Speaking from an attendee's POV, not a customer, the building is nice enough, even if it is a little outdated. The in-house chaplain though is not good. He spoke for barely ten minutes with all the enthusiasm and warmth of a tax attorney. And everything he said felt like he just filled in a bad mad libs script. Honestly, for someone whose job this is, I expected better. If I were to ever use this place's services, I would definitely hire a different speaker. I know that is just one more thing to do during probably the worst time of your life, but it was that bad.

Very caring and professional team with great facilities. I worked with Michael and his team on a series of videos and was impressed at how professional and caring the Martenson team was. While filming I observed how they communicated with and gave customers their undivided attention even when juggling different tasks. Would highly recommend any of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes locations. All are great facilities professional and caring staff.

Absolutely atrocious. The way they handled my grandfathers funeral was nothing less than appalling, the funeral service was extremely rushed, the guy speaking had no sense of compassion, no tone in his voice, he talked very fast like he was ready to leave at any point. The old hag that wondered around the halls yelled at my step dad for bringing coffee downstairs when she could have been polite, she yelled at my 3 year old brother for looking at the fountain (yes he was literally just looking at the fountain). In the middle of the service they left and it took 3 of our family members to get them to come back to let everybody know we were dismissed. This past week has been very rough for all of us and the awful service we were shown didn’t help in the slightest. Please do better for other families in the future. (Side note) Ben did a great job. The only friendly, caring person there. Made sure we were okay and asked us if we needed anything multiple times. Only good thing about the experience.

Fantastic customer service, professional staff and lots of space. I've attended several funerals over the years at that location and every one always handled spectacularly, beautifully done. Even during the pandemic they did a wonderful job of maintaining social distances and working with families to accommodate their needs. Just fabulous location.

No stars. The thin short haired lady was disrespectful and mean. She was short with family and left consultation with family on several occasions with no explanation or apology. Had to ask for chairs for people to sit. Chaplain read service like he was reciting a dictionary. We have large family and have been through many funerals and never had an experience like this.

I checked to make sure I that I gave them my fathers false teeth cause I couldn’t find them the said yes they had them . So I didn’t worry about it then two days after the funeral I found them and it broke my heart. I am only letting people know to double check and be sure that they did what they are supposed to . Terrible to have to go through that .
