This place was really clean and well kept, the staff looked like they were tired and hated their jobs but they were nice and polite anyway. The theatre had a smell too it but I think the guy in front of me just farted. Would return back for the cleanliness alone. Hygiene is supper important at the snack stations and they didn’t mess around that day.

Newish theatre, so it's pretty good. One AVX screen and 9 regular (including 3D) screens. I've had both good and bad experiences with staff but more good than bad. I think they were just very busy and overwhelmed. Theatres are clean and seats are comfortable. Lots of parking assuming you can navigate a traffic circle.

Nice theatre, staff keeps it pretty clean. My only complaint is that their seats are not comfortable. Maybe it's due to the way it automatically reclines back. Some people might enjoy that feature but I find the back of my knees hurt and my back after watching the movie.

Heads up fellow movie goers: YOU CAN NOT BUY THE SPECIAL CUP THAT COMES WITH THE KIDS SPECIAL COMBOS SEPARATELY. Also, what good is purchasing the topper for the cup IF YOU WON'T SELL ME THE CUP? I just wanted a nice movie date with my two children. Little did I know that when I prepaid for their combos at the kiosk before entering the venue, there was no option to choose the sweet kids combo that of course every kid wants. And no way to exchange the voucher? What an experience! I was willing to pay MORE money for a product and I was refused. I mean, Cineplex, you DO charge an arm and a leg and six months salary for a single bag of popcorn. I guess you don't need the money. Great staff though, they were nice.

Nice theatre! It’s a lot smaller than other cineplex movie chains throughout Edmonton but it’s nice and cosy! The one downside is that it doesn’t offer the time play experience but maybe one day. The parking lot is massive and very accessible!

I have to give you 1 star based on Y recent experience, manning theatre was my go to always, it's the. Newest theatres so it implies cleanliness to me, I preferred it over every other theatre and it is conveniently close to home. However, my last visit there this past weekend changed all that for me. I witnessed for the first time in my life, A MOUSE in the theatre. The thought alone makes me cringe. I was so disgusted, this mouse in the back of the theatre in the Ultra AVX, theatre 6 ruined my entire experience at manning theatres. I am sorry I was so disgusted and frightened I had to leave, couldn't enjoy my movie or my popcorn any longer. I understand it's bound to happen since people spill food and drinks etc., but never did I think I would actually see one so close, CLIMBING up the walls. I will never enjoy a movie again.

The facility was clean and very well kept. There was plenty of seating, comfortable seats and they were spaced out well. Lots of foot room and enough height between rows so that my kids had no problem seeing. The popcorn was yummy and we had a great overall experience!

I'm not a fan of cloth seats, especially in AVX. And the theatre can smell really funky at times. The food is expensive and a bottle of water can cost up to $4.50. The movie viewing is alright Though I have no issues with the picture quality, if you sit completely on one side a speaker usually pertrudes but is only a minor inconvenience. Sound is really excellent except for when the soundtrack gets really bass-ey then you start to hear the cracking and shifting.The staff seem nice enough they may forget to give you 3D glasses so watch for that. Overall it's good if you want to go see a movie quickly but don't go out of your way for this theatre. I like to call it the "New theatre with, dilapidated theatre smell."

I understand that we just reopened theatres. I went to see a movie today and it was awesome!!!! The only thing I would suggest is maybe SHUT DOWN the video game area!!!! As you have no one staffing the area to clean the games after EACH use. You cannot rely on individuals using sanitizer before and after playing. We are so close to beating this Virus so maybe concentrate on the movie buisness recovery. Kids can play video games when they can get home.

Good place to catch a movie. The staff haven't given any reason to complain, friendly enough. Obvious concession prices are "movie theater" standard. Would like to see maybe a more uniform arcade without kids running up and down the skee-ball games and putting gum in the coin slots. Pretty much my only complaint there.

