Disappointed I had taken 4 others to see Detective Pikachu and we where told all giveaway Detective Pikachu packs where already given out the first day( we had seen the movie may 11th) and no more where to be ordered. Movie was awesome!!!

I will give 3 star for overall experience. When toy go to watch movie who cares the place but this place need some renovations in the theatres and also cleanliness. Screen 8 we went and my experience is based on that screen

Overall better experience than other cinemas , imax 3D is really a great quality on this location, seats are a bit congested, but customer serves is great and even in busy times line up wait time to get into main entry us very less.

Monday night is a great night for a movie with the ladies!! Fast service and lots of seats. Site is not the most updated but certainly clean. I will be back on a weeknight. During quieter moments we could hear booming from the theatre beside us but it wasn't too disruptive. Lots of restaurants in the complex so very convenient location. Enjoy!

Excellent cinema complex with many regular screens and one or two IMAX screens. Last Tuesday I was here to watch a Bollywood movie. I was the only person in the entire cinema hall and they still treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect that they give to each and every customer. I really appreciate that. The cinema hall is very clean. Spic and Span! The seats recline, except for those in the last and topmost row, closest to the projection room. My seat was comfortable. I like their snack bar and other concessions; and I'm a big fan of OutTakes. This company has always served me piping hot burgers and chips with some great deals on Scene points. Good on you Mates! They switched off the lights just before the movie started. The indoor temperature in the cinema was just perfect. Not only did Cineplex show the entire movie; they also ran the credits right to the end. Fantastic! I love listening to the theme song of the movie, and in many Bollywood movies; it's played after the end of the movie. Next time I plan to arrive about thirty minutes before the movie starts; so I can get the Concessions Deal with the most Scene points. Thank you Cineplex Cinemas; for the wonderful movie experiences I've had and continue to have! Please keep up the good work and the spotlessly clean surroundings. I'm totally impressed! Thank you! Went to go to watch Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom with my family. We thought we would be in an average sized cinema since Cineplex has very good theatres and seats. The cinema we were in was number 11, it was very small and uncomfortable. Please avoid that number. ????????

Greeted very kindly by the attendants however, smacked in the face by the scent of urine in #6 theatre. The smell was awful, and distracting from watching the greatest movie on earth. The seats were comfortable. The popcorn super buttery. Overall, it was alright.

Got d box seating for the movie, which I found strange that it was near the bottom of the theatre. Other theatres usually have them higher up. Besides that, no issue. Place was kept clean.

I visit courtney park for most of the movies I watch. I dislike how they do not accept starbucks card in their Starbucks and they comment when you bring starbucks drink from outside. The theaters are getting dirtier everytime I visit. The crowd is super rowdy but I guess that's not cinaplex's fault. Also, everytime I visit cinaplex I feel like ticket prices are going up and I am accumulating less scene points.

Like theatre lots of great places to eat and lots of parking. Wish this theatre would modernize some more. I would love to see some newer theatre design and screens. All around a good theatre if you are just looking for your typical movie night out. This is always our fall back theatre when we don't do the VIP thing.

Formerly an AMC theatre meaning you can raise the arm rest to get a little closer if you came with a date. Comfortable seating otherwise with all the standard Cineplex concessions. Good selection of restaurants nearby to eat or drink before or after the movie as well.

Pathetic. Was there for Eternals movie showing on Nov 14 for my anniversary. Filthy and unclean seats, seats in front of me were ripped. Seats were creaking throughout the show and was annoying. There was no physical distancing enforced inside the theatre, people were sitting next to each other without leaving a seat on either side. No theatre staff were around to talk to about this. Washrooms were stinking bad, I couldn't even enter and had to flee. I held my pee for 30 minutes until I could get home to urinate.Wont return for sure. On contrary, Cineplex Queensway was excellent- was there for legend of ten rings.

One of the worst experience I've ever had at a movie theater. When buying my movie ticket, they force me to use my points so that I couldn't save them and I had to use them up, when I asked twice not to use them... then when getting food unfortunately I got someone in training and the shorted me 10 and couldn't print a recipe for me so I could prove it to them when I questioned it... wont be back square one or winston Churchill is better and free refills

They have replaced the tellers with tge self check ins. The theater we were in had sticky floors but manageable. Mat need a thorough cleaning between movies. The movie was enjoyable.

It was a surreal experience to be in theaters after more than a year. They have really spaced out the seats and that made me comfortable sitting in with the folks around. I would recommend going in on Tuesday as you get the cheaper Tuesday price, and still get your designated seats. You don't have to go in half an hour early to line up and get the best seats. We were 15 minutes early to the cinema only because we were too excited (my kids wanted to see Jungle Cruise) and see the attached on how empty the theater was. The attendants were very courteous and cheery. I loved them. Request to all patrons going to cinema; buy the popcorn, the drinks, the snacks what ever you can to support them as they are operating at reduced capacity and not making truck load of money. I dont want to see them close down because they couldn't make enough money.

Great place and complex as well to spend your day noon or evening We visited this place today noon and spend the whole evening and night there 1st starting with a movie - about the seats in auditorium number 16 wasn’t that good few seats were damaged its cover was ripped Unfortunately I have got 1st row today as compare to other cineplex I have been in same condition I find screen really really close Besides this the place is really amazing with smooth transition of buying tickets to getting snacks and quick tickets checking However couple of this noticed are: Tables were not tidy Butter popcorn seasoning was empty Some improvements needed Thanks

Theatres aren't that large but it's clean and the seats are comfortable. Good variety of foods available although very pricey. But its also located in area with several restaurants/cafes so you have other options if you are hungry before or after a movie.

The cinema is great, one drawback is that the parking lot spaces a bit shorter on the right side of the building. Also, if you come to later showing, come earlier if you want to get parking space or you will have to park a bit farther away from the entrance.

