Here we offer you the feddbacks of real people like you who bought the services of Cineplex Odeon Grande Prairie Cinemas (Movie Theater) in Alberta (Canada).
As of day the business receives a rating of 3.7 stars out of 5 and this score is based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is quite good, and it is based on a large number of scores, so we may say that the valuation is very credible. If many people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to give opinions when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Movie Theater is classified in the category of Movie theater.
Other than the fact that they gouge on concession prices just like every other place, it's a decent theatre. Prime seating is only marginally comfier than regular seating but you get the convenience of assigned seating for $2.
Its a real shame how low Ciniplex allows their cinemas to sink. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Dirty and dank, yet still overpriced. They rarley have everything in working order. Unfourtunatley its the only theater in town, so suck it up and pay $50 for a movie night for 2.
Good movie theatre. Poor cleaning.
Average theater good selection of films.
It was an awesome movie.
Not the cleanest cinema I've been to, but it's the only option in Grande Prairie. Gets all first run movies.
The new seats are a nice upgrade.
It's the only theatre left in the city, and it shows. They can run a total dump and still rake in the cash. Lot's of broken seats, and they are all dirty. There's always one or two backing up toilets. It really is sureal to see a movie in Edmonton, or even a smaller place like Vernon, where the theatres are huge and the seats are so high up and comfy because this Cineplex is so run down all the time. Though they recently swapped out the old carpet for one that looks like outer space so all the spilled popcorn blends right in with the stars and doesn't look as dirty, so it has that going for it! :/
I was excited to visit and see that the chairs have been upgraded, and the overall experience is better. It’s too bad the entry way hasn’t been upgraded to match what I’ve seen from other cineplex experiences. It’s a tiny foyer that you either go right or left at, and you don’t even buy tickets at the desk anymore. The new subscription is a great idea, the staff are friendly and I have no problem heading to the theatre here, but I’ve been to theatres with better layouts.
Cool place
Recently watched "US", it was such an amazing experience at Cineplex!
Not bad but honestly needs an upgrade for the prices you pay
While we had no issues with service or products, we did have a problem with the seats. We had to change seats 4 times to find ones that were not broken. Some had springs sticking out, others missing foam cushioning, and others broken so you slid off of them when you sat down. For the price you pay, this is unacceptable.
It's a movie theater nothing out of the ordinary
Not the greatest but you should be glad to be able to have the experience
Good movie selections
This review takes into consideration the new seats and slight renovation that have been done. The new seating for the movie we watched were definitely an improvement on the old seats. Back support, leg room and overall comfort has improved. I wasn't able to see much change to the front of house though, the concession and entrance ways are largely unchanged and can lead to bottlenecks. Overall, since this is the only theater in Grande Prairie residents have to take what they can get unfortunately. When compared to the price of tickets and overall experience one can get at a VIP cinema or even a larger cinema in Edmonton or Calgary, it's hard to justify the expense of going to this theater. I still miss the other cinemas in Grande Prairie, I think the lack of competition has resulted in complacency on what we should expect from a cinema. But where else are we to go for a movie in Grande Prairie?
Whole theatre needs updating!!! Seats are completely worn out!!
Not impressed that they don’t have any places to have supper. Edmonton and Calgary have way better cinema
Really enjoyed the seats and the friendly hospitality
Wonderful seating.
Theatre is great, I miss the Jan and lyric but this is what we have left, friendly employees and the new seating is great!
It's no imax but it's alright.
Garbage website. Can't buy tickets, no indicators of seat availability. Logged in, still says to sign up or log in. Waste of time.
Good movies and seating
Only one concern, you guys really need to open your doors 1 hour before the first movie showing. Also, I sat in the back row, someone shorter than I would never be able to see through the heads of the people in front of them. I am 6' tall and because it was my first time here my wife 5'3" couldn't see thru the people in front of her. Do you have booster seats for adults?!
They have alot of movies but the seating isn't that great unless your willing to pay extra for prime seating.
Good place minus the pricing. I STRONGLY recomend hitting up dollar store for snacks, and Costco for the movie pass thing with popcorn and drinks inc for 2 people for 30 and change. Saves a sh1# ton of money!! As for employees, I've never had any issues.
Literally the worst movie theater I've been to. They need a renovation badly.
Needs a renovation, the place is pretty outdated and nasty
Charged me 4.99 because I wanted water and Ice instead of a bottle. Ridiculous. Also why are there no earlier show times? Grande Prairie's population only keeps getting bigger. The earliest show is at 6 something. No afternoons is a bit silly
Their snacks are delicious but their Stars & Strollers movie selection has no logic. Stars & Strollers is for babies, toddlers and their parents. Yet every week for the past two months, all I've seen is PG-13 to R rated movies listed. Who's gonna take their under 3 year old to an R rated movie? It just makes no sense what-so-ever. With 2 under 2, Stars & Strollers is the only time we really go to the movies. Because of the idiotic film choice, we haven't been able to go. Maybe think about actually choosing kids movies for the KIDS showing....
Now basically owned by EA. Now in addition to the already expensive ticket and food, if you want a better, faster and mostly more empty seats you will need to pay for a premium ticket for the better seats, therefore anyone who does not pay for premium you will be stuck in a near full theater with people taking up most of the 2nd best spots and entire rows. My neck was soar and stiff after seeing the new Jumanji movie.
I was super happy with the new comfortable seats.
It the only theatre but they take good care of it
It was great!
Very clean well-run
So last Saturday I wanted to go to a late movie show. My luck the past few times with pretzels has not been good as they are never available or just sold out. For that reason I went earlier in the evening to try to prepay for them so they would be ready for my late show. I was told they couldn’t do that. However this young lad Seth went beyond the extra mile and gave me his word he would put 4 pretzels for me away so I could have them for my late show. Seth did not disappoint and that’s customer service at its best. It would be nice if they could addd dipping sauces to them it’s by far my favourite snack and at my age I can’t eat popcorn I’m glad they offer this variety. Thank you Seth!
Small theatres
Seating and screens are old and sound system isn't great. Staff is nice and at least it was clean this time.
I can't believe that Grande Prairie only has one theatre and that it still has the original signage from 1979!? It is in serious need of an update on all fronts. Staff was good and friendly. What detracts from the overall movie/theatre experience is that the seats are short and uncomfortable especially for a tall person and the theatres are outdated. I flip flopped quite a bit about going to the theatre but was staying in GP for a couple weeks and it is one of the only things to do for entertainment there. Could have been much better????
