enrolling!) it's always clean here, doesn't get overly crowded very often and has a great selection of feature films. Snack stand is kind of falling short in terms of selection and taste, but it's movie food so naturally this is expected.

Big theatre, however the interior of the actual theatres are getting old and outdated. Alot of stains and marks on the seats in the smaller theatres. Definitely needs a makeover in the auditoriums. Otherwise lobby and snack area updated and nice.

In general I love this Theatre, it's big and always has lots of movies to offer. The food is a bit overpriced but it's the same as all Cineplex. It can be hard to get seats when it gets busy, especially with new films so be early by at least a few minutes so as not to have to sit separate from friends or family.

just saw Crimson Peak! (the 7:45 showing on 11/8/2015) the film was terrific our film experience maybe less so tho... there was a couple who brought their two young children (5 &7ish approx) to the theatre to play in the hall with a ball while they watched the movie... one of the parents kept getting up to check on them... and at one point during the movie both children were screaming and laughing louder than the dialogue of the film

Like im not sure how to review this since it's a chain. Uhm this one is the one without the ice-cream/ frozen yogurt option?? Like if you been to one, you've been to all of them. It's the same thing it's been for the past 10 years, with the exception of the self-check out booths. Uhm popcorn is still literally more expensive then GOLD. Maybe get grub at the McDicks nearby.

Parking is getting increasingly difficult, due to the high number of restaurants as well as Dave and Buster's in the same parking lots. A parking structure would do well here, in place of endless driving in circles. The theatre itself is likely due for an update, and the corridors tend to get congested around the entrances as people figure out where to go.

**VIP Theatre Pro Tip: While the lights are still on before the movie, figure out the buttons for your seat. There's a switch for the back rest, one for the foot rest, and one for HEAT! I did not realise this my first time, fumbled around without looking, and halfway through the movie my butt was suddenly on fire! Still a great time, 10/10, will go again.** I've been coming to this theatre my entire life. Through the years I have watched it grow and change with the times, while keeping its original charm. Whether I'm here with the crowds for a new movie premier, or alone in the middle of a weekday, I'm always treated very well by staff, and the place is always pretty clean. Only critique I could make is that the arcade machines are old, but hey, we all play games on our phones now anyway so I don't blame them for not upgrading. The new (to me) VIP area is fantastic! Servers go above and beyond to accomodate anything you want or need, and the seating (which is leather couch there!) is super freaking comfy! Besides having like 2 decades of memories here, it's also just an overall fun place to go. I will continue coming to this theatre as often as I can; I know it's a chain, but it's honestly great, and a community landmark, and I will always show support.

Escalating costs for theatre-going aside, this is one of the best in the West end of the GTA. They always have a good selection movies, especially the hard to find limited release movies. Concessions are decent and meet expectations. The layout of the lobby could use some reorganization.

Went to refill my drink after a movie and one of the workers came up and like publicly scolded me instead of just informing me politely that they had a strict policy against people refilling their drinks. Also what's the point of charging 5 dollars for a drink, having fancy mix and match coke machines but no refills? What if I mix a fancy soda that I don't enjoy and want to try again do I have to buy a brand new 5 dollar cup just to do that? It draws a weird line when you tell people no refills but have the drink machines that promote refills and have them as self serve.

The Oakville Cineplex is special. It has quite a number of auditoriums. I would like to add that it is well organized. Food at Outtakes is clean, good portion and tasty. Wifi is good speed and rarely interrupts. Highly recommended to movie buffs. Five stars for sure

No complaints. This is my preferred Cineplex location. I usually go here even though I live much closer to a different one. Relatively speaking, I find it cleaner, more comfortable, with better screens and showtimes. going here for years by myself, ever since i was 14, and they've really treated me warmly and well. Well organized and cleaned very very often. Many theatres with multiple options as well.Movies are often running until the last possible date so going back to rewatch is never an issue! Would say it gets very busy on weekends so try to come earlier to beat the rush.

I am so glad this theatre is open again. They are doing a great job at making me feel safe. The VIP having 2 empty seats in between is a good social distance and everything is clean. They now have three sizes of popcorn (finally), and not shy with the butter. When we arrived, it was nice when a staff member said "hello, welcome back".

I just want to leave a thank you for the kind staff who earlier tonight has found my cell phone on the floor and returned it to me. His name is Grant - tall good-looking guy. I was done looking all over and had already accepted the fact that it was lost. Fortunately I had the display image set to a photo of me and my girlfriend, and Grant saw that and looked around until he found us. Nice place! I actually like this place compared to Square One Cineplex, which is always super crowded. The employees are well behaved, and the hall has good collection of movies. Only issue is that, it is 5 mins walk from any parking lot. As we go to movie in bad weather or it is cold, this thing affects us a lot, hence 4 star only.