Haven't watch a movie at this location till now and now I see why I didn't before. It is a great size theater but the parking is horrible. The theater is in the center of so many restaurants. It took us over half an hour to find a spot and we still had to walk to the theater. We dropped our sons here every Tue for their movies and didn't know this was the case at all time. We were 15 minutes late for our movie. Will not be coming back to this theater again. I rather give my business to the drive-in, Cinestarz, Aron theater and Queensway & Islington where I don't have to hunt for a parking spot.

This has been one of my go-to movie theaters for more than a decade (since when it was an AMC theater). Of course, the place is more crowded nowadays. Still it is often easier to find last minute seats and parking spots even on weekends. I often find the location short-staffed. They have limited number of ticketing machines for the size, too. However, they now scan electronic tickets on the phone, so no need to wait in line anymore. Generally speaking, the space between rows of seats are wider. There is an IMAX screen, too.

We've been going to this theatre for over ten years now. Before cineplex took over the theatre, AMC felt like they had forgotten it existed. But now, with exterior renovations as well as some cineplex touch ups in some of the theatres, it has caught up with the times. I'm thinking a full interior renovation is coming (if not it will need one soon). I'd bring friends/family to this location.

Honestly since the pandemic I have not experienced such amazing human element and respect from the service industry in Canada til today. 1st the vaccine lines were long but the staff quicky accommodated anyone who had it ready to present. Very kind. 2nd the concession stand was clean and quick service. 3rd the Outakes order was honest when I bought chicken tenders they said about 8 mins wait and in fact it was 7 mins. And 4th and final was the manager (I think) Jen who accommodated a ticket change last minute because my family in the other car had an incident which made them run late. (Thus allowing me to post this review) GREAT EXPERIENCE so far!

Ever since the Cineplex takeover of this previously AMC-owned theatre location, things have improved fairly in terms of the overall quality of the film-going experience. While the staff are *generally* helpful and courteous and the food is what you’d expect from the Cineplex franchise, security at this location is incredibly not there. A few movies ago, I was watching a late-night movie at this location with a friend and we were approached by a weirdo who was harassing us to use the nearby Scotiabank ATM inside the mall to get him some cash. My friend gave him $5 to get him to leave, but it was upsetting to say the least. Just make sure to watch your surroundings if you’re going here for the later hours...

The theaters are clean and we'll kepted as they can be on a sold out night in most and a very busy night in this that weren't we're very full. This is my favorite theatre to go too. The theater is fairly large with ample parking space that makes it convenient. The theater rooms were cleaned well, and the seats were somewhat comfortable, but overall it's pretty solid go-to theater. There are some pretty amazing accommodations as well for new parents which was really awesome. One of the better theaters in Mississauga.

Deserted...a shadow of its former busy self. We expected the numbers to be low due to Covid, but we're surprised to note that we were a total of just 10 people in the audience to watch the new Bond movie on a Tuesday night. This was a first. Wasn't pleased with the movie overall, the 3d special effects experience was wasted. Popcorn at the concession stand was cold and not upto the mark.

Watched lion King, the theatre was WAY too loud and everyone was complaining about it, someone went to ask if they could turn the volume down and they came back with a "no" and napkins to make ear plugs to dim the sound a little bit. The massive size of the theatres are the best. It eliminates the feeling that it gets crowded and you can't breathe. Go Saturday mornings for the first available show for a movie you'd like to see. The theatre is empty. Sweet. The one downside I found was that since Cineplex took over this location from AMC, they eliminated the half price shows on weekends before 12. Sad.

Visited the theatre a week ago after almost 2 long years. They checked proof of vaccination. When reserving the seats at kiosk, you could see inbetween seats were greyed out. So they maintained distance after every group of 4 seats together..which turned out great for us 4.

I went Cineplex Courtney Park on Friday August 16 to watch One upon a time in Hollywood. The seats were uncomfortable. I have been in the smaller theatres before and the seats were comfortable. I noticed viewers beside me shifting in their seats. Need to improve the seats in that theatre. My husband looked in the other theatres there and they look comfortable.. I think that all theatres should have comfortable seats. Thanks

Theatres are always cleans, staff is friendly, and I enjoy that the armrests can be moved for cuddles during the movie. Only challenge is the parking! Too many restaurants/stores and not enough to serve everyone.

This theatre use to be great and could still be except now they do not clean anymore! the floor was so sticky and full of spilled food. We had to search around to find clean chaira to sit on. The garbage bins were piled high with garbage it was disgusting. It will be a long time before i go back to that threatre.

It is a good movie theatre located near Brampton gateway terminal and near Sheridan college. So almost all the college students are coming here to watch movies on a big screen. The place has good food outlets like Tim Hortons, MacDonald, Subway. The theatre is run by Cineplex Cinemas. The ticket prices are reasonable. You can buy movie tickets online as well as offline at theatre. So me and my friends are always choose this theatre to spend a quality time with each other. You can redeem your sin points to purchase movie tickets. One movie ticket means 1000 sin points. The MacDonald is serving good food and there are lots of variety like burger, coke, french fries and many more.

I have been at other Cineplex but this Cineplex has the smallest seats ever so please if you're looking for a relaxing place where you can enjoy your movies please don't go to Courtney Park cinemas you should go to Cineplex in Vaughan opposite side of Costco at 400 and hey 7.

Parking is limited. Don't waste your money on their "IMAX," it's doesn't really seem like IMAX at all - just a bigger screen and theatre than normal. Other than those two issues it's a pretty typical AMC.

The only thing I liked about this location was the big screen. Other then that, the floor was sticky and the seat that I purchased just happened to be right by a speaker. I had my hand over my ear for most of the movie. I hope that they relocate the speaker in the back row. If you do get theatre 9 I do not recommend that you get seats in the two back rows.

