Unfortunately this past week, we had to go to Windsor Chapel Funeral Home for a family funeral. Becky was there for my nephew and his wife. Her professional and compassionate manner eased an awful situation. The entire staff were always there when something was needed, i.e. a fan or extra chairs. I attended a funeral service this week for a friend held at Windsor Chapel. From the moment we entered their beautiful facility until we returned to our car at the cemetery we were well guided by expertly trained, polite and courteous staff which in turn gave the family and guests an added comfort knowing that Windsor Chapel has excellent planning in place to keep every one safe. During visitation the family also expressed how amazed and pleased they were with the overall appearance and skin tone of their loved one. Windsor Chapel has continued to provide a beautiful "goodbye" to loved ones even and especially thru this pandemic. They live up to their motto "Trust Experience" to the fullest.

They took all the stress out of dealing with a very stressful and intimidating situation and gently led us through all the details.