Ran out of seats fast. Too small. Seats seems too small and too close together
Went and saw the new Aladdin
Went to see a show 2 weeks ago. Theatre was filthy, bought some nachos after waiting in line for a half hour for food. Ate 2 of said nachos and thought something tasted funny. Cheese is bad in like a day. Take it back to the counter, first was asked if I had a receipt for the nachos. Do they even give a receipt ever for that? then I was asked if I just wanted a refund for the cheese. Ya you can watch a movie here. But you probably wouldn't if you had another option. But Cineplex ran everyone out of town and then stoped caring. Theatre is exactly how it was when it opened what 20 years ago. Now it's just most of the seats are ruined and it smells musty. For the amount of money this place has raked in they could close it for a month and give it a real overhaul.
How old is this theatre? They still have old seats that dont recline and are cloth that stink an probably have bed bugs on them that you will bring home with you. The theatres themselves are almost flat so if you get a 6ft tall person sit infront of you it will ruin the movie. The foods just as good as any other cineplex, the only thing i noticed different is that they give you little salt packets for free for your popcorn. Save your money an go to a cineplex in edmonton.
Love watching a good movie with friends, place can be a little busy when buying tickets and getting snacks. When buying tickets it would be easier to use the ticket machine in the lobby area
Needs an upgrade desperately.
Small theatres, big concession area. Not a bad movie theatre.
New seats are awesome
Good place to go for a movie. The snacks will cost you your first born though...
Went seen Terminator Dark Fate. Awesome movie in new comfy seats.
Very strange and confusing. But really good. Kinda like a creamsicle.
Pretty small. Not much for dbox etc.
Grande Prairie deserves better the facility is at best antiquated. We have the population to justify a new theatre, with modern seating, row that are wide and you never need to watch a movie with someone's head in the picture. A selection of food. You don't realize how bad it is until you go to a REAL theatre, and experience what going to the movies should be like in 2017.
Injoyed the moive
Great
I went here for black panther and it was good but they had the volume was turned up way to loud please turn it down for next movies
Concession area too small and has very limited selection. The theatres have lots of leg room though.
Good theater. Nice setup and it's usualy clean which is rare for theaters.
Time for an upgrade. The seats are tired and uncomfortable. Three are no seats/benchs to sit on while you wait to enter a theatre.
Friendly staff, seats were pretty comfortable.. But I have to say one of the guests was a little insane. There were 3 ladies who kept laughing during the movie, nothing wrong with that as it was a comedy, but one insane lady waited until after the movie was over to go on a crazy-tirade about how they should've been quiet during a comedy. Yes I know, very confusing. I pointed her towards a snickers bar in the concession area, that always helps me when I'm hangry. Not totally sure if she followed up on my advice though.
They have great seats for the movie theatre
Great theater. Nice staff
Watched free guy in 3D. It's been along time seeing a movie. But it was worth it. I would watch it again. I just wish people would stay home if sick. Please don't wear perfume. Some people are allergic
could definetly use some renovations..
Their organization during covid makes a lot of sense. It was nice to attend a movie where everybody wasn't packed in there like sardines
Hey we got new seats! That's wonderful. Prices are still insane however.
There are no hotdogs or other "food" options. Candy, popcorn, nachos and pretzels. Staff are fairly general. They do have selected theatres with VIP seating. Lines can be really long at times. Newer screens may be available in all theatres? Good enough for grande prairie but I wouldn't be surprised if a newer one is built soon.
Good seats because we went to the late show.
Neatly maintented theater
It's the only cinema in Grande Prairie. It's a little outdated but they play any movie that the big theatres play. It's getting small for a fast growing city like Grande Prairie. I think it's time for a bigger theatre in GP. For now, it serves its purpose. It won't be bad to have a second theatre in GP.
it clean
Terrible condition and disgusting prices.
Good movie theatre to watch a movie and have popcorn
Prices could be lower, and the new seating seems to to be a joke more so then the old fend for yourself method.
It could be better, but it's a pretty good theater on the occasion I want to go see a movie.
Good sized theaters with newest movies. Could have more games or a games area for kids 10 and under
There is a lot of debate about needing a new theatre in town. I like this one, I do find the lines long and the number of “comfy” seats less than other major cities. They do have a great screen, a fun environment, and the right volume levels for a good experience. If you buy your tickets in the day ahead of the show time it can save a lot of time waiting in line. It is also located on a major road so when I drive past a day or two ahead of the show I can get the tickets and not waste additional time.
Great for movies
New comfy seats in all the theaters
Everyone complains about the price, but it doesnt matter when the movies are your life and your passion, the escape from the world. I am a kid and I dont care if I pay 40 dollars for a movie with snacks, but it is my way of leaving the world and enjoying 2 more hours of my life. The only thing I can say is bad is the sound quality get that fixed guys lol
Its an ok theater
It has great movies
Theatre needs updating.
Very excited place (big, clean and friendly)
Awesome
Good but very expensive
I think I heard sounds from outside, it's not completely isolated.
As soon as you walk in you are greeted with the smell of popcorn and friendly faces very clean but the seats could use an upgrade thank you
Needing of renovation as it is really outdated. Unkept for cleanliness.
The staff are great and are really striving to give great servcie however the facility itself is the worst Cineplex in Canada. This should be a $1 a movie theater.
The theater is much better now that it has updated the chairs so much more comfortable
Hang in there guys!
Clean. Nice Staff. The renovation is good however, the seating could have been made a bit different as they are comfortable but you can not see over the head in front of you.
They really need to refresh the interior, the theatres are tiny and the seats are awful
This is the ONLY theatre left in this city to go see a flick....which ultimately is quite sad. Although it does mostly staff the young adults GP which is great for our kids, This theatre is to small for the amount of attending traffic Grande Prairie has. It would be nice to see a new , second building built with even just one extra loud room including a bleacher style seating area with the high back reclining chairs.... But until that day, you can never go wrong going to the movies here. Come early to get decent seats, and to stand in the long lines at the concession for that can't be beat theatre popcorn. Great place for families or just a night out with friends.

This theatre is straight from 1999. Nuff said.
Pricing is very high seating sucks went to Victoria the pricing was lessen the seating was amazing recliners Electric when you're fully out people can walk in front of you without you having to move
I love the theatre it may be old but the popcorn is great and the staff are so nice I have never had a bad experience
IMAX needed!!!!