Best place to watch IMAX movies. Should choose row G and H for best 3D movie experience. The movies starts after 15 minutes from the given starting time. First 15 minutes are trailers and other stuff. If you wanna skip to the movie arrive after 15 minutes of the listed time. To watch first come first service seat movies, should come about 30 minutes before the starting time of movie to get a good seat.I have watched about 20 movies here. McDonald’s, Turtle Jack and LA fitness are nearby. Inside food quality is good.

This is the best place to catch pakistani movies in Mississauga. Definitely good quality cinema and excellent staff. Ample parking. Must book ahead for new releases. Otherwise heart break in effect..

A bit understaffed. Bought my ticket at a kiosk and the printer wasn't working. Had to wait 10 minutes to speak to an actual person and get my ticket. Chairs need replacing in many of the theaters. Have had issues with blown speakers in the past.

When we arrived I noticed that the cinema looked a lot larger than the one at square one. When we entered the building there was a huge line up. However it went reasonably fast. They have mainly automated places and only two cash places. The cinema inside is much more open when compared to the one at square one also the seats seems to be more comfy

At 5:45pm there was very limited parking available. Tickets were purchased ahead online so entry was quick. The floor in cinema 6 was so filthy and sticky people were having a hard time walking out after the movie. I've never experienced that in any theatre before. Very disappointing.

This is the family's favourite Cineplex theatre. It's newer, spacious, clean, and has plenty of washrooms. 4/5* because the foods and drinks are very overpriced, but that happens at all theatres. I love the rocking chairs. We saw Avengers Infinity on Monday April 30. They were smart, and played it in 7 theatres here. Ours was half empty.

I saw venom. It was good. I wish spiderman did a cameo but hey Tom Hardy did a great job. Half way through the film I recalled that Topher Grace also played venom and I think we need to remember that, Topher did a great job. The cinema itself is a temple of international and multicultural art dedicated to its customers. My seating was really good even tho it was a bad spot and popcorn was a plenty. Can't complain there. Our experience was so good we even mused the idea of a second viewing to see Kevin Hart's Night School.

I did not have a great time with the VIP experience, as the ordering of food and delivery of it can interrupt the movie (not trailers, but movie proper.) That said, I do enjoy this location for regular cinema needs. Be warned, it's incredibly busy. I've never encountered a theatre that gets this packed this quickly - and the giant parking lot can also fill up fast. Pro-Tip: Park near the exit to the parking lot. It means a longer walk to the theatre, but it means you'll get out in under half an hour.

I was staying in a hotel down the street and this theater was walking distance! The theater is very nice and large and ita located in a plaza area with lots of dining and dessert options. Getting tickets is easy and the theater itself was comfortable and the food was pretty decent! It's a very energetic atmosphere on the weekend, lots of young people and families walking around.

Overall a nice place to see movies. Since you do not need to print the paper tickets anymore and can show the ticket on your mobile device. When I showed the movie ticket, the guy at the point of entrance tried to snatch the phone from my hand. I was hesitant and he tried a few times to get it out of my hand...very odd behavior. Crew members should be trained on how to treat guests with respect

Previously an AMC, so different setup from a typical cineplex. Parking lot is a pain cuz of narrow lanes. I might be delusional but I like the popcorn at this location more than most. Issue in one of the smaller theaters that we could hear the sound from the theatre next door, which should never happen. Long story short, run of the mill theatre experience

I think it's time for renovation. Compare it to the other "newer" style theaters, it's lacking in drink dispensers and drink choices. The arcades are old and don't take into account the younger kids (2 shooting games, a car racing game and a pinball machine). The seats are old and the one I happen to "reserve" was broken. I also bought a popcorn/drink combo, that was supposed to come with a free movie rental, but didn't get that code and if it was on the receipt I wasn't informed of that. I realized when I got home and was checking how much we spent, over $100 between popcorn and movies, that I realized I don't have the free movie rental. I am sure if I do go back and ask for that free rental, they will tell me prove it, which I can't. I am not sure we will go there again, maybe. It just looked very...???????????? Uninviting and inhospitable.

Nice large theatre with comfy seats. The setup is kind of annoying, get tickets at box office right as you walk in. Go in through another set of doors to have ticket taken and THEN you're inside the theater. I think it would be easier if tickets were taken when you're entering where the actual theater rooms are like at nearly every other theater. Otherwise always a great experience here. Lots of open registers concession stand. Tons of parking. It gets busy on weekends and Tuesdays. Protip: use the Cineplex app and avoid the headache of waiting for tickets.

If I hadn't encountered the issue at ticket pickup, I would have given 5 stars. I booked tickets online and went to kiosk to print the tickets 15 minutes before show time. 5 or 6 were not working for some error. I waited for the working kiosk, I punched in my code, pressed the checkout button, but got message of some technical fault. Then, I went to other kiosk and same thing. Then, I had no other choice than to wait in line to cashier which you hate to do when it is not your fault and you suffer. The experience for rest of evening was pleasant. No issues after.

Floors in the theatres are extremely slippery. Some theatres feel like they have no air conditioner or ventilation. If you are a customer please pay attention to the lines - there are two. If you need a teller, please wait in the teller line. If you are planning on using the automated ticketing station, please wait in the other line. Traffic in the box office always ends up crazy because people wait in the wrong lines. Or dont wait at all. People often cut in from the side for the automated ticketing stations or reserve multiple ones when the one they currently are on isnt working. It's annoying and frankly inconsiderate.

Went to see a movie yesterday. The location for the Cineplex is nice. It wasn't as clean as I think it should have been. Too many people with their kids in the auditorium. Screaming, running around, etc. The staff should pay attention to that. It ruins the movie experience for other people. Probably have stricter rules for people coming in with kids.

Honestly I'm probably done going to the movies after this one. The seats are absolutely disgusting. The red cloth seats were insanely dirty, sticky and gross. The arm rests were too sticky to put your arms on so we were forced to put them up. ????