We were supposed to watch Scaries Stories To Tell In The Dark, and we consulted Google for it's showtimes. We agreed to go for the 09:10pm time slot and as we arrived, the actual showtime was 10:10pm. It was disappointing since if we actually knew that the real schedule was 1 hour ahead from what was stated in Google Search, we would have just cancelled since it was too late for us. Me and my friends ended up wasting our time. The majority of people consulting the internet for showtimes just rely on Google and not the actual website, and having discrepancies like this could truly mess a person's daily itineraries up. Please fix this as this was not a pleasant experience for a Sunday evening.

Long lines to get ticket. Cashier would not accept us and told we had to use kiosk. Kiosk was confusing and still needed help. Waste of time to me. Theatre itself was dirty and seats had popcorn crumbs all over them. Movie was good though noisy children there and no usher around to check them. The staff at refreshment counter was good. Is only reason they get one star even.

We had an evening viewing of Spencer, which my wife dragged me out to see. Prior to seating I lined up for a large popcorn and a couple of beers. Got to the front of the line, and turns out it wasn't active for serving beer. Next time I'll need to look up to see which lines have the Alcohol sign displayed. Maybe having the sign illuminated might be an option. Anyways, reserved seating was good and our seats of choice were comfortable.

Very disappointing when you forget your sunglasses and they won't let you go back in to look for them because your show is over (even though you have your ticket in your hand still). They just tell you that they have a cleaning crew that will find them and let you know. Ya never got those Ray Bans back.

Went to the Grinch, the theater was disgusting, popcorn and food everywhere the whole preview was the loudest I have ever heard. It was so cold we couldn't take off our winter jackets. When we talked to the manager she was very un helpful and did not help. Over all the worst movie experience in Edmonton would never go back to this location.

This theatre is quite. For the most part. Its a great alternative to the crowed north Edmonton cinema, or South common. Still has pretty much the same amenities as the bigger theatres. I do wish this was bigger at times though. More screens and more movies would be nicer.

Theatre is very nice and new. Movie was good, service was friendly. HOWEVER, we are not tall (5' & 5'6"). The seats reclined and left our legs hanging. There was no way to keep our feet on the floor! Didn't someone in the design crew think of having a short person test the seats before choosing them???? Most uncomfortable 2 hours I have ever spent. We will not go there again ever!!!

It was a great experience, "Toy Story 4" first for our little ones and our first time at the Manning Cineplex Cinemas. We all enjoyed, lost of space. Self service or cashiers as well as VIP. Great auditorium, booster seat for the kiddos. Easy access washrooms and lost of parking space. You can also get tickets as a present.

My first time visiting in this place and was expecting great service since I went other cinplex theater in my past to watch movies. Food was good but staffs not approach us as we wait for staff to order our foods and drink. It was very slow this day Found out that one movie not have captions so I choose other movie had captions. captions device had been on and off could not leave room without missing parts of movie. I really enjoyed this movie this afternoon. After movie, we informed manager that caption device had little problem with captions. (My experience in past if problems then get refunded for problems on device) but this place is not doing that. I think I will not go back to this place- Manning cinplex again. I really enjoyed movie and food except their service. Sorry to mention that. I was little disappointed in their service. Staffs and managers been chatting while we waited to order our foods. 7 people including managers and employees in lobby (3 including one management) and food service area (3 staffs) while one staff do preparing food as busy. That's time no customers around lobby except us after 3 customers left lobby to movie room.

Tried to exchange the Costco passes at 1045pm Thursday evening for a Friday AVX, tills were closed told to come back at 12:30pm the next day. I work all day but 17 year old sister took the bus from school and arrived at 12:45pm and the sign said not open until 3:00pm. I called to file a complaint to make sure the staff know the box office opening times correctly and Dawn (I believe) offered to let her in and exchange her passes. Thank you Dawn, you went above and beyond for a teenager who would have had to wait over 2 hours in the cold. There should be a better way to exchange the passes as it is very inconvenient for anyone who tries to use them for AVX.

Popcorn on any given day can be good or bar, but this time it was awful, crunchy and some burnt pieces I guess. So I went and had them give me the dump and fill ... But alas when back in seat and movie began it was just as bad if not worse. I was not wasting movie time going back again. For $10 bag of popcorn they should really taste it daily themselves almost. I'm left to wonder how long the popcorn sat since it was not busy at all. Waste of $10 today I guess. Wish there were runners like in VIP!

