I'm very pleased with a lot of things. Mostly with how wheelchair friendly the building is from the carpark to the seating. You can pick your seats, but you may wanna get your tickets online as to make sure you & others can sit together (depends on party size). I share this as early as I was prior to the showing I was split from my group. The chairs can recline, and super comfy. Prices are what you'd expect, and the food is on the same level for cost, and quality.

Landmark Cinemas is a very clean and very comfortable location to view any brand new and in theaters films you would like to watch. It has a very clean and warm interior and the staff is friendly and eager to help you quickly. There is wheelchair access and the seats in the theater rooms are marked clearly and recline. The food and soft drinks are very pricy but not higher than any other cinema you would go to. Overall I would say if you have a little extra money you're willing to pay for a movie experience I would definitely recommend Landmark Cinemas.

The theater was absolutely amazing. Seats were extremely comfortable. It is definitely worth the drive from Edmonton, especially when the movie tickets are the same as the ones in regular theaters. Everything is modern and clean. The multi flavored drink fountain is always amazing. High recommend this theater to everyone.

The theatre experience is fantastic. The lounge chairs and the theatre set/layout is amazing. It makes for a very comfortable movie. I drive almost forty minutes out of my way just for the atmosphere. The only negative aspect of the theatre is the slow concession lines. The registers are ran by I believe to be high-school students at age and though they deserve props for that, they should still train their staff to be efficient and mature.

Really enjoyed my first time coming to this theatre. The seats were very comfortable, I couldn't help but notice a lady looking so comfy with her blanket over her lap, she knows how to make herself feel at home! The screen was huge. Nice staff. Self serve fountain drinks with different flavours. Would have given 5 stars if upon entering the building, it wasn't littered with popcorn on the floor and counters. It didn't look like they cleaned any of it when I left the theatre after my late movie.

Amazing theatre! The power reclining leather seats are incredibly nice, I saw two 2 hours movies back to back and didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The self-serve Coca cola freestyle offers tons of flavour options for your beverage. Decent popcorn and friendly service. A wonderful experience.

Great place to catch a movie. Ticket prices are average. Snacks are inflated like any theatre. Popcorn and pop are the same price as a ticket. Reclining chairs are very comfortable and roomy. Not squished in at all. Multiple theatres for different movies 3D and standard. Very clean and up to date

I see what all the hype is about after seeing my first movie here! I saw The Lion King at the Windermere VIP theater first on Friday and then saw the same movie at Landmark and was astonished with the whole experience. I paid $51 for 2 at VIP and $23 for 2 at Landmark and feel that the pricing should be reversed for what you get. The recliner's lean so far back and are more comfortable than a lazy boy chair. The sound quality and visual experience were more pronounced and vivid. When leaving we asked if they could top up our half eaten popcorn bag and they through it out and got a new fresh popcorn. They even were courteous enough to cover the popcorn with a cotton candy bag which worked perfectly for the ride home. Very impressed with the whole experience and will make the longer trip to go to this theater for future movies. Thank you!

The lobby where we got our foods could use some cleaning. The staffs are friendly and even added salt to my boyfriend's pretzel eventhough he'd already eaten some of it. The recliners are nice on the back. It's always best to buy the tickets hours before the movie you want because they are always fully booked.

Really loved the comfy chairs and the concession line was long, but we got through quickly. My only complaint would be that we couldn't see the movie we wanted to see, it was sold out, should have booked online. Because the seats are recliners there are less seats in the theatre, so booking online would be best.

Went to see the latest Star Wars. Nice theater, clean (incl. washrooms), and the last row seats are spacious, comfortable recliners. The sound quality is decent, without distortion (happens sometimes during the battlefield explosion sounds). Concessions ok but mostly sweets of all kinds. Wish they had something more elaborate like chicken strips, sweet potato fries, etc., like Windermere theater with service to your seat.