The theatre is inside a mall and a bit difficult to get to from the parking lot. Make sure you come in much earlier than your scheduled show time, getting a parking spot is difficult. The seats are rather uncomfortable. We are maybe used to the reclining seats at most theatres, and these seats felt rather uncomfortable.

Location is a teeny bit remote than I'm used to but it's one of the larger Cineplex so there is usually more variety for movie times and movies stay longer here. They also tend to get the independent films that the Square one cineplex doesnt. Plus they have the soda fountain machines with tons of coca cola options! Finally theres a Dave buster's in the same plaza (if you're into that) and a great restaurant called twin fish and a few other places.

Theatre has a good selection of films. Drove over an hour to this theatre to see a film that wasn't showing near me. The screen in the auditorium (Aud 9) was pretty good and the seats were comfortable, but there was a large amount of sound bleed from an adjacent auditorium that I have never experienced at any other theatre. It was so bad that I could not focus on the movie I was watching. I went in the middle of the movie to talk to some staff to see if they could help, and they were very friendly and helpful. They said they would try to adjust the volume levels a bit. However, the sound bleed did not stop. I don't doubt that the staff tried their best to help, but the root of the problem is with the physical facilities. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. Rating: 2/5. Although it has good selection and service, it failed to deliver on the most important part, which is the movie experience.

Movie itself was great. The cost to go for 2 adults and 2 small children was insane. Almost $60 just for the tickets. Then another $52 for basic theatre snacks. Then they wanted and extra fee to put butter on the popcorn. Didn't that used to be free? By the time we were done it was close to $120 to go see a movie. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never go there again. I prefer the smaller theatre near our home. Prices are far more reasonable and the atmosphere is more appealing. One last thing, I get that young ppl need to work and gain valuable work experience for the real world. But how about teaching them to have better ppl skills. Maybe not look at you like you are a complete idiot for asking a simple question.

Going to the movies use to mean enjoying a night out with no commercials no hassle just a good movie to enjoy. Now all it has become is a giant infomercial being forced to watch commercials for 30 min prior to advertised start time. If it says the movie starts at 730pm it really starts at 800pm because you sit there and watch advertisements after you just paid 20 or more to watch a garbage movie. That's just the beginning the worst part in recent times is the fact that Cineplex share holders apparently don't want to hire minimum wage employees to do a simple task 1000 times better than the automated line ups the curently have. Cineplex please get rid of you computers and debit machines currently substituting for actual human beings. The funniest part is they have tecnitians and managers filling in to maintain there automated line up that is costing them more than the minimum wage humans we use to like speaking with until this recent greed abolished a normal line up into a mass confusion of corporate greed.

One of the few entertainment venues in oakville and always a nice outing for a reasonable cost. So you can get discounted adult tickets for 14 $ on Tuesdays but they ruin it by overpriced snacks. A large popcorn and two soft drinks will set u back a whooping 24$ and god forbid if you ask for layered butter that’s an extra 2$.

I have been going to this theatre for over 20 years. I have seen a lot of changes, the biggest one being the move to self serve “everything”. Most of the self serve is all right ie. soft drinks. However I am not a fan of self serve ticket buying. I like to interact with staff in a social way. I have to spend enough time facing a computer, I want to talk to real people. My biggest criticism is that when the line ups for buying a ticket from a real person get long no one seems to have the initiative to bring on an extra cashier. A “wandering” staff person telling me to go to the self serve machines doesn’t make me happy. Why doesn’t she open another cash point until the line disapates? The fact that there is a line up for a real person tells the management something. Not all of us like the self serve system. Please treat the older, loyal movie fans with some respect.

Excellent service and very professional staff. Last Sunday, my son had a nose bleed during the movie, so we went out to find a first aid and help. The staff here responded very quickly and treated my son very professionally especially Robin M. She was there all time, very patient and very nice. Dissapointed. My family and I drove out from Brantford to see "a Star is Born" since it was the only theatre still playing it other than in Toronto (Dec 21). We were in theatre #7 and all we could hear was Christmas music/muffling throughout the ENTIRE movie. Here I thought it was another movie/theatre beside us, only to find out it was the radio playing in the hallway. I received 1 free movie ticket even though I had bought 3.. Ridiculous if you ask me. Won't be going back to this theatre anytime soon

Worst theatre. Not handicap friendly!!! Told that to the ticket agent. He said he had heard that before. A maze of stores and resturants. Had to ask where the entrance to the theatre was only to find it was in the centre of a courtyard and the closet handicap parking was far away (we live in TOronto and there is snow and cold weather). THe starbucks sign hung in the eating section, but no one was working it.. NO coffee for me. Bought popcorn, then they handed me a cup (no explantion), after asking find out had to get my own at the kiosk. First and last time to this theatre.