Bed bugs in their theatre Chairs and Upholstery. Chairs are Squeaking/ Squealing and Padding is Worn-Out. Stains on the Chair and Floor. Garbage pans are lying on the floor and Litter in the Theater. Bed Bugs can transmit from one place to another and are serious problems. Difficult to clean and sanitized. Unhealthy also. Cineplex need to change all the Chairs to new and comfortable ones. It was my first movie of the year and the last one too. Will not go to Cineplex. Too expensive and too unhygienic. I will not take a risk of carrying bed bugs from their upholstery. My back started itching and continues to do so throughout the movie.

First off the plaza sucks. Parking is a hassle and you have to walk a distance to get to your car on a weekend night. The theatre is outdated and to make matters worse, the cups don't even fit in the cupholder properly. I only went because they show movies that aren't available in every theatre. Avoid this Cineplex at all costs.

One of my pre-pandemic favourite theatres in Mississauga. Slightly less busy than the one by Square One, I prefer this location. First time came to see a movie here during the pandemic last month. Appreciated the online booking system that restricts seating with distancing HOWEVER this was not followed in-person at the theatre. Wish the theatre would have staff enforce to stay clear of "clean" seats, and patrons remaining masked. Which is totally doable - and sets the tone for patrons - at the beginning of the show. Otherwise, experience was ok.

Love this theatre. Has 16 screens, some have more seating than others. This makes the 'small movie' experience even better. The IMAX and larger theatres are great, depending on the movie, of course. Popcorn is usually always fresh, staff is usually friendly, line-ups go by quickly. They have converted to mainly self-serve-automated ticket purchasing. I like this because I am familiar with the system and can get through quicker than waiting in line behind people that don't know what they are doing or want to ask the teller a million questions. They still have the teller option, but trust me, learn the automated way:easier and faster. The only negative things I have to say are: they need to update the drinks to the choose from 100 different style/self-serve than the current 6 choices, and the reward system has been lacking since they took away the discount at the concessions. The reward system is at the hands of Cineplex, not this particular cinema.

This theatre is a great spot for family or friends. One of my favorite theatres to go to! The food and quality of the food is great, and with an additional snack and bar, it makes for some great fun. The arcade is quite useless, as that spot could be reserved for additional washrooms or storage space for people to sit down at, or even a dedicated bar could go there, instead of in the middle of the food aisle. This spot can get busy, but all the staff are friendly and the washrooms are clean. The theatres themselves are normally decent and I never feel disappointed going to this theatre. Great job with it!

I went to this theatre to watch Aquaman in IMAX. We waited for 1 hour, and they said that the projector was broken they did not let us be switched to a new room. They ended up not playing any movies and we didn't get a refund at all. All we got was a bag of popcorn, it as not even filled to the top, and barely anything was accomplished I do not recommend coming to this theatre.

Good theatre but the people that visit here are incredibly disrespectful, annoying, talking throughout movies all the time and constantly on their phones. Every time I come especially during horror movies. If you want to watch a horror go elsewhere. There's also some slight sound bleed through from adjacent movies however only really heard during quiet scenes. Otherwise the theater is clean and decent. Whenever I go, I always get my usual seat in break-neck territory... nobody sits that close to the front, which is perfect for me because I don't need to hear the extra chatter, popcorn eating or feel seat pushing pressure from others. There is only 1 person at ticket booth, so people are forced to buy from kiosk. So if you have questions forget it either you wait long line up or just suck it up. Most of the auditoriums are nice and spacious with comfortable seating. They always have the latest movies playing for Hollywood and Bollywood (which is a plus). The flip side of this is that if you are watching a newly released film you better be prepared to camp out in line to get a good seat as the theatres are almost always filled to capacity.

There's also an arcade to kill time while waiting for a movie to start. The theatres are smaller but there's generally a smaller crowd anyway so I've never had an issue finding seating.

This is one of my favourite movie theatres in Peel Region. I espescially like seeing IMAX movies here. The theatres don't feel crowded, the seats are comfortable, and the audio/video experience ranges from good (most of the screens here) to great (IMAX).

Went to watch Endgame (theater 13) and it was filthy with popcorn literally everywhere you walk. Management needs to visit the VIP Cineplex in Markham to see how they operate a clean theater. After the movie we had to walk across sticky floors, popcorn and McDonald's bags! But this blame lies on the people that snuck it in and were never raised to clean up after themselves.

One of my favorite theatres in Mississauga. There are so many options now for food. They have menchies and starbucks as well as normal candy and popcorn options. The place is huge which is the plus point because even on busy days it doesn't seem crowded. The line ups are well organized and you never feel lost here. The customer service at the ticket counters or cash registers are pretty good. Most of the time this location offers great variety of screenings so you don't have to travel far to watch one movie you wanted to watch.

I mean it's a movie theater. To be objective I think things are overpriced (same in every theater). To be specific I'd say I didn't appreciate to go inside to this concessions you have to already have a ticket. You get there first before people you have to buy a ticket before you can comfortably wait for people. Makes it hard if you and your party meet to decide what to watch. Also the theater I went to was relatively small compared to others.

Went fairly late on a Sunday night to see a 9pm show, the floors had not been cleaned throughout the day I'm sure, the floors were sticky, the theater genuinely smelled like urine. The chairs were okay, not great, audio/visuals were totally fine. Staff kept walking in and out during the movie, and at the end I tried to throw out my drink and popcorn, but the can was already overflowing with pop containers and popcorn just thrown on the floor. The movie only had about 10 people in it, so not sure where all the garbage came from. I will drive to square one from now on, even though this one is so close to me :(

A customer had a medical emergency, there were no staff available to assist and when the manager Jason C finally arrived he was more concerned with the $5000 charge he was going to have to pay because someone pulled the fire alarm instead of checking in to see if the customer was okay or required any support.