Bathrooms are disgusting literally pools of urine in urinals dont ever clean this..kinda pricey for concessions.
Saw Bad Boys For Life
Not really impressed with the "pick your seat" feature. Significantly slowed the lineup and really isn't necessary. It's still first come/first served like it always was.
It's the only theater in a town of 70,000 people so expect it to be busy. But the management seems to be unaware of how busy it gets EVERY NIGHT. Usually only 1 person (Lucky if there is 2) runs the ticket booth. MASSIVE line ups for snacks. The floors are usually dirty or sticky, the seats don't seem the cleanest either and are worn out. The only good thing about this place is the staff. Very friendly people and polite people who have no problem helping you.
Slow service, overpriced, and Outdated to say the least.
Prices are insane way too expensive but nice theatre if you don't mind spending lots. Friendly staff.
Outdated, In need of a update.
Fun place
Some times access is cumbersome. . They need to revamp the lobby area and open more tills for patrons entering. My advice is buy and print your tickets at home. The seats in this place are in serious need of an overhaul. Broken springs all over the place. Movie selection is pretty decent but popcorn and snacks (like most theaters)are extremely over priced.
Gotten alot better than it use to be. Comfy seats now and they clean way better
Good
Saw the joker.. slow but very good
Not sure what happened but all of a sudden it seemed cheaper too go to the movie.
always great to watch a movie
Still love this theatre.
Understaffed at times and staff is regularly new so efficiently is lacking. I think the manager should be there more often working hands on with the staff.
Dirty
Garbage theatre. Seats are poking you in the ass with springs. Floors are always sticky Ticket prices and concession is waaay to high. They try to sell you upgraded tickets yet you cant even use them because there are no upgraded seats.
Was great! Better seats and social distance seating and of course amazing popcorn!
Concession is horrifically overpriced. Not worth the price for stale popcorn and watered down pop. And yet this place, dirty and broken down, put every other movie theater in GP out of business . Thinking these guys have corporate USA backing. South of the border, people would never put up with this place.
Movie was good but the theater is so trashy. Clean bathrooms
????????????????????????
Dirty and poor layout. Movies were good.
There was a line up to get in, with only one young man on the ticket counter, he did an exceptional job though, friendly and not showing any signs of stress. Well done young man. The movie we had chosen started at 1840, ( 6.40 pm) so I expected the cinema public areas to be messy, which it was, and the washrooms were just as messy, shame on those who spill their drinks and popcorn, and not attempting to clean up after themselves. Or throw their discarded containers on the floor, instead of placing in numerous trash receptacles provided. The film we saw is a different story.
Not clean, staff was not very welcomed.
Rarely do I ever give a bad review, and this may be my first one star. I can't believe how much it costs to take your kids out to a movie even in the "cheap" night. It's no wonder we never go. Commercials now? Stay home, watch your tv, eat your snacks, for a fraction of the cost. The experience is lost, there use to be that.
Iv been to dollar theatres that are cleaner and have larger screens
Clean bathrooms, little pricey, lots of good snacks, good movie options. I'm pretty sure there is a carpet? I think it should go, who knows what's been spilled.
It's a theater
Theatre is really old but you don’t really have any other choice for theatre in the area. We were at a movie premier recently and the line for unreserved seats was atrocious. At least the toilets and actual theatre were clean. There was an army of cleaners to clean up after every show I guess. There’s a smell of old popcorn in the air which isn’t too bad. Overall, lower your expectations and you’ll be fine.
Wonderful as always!
Some staff can be a little rude sometimes but that's not really the problem. This Cineplex is very very old and needs to be upgraded 100% the seats are uncomfortable and dirty. By far the worst Cineplex I have been to.
Awesome movie and we enjoyed our evening!
Went to see Oceans8. The popcorn was great, and filled to the top. Very nice fellow behind the counter, polite and fast! Bathroom was clean.
Love movie's
I like the new assigned seating but needs an upgrade badly.
I love that Grande Prairie has a movie theatre and it plays all the good movies I want to see.
this place is so comfortable! I have been to many theatres but this is one of my FAVORITES!
Nothing fancy, lower end setup of the Cineplex chain. My home audio system was better than what they had in cinema 6 (star wars). I'll go back only because it's better than what is in Dawson Creek.
I love going to the movies, decent service but they really need to Reno the bathrooms and keep them clean
The theater is severely outdated. Staff and service is great, just terrible that the theater itself is absolute trash
Sweet place to go for a movie
All these ppl that are giveing bad reviews I think we should bad review your face aye. Anyway it is a good movie place to go to I feel like some people get mad they way stuff is there it's a awsome place even for a small town like come on give it a chance yeah stuff might be overpriced so what if you come USA the currency's are different that's why it's so much more then us movie places. Thanks for the awsome place boo to all the jerks out there you call it bad and trash and say it smells like fat people that's rude to some people. Goodbye.
Kinda pricey
✌️
Always good for movie time
Great experience. Just wish some of the seats need to be fixed. Not fun when you can feel the spring from the seat poking you.
In serious need of some upgraded seats! Our "prime" seats are other cineplex's normal seats. . . . Other than that it's all good
Horrible outdated movie theatre. It is by far the worst cineplex I've ever visited. Coming from Toronto area it makes this place look like its 50 years behind. The seats are uncomfortable, the screens are smaller, and the concession stand area gets very crowded. Hope they will upgrade this facility one day, until then I'll keep driving to Edmonton to watch a movie there.
They do a great job for being the only movie place in Grande Prairie. But is over loaded for the size of the city. But still a great place to go see a movie.
Awesome
Man the bathroom was stinky like poo gross right?
NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. AND STAFF THAT CARE.
Was a wonderful time
Fast, friendly service and clean facilities
Best theater in gp .
Nice
love it
(Translated) Tidy theater curtousy staff. (Original) Tidy theater curtousy staff.
Theatre is sent but my seat seemed worn out. Felt like I sat way down into a bucket.
Other folks might not like it but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Deducted one star because they don't have refillable drinks or popcorn like other theaters do.
I only go here because it's the only movie theater around. The place is always dirty and needs a facelift.
I love how compact this cinema is. Not too big and not too small, just enough!
The only theatre with 1960's seating, upgrade is needed, chairs are broken, and VIP seating if you'd like to sit arm to arm with people
Overpriced with poor movie selection
This movie theater is the only one in Grande Prairie, and is in need of an update, and the washrooms are frequently untidy.