The best part is the comfort level of the seat and the theatre. The seats are roomy and recline. Assigned seating is also a bonus so one isn't hunting around for a spot when the show is nearly sold out. Give yourself some extra time because the concession line is long on a weekend evening. The self serve soda machines are the true hold up in this place; it's a separate line from the popcorn line. We waited as long to fill a cup as we did to get the popcorn. Buy your tickets online to save time and to ensure you get a seat at the show.

Love the “book your seats in advance” theatre! It’s far more enjoyable to come for movie nights when your seats are secured. LOVE that with large drinks and popcorn, refills are free! The seats in the theatre are wonderful! Fits my 6’3” hubby great. Plenty of space for people to pass by you in the isle, even with the seats reclined all the way back! I’ve actually seen ppl come in with PJ’s and a blanket to see a movie. Not my kinda thing but it speaks to how relaxing the theatre experience is. If your looking for a movie night that is actually comfortable, clean to be in and you are not feeling ripped-off for the price of pop & popcorn (larges), this is the place to go!

Best place to watch a movie! Reclining seats and so much space! And no one kicking your seat!! 100 seats as opposed to 3-400 seats at cineplex. As a semi-claustrophobic person, I love it. Booking seats ahead of time also an extra bonus! 10 stars!

Love this theatre.....every seat in the building is a plush,comfy leather Palliser recliner. The aisles are spaced much wider between the rows and even when you are fully reclined you do not have to get up or move when someone needs to get by room to go to the bathroom or to the snack area. The armrest between the seats go up and when up the seats form what looks to be pretty much a loveseat sized area to sit on. Theatre is very clean and well maintained. Definitely a must place to go if you want to watch a great movie in comfort! ????????

The theatre has a lot going for it, first it’s super economical the cost of an outing is likely half what you might pay elsewhere popcorn included. The seats are leather recliners and the screens are huge although the sound just doesn’t seem as rich to me. The real reason for the lower rating of s just how frigid the theatre is when the temperature drops. You honestly need to bring a blanket to stay comfortable in any way. As great as it is to save some money doing so in a refrigerator is not my idea of a good time.

They are handling the covid situation pretty well so it feels pretty safe. This is basically the only actual outing I've gone to since corona started and it was nice. Too bad I spent that one outing watching Tenet. The movie itself was doodoos, but the theatre was comfy and stuff.

This is a really nice new theatre with reclining seats. it is a really comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a movie in, especially if you bring a blanket. The theater is a bit smaller then some of the larger ones so we usually get our tickets ahead of time. One thing to take note of is if you buy your tickets at the theatre, you purchase them in the concession line, another reason to use their Atom app to buy tickets ahead of time.

This is the best cinema in the Edmonton area. Love the reclining seats and the extra space you have when you watch your favorite movie. Nothing better than movie theatre popcorn and a cold drink (which is kept cold in their cupholders). The staff have always been friendly.

Love the experience! The seat are unbelievably comfortable and they recline backwards. The movie tickets themselves are cheaper than VIP at the cineplex. I enjoyed going here, people even brought there own blankets.

I have a prosthetic leg and find regular theatre access very difficult, especially since I currently use two canes. I love the assigned seating. The aisle width is wide enough that I don't need to side shuffle AT ALL (and I'm 6'2" and larger than the average bear) The chair height is MUCH easier to sit down/standup from. Also each chair is a powered leather recliner with nice wide armrests that leave lots of space for snacks and arms for everyone. Plus this makes an easy and convenient place to rest my canes. This has easily become my most comfortable movie experience location, especially as a recent amputee. And without any extra cost. My only compliant is that there doesn't seem to be enough handicap parking as I've never been able to get a space when I've gone. I'm able to walk fairly well so it hasn't been too bad, but others with more limited mobility may want to be early for parking if extra space is needed.

Really enjoy coming here. The prices are reasonable and the theatres are great. The seating is the star of the show. Really isn't a bad seat in the house. I do have one gripe and it's the concession line which is also the line you buy your tickets if you don't use the kiosks. It gets really busy before showtimes so if you have purchased tickets that come with a concession deal, you'll have to wait in line, and it can take a really long time. Plan accordingly.