The theater itself is clean, as is the bathroom, BUT the seats ... They have stains that are super visable, and the arms were sticky it grossed me out. It wasn't like someone sat there the showing before it was the first showing I don't know how long those stains and sticky substance have been there.

My daughter and i enjoy going to check out a flick at this location we checked out The Lion King it was a sweet touching movie we always buy a popcorn but the snacks are so exspensive we hit the dollar store before and load up on sweets then sneak them in to enjoy the show!! This theatre is ALWAYS dirty. Never feel good sitting down for a couple hours in these seats. Have had to complain about projection quality frequently (not taking 3D filter off 2D screenings, etc.), lights go up before film is even finished. Staff is generally unpleasant, except for the greeters. Always feel rushed to leave the theatre as soon as credits start rolling. Only positives are that this theatre is close to home and there's parking.

Going into the movies is done by Kios. Which was more complicated when using coupons and other methods payment. Staff resisted helping due to the new procedures do not allow staff at the front. I don't go to the movies often. Specially since I have an android box. Not liking the feeling of having no human interacting.

Went here lastnight to go to Toy Story 4. Got our tickets and noticed that the concession was having some technical difficulties. Easy enough went to the ATM and pulled out cash. There was a manager on the phone trying to fix the problem. Waited about 5 minutes. A guy in front of us started being rude and hostile towards the workers and specifically the manager. (VERY unnecessary as they were trying to fix the problem). The manager was firm yet accommodating to the guy. (He was demanding we all get free popcorn and drinks because the system was down). They gave him a refund on his tickets. We waited and after another 5 minutes, the workers pulled out calculators and a paper and started taking cash for orders. We seen Carmilla (who was in training) and she handled the situation very well. We all know how intimidating being new at a job can be especially when there’s a stressful situation. Overall was very pleased with the service and how prompt the manager figured out how to get us to purchase our things. Also! Loved how friendly the staff was when we went up. Very apologetic for the issue.

Cineplex Movie Theatre, Hmmm I wonder what goes on here. Maybe you can see a movie or two that’s the latest. This location is only a couple of years old so it is in good shape. Great sound, crystal clear picture and comfortable seating. I love going to the movies and this is a nice spot. I only live a couple of minutes away so it is convenient. Great to go with your family, friends or a date with your wife, if you have one, or even alone if you prefer. All around a great movie experience. Just avoid the concession if you can resist the smell of the popcorn because it is extremely pricey. But who goes to a movie and doesn’t get popcorn, so you’ll buy even if it is pricey. December 29, 2019. Came to see the final Star Wars movie, Rise of Skywalker, it was awesome. We watched it in the AVX theatre, it was comfortable and the sound and picture were amazing. Love this place.

(PRE-COVID) I've come here many times however the reason im giving this place a 5 star rating is because one night my girlfriend had booked to go see a movie the on the weekend. When we showed up they told us we weren't able too because the doors to get inside the movie screening was blocked. An employee was handing out free movie tickets to watch whatever movie we wanted. Ordered a chicken burger and not only did it take over 20 min but when I got it the chicken was harder than a rock, I brought it back to them and told them it's not edible. The customer beside me ordered pizza but was also taking very long and later they figured out the oven thing wasn't working. Basically the food is garbage other than the popcorn. I get the impression there's poor staff training and the managers not involved in customer service at all

One of the nicer theaters in the City, with a well designed/landscaped front entrance that promotes the walkability to the nearby Chili's and Boston Pizza. Movies here are played without issue, and seem to have the CORRECT amount of volume. So many theaters I go to have it either way too loud, or too quiet. Not sure how this happens... This location, like all Cineplex theaters, is trying to push the digital ticket kiosks instead of a real teenager to buy your tickets from. I am not a huge fan of this, but I guess I cannot harp on a company seeking efficiencies.

I went to see a quiet place 2 with my girlfriend and we both had an amazing time. The theater was clean and well maintained. The seats were comfortable, the sound and picture quality was amazing. I felt safe with the 3 seat distancing between people. The front desk people were really helpful. The only issue I had was that one of the monitors outside the theaters wasn't working. So I had to get one of the attendants to help me find where my movie was.