Dirty place. No other choice for cinema. Just make money. No any upgrade.
Just like all the other movie theaters. Maybe just an upgrade on the seats. If someone above the height it blocks the bottom of the screen
Finally I can say that this cineplex is worth it. After the upgrades in Aud 3 - Seats, Screen & Sound, Huge improvement. Also the employees are welcoming and extremely friendly. Keep up the good work!!!! Special Thanks to Marc the assistant Manager.
Updated movie shows and comfortable sits. But sometimes there are rude customers throwing popcorns. But the cinema ???? is great.
Awesome
No stadium seating, but good picture and sound, and comfortable seats
Really expensive, theatres are not very clean. Would be nice to have another option in GP.
Expansive. But they have you by the short and curlies
Nice relaxing break from work, good friendly staff, classic style theatre ????
We need a new theater in town!
Staff is friendly and efficient, on busy nights they do well to serve the hoards of patrons as best they can. The theater is in dire need of renovations. Seats are worn and discoloured. Uncomfortable. The prime seats are more expensive but we'll worth the cost. I don't go to the movies as often as I once used to and having this theater in the condition it is just makes me less inclined to visit more often.

Pretty good.
Epic service, good movies and amazing theatres
We always have such a good time watching movies here.
Worst customer service. Paid for popcorn and pop, didnt get the receipt and then had to pay for it all again.
Great! Clean, greay people!
Cashier at front didn't know about the scene points I wanted to use at the concession. The concession teller did however have the solution. I couldn't figure out how to use my points on the machine that sells tickets. The projector might not have been set up properly but was close enough that no one cared. Ralph breaks the internet was great.
Every time I go to the movies its always a wonderful experience, yes the seats and bathrooms and floors get gross. And yes I know its their job to make sure its clean all the time but its you people who go to the movies and cause all the messes including in the theatre that's why it takes them longer to clean if you guys would throw out your trash once the movie was over the cleaning wouldn't be to long. But your lazy. Not saying everyone is but it's the people who go to the theatre who make it messy so it takes longer to clean up, so stop saying how gorss it is when you people who go to the theatre make it gross and harder to clean up sometimes they don't have enough time to finish cleaning because of the preshows that come on so they have to finish fast and leave pieces. They are never allowed to but have to sometime. Also with the prices for tickets and food isn't their fault its the companies who came up with the prices that's why they are so high, I never had a bad experience always good one! They make me feel welcome and its worth the wait and paying $20 for a big thing of popcorn layered butter and snacks. Good job to the fellow workers there keep it up☺ one day we will see beautiful new cineplex for the mean time enjoy what you got.
This place is due for a reno, brand new prime seating a extra fee you don't wanna sit behind them if u have kids thou the backs are too high on them & kids have a hard time seeing up over them, & don't get me started on the conssesion prices!
Nice cinema and friendly staff
Latest and greatest movies
Slow ???? slow ???? slow ???? Slow getting tickets. 2 of the machines not working for getting your own ticket, huge line to other ticket counter. Now get in second line for treats.???? ???? ???? 45 minutes later we left to go watch our movie without treats. Paying more for frustrating experience. Not cool. Will think twice before returning.
The staff is excellent and very helpful. This is the best theatre I have been to in the area.
Awesome customer service.
Great Staff, building needs a Reno ASAP
They keep their theatre fairly clean & I've always had friendly service. The only downside is that they don't run very many non-3D movies. It's hard to get show times if you don't like 3D
Chairs have recently been updated. Very nice theatre
Very good theatre. With a large popcorn you recieve 1 free large popcorn.
I'm always impressed by how clean their bathrooms are and friendly staff.
All staff are quite young and can come across as very disorganized, cleanliness of theater can be hit or miss some days, projector can sometimes be misaligned with screen and staff take very long to fix and concerns with such issues.
Great retro theater.
Older building but new Reno's. Seats are very comfortable and no heads in the way in front of you. Fair price to get in but snacks are a bit expensive.
amazing quality
Nice, busy theatre. Good service.
My only complaint is that this location always seems to be short staffed in the box office.
(Translated) hmmmm joker (Original) hmmmm joker
Old and rundown
The only movie theatre in Grande Prairie take it or leave it. Not enough staff at the best of times.
paid for butter then saw they had free stuff right there.
It's a great movie theater i spent of my greatest times here and have plans for more.
Good place but could have had more tills open for popcorn to keep line ups short.
Always had fun
Only movie plex in Grand Prairie town. Overall experience was good????. But it's not with latest advanced movies plex experiences. Limited movies with limited shows.
Good service and popcorns delicious
I love going to the movies. But this place makes me not want to go. My husband and myself went on Monday night to see the new ant-man movie. We arrived at 6.50, the movie (was starting at 7.15) grabbed our seats and then I went to get some snacks. The slowest I have ever encountered, I've been in faster lines in Disneyland. Finally got back to my seat 10 mins after the movie had started at 7.27pm. The drinks were over filled so when I put my straw in its spilt over and went on my white top. This place is just getting worse and worse, from the staff to the cleanliness of the place. And it will continue to get worse if people keep putting up with it.
Seats suck for what we are charged for a movie
Gets too warm for Me ...always
The staff member at the concession counter was EXTREMELY rude to my friend and I when asked if he could slow down for a minute instead of asking a question and walking away. When the transaction was complete and my friend said we didn't need anything else he very clearly said "oh goody". A bad attitude is NOT what I want to encounter when going out to a movie. Thanks 'Deadpool'.
Every thing is over priced a drink is like 5$ and the theaters stink like pee and the chairs are in comfortable and dirty
Crappy seats, claustrophobic enterance. The mobile pick up for tickets works 70% of the time. Cineplex does not care. I was angry enough that I have wrote them twice because I had a spring molesting my kester. I have never gotten any response. Apparently because the Jan and Lyric are gone you can treat Grande Prairie like a cash cow. If Cineplex management reads this I wish springs to you.
Decent but could use an upgrade
Oh boy where do I begin.. Long waits for everything, for food, for tickets, and to get into the theatre after a movie ends Food is expensive Each auditorium has multiple broken chairs Concession is way to small and can never accommodate the amount of people seeing movies The bathrooms are disgusting and very cheap. Not to mention the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing, when I went and saw Black Panther in there months ago, a lady was publicly drinking and disturbing everyone by being loud and obnoxious. I complained to the staff, shown where she was sitting and they did nothing. NOTHING for public intoxication that ruined that night for me and my family and the lady wasn’t even confronted or anything even though she came out with 6 Bud lights. Pretty pathetic. Sadly it’s the only close area to see a movie though
Pretty decent odeon. Ticket prices are good
Very outdated and dirty!!