Awesome theater. The seats are very comfy. They recline and have a flip out foot rest you can put your feet up and enjoy the movie. And when the foot rests are down there is plenty of walking room between the rows of seats. No more awkward sideways shuffle stepping on strangers feet while tripping trying to step over the abnormally long legged person's knees.

I'm a Cineplex girl. I like the scene points and the fact its close to my house BUT My kids wanted to try Landmark and I am so glad we did. No more having my daughter fold up in her chair every time she goes to get up. Landmark prices are the same if not better and the staff were awesome and SO friendly! The seats are comfortable! and great for everyone! sit up, lay back whatever you want! The bathrooms are actually more than a few stalls and they are clean! This is our new go to place!

Beautiful cinema. The front lobby is massive with enough seating for a busy Saturday night. The birthday party rooms are bright and tastefully decorated. Over all very clean. The auditoriums are a nice size with full recliner seats. Presentation quality was also very good (brightness/sound). No need to go into Edmonton, this landmark is fantastic.

This is one of the best theaters I've been to! The only thing I would say is that they should expand on there food options, popcorn is good but it's really the only good thing there. There is enough good that it cancels out though, like there seats and coke freestyle make it the best!

Was asked for vaccination records. Staff wise, the ones who I interacted with were friendly and charming lol. They got a lot of good food choices. The seats are hella comfy and they have barriers you can put up. I'm not sure self serve drinks are good for covid era lol.

This is a fantastic theater. Extra large seats, reclining to full lay down. You are comfortable, and is fantastic for dates with the partner. Premium cuddling opportunities to be had. Concession is priced in the average range of most theatre chains. Bathrooms are on the small side of things, the stalls very tight fit for broad shouldered peoples. Clean and the service of the staff was pleasant.

There are dispensers to add butter to your popcorn, they always have the drink you want, and there are reclining seats you can easily adjust to the position you want. Overall, this has everything a normal theater doesn't. My only complaint is that the sound quality is not that great. You really can't help but notice the speakers getting overloaded during superhero movies, or horror movies with really loud jumpscares. I think that this theater is better than any other anywhere in St. Albert or Edmonton, but I highly recommend new speakers.

My detailed experience, this is the greatest theatre location ive ever been too. The seating is amazing great big luxury seating. Can basically lay down. Food is expensive obviously but the seating everybodys gonna love it. Great for families. If i found myself a spot to watch videos on the regular this is it. Everyone i ever bring here, loves it. Gotta love the reclining seats in every theatre... Staff could be a little better trained in customer service though. I warned one of them that they were nearly out of lids and she rolled her eyes and muttered "I told her that already..." and didn't do anything about it! It was moments later they really were completely out and it took three complaints from others before they got refilled. I don't know why but the popcorn there seems less enjoyable than most places too. And I wouldn't recommend the pretzel dogs: they seemed doughy.

I managed to get in for the soft opening and the theatre was nice and the staff did a great job for the test run. I can only assume it will run smoothly when they open this week. The building is clean and simple, the screens are big and the sound is impressive. The seating is the big draw to this theatre, the chairs are large plush electric recliners with two armrests and built in cup holders. The ticket price is the same as the local Cineplex, however, this includes the plush seats and seat reservations for the same price, so this will easily be my go-to theatre. This will be a great addition to St. Albert and I look forward to the many visits over the years.

Landmark Cinemas was a treat! My sister, neice and sister in law went to go watch "Last Christmas" on Sunday last week and thoroughly enjoyed the large comfortable seats! What a treat! The service from the concession stand was impeccable and the popcorn fresh! I would definitely go back to watch more movies at this location.

Amazing movie experience, amazing seats and staff, and always a pleasure to come here. However, I'm unable to reserve a single seat using the kiosks at the theater, which I find somewhat irritating, and the only way to do so being online.