This location is conveniently located right by the Hurontario and 401 exit. It is clean, staff is friendly and is always showing newest releases and blockbusters. I don't go to this theatre often. I think today was the second time since Cineplex bought the building from AMC. I'm not sure how the other auditoriums are, but for the love of all things good, please renovate Auditorium #15. Or at least replace the seats if you're too cheap to do anything else. For anyone who doesn't know how auditorium #15 is, let me put it into perspective: the seats are red. Cineplex doesn't use red seats. They use blue seats. Or black leather recliners. Or whatever seat that's not red. Who uses (or should I say "USED") red seats? AMC did. AMC sold this building back in 2012 to Cineplex. 7 years plus however more AMC was open for. The cushions are so old, you feel the frame of the chair. Watching a 2 hour film while sitting in these so called "chairs" felt like an eternity. My back and glutes will never be the same. If all you wanted to do was to torture us, you scored perfect, Cineplex.

This is my last resort movie theatre!!! The parking situation is horrible and the inside of the theatres are old and antiquated. The carpets throughout are so worn out. It’s definitely time for a face lift. On a positive note, there are several options for grabbing a bite to eat in the same plaza. Very bad experience, there is no management, we had allocated seats, we didn’t even get to sit in our seat as there were already people seating without ticket at all( i know cz when i asked they had no clue that the auditorium was allocated seating). Following we asked for security for help, nobody came, after a long time manager shows up and start talking about refund instead-of resolving the issue first. In top of that, we were talking and she left in between for other work without saying a single word( that was really rude and unprofessional) by the time she came back it was already an hour gone for movie, she comes back and said you guys wanna see the movie?. I love going to this Ciniplex. It's the best one in Mississauga. There's plenty of parking outside the theatre. There's nice flowers and landscapes outside it, which provide a good photo op. The theatre inside is very clean and well maintained, but food is overly expensive but that's in any theatre. There's also very nice restaurants just outside the theatre, including Boston pizza, Demitris and a few other places.

A very helpful gentleman walked us through using our night-out coupons on the self-serve kiosks, which was an interesting touch of service we experienced for the first time, here. However, our seats were nothing but coil-springs (ouch!!). Tried several seats in Aud#15 but most are like that. This theatre is definitely showing it age and needs a face-lift.

It was nice to go to the earlier show at 4 pm so the theatre was pretty quiet. I do find it to be expensive to get in and mostly for popcorn. For 1 med popcorn and 1 med drink it was almost 15$ when I can buy a box of it at the store for around 5$. I found the staff to be initially unhelpful when trying to buy tickets. I had to use the machine. Then when i couldn't find my movie time the lady helped me out and was nicer. I also liked how I got to pick my seats for IMAX. Overall I had a great Date night <3 I will definitely go again!

I come here often with my husband as it is the closest cineplex location to our home. Walking in is definitely disappointing as it looks so big and beautiful on the outside, surrounded by lots of great restaurants but is definitely much smaller and outdated on the inside. I believe this location would really benefit from having a renovation, or even by extending a VIP area so that it may be a potential one stop shop for date night.

There is timeplay.

Cineplex Cinemas Courtney Park in Mississauga is in fact a large 'entertainment district' comprising of a variety of recreation and entertainment venues. Cineplex is the prime entertainment source. There are plenty of eating options including ethnic and western flavors, ideal for snacks, lunch and complete dinner before and after watching a movie in Cineplex . The 'fooding options' inside the cinema are limited, though. Considering the vastness of the area, there's a potential for additional venues. The owners would be well-advised to consider expanding the recreation options to include a live theater, an amusement park, an arcade , a skating rink (in winter), or even an all year-round indoor circus. The location is easily accessible from Highway 401 and Highway 407 (Toll Highway). Located adjacent to Courtney Park Drive and Horontario Street, it's north of Highway 401 south of Derry Road.

Great theater experience but with minimum wage now $14 - Cineplex has really pushed to get the staff out of the ticket issuing business and force patrons to the automated machines. Really took away from the movie experience. Also new was the staff entering the move immediately after the credits start and cleaning before patrons have even left the theater. Given this experience, kinda felt like cattle and would rather watch movies on the box than go in person. I'll try the Avengers and see what happens. If you don't need THX sound or 3D to enhance the experience, this will definitely reduce attendance and ultimately revenue. PS - Google only offers American spelling of theatre :(

I have been coming here with my girlfriend who became my fiance and then my wife...yeah....I have been coming here for a LONG time now. The location has always been clean , friendly and best of all...they have an IMAX theatre. I choose to only watch movies in IMAX. So this location hits the spot. I am glad that it is still around after the seemingly endless rounds of lock downs. I am not sure if they used the down time to do some renovations or cleaning because the floors have that familiar "sticky / tacky" feel to it. All in all, I am always happy to come here and enjoy a good flick or two.

I’ve been to this location’s IMAX screen and 3D screen. It’s sad to say that the sound systems of both the screens are pathetic. The speaker’s in the rear aren’t turned on and it’s a big turn off. There’s just treble without any base during the movies. With the sound recording techniques production studios use these days for movies, you would never be able to experience true listening magic in this theatre.

While the theater is good and has many movie options, I was left disappointed with a group of people sitting behind me who were constantly talking, in spite of at least 2 other people telling them to keep quite. Added to that grief was the fact that I periodically got my seat being tapped from behind for the duration of the movie. I guess the lady sitting behind could not keep her feet to her self. Such people should stay home. Rather than spoil somebody else's movie experience. Cineplex should have security around to control people who disturb the movie experience for others.