I live in Sherwood Park and find this theatre to be my preferred alternate to my local theatre (I could go to South Edm Common but traffic is a thing there). Access is easy from off the Henday and there always seems to be ample parking, close enough to the door. Inside the ticket area, concessions and the theatre were what is expected. The times I've been to a show, it didn't seem congested through the ticketing and past the desk to the theatre. People were friendly. Theatre was clean enough.

Apart from how many clothes they've ruined it's not a bad theatre.

Normal theater, wanted 2 mediums but got upsold a large, then we asked for just a medium bag so we can split the popcorn(she bought a dill pickle seasoning for her portion). They gave us a bag that would be able to hold maybe a quarter of the smallest bag? Again I asked for a bigger bag (even offered to pay for one) and they instead offered a cardboard box? (The one for holding drinks?) We had to drive to McDonald's before our movie to get a bag... not happy with the service.

We got to the theater with 20 minutes untill the movie. While the lines were fairly quick, and only took about 10 minutes for ticket and food lines combined, we waited 20 minutes for a pulled pork poutine and pretzel bites. When they came out, the fries were dark and hard, and the pretzel bites were so hard you couldn't bite through them. By the time we got into the auditorium, the only seats left were at the very bottom 2 rows. When asking to switch movies, they wouldn't allow us to go into the only movie which hadn't started without paying the difference because it was in 3d. They ended up refunding our tickets and food, without even they slightest regret for our experience let alone an apology. We have been going to this theatre since it opened, and the food, service, and speed have all declined dramatically. I will drive to spruce grove from now on or go to city centre to find a non-cineplex theatre. Worst movie experience.

Pretty terrible service as far as this whole bed bug scare . I was in on Monday evening to see a movie around 7 pm and the workers on the ticket booth told us that the bed bug situation was already handled and was of no risk to us in our auditorium 6 . So we went to our movie . Now today October 11th I see on the news that it was closed the next day for inspections due to bed bugs . If I was given false information this is not okay at all . Not to mention there being no way to call and ask about this situation due to the robotic responses only provided on the phone number . Please get back to us as customers of this location of the risks involving us and our families due to false information provided by your staff .

Went to movies with fam. Found the popcorn counter clerk a little off. He had given me my popcorn but then decided to upsize. To save dumping it I mentioned grab the lager bag and i will dump it into the empty bag. I mentioned i was gonna keep the bag to split with wife the supervisor snatch out of my hands and ranted off they dont do that. Im fine with policy but there was def a better way to deliver your message. The theatre os out dates in comparison with other theatres.

This review is based solely on the employee and manager by the name of Cidny C. We have been going to cineplex manning for 2 years now. For we enjoy movies a lot and call it a date night. We have not been out for a wile since covid 19. We decided to go see a movie. We went into the Manning Cineplex around 6:40pm on November 16th . The movie we where seeing had not one person in the theater. We did not like the movie so went out to find staff to tell that we would like to find another movie. No one was available because of obvious short staffing. We went into a different theater that had only four other people in. Before the movie started Cindny C approached us with a very rude attitude. Saying can I see your tickets? I tried to explain myself, but she got loader embarrassing us assuming that we snuck in even after I tried to explain myself that we had paid. She told us to follow her to the main entrance concession where we did. She continued to raise her voice and be extremely rude as she talked, she would not even let us talk, I did not understand why. My girlfriend left to find her ticket because she would not refund us without the ticket even know we paid digitally this is 2020 not the 2000ths I was out of words. When my girlfriend left, she talked to me in a calm and collective manner I was confused. My Girlfriend is of colour I really hope this has nothing to do with it. She had ruined our night and we decided to just go home. I have no idea why Cineplex would have such an aggressive employee working for them. Movies are supposed to be fun. If we wanted an aggressive bouncer, we would go to a grimy bar. Cineplex you can contact me for more information I feel violated and needed to wright a review. This is Covid 19 we need to ban together, and work together not be rude to one another for a power trip.