I went and saw Star Wars the rise of Skywalker with my family at this theater. It was an amazing experience! It was in 3D. The seats in the theater were leather recliners! They even vibrated with the action of the movie. I am not sure if all the seats in the theater are like the ones in which we sat watching Star Wars as it's the only movie I have seen here. There was so much room and I was amazed that I could not see the heads of the people in front of me at all! I also did not have to share an armrest with a neighbor. This was not due to a lack of customers, on the contrary, the theater was full. We did not have to worry about seating as we were able to reserve our seats online. You even get to pick the actual seats you want as they are all numbered. The reservations were at no extra cost. It really was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Pricing was comparable to other theaters. The food was expensive but also the same as other theaters. The front entrance seemed smaller than what I am used to in a theater but I found it nice that there was only one small area to get food and drinks and then off to the movie. I enjoyed this place very much! I hope this is the future of movie night out!

Reclining seats in all the theatres makes this our new theatre of choice when going to see movies. The Coke Freestyle machines are a bonus, especially they are self serve and have easy access for refills. The washrooms are large with lots of stalls and clean.

Am in love with the fact that you can reserve seats ahead of time and that all seats recline. I like that there is only one concession line that feeds to all the cashiers. Although the line may look long, they're always able to move it along rather quickly, so no worries. The popcorn is always good, with option of self serve butter and they have self serve pop with many, many choices! Lots of diet drinks and fruit flavorings too!

Reclining seats that are SO comfortable, ability to show tickets on phone, rather than having to print/wait in line, Coca Cola Freestyle machines, reserved seating, completely reasonable prices. I cannot speak highly enough of this theatre! Definitely going there for all my movies from now on, even though I live in South Edmonton. It's worth the drive.

I will enjoy this theatre while it is still new! The fully reclining leather home theatre seats are fantastic and make for a much more relaxed experience. You can even sleep during the movie if it sucks. Perfect! Con, track lighting remains on and is quite bright. Detracts from the theatre experience.

Fantastic leather recliner seats in all screens and the middle arm lifts up. The food choices could be a little better when it comes to combos, something like Cineplex’s Hot dog / nacho combo would be nice. The Coke Freestyle machines are however a good addition as it allows for a variety of choices for your drink rather than the 5 or so usually on tap.

This theatre has the reclining seats, it's got the most screens playing and I love sometimes just going for the $5 retro movies they recently started showing. It has soda machines that you pour yourself and make your own flavors which my kids love doing and there is wheel chair access with handicap parking stalls close to the doors. I did see a Starbucks coffee option but never tried it so I'm not sure what they have or how it works. Maybe next time I will.

This is the only theater I want to go to from now on. All the way from North Edmonton I pass by 2 perfectly good theaters to get to this place. Totally worth the drive. Seats are so comfy and its perfect for the whole family :) we even took our two year old and he cuddled up to us in the seats, the kids were in pjs and we brought blankets too, it was perfect!

My new favorite cinemas. Lobby is uncomplicated with a more minimalist feel, yet complete with all the amenities you would expect from a movie theater.. the theatre rooms themselves are well lit and with every seat in the house being a powered recliner, you may be hard pressed to find a poor seat. Washroom and hallways are modern and well kept. Would definitely recommend anyone to try it out. Trust me, you will convert.

Seats are comfortable, i love the motorized recliners. Super wide aisles and the seat numbers are actually illuminated, so all of that is fantastic. However, the whole lobby/concession/box office experience feels like a "good idea" that some middle manager without a clue came up with. When i was there, the box office was closed and people were directed to the concession to buy tickets. That lineup was huge. Then, after you pay for and pick up your snacks, you line up AGAIN to fill your own drink. There seem to be about 8 cash registers. There are four soda fountains... Capable of filling one drink a a time. So rather than the concessions people doing four drinks simultaneously as they bag popcorn, i have to do it myself. The space alloted is small and queues are inefficient. There is a seperate line for people who order snacks through the app. However, the app is incapable of taking a concessions only order, so make sure to choose your snacks at the same time you order your tickets. Honestly the whole lobby experience was so rotten, i don't want to come back. The nice wide aisles and comfortable seats make up for it a bit. If you are a super planner and you love living life through apps, this place could be great for you. But not if you have three of four kids and want to see a busy matinee.