There's a weird smell that is unbearable all along hallway otherwise very decent place. Mens washroom were not very clean , every time i went urine was not flushed by previous users. Cineplex Courtney Park is one of my favorite theaters in the GTA area. The seats are comfortable , the theater screens are quite large and the sound is crisp clear both on IMAX and the Standard theater. Auditorium was at 95% capacity Spoke to Guest Services Manager who said the new rules that came into effect does not apply to within the auditorium. People bringing in food from outdoors and eating in the auditorium, no cinema staff there to discourage people from removing their masks to eat and potentially spreading the virus to a 95% capacity auditorium

If i compare my Indian cinema hall experience, they are way better than Cineplex. The seats, so uncomfortable and poorly designed, watching movies gets difficult. They need to upgrade there theatres. Otherwise it's best to rent movie online and watch at home

Went in to watch the Joker and one word to describe my experience here is: repugnant. The halls of this theater stink and filled with litter and popcorn. The theaters themselves have a pungent smell mix of sweat and paint. Even though the movie was enjoyable, I couldn't wait for it to end so I get off the backbreaking seats. Watching movies at the theaters should be about comfort and experience and this Cineplex unfortuantely fails to deliver either. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the staff was nice and the movie was good.

Starting with the latest Mission Impossible movie, they have jacked up the sound volume. It was so high that I started to worry about hearing damage. I heard other customers complaining about the noise during the last Hunger Games movie (during the quiet moments). It wasn't as bad during the Star Wars movie. I have started to bring ear plugs which help a lot. Given the prices for IMAX 3-D, this volume issue really harms the viewing experience. In my opinion it shows that local is management attention to customer satisfaction. If they watched some of their movies, they would know that there is a problem. Two thumbs down. Otherwise, I find the staff friendly and the place clean. With regards to the comfort of the seats, I find them no better or worse than other locations. I haven't been to other locations lately, so I don't know how way spread the sound volume is; I am giving them the benefit of the doubt with rating of 3 stars.

It’s a movie theatre! I expect to see pimply faced employees saving up for a ford pinto, over priced pop corn that’ll clog your arteries and trailers so long you’ll forget what movie you came to see. Cineplex has made it easy for customers to buy tickets online via their app or having machines available onsite. You can't buy with a person unless you're paying with cash and there's only one person doing that service. The place is generally clean however the theatre seats are deteriorating now. They need repairs because the leather is cracking up and it is not great to sit in a seat that's falling apart is it?

Theatre is in good shape, nice layout. Human beings that visit here however from my brief experience are bloody pigs though. It's not that hard to take your garbage to the bottom of the ramp where the garbage cans are at the end of the movie. You brought it in with you, do your part. Pleasant helpful staff here too :D

I was at cineplex Courtney park watching movie with about friend it was Punjabi movie call kala shah kala 10:35pm....i had very bad experience we were on seat N14 and N15.. there was 90% guys from Indian on student visa in the movie. Through the whole movie they were screaming but there was guys sitting behind my seat..they were screaming I try ignore them but they screaming so aloud that I couldn’t handle it anymore I asked them to stop screaming they argued with me...then one the guy start kicking me seat then i had to ask him to stop kicking my seat. We gotten in argument with me again they told if I didn’t like them screaming then should have stayed at home and watched movie that shouldn’t have come to the theatre to watch movie...I’m Canadian citizen I pay my tax these un manner loser students come Indian tells me I should stay home. I’m disappointed in our system. I’m in Canada I don’t feel safe to go watch movie anymore. There no security any where in the theatre when you need help. I’m surprised how Canada in becoming unsafe for ladies. I will highly recommend that all the theatre need do something about these students before things get out of hands . I will not ever go that to watch and I will make my family and friends don’t eirher it’s not safe.

Honestly I really like this Cineplex location for a number of reasons - it isn't the busiest location (at least at the times I've visited) which is great. That means less people likely to annoy me, more available parking and fewer lines to wait in whether for food or use of the restrooms. It is also located near a complex of restaurants so if you want to grab food other than at this theatre, you have other options. Overall a good location to go to in the west end of the city!

Although the customer service was great the condition of the seats ruined the experience! Not only were they uncomfortable but I could feel the wood at the back end of my seat! Being someone suffering from severe spinal stenosis in the last 2 disks of my spine with the wood pushing into my lower spine I was in pain the entire time!!! In addition yes they have parking in the plaza however the location of the disability parking was around the side of the building far from the entrance. I will never go back to that location!!!!

This place is awful... all the seats are broken and if they aren’t they are extremely uncomfortable in theater 11. All the cup holders are filthy. Then I go to buy my kids their combo and they no longer have the slushy drink machines. Not sure why they would do that but this will be the last time I come here for a movie. They need to update the seats big time in the smaller theaters. They shouldn’t be charging full price on movies for the condition the theaters are in. You can go to Cinastarz at Central Parkway Mall and pay $5 for your movie and the seats are better and the theater is cleaner. Also when you get your kids a combo at Cinastarz they can have a slushy and get a kinder egg as well. Won’t be spending my hard earned money here anymore!!!

Went here to see Ant Man and the Wasp on June 13th for the 7:35 PM viewing. Enjoyed the movie but was very disappointed that the projection was stopped early during the end credits. I, as many others, missed the special scene that was supposed to run after the credits. I didn't think theatres were allowed to do that.

Parking waited for 20-30 mins and couldn’t find any. Had to park infront of another restaurant (Nandi)across street . Seats r first come first serve, and by any chance if you get up to go to rest room or buy snacks someone else take ur seats. So always go in group and keep some big boy back to fight for ur seats. Seats are really horrible. Shifted 03 times as some hand rest are broken and some seats don’t recline and last seat recliner and never came up. Hello management go to theatre 18 and try some of the first row seats. Please have it fixed and get some parking. The movie don’t come for free!!! We pay the same what others pay

I've been coming here for years, always clean and the staff are friendly as well. Seats are comfortable and they have a lot of the really big screens. Only gripe is that the imax isn't an actual imax theatre and paying almost $18 is a lot for something thats simulated imax. The only real imax in mississauga is at square one. I would still highly recommend this location.