Nice place. Arcade games for kids inside. The sound quality of the theatres seemed to give less surround sound feelings. Parking space around is very limited considering the Cineplex to have 24 theatres. Better to go early therefore, otherwise have to park far away.

A nice and well organized movie theatre. Unfortunately, the entrance was a little difficult to find as it's not facing any parking lots, which led to some confusion. Additionally, I tried to call ahead to ask about subtitles for a foreign film I was planning to see, and their call options didn't allow me to speak with anyone directly. I had to contact Cineplex through social media to ask about it, which was frustrating.

location is small and crowded, also hard to find spots to park because of the dave n busters on the location as well as some restaraunts that are always busy. The cinema itself is on the smaller side compared to other cinplex theaters, and when i was here a few of their machines to serve yourself soft drinks were not working so there was a lineup.

The concessions are getting really expensive. Time play not available in theater 10. The pre show not working, blank screen. When my phone connects to your WiFi it inhibits the Cineplex app so I can not retrieve my tickets. I think they need to do some monitoring of how their technology is interfacing the public.

A few serious complaints about this location's current management .....Based on our experience on Sunday, Aug 1st at approx 3-30 to 6:30 PM. 1) a popular new release with 8.0 reviews ( Stillwater ) is being shown in a small screening room and selling out 2 time slots ahead. By contrast, F9 has been showing for 3 weeks and is still in one of the largest rooms with approx 500 seats and only about 30 people attended ! Obviously an opportunity to switch and sell more tickets for the new and popular release.. 2) Mens washroom near lobby was FILTHY with urine all over floor and toilet seat broken at hinges 3) Only one ticket agent and a long line of people needing assistance, Not everyone can or wants to purchase on line.The ticket terminals only had one of several available due to distancing. Surely more terminals could be available or units repositioned 4) We purchased 2 seniors tickets and gave them our 2 Scene cards but were told they could only accept one for points. She later moved to another terminal and registered the 2 purchases on 1 card versus 1 on each card. Seems ridiculous that this was so complicated however Kudos to the young lady who did assist us by using another terminal while 15 + people waited in line. 5) Benches in hallways near screening rooms have been removed due to Covid... Ridiculous as people need a place to sit prior to movie time and would obviously not sit with strangers . 6) Lines for concessions were long and absolutely not properly distanced between customers. Location needs better management as we try to manage through Covid. Cineplex has been very vocal in the media about government closures yet haven't ensured good location control !

The love seats is what's message this location my favourite one too go to now. The seats fully recline and you can have them heated, cooled or normal. The trays for holding good are bigger than other locations and have drink holder. There is tons of for space because the seats recline. Servers are friendly and quick to assist. The lounge is something else, absolutely beautiful with a pool table and plenty of sitting area. This is the only location where I could play the Cineplex trivia games while waiting for my movie to start.

This theater is right of Queen Elizabeth Way and Winston Churchill Boulevard – hints the name. So far so good, I have been here on several occasions and enjoyed it. The most enjoyable experience was seeing John Wick on the DBOX screen. It was like sitting in a video game – sound was great and loved the way the seats moved… I will say – the staff is OK for the most part the, but go early because they never have enough cashiers – I believe that’s because they want you to use the kiosk or buy the tickets online. Either or, if you can, go on Tuesdays because the tickets are half off. I recommend this theater - they are renovating the entrance and updating some of the theaters: 1 DBOX, 8 Real 3D, and 1 Ultra AVX.

Prior to COVID, I would come here very often because they played many movies that weren’t playing in most theatres. It’s a good venue. The size and layout and numerous washrooms are great. BUT downside is that they have some SMALL auditoriums. The screen is small in these auditoriums.

Way too many people go here. Which means the popcorn is always fresh if your willing to pay with your first born son for it. Endless pop which is great news for diabetes and not to mention the unlimited amount of what they call butter you can now inject straight into your arteries yourself. Seats are comfy. Absolutely disgusting - went in to watch a movie this afternoon, was going to make my way to my seat 5 minutes before showtime looked around and went to get a refund. Popcorn and garbage literally everywhere, looked like no one cared about the next showing. Theatre should be cleaned out before the next showing, not while people are getting seated for their movie. Been going here since it was an AMC, will probably never return.