OLD, city needs a new theater with at least 2 AVX theaters, time to get with it you can't charge the same rates as everyone else with a theater that old.
Bad uncomfortable seats. Needs renovations.
Enjoyed getting out with the kids, buying the movie passes at Costco saved a few bucks at the snack counter too
They are strict about the government restrictions! But to me, that is a good thing. And when you add their own restrictions for seating, it creates a safe, secure environment to enjoy a movie! This Cineplex is also the cleanest Cineplex I have ever attended!
Loved the show bad boys
Nine times out of 10 the bathroom is gross, I don't mind paying the ticket prices but my God, the insane prices for $2 of popcorn is ridiculous! Theater floors sticky, broken seats, the list goes on.
Super expensive snacks, could use some renos, but overall good movies and experience.
I love that there are new seats to sit on.
Can you put up Hours of Service, please? Nothing worse than looking up a business only to find they have no hours of operation listed
Great although popcorn is quite expensive for no refills
Alright place except for the insane markup on their concession stand. Thats why just wear something with big pockets and bring your own stuff in with you
I'm super happy we have a theatre and that we get to see movies. But we either need our current one to have a face lift and make over or get a new one that is up to date.
Big screen and fast servive
I like the theatre but it's in need a a very big overhaul to fix a lot of the seats
I visit the Cineplex a few times a year. It's usually good service, if a bit slow. The poor building needs an upgrade though.
This place needs to be upgraded along with expanded or relocate into a larger building. The front area is small for the amount of people who attend. They don't upkeep the bathrooms well.
Seats are outdated and uncomfortable. Also assigned. Theater is small for the size of the city
This place needs some renovations, but the only thing remotely new are the bathrooms
A popcorn and 2 pop. Over $30. Doesn't even count the movie ticket. That hurts. But I guess it's standard nowadays for theatres.
(Translated) Not very large and not clean. (Original) Pas très grand et pas propre.
Nice big screens and comfortable seating. But very busy unless you go at off times
Staff are friendly and helpful. But whole complex needs to be gutted and updated. Much better since new seats installed.
As with all Cineplex all over the globe, the concession food is definitely overpriced and you’ll find that your wallet will be depleted, especially when your family watches a lot of movies. Overall, movie selections are great (obviously) but the staff is a hit or miss. Some are friendly, while others just look at you with a blank expression, which could definitely improve..
Popcorn costs more than movie ticket
Best place in town to see a movie
Love it
A decent theatre but not up to par compared to the Cineplex Odeon theatres in Edmonton or Calgary. Eg, does not have theatre seating.
excellent
Good choice of movie genre.
Decent place to watch a movie as they have all of the essentials. Not in the greatest condition, but it the movie quality has never been poor.
Generally a good place, staff is very kind, place could use an upgrade but she’s still holding together, theatres are great along with the prime seats, they’re comfortable, I’d recommend some of your try it out!!
Quite enjoyed the outing with my family.
The new seats are so much better
It was really great.
Power went out when I was watching Spider man, power was supposed to be back on in 15 minutes, which is not bad. But 30 minutes later they announced that power would not be back on for another 2 hours. The chairs are comfy though.
Multiple movies
Helpful staff
Rude and discriminating: An unforgettable experience. Been numerous times over the years. Having spent hundreds of hours – and thousands of dollars, with it costing fifteen bucks per admission and charging twenty dollars for a candy, popcorn and pop you can’t even refill... – huddled in the seats, watching many films of varying genres, snacking on their $20 combos, trying to best ration that sweet, quenching liquid soda between each handful of salted popped corn. Throughout this time, whichever theater it may be, Cineplex staff members are often polite. At their worst, they aren’t actively friendly but do the job they’ve been trained to do, and haven’t had any bad experiences when dealing with them... That is of course, until recently. Where it all changed, and my opinion on the GP Cineplex soured like spoilt milk. “Twas one chilly December eve, and the SO had gotten caught up on their schooling and found themselves a rare reprieve in their busy workload. An idea sparking, it was suggested to travel to the locale cinema, while still able. Though put off by the selection of showings, eventually settled on one after much consideration. Onward, traveling through frigid winds and blistering cold, daunting and heedless of the danger involved, before at last arriving at thee Grande Prairie Cineplex Oden. Walking in with flourish, announcing a most grand arrival with pizzazz to spare (after trying a few different doors, attempting to find the unlocked one), the greeter asked if tickets were purchased or had to bought inside. Brandish a pair, they gestured to the plaza where the concessions were at, before offering some of their patented facial coverings. When it was explained being unable to wear them, they responded with an “Alright,” as they often do. Flash-forward to the concession area, walking to a stand that an employee was manning (as it was late at night, no-one was present so the crew was sparse). Relating back some order for overpriced (and unrefillable) snack order to an employee, only for them to demand, not “ask,” that one must attach a patented facial covering to one’s face. Awkwardly, trying to remind that exempt persons were excluded from this ruling, to which they elegantly responded with tact and grace, in the form of “Wear one or leave. It’s not hard.” While one may have thought that spending several years of one’s life at a credited tuition chasing a PhD would result in your diagnosis’ being held in higher regard, it’s also true that a resume listing “Taught High-school Drama” let’s you shoot far outside its traditional weight class, so who can say? Perhaps its Cineplex policy to have all persons, regardless of any physical or mental inabilities, to wear one of their classic patented facial coverings? (Its not.) Such was the thinking at the time, and – feeling inadequate and shamed – wasn’t forward thinking enough to ask for a manager to ring in on the issue. It isn’t difficult to be polite. Often times, it takes more effort to be actively rude to someone as opposed to not. You hear lots of story of customers being rude to a cashier or employee, and sometimes people forget that employees are people too. I just wish this one would’ve acted like one.
This is one place that COVID has improved. Gone are the days of people sitting close and stealing armrests. Now everyone is six feet apart the way the good lord intended. Oh, and the silence! The marvelous silence. No one would dare sneeze or cough in the theater. I would recommend getting in on a movie before profits take over and cut into your personal space again. At $55 for popcorn and pop concession, they make enough money already. Butter is extra? Of course it is! Need a six dollar bag of candy? Do it! Anything so I don't have to snuggle up to a stranger that reeks of cigarettes and B.O. anymore. Sign me up!