Worst theatre ever, been here multiple times and a dissapointment every time. Kiosk machines constantly broken and out of paper. Staff unfriendly, and you have to wait an hour to get a hot dog. Place is brand new yet the floors are constantly dirty, whoever is managing this place should be fired.

Being an avid Cineplex patron, if I had the choice of two theaters the same distance away, I would pick the one with Timeplay. More Scene points means more free stuff.

I had taken my nephew and niece to watch the movie Trolls when my little niece had complained her tummy wasn't feeling good. We had been standing in line to get popcorn when she had become sick and needed to leave. I had seen a manager on our way out and thought "I wonder if they would ever reimburse me for my 3 tickets". All I can do is ask! Well without any kind of doubt or questions she reimbursed me. I think this is just fabulous of them to have done this. Thankyou so much Cineplex, greatly appreciated by us 3 !

The movies theater had a bird in it. The vidoe cut out but audio kept playing. Then it came back on and went off again. When we stayed in the dark for several mins we exited. The manager was waiting gave us 2 free passes each so that was nice but they should have told us sooner rather then people filtering out on there own. Also the company should have a contingency where you move to another theater. Not a staff issue tech and company problems. Normally I have a great experience

First time coming here and we mainly went because it was the only place in the city playing Hotel Artemis. Really nice new theatre. The seating was really comfortable, and the volume of the speakers wasn't overpowering. Staff were friendly and professional. We'd go there again.

We went to this theatre today because I didn’t double check my tickets... which was my bad. We had tickets for the North. No biggie - the kid at the front got the manager and said perhaps she could refund the tickets. So we go to her computer... and she was nothing but snippy, sorry I slightly inconvenienced you .. and you had to do your job.... anyways My mood instantly changed - This Middle Aged blonde manager was not much enjoyable and I give a description of her because who knows how many managers there are there. All I know is that she wasn’t pleasant to deal with. She refunded the tickets and instead of saying “hey this movie only plays at the north theatre and not at this theatre” she just saunters away and leaves us with one of the kids working behind the counter to deal with us. I would say that when people spend their money at your place of employment - maybe make sure Your employees treat them proper? Not asking for much there. The Customer service skill and the manager working this afternoon was clearly lacking .. in the sea of miserable washed over her face. Train better.

One of the nicer theaters in the City, Nice area. Has the option to go grab some food at the BPs, or drinks before the show. The movie isn't crazy packed full of people unlike some of the other movie theaters.. Seats comfy enough and the concessions aren't too bad. Some entertainment to be had while waiting for the movies to start as well.. arcade Basketball and some other games is nice.

2019 (It's not open yet, but I didn't write a review.): Went to watch a movie with our family. Turns out, it wasn't bad at all. The movie screen was Great and the Staff was helpful on getting things ready for us. If you are near Manning Town Centre, then I would definitely recommend to go here. It's the best movie theater I have even seen so far (It's temporarily Closed dude to Covid, But don't expect of what I did on my review) June 10: The movie Theater is now open because of Alberta's reopening plans that I saw on Ctv news, but I honestly don't know if I'm going there or not.

Enjoyed the 7pm “Five Feet Apart” movie this evening, however the employees that were scheduled to clean the theatre after the movie came in about 10 minutes before the movie actually ended and I could hear them whispering for the entire end of the movie. It was very distracting and ruined the most emotional part of the movie. There were four employees... aka lots of voices whispering.

It's a basic Cineplex. The theatres are spacious and clean, 3D screens available and Dolby Atmos for audio, one UltraAVX. The arcade area seems to have more games out of order than working, which is disappointing but not a deal breaker. The parking lot is a bit of a tight squeeze with three restaurants sharing spaces in the same complex. But overall it's much better than the old Clairview Cinemas.