Seats need some attention here. I also noticed that they made the large drink size smaller but it costs the same as it did before lol. Would love to see a soda machine here like the Winston Churchill location has. I've been going here since I was a kid and will probably still go but they need to repair the seats here badly. Good afternoon, I have to write to express my frustration and disappointment with my experience in your theatre on May 3rd. My family and I went to the 8:30 showing of Endgame in Cinema 10. I thought at first you were experiencing technical difficulties because the majority of the preshow wasn’t on the screens. There was sound but no video. When the actual movie started, the volume continued to be the same volume as the preshow. Usually there is an increase. Usually there is much better sound for a movie. It was so quiet, it became increasing apparent that I could hear the sound from the theatre next door much better than I could hear our movie. To be fair, I confirmed with my family and they agreed it didn’t sound right. After the show, we talked to the people sitting next to us who said the same thing. After all the hype around Endgame, I was so disappointed. I hope it comes out on video soon - the speakers in my living room are much better a lot cheaper. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Cinema is located near big spots, so it's easy to commute. Also, the staff is very friendly. There are around 8 big screens. You can book ticket offline or online. You can also use your scene card to buy tickets or popcorns or drinks.Though they are probably updating number of points you earn and redeem on movies from April 17.Overall it's a good place to spend some quality time.

This theater is the worst in Mississauga. Every time we go no matter the movie, its filled with people who talk loud and make noises all through the movie. Management does nothing. Only theater I have ever been to that's like this. They dont use butter on popcorn just a salty oil flavor topping. Wet and disgusting. I use to love this theater but not anymore. I live in Brampton but my boyfriend and I would drive to all the way there but lately the theaters have been so messy we stopped going. The floors are sticky and there is popcorn everywhere. Once the floor was so sticky my sandals kept sticking and coming off. I will still go again but they need to step their game.

More options (hindi/punjabi blockbusters) available at this location. It's less busier than the trinity commons. I had to refund or exchange my tickets for a different movie last minute ( 15 minutes before the movie) and the staff was so helpful! Quite impressed by their overall attitude which contributes to a positive experience for the customers. There are usually very long line-ups for food so I would reccomend to come 20 ish minutes prior to the start time of your movies. The pizza/samosa station is not stocked properly and the staff hardly cares for their delivery of customer service. I don't buy food from here with exception of popcorn combos.

Two big problems - 1) cinemas are not cleaned between movies. By evening they are filthy. 2) This isn't Cineplex's fault but this place attracts a pretty backward, loud crowd who talk through movies, don't care about other people, check their phones and lack basic social skills. Went to watch the new Halloween movie with my wife last month, felt like I was at the airport for a bit, security in uniform were checking patrons tickets while we were lined up waiting to go into the theater. I felt that was not the right public image to portray, policing your patrons. I would have preferred an actual Cineplex employee to be doing that if it was so much needed. The staff are generally good, and the theaters are decent most of the time, but there is a definite decline compared to 3 or 4 years ago. All aspects need to be addressed before further decline occurs.

Genial, informed, knew what was going on all around him and still had time to talk about James Cameron as a producer. Although the employees are friendly and it looks to be run well, the cups don't fit the cup holders (which is just annoying), and the male washrooms are possibly the most disgusting washrooms I've ever seen, like they're never cleaned between movies or at all throughout the day. Nearly every seat like covered in pee, stalls with pee on the floor, it looked like there was poo smeared on the wall in a stall I sat in that I didn't notice till after I sat down, soap dispensers open without soap in them, junk and trash on the floors, less then half a roll left in stalls that can hold two rolls, I saw a sink filled with hair, lint, and whatever else, just looked like a gross mess of stuff, two urinals with vomit in them with "out of order" signs on them that look like they've been sitting forever. And I went from one washroom to another and they're both just as bad, I actually felt like I was in a truck stop bathroom. Absolutely disgusting.

Cineplex is generally a great place but this location is specially my favourite because it offers a larger variety of movies specifically international ones and the theater halls are clean and spacious with comfortable seats. In busier times like around holidays they have extra staff and extra lanes open to cater to the demand of customers and wait times have never been unreasonable. I also love the food and snack varieties available but that's just a bonus.

So I asked the young lady to add butter since pumps OOO. She said it would cost me $1.00 because they have real butter behind counter and the pumps are oil. I said not my problem since all pumps OOO. She had to call a manager over to authorize it, who added a (tiny) amt of butter. Was this really necessary??? BTW when we left movie all signs were removed and pumps were working. If it's because we went to an early movie, then they should fill pumps or whatever they need to do before customers arrive. Was just a (hopefully) one-off thing but it was needlessly long and pointless inconvenience.

This is a truly wonderful theater. Very large facility surrounded by numerous restaurants. The theater was very clean, large number of movies to watch, numerous ways to watch the movies (2D, IMAX, 3D, 4D). I watched a movie in 4D (I forget what they call it exactly) the movie was in 3D and the seats vibrated and moved to match what was happening in the movie. It was a really cool experience. I think the theater may have food options in addition to standard concessions but I am not certain.

IMAX theater 3d Starwars was not good at all for the money. The 3d experience was not as expected about IMAX. It was a regular movie experience with 3d glasses. Not worth it.

Felt like I was a VIP today! Super good service during this pandemic! Loved the movie too! Everything was clean and we were given seats at a safe distance from others. Go go if you want...we had the whole movie theater to ourselves!

Went to go see a film, paid for IMAX experience (higher prices). There was a big glowing red exit sign glowing through the screen, which was very distracting. I left early on to mention it to customer service, they said they would fix it but never did, and refused to offer a refund or free passes for the future. I'll be watching from somewhere else or the comfort of home for a better experience in future.

The theatre is fine. the reason for the low review is how they deal with their closing. They have movies at 10:45pm, yet lock their doors by 11pm. We got their at 11pm unfortunately but ended up waiting 10 minutes outside in the rain before they addressed us. Its not as if the employees didn't know we were there - they chose to ignore us and let us get wet. Once they did, they said because it was later than 11pm we wouldn't be able to watch the movie. Way to treat customers Cineplex.