The theatre is starting to show its age. Lineups can be long. The sound quality, for the most part, is pretty good with decent video quality. I don't believe the theatre has the latest in technology at this point. The seating is relatively comfortable and prime seats are available in a few of the theatres.
I hope renovations are on the horizon. I know there has been a public outcry....but seems to go ignored. But if people came to trash my home over and over again....would I really want them back? Consession is a bit too pricy, but I always stop there....hoping my money will hopefully get someone motivated to get good cleaners....maybe.....the sticky floors in a theatre on a constant basis....only in GP have I ever witnessed this....broken chairs...again....only in GP theatres.
good place to go!!!!
Good service helpfull staff
Haven't been since the new seats were added so that was a pleasant surprise! Plus the floors weren't sticky like I remembered. Overall a great experience and my two girls were there for the first time they loved it!
Bad customer service treated like swine just for having a mask excemption and was talked badly about to all employees for medical condition won't be going back
Can’t Evan be bothered to pick up a phone I
Web site sucks, very dirty and outdated
Good and clean place as well staff very friendly and goodstuffvery
Almost always busy. You want to buy Premium seats or go an hour early if it's a weekend, opening night or Tuesday cheap night. A good selection of movies, usually, however. I do wish their menu items for snacks was more varied. If you have any allergies to corn, you're almost completely out of luck as much of their options are corn based or have some semblance of corn in their ingredients
Like the new seats
Seats were very uncomfortable. Movie was good. Too expensive for quality of the seats.
The cups leaked. No refills. Overpriced concession. Smells like fat people.
Fun place to be, so many things to catch up. To
who doesnt enjoy a good movie at the theater
I wanted to share a great customer experience I had at the Cineplex today and highlight the work of Justin, the guy running the ticket booth. He went out of his way to help me, looking throughout the theatre for a manager to provide assistance on a transaction. Props to the manager, Mark as well. I just want to emphasize how much I appreciated Justin's help and friendliness, which is not always easy to do working retail in the holiday season!
Much better theater now that seats are starting to be replaced
Needs to be updated
The staff are usually pretty good. Can't say the same for anything else here. This building is so run down it's pathetic. The ticket kiosks are always broke down which is very frustrating! Seats are so old the springs poke through and there are a lot of broken ones as well. This theater is always busy and I think Cineplex should get off their wallets and give Grande Prairie a decent theater!!!!!
Movies are good. Lines are usually long for both tickets and snacks which are heavily overpriced
Love going there but they really need to clean the floor behind the concession...gross
Tiny theater and outdated seats but it's the only one we got! Good listings
Old dirty everything's sticky from spilt pop seats are worn and too cramped
I have found broken seats in possible every room in this place. It’s embarassingly out of date and in desperate need of a renovation or building just a brand new place. There’s always at least one ticket machine down and the food is not great (and the selection is VERY basic.)
They need to upgrade to imax or atleast have new seats and better screen as of now not recommended to spend money there for a movie.
Movie night at the Cineplex in Grande Prairie........ What can be said, overpriced tickets well overpriced treats. I actually feel like both the employees and the customers are being abused in the situation. I got financially molested last night to the tune of $85 for 3 people to go to the movies, nobody even got candy. That was just tickets soda and popcorn. You used to get at least a small discount if you had a scene card but now they've even taken that away and up the prices further. You used to be able to go to a matinee and the prices would be cheaper but they've also taken that away. They take the people from Grande Prairie for granted they take the theater in Grande Prairie for granted because they have a view that if the theater is still making money then obviously people are not unhappy. They're wrong people are very unhappy and if there was another theater here not a Cineplex theater but one of competition they would figure out quickly very quickly how unhappy people are. I feel also very sorry for the employees of this Cineplex because all of the frustration that people have and being ripped off and having to go to this Cineplex that has been absolutely run down and not renovated and kept up to service customers is being taken out on the employees that are understaffed and can't do anything because they are not the people making the decisions. It's very sad and very typical that this large corporation would take such advantage of the people in this area. Sad and disgusted.
Was nice to take the kids out to a movie and have a beer.
Theatre needs to be renovated
Standard movie theater, a bit run down though.
Great place to watch movies but the food is overpriced and I had to wait 20 min to pay for my food because the debit machine broke and the manager didn't want to listen to his employee when he asked for help. When he finally helped he didn't know what to do and in the end just made me pay at a different checkout which upset the customers that had to wait in line and then just see me butt in from nowhere and wait another 5 min while the manager inputted the order . Just really wish they were a little more organized and maybe add a few more checkout to make the flow easier .
All good popcorn all good
Had a fender bender with my car there but otherwise its aight
Comfy
They changed the seats really comfortable ????
I said to the cashier to upgrade us to prime seats and it turns out he didn’t upgraded our tickets. You guys should hire better staffs.
Was pretty good, nice and clean place..seats were very confy!plenty of staff around as well..place has been upgraded lately and looks pretty good.
Over 1/2 hr in line up for popcorn
Shouldn't even deserve a star. Mobile pick up never works, only one person to scan tickets, only two people working ticket counter. Worst movie theater I have ever been in.
Good variety
Not a great theater. Grande Prairie needs a better one. The seats feel like I'm sitting on concrete and the movies are usually trash.
Good theater for Grande Prairie.
Mobile pick up kiosk is constantly out of service, which forces you to stand in the massive box office queue to pick up your tickets. Cinemas are in dire need of upgrades. Don't bother going.
I like new seats. Easy access.
It was great
Its decent theater. but i have been there couple of times every time i have been there i gotta wait at least 20 mins to grab my snack even though the line is not that big enough. And its really irritating.
Worst theater ever
Okay
Clean building, fast service from friendly staff always makes going to the movies an enjoyment. The seats themselves could use updates but that's beyond the control of the staff!
Always a good time here
Never had an issue
Seating could definitely use an upgrade
The pre movie commercials & music are deafening loud!!! Everyone around us were saying the same thing....too Loud!
It's really sad that a city the size of Grande Prairie has one theater. .but even sadder that the one we have is so run down..I love going to the movies..because of the outrageous price I no longer buy any treats..I think the movie is the treat..broken seats..sticky floors..going to the movies at the cineplex in Grande Prairie is truly an experience. .lol
Nice theater with friendly staff.