I had the worst experiences here by the White Skin Male Staff Manager. He gave me wrong advices and instructions for 15 minutes. I asked him for help about processing my Cineplex Gift cards. I wasn’t able to process my Cineplex Gift Card and buy the only Spider-Man Showing at 10:30PM (AVX). It was a simple questions and helped needed. But he spent 15-20 minutes giving me all wrong instructions and informations process on the Mobile Cineplex Ticket Purchases. He showed me 4 different Spider-Man showing from 7PM, 8PM, 9PM and 10PM Showings. He re-read the instructions on Sold Out. He explained to me it was all sold and re-read the instructions to me again. After I told him I already knew the Only Showing was for 10:30PM (AVX). Then he pressed incorrectly for example 2 children’s tickets listed costs which I clearly don’t need. It was wrong again because I was with 1 adult and 1 children only. Then he laughed and pressed see available showed only for 10:30PM (AVX) for 1 adults and 1 children costs. Then I figured out myself I could process the Cineplex Gift Cards by swiping and it worked instead of scanning the Gift Cards. The causian male staffs treated me like I couldn’t understand and read English. He wasted my time. He was not helpful and didn’t understand my needs. He spent 20 minutes showing me useless instructions. At the Spider-Man Movie Showing, the male staffs told the other foods concession not to talk to me. Just processed the foods only. He made an inappropriate body language showing the hand in the brain and too much talking. Then another female staffs talked out loud about death too. It was a extremely weird and welcoming experiences. Bad body and work ethics.

They just updated the SCENE card points earning rule since April. When I purchased 2 adults and 1 child tickets, I told the cashier to separate it into 2 transaction cuz I wanna earn enough points to redeem one ticket so that I don't have to pay for 3 of us. But the cashier insisted that one transaction or 2 transactions will not make any difference cuz we all will watch the same movie. She said it has to be different movies to earn more points. By the new rule, it stated "Memebers earn points on a maximum of one adult ticket and two child tickets per transaction, two transactions per day". So therefore, if you are a family of 2 adults and 1 child, u should separate it into 2 transactions: 1 transaction for 1 adult and 1 child, the other transaction is for just 1 adult. In this way, u can earn 125+ 65+ 125 points. In our case, we did it in only 1 transaction and we only got 125+65 points. Don't ever trust what the cashier or their manager said, all they did just tried to get u pay more and get less points. If we separate it into 2 transactions, we should have got enough points to redeem one ticket. But we end up paying more....Service is just too poor. Won't come back any more.

i went to manning theatre it was not what i expected, they did not let me switch my tickets last minute to watch a different show --- AND they ticket lady was quite RUDE towards me and rolled her eyes at me-- said i should of made up my mind buying the tickets instead of chamging them last minute when she wants to close her till. WOW smh ... and they did mot have Timeplay game for cineplex points , so neing 30mins early was pretty boring , .. dont have that problem with northend on st.albert cineplex. i think maybe i will stick to west n north end. only thing good at this manning theatre was the food, the #6 we got was so good the hotdogs were hot and tasty very juicy & mac & cheese bites were nice & hot too. reason for 3stars is the food & the movie was ok we watched Prodigy. if food was gross i probably would of gave 1star..... i told the lady i was gonna write about her rudeness she said ok and smiled sarcastically at me and walked away. Today, I went in there to purchase popcorn for take out. Every theatre I’ve been into has always just let me walk me, buy my popcorn and leave in peace. Not this location. I was forced to show my proof of vaccination, even though I wasn’t staying or eating there. Right behind me, they let in 2 skip the dish drivers in with no demands of proof of vaccination. What’s the difference? Next time, I’ll just carry a skip the dishes bag and then I’ll be treated the same! The manager/door person at today was purely powering tripping and needs to learn how NOT to be a hypocrite!

There is a manager at this location and I have ot caught her name but she is an absolute tyrant. I have seen her on more than one occasion degrade the staff as well as talking over them in front of me trying to buy tickets at the box office when I was being helped in the first place by a very friendly and knowledgeable young lady who was not more than 16 years old and was probably her first job. I used to work at a cineplex and I had a manager just like this and I lended up finding a new place to work. Don't be a micro manager and treat your staff with the respect that they deserve as my only complaint lies with this wicked witch the rest of the staff are as sweet as peach pie and I hope will see this review and know that there kindness is greatly appreciated and that they should keep up the good work.