I always drive the distance to come see a movie at this theatre, it also offers Timeplay which Silvercity Trinity does not. The IMAX screen is phenomenal and I would reccomend others to give it a try if they have yet to experience it!

My worst experience was when they turned on the lights 20 minutes before the movie ended. They ended up refunding everyone's tickets and giving them a free movie pass (You get to see any movie of your choice).

seats are all stained and VERY OLD, the entire theater is VERY DIRTY. I would recommend you go to any other theater in the area. I went to my first showing their last night as I am at one of the hotels nearby and was very disgusted by the cleanliness. I can only assume that given the state of the floor seats and other areas, that the inside of the ice machines have not been cleaned in years. They are most likely full of black mold and other toxins.

Didn't really have a good experience and found the theater to be quite underwhelming. The ticket taker was rude, he scanned my mobile tickets but didn't bother to let me know which number the theater was or even what direction it was in. When I found the theater I was also disappointed at the size considering it was an IMAX theater. I'll stick to making the drive to Toronto for a better experience.

Gone to the dogs! No customer service online, by phone or in person. Online access for ticket purchases not available while available at other theatres. Gouging customers. In soooo many ways...disgusting! Dirty. I don't think the theatre chairs or theatre itself has been cleaned in decades! Greedy mean spirited attitude towards customers. Untrained marginalized workers. I hold my nose and only go there because of the location now and then less often. Go if you must but don't spend a penny or minute more than necessary! Yesterday me my husband and my cousin went to watch movie. It was 10 pm show. On entering the auditorium , we started feeling suffocated and heat all over the body. Eventually thought that blower has just started and gradyllay ac unit shall start and it will be cool. To my surprise we literally kept waiting for 3.5 hrs to have that ac started. Apparently my cousin couldnt tolerate and about to collapse he went to guy with his walkie standing outside the auditorium and requested to check and start thw AC. He said that he trust my cousin about his coversation and will inform the team. But nothing happened. After the show i went to check and complain about this AC stuff and but no one was around. Any one in this crowded room could have thrown up or have collapased. This was my bad exp i had with Cineplex Courtney park. And thus after this experience i have decided to avoid this place and go to other location.This place truly sucks!!

I really enjoyed the set up of this theater which was my first visit (saw Star Wars, so it was a great first visit). It is tailored to facilitate a fast entry with self serve kiosks and a huge confectiionary station. Edit: Also saw Infinity War here and the experience was just as good.

This location is always busy. Parking is usually a bit of a struggle or be prepared to walk a bit. The theatre inside is large with lots if screens so thats one good thing..... There is a 24 hour Denny's in the plaza which is one of the reasons I go here !

Very busy, come early if you want good seats. Especially for showings that have first come first serve. Parking is packed near the cinema, but plenty available behind the cinema. Good connections to the transit if you are coming from Brampton or Mississauga. Food is expensive just like any other movie theater. There are plenty of food options outside the cinema.

Very poor for a first-run theatre. The base of the seats in this theatre have lost their support and tilt forward. Very uncomfortable for sitting through the whole movie. They should be giving refunds or at least discounts. The projector and sound were good but I'm not going back any time soon.

Was at the Courtney Park Theatre & was seated in Auditorium 2. The place is filthy! Popcorn on the floor, sticky floors, paper napkins and seats not cleaned. Not a good experience for someone claiming utmost cleanliness on their website. Not eager to return to this theater.

Theatre we we're in (12) had wet paint signs up and the smell wasn't all that pleasant. If you're going to paint you should probably close that screen to the public. Secondly the theatre was dirty. Thoroughly disgusting.

My favourite movie theater. I find it's less busy then Silver City in Brampton and has many more auditoriums and therefore has many more movies. Also located in a great plaza with many food options around to get a meal after or before the movie.

Amazing Film. Went to see Bohemian Rhapsody. Nothing short of outstanding!! Best resurrection of an outstanding band from start to finish. Casting for this film was truly amazing. Rami Marek as Freddie was truly fantastic. As we're the other 3 members of the band. Best film I have seen in YEARS by far!!

Went to watch Anabelle comes home on Tuesday- about 10-20 kids were screaming or talking/yelling all throughout the movie and would not stop even when kindly asked to do so. Once I spoke with the manager they failed to provide a refund despite having a receipt and said only the movie ticket would be valid for a refund and that security would step in. Do not go here if you actually want to pay attention to a movie, no interventions made by staff on loud audiences

Floor in theatre was so slippery and temperature was too hot. Staff is decent but some seemed unhappy. Please make sure you staff are okay and healthy. I had a cast member that seemed really sad and upset. I won't say their name on a public forum but I advise to reach out to these young cast members and provide them with sufficient care.

This is my go-to cinema in my area, and I have several to choose from. Parking can sometimes be tricky depending on the time of day, so you may have to walk a couple of mins to get to the cinema, but that can be a good thing to get your steps in unless you are really lazy or are late to the movie! Lots of options to purchase your ticket. Online, through staff or one of the self service machines. The food fare of course is a bit overpriced and probably not the most healthy, but hey, what cinema serves anything different. Auditoriums are generally clean, or may be slightly dirty if a lot of people did not remove their trash with them on leaving. I do get a bit annoyed now with all the ads and app games shown while waiting for the movie...wish they would lessen that and show more movie previews and then the show, which is what I came for. Overall, still a decent experience.

Miss & love this theatre. I do think they need some upgrades as some theatre rooms have an odour and floors are sticky. As an avid movie goer, it was nice when this theatre was low-key a few years ago. It's impossible to find parking some days. Everything at Outtakes is SO GOOD, especially the poutine. I can't wait to go back to the big screen!