Great theatre, love the reclining seats. Like that they've partitioned them off in twos as well (easily removed if you have three or four people together). Still spray cleaning after each movie. Can order beer, wine, or coolers as well. Tad more expensive than Spruce Grove Landmark but worth the drive and extra $$$.

I never want to go to an average theatre again. This theatre had power recliners that were SO comfortable. We used the ATOM app for tickets and concession items and were seated in our seats quickly and effortlessly. With my back being fickle about sitting for long periods of time, this place is perfect to take the pressure off my spine and be able to watch a movie with my family. Thank you for being in existence, I’ll never watch a movie anywhere else (well, except home). ????

Editing my response because what once was a great theatre is barely being taken care of now. I guess the people who own this place don't give a flying f. I get it.. most movie theatres employ kids. Great.. but is there not at least one adult making some executive decisions in this place.. I mean .. at least trying to keep things clean?? Someone had thrown up in a chair in my aisle. The throw up was there from the previous movie. No one cleaned it up. It's discusting. The whole place is filthy. I come here for the movie seats and great price for that .. but the cleanliness has been taking a backseat for quite some time now... I hope something changes because this was my go to theatre.

This is the best theater I have ever been to in my life. I will never go to another theater that does not have seats like this one. I love going with my husband, we put the armrest up, bring a blanket and it's just like watching a movie at home on a loveseat. My kids love going here they can snuggle in with us and enjoy the movie just like at home! The prices are good, but make sure you pick up a Costco pass before you go to save even more!

Price is comparable to Cineplex while offering a waaaaay better movie experience. Popcorn is hot and fresh, bathrooms are clean and plentiful, but the star of the show is the theatre itself! Seats come in pairs of two, and are basically lazy boys! They're deep, they recline and they have a foot rest that extends. Even when the foot rest is extended, the isle is roomy enough that people can walk past without you having to move. I also appreciate that you can go to the bathroom and leave your coat or popcorn on the seat of your chair without worrying about it sliding onto the floor. Pregnant ladies rejoice! If you have been to a movie theatre lately and spent the whole time fidgeting due to discomfort, go here!!! You wont be sorry.

This place never fails to impress and amaze me. I loved Landmark in the states and this cinema beats them all hands down. The refreshment counter was super helpful and ready to help in anyway. Great new theater. Love the seats, and the ability to reserve them at no extra cost is amazing. They recline to around 45 degrees, which has is awesome, and the dual seating is amazing (like a loveseat per two seats, with plenty of space between you and the next two). Popcorn is pretty good, but selection of food is low... Basically hot dogs, pretzel dogs and pretzels. The pop selection is great though, coke machines with flavour additions available, plus refills that Cineplex doesn't offer!

Great chairs, fully recline, not a "bad" seat in the house because of spacing and facing of seats. No more stepping on peoples toes or choosing between giving them the crotch or butt because the aisles are HUGE. Will definitely be buying tickets via Atom from this point forward! Great place to go and see a movie. The ticket system is easy to work with, and you even get to choose and reserve a seat! The reclining seats were very comfy. Food prices are what you would expect from a place like this though (a medium popcorn and drink cost the same as a ticket). I went to see "Bumblebee" and it was one of the better cinema experiences I have had In a while!

To get this at cineplex you would need to pay for their VIP seating. Landmark offers this for all seats and tickets. Did you know that you can also bring your own blanket to their movies?

A theater that gives you a small town cinema experience with the bonus of reclining seats, wheelchair accessible areas and a generally friendly staff of teens manning the equipment. If you prefer snacking in theaters unlike myself, I'd suggest sneaking some of your own foodstuffs in as the hotdog and pretzels I tried on my initial visit was deeply unappetizing (just please remember to pick up after yourself). All in all, a wonderful theatre-going experience for the same price as one of the bigger chains but with reclining seats and about the same quality of food. What's not to like?

Excellent new theater! Concession stand has a wide variety of options, and slightly cheaper prices than Cineplex. The pop comes from the new machines with many many flavor combination options instead of the regular 5 to 10. You do not need to print your tickets, they scan the barcode off your phone. The best part is the seats!! They are recliner chairs so you can lean back and put your feet up. Features are controlled with an electrical switch, so no pull lever on the side. Best movie experience I have ever had!! Washrooms were clean and well serviced, and had Sharps Containers for people that would need them. This theater put a lot of thought into every decision and it shows!!