(DURING COVID) We have ordered food from Cineplex Manning a few times and each time they let us down. They send warm/coolish food with uber eats or any delivery service we use. The food is never hot. Its actually tastes kinda gross when it gets to us. It kinda takes away from a movie night at home since we can't actually go in and watch a movie.

My girlfriend and I went to a matinee today and I was shocked to see this theater charge me over 4.50 (the price of a medium soft drink) for a water that my girlfriend ordered... not a bottle not anything fancy, just tap water in a medium cup. Shocked to see almost $20 be rung up for a large drink 2 bags of candy and a water I asked the staff member who told me it is policy to charge for a soft drink even for water... I get charging .25 cents for a cup or the ice but 4.50 for a cup of water... poor play cineplex. Never seen that at the other cineplex in the North end...

Sadly, it looks like a dump. Dirty floors, sticky counters (i.e. where you get straws/napkins), I know that some people can be pigs but how hard is it to have a staff member actually attending to this??? I had pizza one time, it was disgusting, cold...threw it out. I wish they sold COFFEE!!! Afterall, it is "winter" here for more than half of the year!

For a relatively new theatre I was a little surprised to find the wheelchair access doors didn't work. When we were leaving we couldn't even use the one on the inside because the crowd in the lobby blocked it. There were lineups for ticket purchases extending right out to the sidewalk and only one manned register. The concession stand had 2 people working, which also contributed to the crowding. Otherwise, it's a pretty typical Cineplex.

Went to this location last evening on their cheap admission night. On this particular night they weren't opening the doors until 6pm. I'm not sure if that's a common occurrence but it certainly caught us off guard at -8C. Luckily they opened the doors to the lobby around 20 minutes later where a group of us waited until 6. Got our tickets & on to concession. Popcorn was unfortunately cold for just having opened their doors. However- staff were kind and the place was very clean. Now we are curious whats going to go where Chili's used to be!

I went to this theatre Sept 16th with two friends. We went to see Mother! however there were signs all over the kiosks stating that they WILL be checking ID and my friend did not bring his since he was not driving. So we left. I came back the next day Sept 17th 2017 with only one of those friends and once inside, there are two options for purchasing tickets. 1) CASH ONLY through what appears to be a real person. 2) Kiosks that will accept credit/gift/debit cards. We had a $25 gift card and then debit to cover any additional costs which meant that the only option presumably is the kiosk since "cash only" generally means what it says. At the kiosk, two tickets were selected for $13.50 each and there were still signs taped up all over the place saying ID *WILL* be checked for mother! While trying to pay for the tickets at the kiosk, the gift card option was selected and the gift card was scanned and the payment was declined due to non sufficient funds. It became apparent that there is absolutely no way to split a payment and pay using $25 of the gift card and the remainder through debit or credit or anything else. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but I feel like it is, as a way for people to be forced to spend even more money. The tickets had to be purchased individually, one on the gift card and one by debit. As the lady was checking our tickets, she didn't once ask for any identification. I'm not sure why there would be a dozen signs all over the place stating that an ID check is mandatory for a movie if it isn't going to happen. I did like the layout of the theater itself and the seats were quite comfortable. Seemed a bit odd that the movie was extremely grainy. I don't know how it was shot, or in what medium (which means its hard to blame the theater itself without certainty) but it looked like something from the early 90's in terms of picture quality. I don't go to movies often but I have to say the option for ticket purchase seemed like a fail.

We went for the film! It was a childrens film & thats what we like...no bad language, no sexual content & decent film content.

It's not one of the best theatres in Edmonton, the cast are kind are friendly but I've always had issues with the quality of their popcorn and food, not sure exactly what or if unlucky each time I went and tried it, but could use some work since my food always seems burnt, especially the popcorn

I love Nachos and cheese. What I don’t like is paying for cheese and getting it half full, old and disgusting. Zero quality standards.

Pros: Close to home. Clean. Nice staff. Many screens showing all new movies in ultra avx or 3D. Cons: Parking sucks. So many stores around and it's very hard to find parking close even in Thurs night...