Dirty and outdated new some remodeling
Always fun to go check out a good movie, especially now that they have the new reclining seats.
Not clean dirty
Its All Right, Needs Upgrades.
wish there's 3D IMAX....
I've always loved going to the movies but it has become so much more convenient! You can purchase tickets online or with the mobile app and even reserve specific prime seats (which are WAY more comfortable) for only a few bucks more and you'll have the seat you chose ready and waiting for you! Nice...
Overall....very disappointed...bathrooms were filthy...floors throughout were not swept.....garbage wherever you looked.....lobby dirty and lineup wait for food was atrocious...missed first part of movie......paid over 4 dollars for a bottle of WARM water! This place is getting worse each time we go...good thing we never brought guests from out of town ...would've been very embarrassed.
I live in grandpraire for quite a while so i can't complain, yes it can be dirty depending on the time you get there but I'm a movie lover so long as i enjoy the movie I am happy.
Why are the seats the way they are? Was stuck sitting for two hours on a deflated seat cushion which has the same comfort as my toilet seat, but at least while I'm on my toilet seat I feel relieved. Prime seats are no better, you spend your whole time pushing back to recline.
Clean, great service, good prices
Usually pretty clean. I know the kids just love it. Prices are getting pretty high nowadays... A family of two adults two kids going for a movie n couple snacks can eadiky run you over 120 bucks....
Over priced food, popcorn tasted cheap, over priced seating. Regular seats are uncomfortable. The movie should be free with the amount of advertisements playing. If I wanted to watch ads I'd pay for cable TV.
It's a theater. Showing it's age. Seats are fine. I'm 6'4 and still have leg room, not sure what other people are whining about space for....... Bathroom once had a happy face drawn on the wall with feces.....some people are barbaric
City needs a new theatre. VIP seats are great though.
Smells like an alley full of urine soaked mattresses. But they do have good fountain drinks.
allwayshave fun here. wish it had a little better seating.
Run down needs some updates
pretty weak compared to other cineplex locations
Great place. Wish they would stagger the seats to be able to see the screen better
Great improvements clean and comfortable seats now. Theater was very clean
Old theatre but the friendly staff make up for it! Well maintained!
Comfortable seats finally. Guy sitting behind us kept moving our seats
TERMINATOR- Good movie. 4/5 for movie. They installed new seats!
The theatres aren't as loud or as immersive as I would like. Food combo options could be better.
Disgusted with the prices they get away with charging
Need a new theatre already, very dated
This is probably the worst movie theater you will ever see. Its dirty and run down. Get there early so you dont sit in one of the many broken seats. There are a lot of unhappy staff
It wasn't super busy tonight, service was fast and the new seats and sound of the movie was awesome. Had a great evening date night. If they brought back plastic straws would be good instead of paper but other then that we really had a great experience. The movie we watched was Bad Boys for Life.
Amazing chairs and serves alcohol
At least having this cineplex in the city, I believe it is humble fact. Location is fabulous,. Lots of parking spots, for sure. Staffs are super friendly. Venue includes different type of screen like standard, 3D and IMAX. Pre-reserved Prime seats are available, Good enough. Some game machines on the site. Only thing that I don't like is that pop corn combo is expensive than the regular movie ticket. lol
The only thing they need to improve is their lineups for the food. They need to have more people serving.
Firstly I would like to say I appreciate this theatre is following covid guidelines. Staff were very friendly. Movie theatre we were in was clean. Seats were comfy. However after our movie had ended I went into the women’s washroom. I was absolutely disgusted. The bathroom was beyond dirty. Every single stall “something” in the toilet. Toilet paper scraps on the floor. I had to hover over top of the toilet because most of the seats were questionable at best. Definitely ruined the experience
Love love the movies ???????????? Will be back soon ????❤????
Small and somewhat sketchy, but not so sketchy as to avoid entirely. Worth a go if you have something that you want to see.
Movie theater
Great seats. Popcorn was yummy
Could use some updating
Love this theater
Great place
Great Cinema
There have been many changes here if you haven't been in a while. Aside from alcohol being introduced for purchase they also have changed the seats to a much more comfortable variety and you now pay for dedicated seats. No more having to get there super early so you can get your snacks and a decent seat. I welcome the changes for sure. The experience is much more relaxed and enjoyable.
So excited to see The Meg today.. bought prime reserved seating and got to the theatre at the start time of 120pm and black screen..30 mins later..green screen..no one came to tell us anything.. I had to go out 2 times to see what was going on..6 staff standing there doing nothing each time..said the "manager" was working on it.. finally after 50 minutes movie comes on with no sound!! So we decided to leave. Had to ask for our movie to be refunded and to get compensated for the wait with another movie pass..they wouldn't refund our concession purchase but the young man who took the time to help us gave back our money for the inconveniences...the manager came out to do the refund "Vicki" I think.. never said sorry or apologize.. not even eye contact!!!! So brutal.. not to mention that the ladies room had 2 out of order stalls and some with no doors! Train your staff to deal with issues and commicate with your customers!! Very disappointed ????????????
Needs to be updated. The seats are starting to become worn. The sound can be off sometimes. The automated ticket machines don't always work.
If there was another option to watch movies I would go there it's unfortunate that the theatre is so neglected. Go to any other Cineplex and they are all up to date and have comfy seats. Head office really needs to do something about the quality in the theatre
We need a new theatre...love overpaying for "prime seats" which are most other theatres regular seats...
Love the prime seating, well worth the price!
Still no better February 12 2017 saw John Wick2 and they turned the lights on before the end of the movie!!!!!!!!!? Dirty, lazy staff, poor management, poor movie selection. Drunks in theater are not asked to leave, abusive teenagers are not asked to leave. Ive been in a theater that if you put your feet on the seat back you are kicked out, and that was a 2$ show- way better experience than this dump.
The theatre could use some upgrades as it age shows.
It's the only movie theatre in a city of 70,000, it is broken down and in serious need of an upgrade! Broken seats and not that clean. People should get a reduced rate to attend this theatre, it's definitely the reason I only go to the movies once maybe twice a year!
Surprised by comfy seats! Enhanced my movie by being snug as bug in my seat
Way to crowded didnt know movie was 3D and chairs were dirty
Seats have been updated!!! So comfortable, thank you for listening to your customers.
Consistently playing the latest and greatest shows, friendly, helpful staff, and sometimes they have special showings like Opera or live ballet. Points for cleanliness as well.