Great new theater for St. Albert. Has some of those nice reclining chairs, as well as the arm rests that go up for a "love seat" kind of position. Has early showtimes that suit smaller kids. Popcorn and food are fine, its a theater so nothing fancy. The pop machines are Coke Freestyle which means mixing something that sounds good then tastes terrible later. Great to have more options for theaters on the north side!

Great all around movie experience. A true VIP way to watch a movie for the same price of the average movie theater. The concession has endless options for snacks and foods to buy. Lines usually move faily fast and the seats in the theater are bar down the best thing next to watching on your couch at home. You can pre select your seating and they are very luxurious power reclining couch style. I would recommend this theater to everyone!

Amazing reclining seats! for the quality of the seating as well as the concession options - especially the drink machines (WOW!) the price of tickets here is very very good. booking beforehand is pretty essential here, but the atom app makes this pretty much seamless. i booked seats for 5 people and it was one very simple scan on my phone to check all 5 tickets in! I’d be confident in saying this place is a whole experience, not just a place to see movies - you’ve gotta come here at least once just to see what it’s like.

I love that all the theatres here have very comfortable Leather recliners. I have a back injury and felt no pain or discomfort at all. We drive 65kms to go to this cinema over the closer ones due to the seating and the efficiency for the treats counter sales. It’s never a long wait in line and my family loves that they have Cotton candy and I appreciate the sparkling water, we buy our tickets online which makes checking in as we enter the theatre even easier .

The concession line moved very quickly, and there you can buy your popcorn and ticket. You are given a cup to fill your pop, and the selection is great! Lots of variety, including diet pop. The staff were very friendly, and the theatres were modern, very nice, and very clean. Loved the reclining seats. Nice to have for a standard ticket. I found the concession price lower than Cineplex, and you get a free refill on a large? pop.

Best Cinema in Edmonton and St.Albert! Seats are comfy plus full power recline and the basic ticket is the same as a Cineplex ticket. I never go to another theatre plus Covid dividers so you don’t have to see other patrons while seated. The barriers are adjustable though if you bring a large group of friends.

This place is fantastic! I love the reclining chairs - the movie was that much more comfortable to watch. The only downside was that they sell tickets also at the concession and so the line up was super long just to buy tickets - I believe they are trying to encourage people to buy tickets from the machines instead of from the cashiers. But I would recommend this place if you want to (literally) sit back and relax while watching a movie. I will always go here to watch a movie from now on.

This is definitely the best movie theatre hands-down. They have reclining La-Z-Boy chairs and really great staff. We went to see Tenet on its opening night around 8pm and I ended up losing my car keys somehow during the movie. A worker Who I am not sure was the manager or just a regular employee went over and above to help us find the keys. He searched the whole theatre for probably about 20 minutes until he found them for us. Really amazing, I never got his name but I hope he sees this as I want to thank him again! Literally saved our lives and saved me a fortune in having to call a tow truck ????

I saw IT chapter 2 with a group of friends in the vip theater. The chairs were amazing! So comfy and adjustable with lots of leg room. The staff at the concession and concierge were sweet and polite. A fun time all around. The aesthetic of the main entrance is different than your typical theater. Very bright, open, modern and with clean lines. I liked it a lot.

It was our first visit to this cinema. We had read the reviews while in the lobby I found some of the negative reviews a little harsh. To be honest, I was taken back by the entrance, it wasn't what I expected from StAlbert. I would like to have seen comfortable couches and chairs. I was prepared not to expect much. Once our ticket was scanned and we went in, we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, there was popcorn on the floors, but that's the public, not management. It's reasonable that they can't clean in between showings The seating was phenomenal, clean and comfortable, tons of room in between and in front, someone could sit rite in front of you and you wouldn't know they were there. Sound system was amazing. Best movie experiance we have ever had.