Pretty standard theater same as all other Cineplex theater that I have been too...If u have scenes point card then do ur self and a friend a favour get Cineplex night out package everytime u want to use ur point card. This package gives u 2 tickets 2 drinks and a popcorn all for 2500 point ( for regular movie ticket). You get 2 drinks and a popcorn just for 500 points.

The cinema it self is not bad. My problem today was that they let a mother with 3 kids and one of them was maybe 1 1/2 years old maybe 2. The kid was screaming and crying and making noise the whole movie. By the end of the movie she tried to make her quiet. I mean who really takes their toddler to cinema and ruin it for the rest of ppl trying to watch it Im not sure how the employees let her buy the tickets and go in. Isn’t there a rule or minimum age.

Had to line up 3 times, in long lines. The first to pick up tickets pre-purchased, one machine had no paper. Second for concession, the third to fill my own drink, had to try 4 different machines to finally find one that had coke. Few lids were remaining, all counters were disgusting, wet, dirty & sticky. Smaller theatres tend to be a little dirty. Sticky floors, and stale. Larger screen theatres are so big you should pick seats a little lower so you feel more immersed in the movie. The screen itself seems a little small in proportion.

Theatres are well maintained and staff are nice, theatre checks are the only thing lacking, some times people are on their phones and chatting through and entire movie or sneaking in to one show while waiting for the next and none of this gets caught by staff. Having worked at a theatre it's usually part of the regular theatre check to ensure no one is being disruptive and the screen is working etc.

My seat was dirty, the staff let people sit in non socially distant seats, and nachos were not on the menu. We paid for "VIP" where you don't have to get up for food. When we asked to order nachos they said they were out yet they had it on the other side of the theater. No one came to take our order we had to ask two times. Absolutely not worth it.

Only place to watch many films in my area now. They know that, so monopoly means you pour your own pop and get sticky feet and hands from the constant mess, take extra time and fuss for pop that does not taste remotely like coke. Parking is brutal and I find myself having to double park. Increasingly making the drive elsewhere.

Good location. I know people complain about parking but you can't fault the theatre for that. Service is mostly ok. Bathrooms by concessions is very small and often has line ups. The theatres beside avx has some noise come through from the avx ones. You can get beer and cider here now which is nice. Would love to see the older wing converted to a VIP theatre. Always great and friendly staff here. There has always been organized direction at this theatre. No wandering around trying to find the washrooms or which auditorium to enter. Very clean too. Even before Covid. It is out of way to go here. And I pass by 3 other locations but I prefer this one. More screens. Longer running movies. Ample parking and plenty of other dining/entertainment establishments just adjacent to it.

Vip is nothing what it seems. I was never informed how service is ran. Tipping shouldnt even be an option, my server took my whole order and never seen her again. ALL my food was served at once.. which it was all disgusting. The cauliflower bites were freezer burnt like BAD.. We left the whole tray there. Never got take out containers (Even tho i woulda never ate the food anyways) Nothing. Horrible experience and horrible food. One good thing is the seat warmers.

I found the screen size small the chairs were uncomfortable and they left way too many lights on along the stairs inside the theatre. It's supposed to be dark and the stairs were lit up like a Christmas tree they really need to change that.

Always loved coming to this theatre. Friendly, welcoming staff, as well as clean and comfortable theatres. Not sure how long it's been there but the additional burgers,wraps, poutines, etc they have added to the menu are exceptional and full of flavor. The buffalo wrap could have used a bit more buffalo sauce but otherwise was great. The poutine was prob my fav. Also highly recommend seeing "All the Money in the World"

Been coming here for a long time since it was the other named theatre, and it's pretty much hasn't changed. They serve beer, that you take into any theatre. It's expensive but it's nice that they offer that now.

My husband and I went to the theatre to see a movie. The movie was great but the theatre was not. The popcorn we got had little to no butter on it. It tasted like popcorn made over the stove from kernels. The pop area for people to fill their cups was sticky and gross. It was so nasty that I would honestly rather not have as many options of soda and no free refills just to have the stickiness controlled. Then the worst part was actually watching the movie. The theatre walls didn't conceal the sounds from the theatre beside us and the employees left the door open (I went and closed it) so we were watching our movie but also heard sounds from the other movie and hallway music during our movie. We use to go to the queensway cineplex and find the service there is much better.

The theater itself deserves a 4 star rating. It is a good, clean theater that is well up kept. I took away 1 star because of the hideous parking lot layout. You literally have to park behind the theater and walk into the complex, past the restaurants to get to the entrance. There is no ability to drop of people who need assistance: little kids, grandparents, or someone injured. It is handicapped accessible, but not handicapped friendly.