Freaking nightmare on a saturday night. Inexperienced staff, rude customers.
New seats make all the difference.
No climate control. 25 degrees at least inside the theatre during the summer and 15 in the winter.
Great place for a show a little bit messy
This place is zbomb
Incredibley unorganized, for the premier of avengers they had a line up around the building and didn't open the doors till 6pm when there first showing is 615, most the people with pre ordered tickets showed up half hour before and couldn't but in line and missed half the 615 showing
The worst movie staff. All of them are waybto young and don't take there jobs seriously. I had tried for the last week and a half to call them with little to no response left my name and number multiple times. It's always dirty in the theater and the bathrooms. Avoid it if At All possible.
I love it tgis is the only place that i go to wach movies. It's great????
Nice theater fairly comfortable. Movies are excessively loud.
seats seem worn out
Meh.
Good theatre but starting to show its age.
Always good for couples and family's and great service for beening only theater in city
Inexpensive and staff that made my awkwardness melt away! I knocked over my loves drink over with my butt and theu had to clean it and i felt bad but they made me feel better and got me to laugh. Awesome!
It gets the job done. The theatre is fairly clean, but not spectacularly clean. There is a variety of films always showing, but I have friends that complain lots of popular films they want to watch aren't shown here. As to be expected with theatres, the snacks are very expensive, but there is a dollarama across the parking lot. You aren't supposed to bring outside snacks, but most people do anyways. They don't really enforce that rule.
Good popcorn, good movies, lost my wallet there once. I called and called, left messages for 2 weeks. No one ever returned my calls. Went there in person and nobody wanted to help. Got nowhere with them. So beware. Don't loose anything there
I don't even think this deserves a star. What a terrible theatre. 30 mins consistently everytime to get snacks, it is dirty and falling apart. I would go to more movies if it was a better theatre.
Amazing service and clean theatres
Had a sticky seat in a theater with at least 50 empty seats, but apparently it is mandatory to pick your seat beforehand so I'm stuck with it. The map you use to pick your seat confused both the couples in front of us and us. It is upside down from the perspective of the customer. Paid $25 for popcorn that was burnt at the bottom of the bag but was rubbery on the top and literally tasted far worse than the $.99 bagged stuff from the dollar store and a pair of watered down cokes. They no longer have a salt shaker, just little tiny packets. You also have to pay for the flavored shakers to put on the popcorn now. Had to listen to employees complain about their hours in the hallway while the movie was playing, they were louder than the movie. Just all around bad atmosphere. The movie itself was good though, but that was not Cineplex's doing. The parking was nice, there wasn't much of the parking lot filled this evening. The temperature of the theater was acceptable. They showed far less previews than normal. That was nice. The clerk at the concession was nice to deal with.
Got good poisoning from there food. Movie was good but anyone can play a movie . Food killed me
It's starting to look it's age and the expensive popcorn was on the burnt side.
Dirty trough out the building very sad and do something with the front entrance no room jammed in like sardines
Too expensive
The guy at the door was extremely rude when trying to explain that you weren't even allowed to grab popcorn to go without a Vax pass.
Often dirty. Huge line ups out the door and do the sidewalk when it comes to opening nights with only two tills open. Men's bathroom is usually a disaster... paper towel everywhere, overflowing toilet (s), no paper towels, ect. 20 bucks for two popcorn and two drinks that cost the theater less than a dollar. But I guess that's okay when you're the only game in town...
Great place to watch a movie.great popcorn.its not cheap.go to cosco and get movie tickets for $25.
I pick the more out of the normal times (late shows midweek) to avoid the redneck experience that every single movie I attended in Grande Prairie seemed to accompany when I first moved here. Movies are ok in an unpopulated theater. The seating is crowded and the sound is late 2000's but it's passable. The popcorn is great when it's hot (and it was tonight) but the drinks are still woefully inadequate compared to Lowes and considering the price.
Always clean and friendly
I think they need to lower prices of everything because its hard for anyone lower then middle class to take their kids to a movie. Even cheap nights at the movies don't happen anymore.
Theatre is very dated, but friendly service
They really and desparately need an upgrade. The seats are dirty, uncomfortable. The cinema entrance is cramped and small. As soon as 20 people are there, it feels claustrophobic. The nachos can give you an ulcer. Only the staff is nice and well-mannered.
Ok
So badly needs to be upgraded!! Every seat needs to be replaced! The seats are dirty and I feel the spring coming through...not comfortable at all. I would gladly pay extra to watch a movie in an upgraded theatre. The customer service is really good and the bathrooms are alwaus clean ☺
Run down & over priced food.
Prime seats are so worth it
Old. Needs to be completely done over. No stadium seating. Seats are gross. Floor is always sticky. Sound seems off these days too now.
Great experience. They never ask what’s in my pocket.
Its ok. Its nothing special its a theatre thats it. Nonproblems with it.
Update: seats have been replaced! They need to upgrade their seats, sooo uncomfortable! It's like sitting on a slab of concrete with the occasional spring for 3 hours.
Awesome..
Seats are run down and prices are crazy
Good place to catch a movie for a date night or family night with the kids with multiple screens
Place is a dump
Old, the whole place needs an upgrade
Always great
So last weekend we screwed up the tickets we bought on line. It was our fault but we ended up at the movie at the wrong time, wrong day. We spoke to a nice supervisor, but didn't get his name. Young man with glasses and a beard. Anyways, he helped us out and we still got to see the movie we wanted and didn't lose out on any money, except for buying twice as many munchies. He didn't need to help us because we admitted it was our screw up, but he did and we appreciate it a great deal. Thank you very much.
Great extremely helpful all the info I needed to take my nephews children to the movies for their Christmas gift.
The new seats are awesome
Take a Loan out for food
Need a new theater especially for the cost of tickets and concessions
very good for grande prairie
I was impressed before I even got into the theater. Two cineplex employees were asking for the vaccination I.d. which I provided, then they asked for another piece of Identification which again I provided. I never got to thank them when I got out of the theater. Well, thank you for doing a thankless job and for putting up with s#$t WAY above your pay grade. Oh yeah, the new seats in the theater are awesome !
Needs a major over haul
Tiny theatre, full price and seating should have been replaced years ago.
I came here with my dad and little brother last weekend and was very surprised to see that all of the seats were upgraded! The seats were so comfortable and reclined a lot. The popcorn was delicious and service was super speedy.
Awesome
